I was treated well as a customer. When I tried to stop services, the customer care was awful. So many call transfers. Finally it was done and I thought everything would be ok. I got an additional bill. I called, again 4 transfers to be told that they had indeed sent a refund. Untrue of course. I returned my TV box and not just received another packaging for return. I imagine I'll be billed. I do have the receipt from the post office. Anyway, this has been a bad experience. I would call but I don't have the emotional fortitude to accept the many transfers and the confusion everyone has. When transferred, I have to tell my complete story again, and of course, I get transferred again.
