60. 00 change. 40 - "Oh she said " I did not see the change" This is happening more and more when you pay with cash. The cashiers are inclined not to give you 10c or 20c and in my case 40c change - they think you will not notice.

Can you imagine if Welhemina takes 40c off of every cash client on a daily basis. They are stealing our hard earned money and I object to this. She should be reprimanded and given a warning plus anyone else working at the till. Thank you.

The waiter was not friendly and she didn't greet. And she actually put down the food like sliding it to use. And when it came to payment I was so nerves. The payment declined and when I got home I checked my bank account and the payment went off twice.

Now I need to sort out this mess to get my second payment back.

Morning. I hate complaining but so many is a disaster. 1. Coffee super super weak. 2. Ordered a milkshake with no topping or sauce around sides. Syrup around sides arrived. Ordered waffle with ice cream and syrup. Waffle with KitKat arrived.

Got to the restaurant at 16:30 and we were told not to order because they are closing in 30 mins. We ended up ordering waffles because my girl was hungry and we thought it would be quicker to make. We ordered and waited for 15 mins well that was okay but I got dissapointed to realize that a gentleman that came after us was served a proper meal. :(

Good day I have 2 .... 1 The wimpy at key west service were bad they did notbunderstand my language see youre advertising on tv but inside self they dont talk clients language I wait for milkskake only come after food were finished not happy my chips were black not frech and waiter did not come around put food on table I had to ask other eaiter to ask our waiter for our milkshake and servettes not happy ...said I will take it futher.... Then tuesday at Randburg chips were old again and patty waiter did not worry yust said sorry ...But I must pay the billl and why we love the wimpy but I think I must put this on socail page because on tv they talk 11 language but when you go there they dont.

I bought a meal, the chicken was off i couldn't swallow it. The bad smell was very strong in my mouth. I took it out and reported to the waiter. An hour later i became sick till now. The manager is blaming me.

She demands doctor's notes so that she checks the incestigations. She wants me to proove that the chicken was stale and a lot more.

Today (15/2/23) I ordered a chicken mayonaise toasted sandwich on brown bread with chips. * there was more mayonaise on the sandwich than chicken-barely any chicken. * sandwich was made on white bread and not brown bread as ordered. *could taste chips was deep fried in old oil My husband ordered the rib burger special * bread roll was not fresh * meat was burned * chips was fried in old oil If Wimpy can't deliver quality food anymore - they can just as well close there restaurants.

20 it was very full we also ordered 2 Cappuccinos, we were served very cold cappuccino we complained and they made another one which was also warm, we were served very cold food on my plate the only thing that was warm was pumpkin and the plate itself and my husband was served very cold wings and hot chips and hot plate we asked the waitress to come and feel our food she took them and

warmed them we could see that we were served yesterday's food we go to Wimpy every Saturday at Randhurt Alberton the food is always hot and fresh. The problem is that when we arrived home we had running tummy, s both of us we are not happy with the service we got at all.

I visited your Loughton branch yesterday with my son.

Upon entering we saw an empty booth with nice seating. A waitress saw us and upon asking to sit there was told it was taken and a menu was then placed on that table.

We then noticed a Wimpy employee was sitting in the seat we preferred, it looked like she was having a break / meal.

My self and a friend went into your tonbridge restaurant today. Ordered burgers which arrived cold and not of good quality meat covering in tomato sauce . When I politely complained and still offered to pay for meal . Was told by a young staff member the reason for burger’s being cold was due to staff messing around .

Which I had notice that your restaurant staff were all youngsters and did notice that they were all messing around as also notice customers waiting at the door to be seated . Very poor customer service.

Wimpy East Rand and East Gate are the worst restaurant we went these weekend the service is so bad and we end up going to a chisanyama on on a Saturday and Sunday I and my partner went to East Gate mall for breakfast then waited for an hour for our meal and end up leaving without getting serviced so will never tell anyo e to go to Wimpy because it seems like they all the same...Wimpy need to be closed like Maxi's

On Saturday 26-11-2022 my partner and I went to the Wimpy in the Lephalale Mall Limpopo. As we enter there was a male in the front behind the cash register . He did not welcome us at all and just told us to find a space to sit .

We took our seats and waited ten minutes for a waiter to take our orders . The waiter brought out drinks and went to to the window to place our food order. We sat and wait for our food and finish what we were drinking and nobody came back to our table and ask if we are ok .

Then a big fight broke out between the owners wife and the daughter at the window and they were insulting each other ludly infront of all the people in the restaurant . We waited 55 minutes for our food to be served and while still waiting 4 tables cancelled their orders and left .

Im writing this with a heavy heart, I'm angry and disappointed at the same time. I went for breakfast at Eldo Square with my husband orderd a burger and to my surprise the roll used was not the wimpy roll, when I asked why I'm a getting a shity roll the lady "Lebogang" who was serving me said she was waiting for me to complain as she was uncomfortable giving me burger with that kind of roll.

The manager "William" was called, all he said was they didn't have the correct roll, to my surprise few minutes later they brought another meal only this time they served the correct roll.

How excited I was when Wimpy arrived in my town of Brentwood Essex. I made a visit and asked the assistant if the recipe / menu was the same as the 1970's (which is the best ever with a unique all round flavour). What a disappointment.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE revive the original Wimpy!!!!! with its toasted bun and proper fried onions not what you serve today. I just want a hamburger/cheese burger with onions in a fabulous toasted bun. Thank you. Keith Wilson

Firstly nobody ushers you to your sit.. You do it all yourself nd i waited for 30 minutes before anybody can attend to me was just given the menu as if like thy were doing me a favour... Food was only served 45 minutes...

Good day , my name is Clifford Andrew I'm a resident in Richards bay , I visited your Engen Wimpy Branch in Alton Richards bay and was very disappointed with the service. 1. the waitress got the order wrong 2. There where full flies all over the place

3. The food was too cold when served 4. When we discussed the order with the waitress of the coffee milkshake being done incorrect as we did eat at other Wimpy branches before , she tells us that is the coffee type and when when she came to the table again she told us there 2 different types coffee/espresso but never had the courtesy of rectifying it in order to make the customer happy. I eat at the wimpy in Douglasdale on a regular basis so I know how long I should wait for a streaky bacon breakfast. The coffee came timeously but the food took AGES!!! Other customers who came in after us received their food before us - VERY unsatisfactory

Just to let you know that Tugela One Top South Wimpy has to be the most disgusting experience I've ever had anywhere! In the height of Corona the staff didn't wear masks or gloves or anything. The food was awful!

My eggs came DEAD instead of sunny side up, when sent back they then came back RAW with the white see through and running all over the plate, not edible all. The mushrooms were clearly microwaved and rubbery. The toast was brown instead of white.

My husband's patty in his breakfast you could sole a shoe with! My son's burger was so bad it was absolutely indescribable. My other son's breakfast was tolerable at best. " No satisfaction or apology for what has to be the worst meal ever eaten, hands down!

We visited Carletonville Wimpy. The service is very poor. We sat there for 30 minutes before we were noticed because all the staff are hanging round the pay point yelling, shouting and laughing. The tables and chairs are sticky and messy.

The lady that was sitting next to us eventually left cause she was also ignored. You can actually only use one hand to eat cause the other is used to try and get rid of the flies. Never going back again!

you get zero stars from me, if i order a chicken salad, i expect some chicken in the salad. The salad i received today were ridiculous! i wil ask if i want only lettuce. if you want your customers to that price, please make sure there are chicken in that we can taste and see.

We went to wimpy springs mall this afternoon to have a few minutes rest after a busy shopping. We decided to eat. We decided to only give her a small tip because she wasn't extremely friendly or involved. She swiped the card.

And mumbled something about its declined and she's getting another device. Gave my card. Here we sat like fools. She never came back. I decided to go draw money to pay her. I found her and here she snapped at me she's not happy about only R5 tip. We robbed her.

10% is bla bla bla and the rest. I don't know where that's coming from. But I feel she can go to hell. It's my money my decision. It's left a bitter taste and I'm not a happy person on this stage

My friends and I have been using our wimpy every weekend for many years one of my friends had been having children's meals as not able to eat a full meal last time she ordered the children's meal they refused to serve her the meal as they had been told they were not allowed to any. We stood at the door with my boyfriend and the waitress told us to que ourselves. Walked in and sat for approximately 10 minutes without any assistance. This is no way to treat customers. The service is extremely poor and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

on the 12th of May 2019 No one was at the front to even assist or let us know that they are busy , when we tried to ask the kitchen staff where the front desk manager is they ignored us straight out. When we did eventually get seated there was no apology for keeping us waiting.

It is not like they had to wait for someone to leave before we got seated as there was a table right there that was open. When we got seated the waiter did not even greet us , he had just given us the menus and left.

The lady right next to us was also complaining about how bad the service was as she was just ignored. We waited for 30 minutes and still not served to place our order, we eventually just got up and left.

My partner and I went to Wimpy in the New Redruth Centre in Alberton on Tuesday 2nd April 2019. It was his birthday and wanted to have a nice meal at Wimpy. We were the only people there other than two customers that left about 10-15 min after our arrival.

We arrived about 18h15 and ordered 2 coffees and two steak & chips with eggs. We got the coffees about 15min later and waited for an hour and no food... We asked them why we were waiting so long and they said they were busy with a take-away.

Surely there must be more than one person preparing food or just a word from them to say they were busy and would attend to us soon... I can assure you that I will not go back there ever again as I was disgusted with the service I got from them.

Last 3x eating at wimpy. Service poor look as they doing a big favour in serving customers. The eggs swimming in oil. The Bacon don't even taste like bacon. This morning the chips on the streaky breakfast was raw. I asked for a cheesy Griller and I got I don't know what.

The toast I got, I think was crushed between something. The last 3 times I visit I was really not happy . I ate my food but really that is not what I expecting from a wimpy.

I was intending to sit and drink coffee and muffins with my colleagues after a 2hr drive from Port Elizabeth to King Williams Town. We stopped at Wimpy at King Williams Town. My order of 3cups of coffee and 3 mufffins was treated as a take away instead of instore order.

The order took more than 25 minutes to be served. It was too cold. And the muffins were stale. The waiter apologised. The manager came and after a long argument, he told me to change my mentality because everyday people are telling him the same thing that he is giving the English/Afrikaans speaking people a first preference.

He had a decency of telling me that the muffins were just defrosted. Within few minutes a couple seated across me complained as well but their order was exchanged immediately. They were not Xhosa…

Was disgusted with the breakfast served at Wimpy Centurion mall today 15 January 2019. The food was cold, almost impossible to cut the toast and knives blunt. Disappointed that Guava juice was a mix of some or other kind with water.

Unacceptable brown wilted garnish on plate. I asked three different staff members to speak to the manager before she eventually came to hear about my ccomplaint. We will never eat at that branch again it sucks. Had better food and service at other branches.

I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH WALMART FOR HAVING SO MUCH ITEMS WITH GREAT VALUE. GREAT VALUE IS NOT A GOOD ITEM. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL OF THEIR ITEMS AND FIND THEM OF VERY POOR QUALITY. I EITHER HAVE TO BUY GREAT VALUE OR ORGANIC, WHICH COST MORE.

I MIGHT AS WELL GO TO ANOTHER STORE WHERE I CAN GET WHAT I WANT. I DO ALOT OF BUSINESS AT WALMART, BUT YOU ARE FORCING ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Good day I was at the Wimpy in Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein yesterday at about 16h00. Only one waiter on the floor. I had the worst service ever. She was running crazy between all the customers. The Wimpy was full. We waited more then 45 minutes for 4 milkshakes and 3 small plates of chips. I just feel that in the future if you want customers to come back - make sure there is more staff on shift. The Manager was not helpful - just standing around not making rounds at tables asking if everything is ok.

I would rather go some where i get service then waiting for no service - We waited more then 15 minutes before the waiter took our order.

I did not tip her because i feel good service gets rewarded. No service - no tip
