The drive through service for the White Castle here (White Castle, 4053 US-1, South Brunswick Township, NJ 08852) was terrible. A 25 minute wait for a line of 3 cars and the servers were indifferent and purposely slow.

At Florence store on ,42 got breakfast sandwich's both were ice cold the tater tots were also cold. Apparently had been made in advance. Very disappointed.

Store# 040017 Employee # 305 at 1:42am I decided to order from this location and I regret spending my hard earned money here. 99 back and started to laugh and I hear him. He then proceeded to asked me I wanted a refund and I nodded my head upwards, then he aggressively shoved my receipt and 1 dollar towards me.

He didn't give me my fry with my combo the 1921 GP combo. I'm not proud to leave this complaint but the way he handled himself was very poor and I felt disrespected and regret coming to that location. Maybe there is training opportunity on customer service here.

Not getting what I paid for . Ordered a number 13 combo with bacon at the drive thru . Which is 2 bacon and egg sandwiches on a bun with hash rounds and a drink . Received 1 bacon and egg sandwich on toasted bread .

Asked the person at window I was suppose to get 2 sandwiches on buns . She said only 1 and it wasn’t even on a bun. Even went back at the drive thru screen to make sure it was 2 sandwiches .

Not the 1st time they haven’t got things right . Foods good if they would get the orders right . I was the only one in line . Inside was closed due to remodeling . This White Castle is in Plainfield Indiana .

On 10/12/22 Wed 07:17:49pm I ordered a sack of cheeseburgers I pulled to the first window and paid via credit card and was asked to go to second window. They were not very busy but once I was at the second window I sat their for 30 minutes turned my truck off due to gas prices.....

then I got my receipt out and called 317-248-0011 a lady finally answered the phone so I asked how long it takes to make these cheeseburgers she said they had a lot of 30 sacks but were was I at. I said at the first window for 30 minutes and while I was setting there 2 male employess walked from back to front and saw me setting there.

The lady asked what I ordered and asked if pickles or no pickles. A few minutes went by and a female employee came with a sack with no apologies of my time etc. I asked her if…

I went to the White Castle in Hempstead and I sat in the drive through for approximately 30 minutes and was still given the wrong food. I went inside to try to correct the mistake that the lady made, and she presumed to give me an attitude.

I had to go back and forth with her over something that she messed up, even though I showed her my receipt with the error. It is one thing to make a mistake but to be disrespectful in addition to that is highly unacceptable.

This White Castle in particular is always taking excessively long for drive through orders.

White castles on reading road is one of the slowest in the city I sat in line for 30 mins before I ordered them when I ordered I sat there 5 more mins an was asked what I am ordering they got rude then pull around to the window there was no cars there it’s sad that the type of people you hire don’t care bout there customers.

My food should be what I ordered the drive thru line should never take 30 mins to order ten mins to get food an 5 mins of walking back in white castles cause my order wasn’t right

Ordered 2 10 packs tasted horrible I live in Illinois and was visiting family in Kososha Wisconsin and stopped a White castle there Ordered medium fries which was cold and there forgot drink .When I got to window was charging for someone else's order I told them twice that was not my order.Those were the worst tasting burgers I even had.I go to ones near my home in Illinois and never tasted like that

Hi. I'd like to say that I have always loved the unique taste of White Castle hamburgers ever since early childhood, growing up in Louisville. I now live in Georgetown, Ky and must commute to Lexington to enjoy that one of a kind taste.

However, I was disappointed on Sunday while visiting one of your establishments in Lexington namely, 179 East Reynolds Rd. The hamburgers did not have that special flavor that I have been privileged to enjoy over the past 70 years. I don't know why. Please look into it.

In the meantime, I will not be back to that establishment, unfortunately.

At approximately 2:00 pm today on 9/22/2022, I spent over 20 minutes at the front counter of the order location without any acknowledgement (taking my order) from the 2-3 workers whom saw me. Other people (3) behind me left after noticing that no one would take orders from up front. The drive thru was busy and it seemed the only place that was actually getting service. I originally purposely avoided the drive - thru because of the 7 cars in line hoping to save time and get my order faster. Apparently, that was a grave mistake. Anyway, I have to complain, hoping that this will not happen to others. I have been going to white castles intermittently for years and never had a problem until today. If this happens to me again, I will not come back.

This is my 2nd visit to White Castle in 2 weeks. The first at I believe 1st h Market in Louisville Ky where I waited 40 minutes for 1 order of 10 burgers only to have half the order incorrect.

TODAY I ran in as my 3rd choice option to get the same order simifying by not asking for a specific cheese so the couldnt get it wrong . I asked for mustard as your store no longer allow you to ask to add mustard to the sandwich.

And even though I purchased 10 burgers they refused to give me enough mustard for my purchase. I was given 3 mustards for 10 sandwhiches. What kind of stores are you running g here? Then I had to wait for 2 customers to be rang up the chaser to ask for money for her drawer all after getting my food just to then ask a 2nd ad 3rd person for my water.

Indianapolis Indiana, 16th street white castle. Didn't order because one order per car. Why? You all use to allow more than one order when I use to come all the time. Back again because of 10 grandkids. Will be back whenever you decide more than one order per window.

Friday night 8/26/2022 around 8:20pm I went to my usual & regular location 2165 Shelby St. Indy city 46203 I use to come daily in the afternoon parking my School bus across the lot & became very acquainted with the Store Manager Norm.

On this Friday night, I went to the door to go in, it was locked and was told it was closed & I have to go thru drive thru. I saw 2 white ladies in shorts with a little girl on the hip of 1 of the ladies, so I motioned pointing at the 2 ladies with the little girl in the store at the order desk, I asked why are they in there then.

Yesterday, August 17,2022 I went through the drive through lane at approximately 1:15 pm. The location was on Broadway in Nashville. I had 4 cars in front of me and it took over 40 minutes to get through the line. 04.

This location makes the whole brand name look bad. Worst experience I’ve ever experienced at any drive through restaurant regardless of “brand” I assume corporate doesn’t want to represent itself and should aggressively address the issues. Easy huh? I was given no receipt

Time I go to White castles and order the double cheese I always tell them I want extra ketchup pickle and mustard on them and your employees do not listen to what the customer wants because when I got home there was hardly any ketchup mustard or pickle on them if your employees don't start listening to what the customer wants you're going to lose a lot of business.

My complaint is they just slopped my food in the bag. The fries were burnt, ordered cheese sticks and they didn't give me no marinara sauce. Didn't even have the decency to ask if I needed any condiments at all. No napkins.

I stopped at the White Castle on West Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa Florida on Saturday was placing an order for the cheeseburger order and I saw your sign that said all day long for the sausage gravy bites. Was informed that it was breakfast only when I told the woman that the sign stated all day long she started telling me she could only do breakfast.

I will not continue my order with an establishment that does not honor their signs these signs if they're not going to be honored all day long then they need to take them down. Plus a few months ago when I went there to get sandwiches the bread was soggy..

I have eaten White Castle since I was a small child and the service with the bread and all is getting worse

I went to the white castles on alumn creek at 2:21am and had received my food, when i arrived home i notices their was a bug in my hashbrown nibblers so i decided to take them back and a lady or stud in the window who took my order thought i was lying and started making jokes and was being all around rude, when i got to the window and

she gave me my new hash browns she then decided to call me a bitch and make jokes saying check if their is a bug in their blah blah and because of her i am never returning

I visited the White Castle on Fairway Crossing in Shelbyville,Ky on June 25 at the drive thru. 04 in cash and I got the Big Red but nothing else in my order. They did give me an order of fried cheese sticks which I didn’t order.

I didn’t have time to go back to get my correct order as I was late getting home.

Thank you white castles for getting back to me on my Customer Complaint.I received your letter on 06/16/2022 ..I will be visiting White Castle again real soon..Keep doing what you do to make your customers coming back for good food and Great service..
