I live in Cambridge Estates in Bethlehem Georgia. Kinetic by Windstream is moving into our neighborhood and burying the lines. The crew that is out here is incompetent and inconsiderate. We have a neighborhood Facebook site and just about everyone on there says that they have cut there comcast internet lines (mine included) even though the lines are clearly marked. Its not just a hand full of people its just about everyone in the neighborhood. They don't seem to care either. This causes everyone working from home to use there hotspots, slowing them down and costing them money.

They absolutely tear everyone's yards up and don't even attempt to make them look presentable on the way out. It is October, the muddy mess they are leaving will be with us the entire dormant season. Its…

I had an appointment scheduled for this past Tuesday today is Friday the 21st I called all day on Tuesday they said they would be here at different hours every time I called until the end of the day they said they rescheduled the same for Wednesday Thursday and Friday.

Where I live is far out and I stream everything there is no service out here my kids are missing to much school work we are just waiting around cause WiFi is what you need out here to call or watch shows I really think you need to get good workers and don't lie to the people that really need this is I am very disappointed and I fill like you should consider getting good workers that don't lie

On Tuesday October 11 at approximately 10 AM, Three Windstream/Kinetic bucket trucks pulled up across from 1009 Monroe Jersey Rd SE, Monroe, Ga 30655. Phone # 770 267-4961. They informed us that they were there to replace/repair the pole our phone/internet service line is attached to.

They said our service would be timporarly disconnected. Instead of replacing the pole they chose to connect our service line to a pole about 60' up the road. They also chose to replace the service line. When they finished, they just drove off.

We now have no landline phone service, and no internet service. I called Windstream customer service and was informed a service ticket had been created and a tech will come next Tuesday, 18th to find the problem. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

We know what the problem is.…

Internet was installed on September 16th and worked for one hour. I had to wait 10 days for a tech to come out. He replaced the modem and again it worked for 1 hour and went out. Now they want me to wait over a week for yet another tech to come on October 5th.

That will be 2 hours of internet service in 19 days @ that point. Unacceptable! I am losing my job bc of no internet and I cannot pay for a full month's service when I have had 2 hours worth and it has affected my job Please help ASAP. Thank you!

My internet has been down going on three months and I have had it. I need someone to fix it now. Had several repairs out there and they did not fix problem. The fiberof line has already been put down did not help.

I have been a customer for 30* years and service has never been cut off. I tried to reach to supervior MR. Bembery this am and he never returned call. Please help me with internet problem. I have paid bill on time and every month.

I called from England between August 15-19 to change my windstream landline phone service from vacation plan to regular plan. I talked to Donna(emp#186538) in Concord NC. who said I should have regular service by August 21st. and she took care of that.

I had regular service on August 24, 2022 when I got to Concord until Sunday night August 28,2022. I was able to call long distance even international to England. During the day on Sunday the 28th, I was able to call long distance as normal.

Since Sunday evening August 28th 2022, I have been able to call only numbers in area code 704 (my ac). If I try to call any number outside of 704, "I get the number you dialed has not been recognized".

I have three phones in my house and I get the same message on all three, so it is not those. I also…

We have repeatedly scheduled to have out telephone repaired as it has no dial tone. We have been without telephone service for approximately 6 weeks. Our repair tickets have been closed out without the technician coming to our place or notifying us.

I have a open work order ticket at this moment, ticket number 51519118. I reported an internet issue on Monday, September 5th 2022 at 10:10 AM. I was informed that it would be Thursday, September 8th before a technician could respond, but my ticket was given a high priority and would be expedited, because my wife works from home.

I never received a text, email, or phone call to state that a ticket was generated. I call back again, same day, at 1:30PM and was assured my ticket was generated and it has been given a high. I still did not receive any conformation, so I called back again at 6:55 PM and spoke to Latoshia (suppose to be a manager), and again assured I would be taken care of.

I got service with you guys less then 3 months when I got connected the lady I spoke to said the promotion I got was the first three months were free and my monthly bill would be 67 $ or 69$. Well I just recently got disconnected so I went in the office to Windstream in espanola to see what happened!

well the girl put me on a different plan and I was supposed to pay with in the first month now I'm disconnected with a balance that I didn't have no control over I called several times to explain what happened and I keep getting transferred to different people the last girl I spoke to was about 6:40pm and after I told her she just stayed silent for about 7 min and then hung up.

I have been trying to get a hold of anyone at winstream for a couple days. No one answers the phone or if by chance someone does pick up i am told they cant hear me or i have the wrong department so they cant help me and tell me to call they same number I just called to get them.

So I tried your portal the recording told me to use numerous times while sitting on hold forever and I cant access that because I dont have an account set up because no one will answer your phone so I can set one up. I have tried the so called live chat only to get messages saying its not available so why offer it.

Then i have tried the email guess what no responses there either. So tell me how i'm supposed to get answers to my questions if I can not get a hold of anyone at your company.

On Wednesday August 23 , 2022 my wife called me to get home that two individuals were going through our front yard with some type of equipment digging a ditch and that we had lost WiFi service in process . Sure enough when I get home there they are , I asked them what they were doing there and lady responded that they we’re burying a WiFi cable for my neighbor , I then

explained to both of them that in process that they had cut my service with that machine !! The male employee then stated that I would have to contact windstream and make an appointment for them to send out repairman to fix it that quote ‘ it wasn’t his problem’ !

Field service rep. Never should up at my home waited all day just to be told he was already there and noted no one wad home and left a notice at my door this is a complete lie I have 2 dogs in which would have barked no notice was left and

no courtesy call was made even having both cell numbers of my wife and myself this is a service rep. That is falsifying company records in which could end up in court even after time and time again trying to voice my complaint to his immediate supervisor no response was given by him or her I guess overseeing his employees isn'T his concern or duty

We have been very patient waiting for our service to be turned on keep being told that the engineer department needs to do some work this has been going on since June. We keep being told 3 week and we will get we will contact you I have called repeatedly the last time I called she set up an appointment date I asked if the work was done she said it was ok and

when the technician showed up today work had not been done so he couldn't hook it up. I would think after 3 plus months there should be something happening about this.

Why is it that I get on the program to get my bill cheaper because I’m on disability and I get approved then Windstrem only does it for a couple of months and doesn’t tell you that up front.That is one of the biggest whip offs I have ever heard of .I am making a complaint to Better Business Bureau.

I have been trying to change my Windstream email password for days and all they tell me is that I have to give the new password to the person I'm speaking to and they will change my password. With how bad security is around the world - WHY WOULD I DO THAT?

I have spoken to 4 people trying to get the ability to change it myself on line. I'm so fed up that I have changed all my accounts to use my gmail account. I no longer trust Windstream.

My internet keeps dropping, several times an hour all the time. Called 1 1/2 weeks ago, was told they would send someone today 7/27/22 and the te h would call first. Didn't hear from anyone all morning so I called in the afternoon and was told it was set for 7/28/22.

I said I won't be home tomorrow, I had made planes already based on the info I was given. It is now 7:30 pm and have called back couple more times and keep getting disconnected. I willbe contacting corporate office regarding customer service.

I have had windstream for 2 years, in the last year I have had nothing but problems with it going out. I have had a tech at my house so many times were on a first name basis. I call nothing gets done.

I feel I'm paying for something that doesn't work and they owe me money back. The whole thing sucks.

My scheduled home internet repair has been rescheduled 11 times, without notice or communication to me. My service request has been marked as complete, although no repair has been preformed. According to my records I have called repair center 17 times, the last giving me a new incorrect work order number and another week service date delay.

I have been a Windstream customer for 3 years. On March 2nd, 2022, I had new service installed at my new apartment. On May 3rd, my phone service was terminated for (814) 834-2571. I have never got a paper bill since then.

I called to see why and they relayed that I was involuntarily enrolled in paperless billing, of which, I am denied access to. Now Windstream has taken it upon their selves to refuse my credits, add additional charges that I have not agreed to and refusal to acknowledge my governmental Lifeline and ACP credits.

Charging me full price while I only agreed to a Promotional Bundle of $30 per month for 3 months. Each of the dozen local agents tell me a different answer and I am unable to refute anything because of your fraudulent charges that are concealed through your…

So, am I to suffer as a 77 year old veteran on Social Security, unable to call my many grand children and great grand children, because I am an old customer and not a new subscriber?

I was approved for the ACP in February and I have filled out the part of the application process. two times and my discount isn’t being applied to on my bill. I called to get an explanation and I was hung up on by the representative!

I was not being rude. I listened to their explanation but I was told to be quiet and listen when I tried to explain my situation! The customer service representative are very rude and disrespectful!

Our phone bills quadrupled over a couple years going as high as $805/mo for 5 lines. They made switching difficult and refused to let me speak with someone form customer service or consumer affairs. They claimed they sent letters informing us of the price increases but refused to produce a copy of said letter.

They just kept referring me to their collection department. It has been a month since we left Windstream for RCN and they continue to bill us and send threatening letters. The number on their letter does not work. These guys are crooks and should be ashamed.

How are they still in business???

I called Windstream to request an internet speed upgrade. The service person told me that I was not eligible for an upgrade; however, a whole Windstream technician who came to my house to resolve my problem told me that I could call an request to get bonded services.

I am a Pastor and my wife is a hospital administrator, and we need dependable service. We are tired of getting the runaround!!!

My mothers phone 903-673-2390 has had 7 repair tickets filed since February 2022. She is dependent on her lifeline necklace with this phone. We keep getting the run around with service. It went out this time on 5/11 2022 and they said it will be 5/16/2022.

4 days without a phone. She is 90 years old and lives by herself. This is totally unacceptable for a senior citizen who pays her bill faithfully to be without phone service. It has been around 20 days out of a month that she has no phone service.

We cannot work, to pay the bill, because the internet is out. The main account holder works weekends and they refuse to come out before Monday and will not comp us. This is bull, how can someone work to pay the bill in this day and age, when we cannot even use the service provided?

We have to work from home due to the pandemic or we cannot make money. How is someone supposed to make sure they can pay on time, when we can't even work and you refuse to send a repair call??

No wonder this company went bankrupt years ago. This makes NO sense, and just because you have a semi monopoly we cannot work with anyone else. Must be nice to take advantage of people like this, while your ceo sits all nice and cushy, living the life.

REAL people HAVE to work to pay you.

So I know an employee that comes to my employment to stay. All week. At Holiday inn and suites. It amazes me you all pay for an employee to sit and do nothing. I assume he is suppose to be working.

While he takes all day to do a job and then eats our food. Uses our gym. How do you apply for a job like that. Mr helms has it made from boyd county. It’s aggravating when the rest of us has to really work.

Sold me 10 mg and did not provide. I moved 800 miles to an area that has Windstream based on the fact I could get 2 separate 10 mg lines, so I could work from home. I got her at install was told I could only get 1 , 3 mg.

I can’t run on 3 mg. I repeatedly asked if they were sure I could get this 10 mg, and was assured I could. Actually they said I could get 12. I can not work now. I have 3 days to figure out what to do.

How dare they sell something they can not provide.

my service went bad in november. open lines, static and dropped calls. it's now january. the customer care reps have misinformed and mishandled my acct. it has left me a 72 yr. old, disabled, housebound ... without a safety net. the equipment is antient.

the junction box is overloaded. no one in upper management seems to see that my acct. should get flagged and needs help from someone that knows what they are doing. i feel windstream has let my service fall through the cracks after 50 yrs of service; this company has let me down at the worst possible time.

i still have no dial tone and now am stuck with a limited phone that has no service. internet keeps going out which disables my cell phone that runs off of the Wi-Fi ... i am old, alone and now isolated from everything i needed to run…

My bill constantly fluctuates. This time it went up $7 from last month. The service is getting weaker and erratic. We lost internet for 24 hours with no notice . Sometimes the internet quits and comes back within a minute. This is very disruptive.

There is never an explanation for either of these things. Do I need to find another server or is there a reasonable explanation.

I received a courtesy call on November 16 2021@ 10:20 am! She asked if I were able to make a payment on my current account and I told her I wouldn't be able to make another payment til December 1st 2021 because I had just paid $200 on November 1st.

She told me that she put on My account that I would make payment on Dec 1st 2021. This morning my service have been disconnected and I'm upset because everyone is lying about my payment arrangements.. I'm on disability but I've been with this company since GTE and I was 19 yrs old.

I had to wait for something to be approved by the state and now that it is approved I still can’t get a direct answer from anyone and I can’t get a supervisor to return my calls. I spoke with customer service representative, Jada, to request internet service using EBB benefits and stressed to her importance of affordability. Without my consent or knowledge, she added phone service to my order. I called customer service and spoke to Marissa when I received phone service information through USPS.

She informed me that I could not change the service before installation. She did not address the issue I called about! Earlier today I had a live text with a customer representative who advised me to call to cancel the service.

No one as of yet has addressed my concerns for services added to my account without my consent or knowledge. This is unacceptable!

customer service reps and managers have been very rude, They are not willing to work with us seeing i am a student to a school and rely on my classes, not only do i rely on it for classes but my godkids rely on going to classes with it. they have been not friendly at all nor helpful whatsoever.

i will NOT reccomend this company to anyone until the customer service gets way way vetter than it is right nowem its downright disgracefuk to hing up on a customer during a conversation or demand more money than what is owed.
