I and my husband had a shopping at Burwood westfield woolies on 11/4/23 in about 05:35 pm. 60, 4 pcs left, we just grabbed one for us. while scanning in the self counter it appeared $ 22. So we asked staff to check it.
Staff, Irene checked and immediately removed the price tag saying that this is wrong. 60 and she just placed the coffee on the self serve counter very rudely and walked away, I was requesting her to adjust the price as it was already scanned with other items, and
as a customer I have no access to adjust the price or cancel, or I am not allowed to do so. But she did not listen to me, just walked away, did not even look at my. I would understand if she told me circumstances.
