I placed an online order with free delivery yesterday. I telephoned the location (19250 E. Lincoln Avenue, Parker, Colorado 80138) and confirmed changes and exactly what I wanted within minutes of placing the online order. The location confirmed our changes and the complete order. The order arrived incorrectly.
We called, spoke to "Sam" who had difficulty with English and I was told to call back tomorrow. We called back the following morning (today), spoke to Mary, and received absolutely no satisfaction. Wingstop has lost our business.
