I pay my bill on time every month. I'm supposed to have high speed internet. Yea, thats a joke! Every month at least 2 or 3 times my internet will stop working. So I call support services. They're no help.
Tells me to unplug and plug the modem like I haven't tried that already. Then tell me they can't establish a connection and will have to dispatch a tech. Tech comes out and does nothing in the house but look at the box.
Looks at the wires outside and tells me its fixed now. It lasts a couple weeks and I have to repeat the process. I pay 90 bucks for the most crappy service ever! Why not change providers you ask? Because they're the only ones who service my area so with alot of business you'd think they would get their crap together. Do better Windstream!! this makes no sense!
