I placed an online order with free delivery yesterday. I telephoned the location (19250 E. Lincoln Avenue, Parker, Colorado 80138) and confirmed changes and exactly what I wanted within minutes of placing the online order. The location confirmed our changes and the complete order. The order arrived incorrectly.

We called, spoke to "Sam" who had difficulty with English and I was told to call back tomorrow. We called back the following morning (today), spoke to Mary, and received absolutely no satisfaction. Wingstop has lost our business.

I am so upset. We just moved to the colerain area of town. In Cincinnati Ohio. 99 special. But Everytime there is a problem with the quality of our food. Either it's cold, fries are the butt end pieces or like today the chicken was hard as a rock and the fries had a ton of salt on them.

It does no good to call because I'm not driving so I get stuck with this bad product! I'd like to request that a district manager reach out to me. This time I want my money back!

I ordered 10pcs lemon pepper wings well done. Half of the wings was under cook. I call an spoke with management she ask if i took pics of food and i said no i threw everything in the trash. Then she stated this is not the first time with the new cook this has happen. 99 but never offered.

I order a Cajun stile chicken sandwich , and they give me a boneless 8pc , I call and say that they give me my order wrong., and I can go back today , she say if I want to returned I don't have to eat it and I say I down the hill she said I can come back when ever I want with the food , really I will be back next week , I'm not going to keep that food in my car or in my house ...for 1 week...

Went to restaurant on 07/08/3023 at approximately 7:30 PM and had the worst customer service. The gentleman taking my order had his earphones in and was on FaceTime with someone. He asked me to repeat my order more than four times.

I asked him to repeat my order back to me and he didn’t get it right. I waited over a 1/2 hour for my food. During that time I watched five to six people leave because they weren’t being helped and people he did help kept going back to him to advise that he had gotten their order wrong.

I’m not sure I would ever go back because of this experience. I’m sure that the other patrons felt the same way.

My husband called me from wing stop to order for me as I have stage 4 liver and felt like Plain chicken strips He ordered two plain chicken strips and fries with NO salt. I have a picture of it I could not eat any of it He wanted to go back but it was about to storm and I did not feel like eating after I saw what they sent.

The chicken was flaming red. Probably would have made me sick and the fries had something on them. I know help is hard to find and I do not want to get anyone in trouble but you should have a manager who checks orders. This is unacceptable

I walked in and placed a take out order at the 71st & Memorial location in Tulsa tonight at 10:10 pm. The cashier told me approximately 15-20 minutes. I tried to call in advance but after being on hold 15 minutes I went to the store.

At 25 minutes I asked about my order and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. I watched 8-10 people leave with orders that had come in after Me. After checking 2 more times my order was given to me one hour after I ordered.

Order through UberEats, driver came and got my order but my grandmother was there so the driver calle sand confirm that the store had my order. My grandmother then called and said "They don't have your order", an order that WAS ALREADY PAID FOR.

called the store and ask how did they have my order when the driver arrived but now that my grandma wants the order you don't have it when it was confirmed to give it to her. WILL NOT be ordering online here again.

The service is horrible. I place my order online and it says it would be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. I go there 5 minutes after 21 minutes and food was not ready. We waited for an hour in a half to get our food.

Then you have the Assistant manager being loud and ghetto arguing with the Manager in the establishment. This location is very unprofessional and need a whole new crew of workers with some class. The wing stop in Deerfield beach Fl 3668 west Hillsboro Blvd , Deerfield beach fl33442.

This is the establishment that needs a whole new crew. The boneless wings are not being done, and they rushing to get orders done. Food is great, but poorly workers.

So, I’ve tried wingstop in Washington a few times and the food was terrible so when I moved to texas I thought I would give this new one a try and the food is still terrible. They also got my order completely wrong

Wingstop #891 service is horrible. After 20 min of placing my order we witnessed another couple complain about a 35 min wait time asking for a refund. This is my 2nd time here, first time was a dine in and of course took way too long.

Tonight we ended up waiting 45 min. The people upfront should say if there is gonna be a long wait time. Not just stand up there playing on their phone. Then when I get upset because of my wait time they wanna have an attitude.

I will never suggest anyone to come here. I won’t set foot in this place again until some serious changes are made. If I could take the one star away I would. This place doesn’t even deserve that. 45 min wait time for 2 orders of wings.

The least they could do was offer a discount or something, but nothing!!

Could not find the address and I live two minutes away. Called the person and kept telling them to turn here because I saw them but he kept speeding too fast for apartments. Food was cold as ice and it only takes two minutes to get here.

The Thousand Oaks location in California has a stingy manager that should work elsewhere. She does not bother to answer phones if there are customers in store. I tried calling over 10 times while driving to place a simple phone order.

The fact that she is a manager and doesn’t know how to multitask is absurd. She should be answering phones and asking people to hold until her current order is done. Then move on to the next person in order received.

She also gives tiny nuggets next to big wings and says they’re also wings. I refuse to pay so much for baby pieces. Everyone else will throw in extra if there are tiny pieces. If you buy 10 wings, you still have to pay over $2 for ranch and that’s an insult.

If I’m buying food from you, at least ONE ranch should be free. This manager is…

I stop i yesterday to place an order no one greeted me . No one took my order only 3 customers in the store besides me. I stop coming to wing stop so unorganized. Employees acts as though the customer are ghost.

In today the manager at this location decides customer cannot order inside. All orders has to be online . As the employee make the statement . I clearly as the manager to come give me the number to corporate office.

All three of the employees stated laughing . including the manager Leigh his lack of integrity. To laugh about the customer asking for the corporate office number. I work for a billion dollar company. If any of our staff members or anyone act s the way all three of them did .

There will be action taken . I will not stop until something is done about this…

After spends $25 dollars for 15 wings ( Lemon Pepper ) and fries and 2 drinks. I ordered Lemon Pepper Wings several times. I know that they should not be spicy at all. But they were, like someone screwed up the order and sent them out anyway. And i had enough oil in the bottom on the container I could have fried another set of wings again. First of all I didn't get my Receipt. The worker just tore it off the bag. Didn't think much about it at the time. When I got home I was shocked! I've never wings that Bad. Once I checked the reviews/complaints I was really Pissed Off.

Tried a new wingstop and received horrible service. I explained to the order taker that my husband had brain surgery and please no salt in which I was told not a problem. The wings did come correct but the fries was salted and rediped and the corn had an unpleasant taste didn't receive celery/carrots.

00 worth of food at the staten island forest location. Not so great understand it's Friday night might be extremely busy I ordered for delivery not only was the food cold but I was missing items even received incorrect items.

Was highly disappointed I did call the store to speak with a manager was told by a cashier that it was too busy so I insisted to speak with management. Spoke to the manager I understand it's busy but it the employees job to make sure all items are in the bag as well as making sure items are correct.

On three different occassions I've called the restaurant to place an order for pick. When I call to place my order I am in Pasadena, TX about 13 miles from this location (as this is the location closes to my house).

The phones rings for about 2-3 minutes when someone answers they automatically say "hold please" and place the call on hold. I then drive 23 minutes on hold from Pasadena, Tx to Wingstop on Harrisburg #234 (13 miles from where I originally placed the call).

Only to walk in and find about 3-4 employees in the whole restaurant and maybe three orders before my order. This is horrible customer service.

This is the last time my family will order from wingstop. I placed an order this evening and my dasher just delivered it. 00 and I ordered the 10 piece classic combo with 5 extra pieces. I also ordered the 7 piece tenders with 2 extra tenders.

I received only the 10 piece combo and the fries were burnt. I did not receive any of the tenders (9) pieces total and (5) of the classic. I only received (1) ranch. Now please tell me why?????? Why does this happen all the time.

This is NOT the way to run a business. I had my order delivered because my husband just came home from work. When I called the restaurant, I was told that someone had to go to the restaurant and bring the cell phone with the order on it and they would make what is missing. Why???? 00 tip.

So, now we have to drive up there…

Called the jefferson city, mo location at approximately 1140pm to insure they were still open. The gentleman told us they closed midnight. We immediately pulled in. When I entered the store the same gentleman told us they could no longer take orders.

When I asked why he didn't say that on the phone he was very rude and said "because you asked when we closed"

The team led and shift manager were very RUDE!

After I placed my order and was gathering cash to pay for order, he stated they did not accept cash (no posted sign stating that) but no problem. As I was getting my card I said every body doesn’t have a card that’s kinda rough. He stated every one has a card. So we kinda went over that for a short time as I put my card in machine. It's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at several locations near me. If you order online the only way to change or cancel an order is by calling. It's absolutely ridiculous. Find better employees or find a better system for customers to correct their orders without tying up those employees.

Worst customer service ever ! I was told 30 minute wait and waited over an hour for a sandwich and 8 wings ! All other customers that got after me go their food I went to counter to ask was told they were waiting on fries I finally get mine and the order is wrong and the fries were all of the ends and were not even hot.

I ordered 20 wings and fries. I ordered 5 mild, 5 garlic Parmesan and 10 mild. When I got home I saw they messed up the entire order. I had 10 spicy & 10 lemon. When I went to pick up my order not 1 employee acknowledged my presence.

Wingstop in Las Cruces NM, today, on a Saturday they only had one cashier. Possibly due to both of them giving there relatives that work along there side, getting the evening off. I was told that my order would be ready between 43-48 minutes. I place my on online at 6:00 pm. Now I went to pick up my order. and it was ready. I was told at 7:15 that were. Making my order. m. with a 30-35 minute wait time, when I arrived at the appointed time my order still hadn’t been processed and when my to go order was delivered 15 minutes later it was wrong when we arrived at home. I called to issue a complaint and received excuses and was told I was being a problem asked to talk at a manager and received more excuses and was told about my bad attitude and was offered my food for free just to forget about.

This was a very insulting experience. This is the second time in recent months that the service at the location was bad which is what precipitated this complaint. I expect no further action, just wanted to relay I will not be patronizing my local store anymore

I called to place an order and they answered the phone didn’t say anything just put the phone down. I drove to location and when I walked in I was still on hold and I asked the young lady at the front not rude at all so your manager have you answer and just sit the phone down.

She stated well we busy. I said I totally understand that but you could have at least said we pretty busy if I put you on hold it might be a long wait besides just sitting the phone down. She stated well we are busy.

I asked for the manager and he didn’t address the situation either. The customer service is horrible.

Yes issue lies on the28th st and east Paris Ave kentwood mi 49512 store. My wife worked there for 6 days and stuff fell through point blank don't work there no more. The owner refuses to answer or get back ahold of us.

Won't pay her going on 2 weeks since she last worked. If we don't hear nothing by Friday. We're gonna pursue in legal actions. For labor laws and not being paid of time work. Ocea and food inspector since the store has molds growing inside the building and that is a health code violation. P.

Put order in at noon today. For pickup at 5:15. Order not started until I walked in at at 5:10. Before you say they are busy they only had one customer that had been waiting for 20 plus minutes on a online order also.

What is the purpose of ordering online to get our money in advance so we can wait for order to be cooked. Have to find new wing spot.
