Hi there, we weren’t going to write anything as we have already mentioned to her a few times how much we appreciate her outstanding customer service, however we wanted to put it in writing in hope that her great work is recognised by her management team. We met Tammy a few months ago & we have to say she has got to be one of the nicest girls we have come across who works at the Woolies stores!

Tammy seen us struggling with two very tired toddlers & went out of her way to give both of our children stickers, she also managed to grab both of their attention whilst still serving & packing our bags, not only did our girls love her & quietened down to listen to her, but it also enabled my husband & I to leave feeling more than satisfied with our shopping experience.

So over it and absolutely disgusted with the Pink Lady appels the past 4 months as all are either help in storage for long periods and all over ripe or bruised. I never complain but so over it now after 4 months spending money each week on pink lady appels and discarding into dustbin. Have pictures to prove it totally disgusted and fed up!

As a happy Woolies customer for many years I feel compelled to express my displeasure at the routine that missed items in online shopping deliveries is becoming lately. I must commend the smart process for filing claims and also the speed with which refunds are handled. But it's unfortunate that one out of every three online purchases for some time now has missed items.

Good Day. Yesterday at 11:55 I purchased a Roast Chicken from Woolworths Glendale. ($12.00)

When I started to carve it last evening - it was all dark on one side - like cooked dry blood. This was very off putting and consequently put in the Green Bin. I do have a photo of same and the Cash Receipt if you require.

It is infuriating to try to order items when they are said to be available until you look at your order list and find the aren't! It's infuriating to find items unavailable online that are available inshop. I've been shopping at Woolworths for many years and now my disability makes it impossible to shop personally.

Woolworths is discriminating against people with disabilities and in thinking carefully about steps I can take. Enough is enough.

Good afternoon I would like to inform you of my visit to your store on Sunday 19th as I was here for the Yass show when entered the store it was dirty the store is a trip hazard for older people there are trolleys all along the back of shop near the Milk fridge which you had to work your way around your aisle are very empty the people working down the aisle where to busy leaving cardboard everywhere I would have to say it’s the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had I can understand why the people working there don’t look very happy and

Hi, first I must admit that I received always good service ftom Woolworths in the past. I am many years now a client of Woolworths, but are very disappointing of the following problem. My comlplaint however, is not against poor service delivery I received always good service in all Woolworths shops.

This morning 15/3/23 8.05am my son was driving towards Woolworths Cornubia and was in the roundabout, just in front of it. We were 3/4 around, when a Woolworths linehaul truck pulled out in front of us, making us come to a full stop in the roundabout. The Woolworths driver was looking down at us and gesturing with his hand (gesturing stop) and mouthing stop.

He failed to give way and created a dangerous situation. My car had L plates clearly visible and multiple cars had to come to a complete stop.

Hello I am writing to you with total lack of sleep. Engine going all lights on and banging of all delivery doors. Delivery was for 12 St Pauls Road North Balgowlah. 27 St Pauls Road North Balgowlah Well I thought that was it. 10am.

10 am The unbelievable noise started again. 10am delivering to 8 St Pauls Road North Balgowlah across the road. 10 am Wednesday the 15th of March same thing same Woolworths truck delivering to 29 St Pauls Road North Balgowlah. Next door to my property.

This delivery service is out of control waking up our entire street not once but three times and something has to be done to stop this. I have spoken to all the houses involved and they all agree this has to stop!!!! Answer no one!!!!

Woolworths Coorparoo, what is the point in having express checkouts but you never have them opened. Instead you have a checkout opened with a screwed up sign saying 15 items or less stuck at the end of the checkout which customers can't read, or don't see.

The customer unloads a full trolley and it takes for another customer to tell them it is an express checkout, not the checkout operator. He/she just puts the order through.

Meanwhile a customer who has one item then has to wait. Yes, I could use self serve but I don't work for Woolworths. Woolworths Coorparoo, get your act together. You really are going down hill fast. Who on earth is the manager in that store.

The new overhead customer scanning at the self serve section is painful. It creates a build up of customers waiting to process their final payment because a staff member has to come to every checkout and manually manipulate the system to allow the customer to pay.

Therefore the self serve is no longer an efficient service at all. All it does is make customers wait longer and then become angry with the staff member running from check out to check out. Off to Coles for my shopping.

Standing in the line at Woolworths Corio with at least 30 people with only 2 registers open! What a joke…. The self service queue is almost all the way up the aisle too. Very slack woolies. The unfortunate thing isn’t this isn’t a one off experience… it’s every time you visit the store.

Better management and organisation required… I’ve counted at least 5 people stacking g shelves while standing here that could have been operating registers!!! Come on woolies - get you act together please!!!!!

I applied for the Woolworths Store card on the 26th of February I was approved within a few days. I selected Greenstone mall as my point of collection for the card I went there and was told the printer isn't working I must go to Eastgate, mall of Africa or Lakeside Mall... I have been driving and calling these stores for weeks now and they don't answer not do they have store cards available. I just came from Festival Mall, the lady refused to give me a card because I chose Greenstone as the point of collection and the other excuse for not giving me the card was because my Woolworths App wasn't working.

Please do me a favour: CANCEL MY APPLICATION ASAP!! I am not interested anymore.

I have shopped at Woolworths Kyabram Victoria store for many years and I also shop online and over the years never had a problem until today Sunday 12th March when I simply asked what looked to be the floor manager if she was going to open another checkout as there was only one open and there were 8 people with full trolleys waiting.

Instead of just answering me politely and with respect she came up to me and said "What do you think I'm doing you just need to have patience. I don't have a name but she was a bleach blonde and looked like she was manager for the day.

I didn't appreciate her rudeness and thought she was simply incompetent.

Woolworths Noranda, WA. Please please teach your staff about cross contamination. Kyle in the deli section served me, used the same gloves to handle bacon, as he did to then stick his hand in the container of salami. I would have thought he would use the sheet of grease proof paper or turn the bag inside out to grab it.

I then went back to get some ham, and cringed when I realised he’d be serving me again, he did the exact same thing but didn’t change the gloves he was wearing from cleaning equipment (end of the day) to putting his hand into the ham. Please, please teach them, it’s really gross.

Order say delivered. But i didnt receive anything. After 30 mins walk around the nearby street and found my order been delivered to the front door of someone else's house. That is very sad. Its also a big order as well.

I went to watervale 3392 Woolworth today to change a full fat milk bottle to low fat milk bottle on demand of my client as I was doing my shift of support worker in kings park 3021. 50-12 pm 10/3/2023.

Withdrawn some cash from the self serve check out. Machine gave me a counterfeit $50 bill, CBA confirmed and took it and didn’t returned to me. Went back to Woolworths and checked with the manager for the solution, he told me to prove that $50 bill was from Woolworths and started blaming me you may have got it from some where else and making it up.

When I asked him okay you are not going to help me at store level, give me the head office number to discuss, rather then helping he replied google it…. Now received a phone call from CBA that as per federal police you will not get credit.

Every time I go to shop at Nambour Woolworths the bakers who are situated near the shop entrance make fun of me because I am an old trans woman who they think is a complete joke so they crack jokes about me and I find going to shop at Woolworths difficult. The employee wasn't bagging my goods at the express aisle,instead she was dropping the items into the bag recess which inturn broke a drink bottle which was purchased elsewhere. When I asked her to bag the items,she yelled/hissed "why don't you do it your just standing there.

I even suggested she check the immediate cctv. As this problem continued I also reported the problem to that acting ASM and the current ASM to no avail.

Also corporate office said that they've received a email from the ASM stating that she has since contacted me with the offer of a gift voucher for my broken bottle I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RECENT COMMS FROM THE ASM. well today is over.

Selling expired goods and not taking responsibility. The whole shelf had expired good not just two three days but months . This was at the Cranbourne North (3144) store on 03/03/2023 where I purchase two cans of coconut milk and two cans of coconut ceam from the home brand.

On 4th March 2023 I was unable to log into my account with Woolworths using my iMac desk computer. I have used online shopping with Woolworths for years and have never had this problem. It is an error 401. I did speak to someone who was very helpful and I am not complaining about that person, she did everything to help me.

I am aged 95, live alone, and I am only moderately competent with digital matters. The solutions to my problem provided by Woolworths was to use an outside program which deletes all passwords. I am not happy to do this as I do not understand what I would be doing.

Every Friday I shop at Woolworths Kadina SA, shelves in fruit & veg to many empty overall presentation a disgrace. 1. Peaches. Have purchased 3 lots so far this season. All inedible. Bought 3 large yellow ones the other day. Thought It would be safe as they were large and not that far from ripening. Over 3 days they have actually shrunk. 2.

Purchased 2 apples different varieties. No crunch just hard and awful taste. Threw out. 3. Rarely buy a cooked chicken the other day bought one for $11. Opened. About the size of a small pigeon and overcooked probably because of its small size.

I find it worry some that there neither hand sanitiser nor trolly wipes are available at Woolworths. Over the past month, they have not been provided; when asking staff for them, they just shrug their shoulders. When visiting Coles down the road, there is always a good supply of them. Even if there were no Covid - hygiene is important for many people.

I also noticed that during a recent visit, that one of the toilet seats was covered in faeces and no toilet paper was available. After mentioning this to staff, nothing was done.

It is also cumbersome to walk about 30 meters all way from the toilets to the helpdesk, in case you urgently need to use the bathroom, to get the key. It would make much more sense to leave the key with bottle shop staff, as this is mere steps away.

My cousin sent me a gift card that was supposed to serve as a birthday present but unfortunately the Southgate mall woolworths didn't explain to her what details to put on the form for processing purposes. They called Pretoria Sammy Marks woolworths to help me with receiving the card but unfortunately when I got there,I was told my cousin should be called back to Southgate to restart the application as it wasn't captured properly.

I bought 2 Macro F/Range chickens from you this morning (Marden Woolworths SA) When opening them to prepare for cooking it was obvious that they had been frozen. If I wanted frozen chicken I would have gone to the freezer, not the fresh meat department.

My intent was to cook immediately but cooking partially frozen chicken is not a good idea, so I've now had to wait. So annoyed by the inconvenience and my wish for fresh chicken not frozen. If you're going to freeze meat before thawing prior to selling please be more upfront with your customers

There is not enough cash registers provided. In yhe self serve registers only 2 out of 5 registers allow to pay with cash. I had to let four people go in front of me before one of the cash registers was free.

There was another lady in front of me and three people behind me who wanted to pay cash. Cash is a legal form of payment in Australia and I feel discriminated not being able to pay with cash at the same convenience that when paying with a card.

All register’s should be both card and cash how it used to be. Why these registers are replaced by card only?

Hi in the 4 weeks w have bought fresh fruit and vegetables. So 1 week we got bad blackberries . Next time we strawberries gone mouldy . so we brought broccoli yesterday and some of the edges have turned soft.

look at her racist and abusive face very unfair to us Asians. Today I went to the shop. I helped a person push the trolley to push the trolley into the shop because of the lack of a trolley, she shouted and told everyone to go inside and wait for the trolley with an angry face.
