Not only are shelves depleted but Woolworths are now price gouging.

For example, A carton of diet coke has more than doubled..

They will not even answer their phones.

At your Ferntree gully store, I phoned their store and three staff were chatting amongst themselves. Nobody would answer the phone

Hi I am and old age pensioner who has been coming to Woolworths for years . I have always had good service but of late it has gotten worse. This morning after getting my shopping i could not find staff to to get through a checkout and instead had to go through the self service checkout, I also noticed a lot of other pensioners having to do the same. The staff say that they are not allowed to start early so are we putting profits before customers ? If this does not improve then may be i might have to start thinking about shopping somewhere else.

My complaint is that Woolworths has now fallen for the woke plan to eliminate all Australia Day merchandise from its store because of lack of interest in the products. I can think of MANY products that are not huge sellers but that has not stopped you from stocking them.

I have shopped in your stores all my life but I will no longer set foot in your stores. When will management get on with supplying cheaper produce to it's customers and better service and leave the woke agenda to the lefties??

Hi Team,

We purchased through Woolworths online click & collect (order number 177174716) recently in order to get the 4000 bonus points when purchased over $120 (ends on 5/11/2023).

However, because of the unexpected changes of order, our order became less than $120 so we lost the chance to get our bonus points which is really disappointing. Moreover, we couldn't cancel the order because it's already been done.

We could have pick up from the store near by, but we selected the shop where has a little distance from us just so they have what we want in stock. But things happened like this which is unacceptable.

Please advise if we could still have our bonus point.

I recently 23rd October 2023 bought a crackling roast pork. Upon opening the sealed bag I realized the crackling was nor crackly but rubbery which I could not eat either. I returned it back the following day with the purchased docket and was refunded.

My complaint is why is the pork advertised as crackling when it is not which is false advertising. I was told by the check out person that I won't be refunded next time which I believe is incorrect. An unsatisfied customer I feel has the right to return any product if dissatisfied.

I purchased a phone from woolies Cardiff nsw does not work and when I tried to return it the manager Nicole was rude and intimating ,she stated that phones were not refundable as the money went directly to Optus . When I asked about the signs stating no return she said we just tell you,.when the phone was purchased on 28/09 /2023 the staff member did not say it was a no return item. I can understand what is being said to me and hand gestures and over talking me are not necessary I felt belittled because of a mistake they made in not divulging a non refund when purchased . I sincerely hope this can be rectified and the staff member can have a little more patience and respect for customers

Eastgardens woolworths only 2 checkouts staffed and the women in front of me wanted to return half her products so after 10 min I asked to be served as my food was on the rollator already. I was told I had to wait even though by this time 2 staff were attending this woman and everyone else had avoided this checkout as it was obvious this woman was going to take a long time. I put my food in my trolley and went to self checkout which was a balancing act by the end. I will not shop there again. This was today the 12/9/23 about 12 midday bad timing but I work shift work and look after my patients a lot better than your staff thank god.

45pm. The driver in question did not drive the delivery truck close enough to the stairwell that accesses my unit. Then he left 3 bags outside my door, DID NOT KNOCK, because if he had our dog would have barked and she didn't.

Then my flatmate saw his truck so went to see at front door,opened the door as the driver got there with more bags. The driver said did you take the other bags I just put here,my flatmate said no,these are the first I've seen.

So the driver said he saw someone stealing our first 3 bags. He said he saw that person go into the stairwell where he parked near. After some conversation he said he would call his boss and I had to call the online chat to clear up about my order. Thank you.

But I want to know if the incident has been reported to the police as the driver…

I was in the geralton store today, which i shop at on a regular bacis, today i was spoken to by an employee very rudely.. she was very nasty at the way she spoke to me.. i am a regular customer and itoo work in retail and would never speak to a customer in such a way .. 50pm...

she needs to be spoken to on the way she deals with customers .. it left me quiet upset and stressed... this is not acceptable behaviour..

on the 22/08/2023 I brought a 3 litre Woolworth’s milk it has the use by date of the 2 Sept 2023 this seems the same as other times I have brought milk from there except that instead of starting to become watery after 4 days this started to become watery two days later I therefore feel that Woolworth’s is in breach of there service that they state that there food is fresh each day and are the freshest products.

I feel that Woolworth’s is watering down their milk products to save costs I therefore request an investigation into watering down Woolworths milk products.

00. 00. 00 and she went over and brought the sticker and said that the description on the sticker was different from the 2 packets of nivea I had. I said to her that the sign was right under u der the creams I picked up.

She showed no care and just went on about the scanning policy. I said that the items scanned higher than the price on the shelf and There was no other sticker there. She just went on and on snd very abruptly said I will match the price.

I spoke to a lady at head office and I was on the phone with her for 49 mins going over and over my experience. I felt that she was not listening to me as I had to repeat myself so many times.

On the 09/08/2023 I shopped at your Darwin City, NTstore as I do most times

On this day I purchased a Bega Peanut Butter Smooth 780g at a cost to me for 7.50. Today I discovered the best before date is 19/08/2023. Yes, I realise it is a best before date, but when I purchase an item I would expect at least six months on an item such as this, not ten days.

I am concerned that a store as busy as this would have had this still on the shelf and not purchased ages ago, so my only conclusion is that the staff at this store are not carrying out stock rotation correctly or at all.

I should not have to check these dates every time I purchase an item

Needless to say I am definitely not happy about this purchase.

Ref /Woolworths Bargara . I have in the past always elected to address my complaints and service issues with In Store personnel ( supervisors ,managers etc ) rather than make an official complaint , the response in the pastas been mixed , more negative than positive sadly .

When purchasing petrol at Woolworth's Eltham, Vic, I was informed, after filling up, that the system for discounts was not functioning. 809 p/l. I am a very regular Woolworth's customer and found this rather annoying, even though the amount lost was not large.

Takes so long for anyone to answer the phone I asked if these people are working from home and yes most are what do they do make coffee shower go out for half an hour cannot trust them. The waiting time for customer care is ridiculous.

Woolworths needs to look into the problem, this was the reason I left and went to Coles there is little waiting time if at all, I recently went back to Wollies because of a store I had a problem with and after a year the same Customer care waiting has not changed.

The young nsw Woolworths is revolting it stinks every day and is always dirty and crap everywhere. Nothing is stocked correctly. I do not recommend it to anyone and multiple people have chose to shop elsewhere. It is unhealthy and unhygienic and will be reported to further up.

Yesterday Saturday evening while shopping at biscuits section, I was with my 2 kids there looking for Ritz biscuits and there were 2 big trolleys pile of cartoons and suddenly some cartoons fell upon me. I was so shocked and there were no staffs to ask even for help and help me..

I could only say run to my kid and another was on pram with me ...

however I managed to help myself and my kids run out of there. I had a horrible experience since I had never had such unsafe experience at Woolworths campsie. I felt very poor management and unsafe while coming with kids. Thanks

There has been so many times I have gone shopping and there has only been self service available. While I don’t mind if I have a small amount of groceries but it is very frustrating when I have a trolley full.

at approx 10am friday 16/6/23 we went in to scottsdale woolworths this morning and were greeted by staff in the aisles, all were happy and eager to help,that was until i went to the deli to get some items,i suppose i waited a minute or so and no other customers were waiting, the guy that served me slammed the door to the chicken oven, no hello or how can i help you, i asked for two items, the door to the deli was slammed open and

i got one item which was thrown onto the counter, he said what else, i said nothing thanks and walked away. when i spoke to the checkout person who again was so nice, about what happened he said hes always like that when things dont go his way.

this isnt what the staff are like who work there, many are so helpfull and friendly but this guy spoiled our visit.…

On Tuesday 30th May I placed a large ($337.50) click-and-collect order with your Naracoorte branch. We live in Padthaway which is 47kms away from the branch but it is the nearest and we like Woolworths. My husband drove the 47kms yesterday (31st May) there and back to collect the order. When he came home I realised quite a few items were missing. Fifteen in fact.

Dear customer service, After working all day I needed to get groceries for the long weekend,, ( Friday is a public holiday) ,, I bought nearly $ 150 of assorted goods. It was very busy in the store and when I got to the checkout I was shocked to see only two checkouts working with a line-up of customers.

I settled my credit card account on the 23rd March 2023. I was still debited my monthly installment of R900 on the same date. I kept on calling to ask my account to be closed but was send from pillar to post.

My account kept on accumulating charges I asked that everything that was charged on my account to be reversed and my that I be refunded. I was told finance is busy with it. It is over two months already.

I boost join Bupa. I log into everyday rewards and proceed to join Bupa for 95,000 rewards points. Yet everyday rewards had a systems error and wouldn't let me join Bupa Silver Single with correct loading. So I had to go to Bupa instore to join.

48 hours later, yesterday, I got email notification from bupa I joined. And then linked my frequent rewards card. Yet missed out on my 95,000 rewards points. Unfair. Sob sob

I and my husband had a shopping at Burwood westfield woolies on 11/4/23 in about 05:35 pm. 60, 4 pcs left, we just grabbed one for us. while scanning in the self counter it appeared $ 22. So we asked staff to check it.

Staff, Irene checked and immediately removed the price tag saying that this is wrong. 60 and she just placed the coffee on the self serve counter very rudely and walked away, I was requesting her to adjust the price as it was already scanned with other items, and

Two issues. 1. Refunds for 2 orders have not been received. Every time I chat to someone through the app, they disappear and never come back 2. Our delivery driver won’t ring the door bell to let us know the order has arrived.

I am gluten intolerant and have a special diet. The GF bread at my local (Croydon, Vic) store was frozen (not fresh) on the shelf on 6th April 2023. This means that an ordinary-tasting product is even less appetising by the time I get to consume it.

I was always taught that one does not re-freeze food. As the product is frozen, this means that I cannot refreeze the product. I do not use a complete loaf in 24 hours. It is usually eaten over 7 - 10 days, so I usually freeze the loaf and take what I need.

This saves wastage of both food and money. It would seem that this was unwise. The practice of pre-freezing the GF bread for sale is unhygienic, dangerous, and I believe against good food-handling standards as there is no notification on the shelves that it has been so. Apart from this,…
