Woolworths is facing significant customer dissatisfaction across multiple areas. My complaint is with the Woolworths Delivery Driver, at the new Endeavour Rd Caringbah Wharehouse. Endeavour Rd, maybe an Industrial Area, but not only is it Industrial, it's also Residential. So, please Remind the Early Morning staff, when they jump into their Delivery Trucks, early in the morning, Endeavour Rd Caringbah, is also Residential.
To the Delivery Driver who loves to Warm Up His Delivery Truck, for a Whole Hour, not just Warming it up, His Foot Is Pedal To The Medal, did I say, at 4*30 in the Morning. I understand, He drives a Refrigerated truck & may need to warm it up.

Dreadful lack of service and rude staff at Woodvale, Perth store. I have not had one good experience in this store. 1/3 times the deli staff MIGHT not turn their backs and pretend to notice u. I rarely get to buy any, as my bus home is in 50 (50) minutes, and this store can let u buy 4 items and get thru the checkout within 50 minutes.
I nominate this store for worst run Woolworths store in WA. I'll b telling everyone to avoid like the plague. And will never return. Appalling and embarrassing for ur company. I used to sing ur praises. Now I'll b telling everyone to shop elsewhere. Your not welcome.
Cause ur staff make me feel unwelcome. Sack them all. Millions out there who'd love a job.

My order #14875891 was delivered on 10 Feb 2023. It was left at my daughter's front door instead of being left at my front door. My delivery instructions on check out were very clear. I was at the self service register at the Woolworths in Newcombe on Wilson’s road with my two sons ages 15 and 2 checking out my items on the 8th February 2023 at 11.39am
The next thing I know the female staff member (older) spoke really rudely and loudly to my son telling him that his little brother has dropped Apple on the floor can he pick it up with a paper towel which his did.

I bought 6 chicken drumstick from Woolworth deli & meat dept. there was only a few left, the tray has sticky runny water, I did not suspect anything, as I was in a hurry to finish my weekly shopping. When I want to cook the chicken drumstick, it look beigey colour, and the meat has flaky-touch stringy, looks like flaky can Tuna fish.
definitely this if rotten chicken drumstick. ( I have taken photo of it, but only can upload in my email, don't know how. ) I have to throw them all out , can't keep in the fridge to get contamination of my fridge.

I bought rice from woolworths, was surprised to see some worms after cooking when I was cleaning the rice, the worms were floating on top. I went and open another packet, same thing, there is worms in the other packet and the expiry date is 2023/11.I am so disappointed.
I bought a pre mixed Mexican salad from my local store, Robina North yesterday. While it was tasty it did not have the packet of corn chips it said was inside, and there was too much of the white hard bits on the lettuce. Once I got rid of that, there wasn’t much green leaf left.

My father went to 2 multiple local woolworths stores as in the catalogue chicken drumsticks were advertised at half price in the deli. Neither store had any. When he phoned to ask why this has happened, he was told only one box was sent to the regional store to accommodate this special.
Why is this being advertised if stores can not accommodate the special? Given the cost of living situation so many Australians are experiencing, my dad being a pensioner, chose to shop at woolworths just for this special. It seems like false advertising, this isn't the first time this has happened in our local stores either.
Many people shop based on specials now because we simply can't afford things.

The Brown wholeweat bread twice already it was mould due and the pan cakes.

I love ordering my shopping online and grabbing it after work but lately every time I order.....something does not make it into my basket and I still end up paying for it. This time it is about $40 worth of frozen food. We live about 40 min out of town and when I arrive home and realise the items are not there.....it is way to late and expensive to drive back.
Shame on you Hastings Countdown......I will not buy from you again! Ones a mistake but 4 times now.....you are ripping people off!!
I shopped at Woolworths campbelltown maketfair yesterday intentionally to purchase broccolini. Not impressed with the old yellow condition of the vegetable (refer to Attached). Not a very good representation of what promoted by Woolworths as being the fresh food people.

Receiving a reply to my complaint about an item not being available at my local store I was told to try branches at Sth Penrith and / or Emu Plains. I then drove to BOTH only to didn't that they didn't have the item either.

At surfers Paradise all the trollers have been removed because it seems some people over ride the wheel lock and take them away. To take them one has to use the lift directly in front of info desk and in front of register views. The self serve has a security person there who could question people before they take them. My family and I have to shop at coles for our groceries because of a poor management decision to remove them. How many other shoppers will do same. How many other stores to come to same fate.
Hi i bought a cooked chicken from my local woolworths in bridgewater Tasmania on Australia day. When I started pulling it apart I noticed it was not cooked properly on the inside and had to re cook it in my oven for an extra 20 minutes. I was going to take it back but as I already pulled it to pieces I decided to take pictures.
I accrued 34 tableware credits, shopping at Woolworths. I tried to redeem 25 points for 2x long vivo glasses. Yet, the Woolworths stores in Hobart Tasmania didn't stock these glasses. The tableware credit customer loyalty programme offered by Woolworths is a scam.
i purchased a fresh food item yesterday. When i went to eat it today, it had mould on it. and was given a refund.
However, I thought your fresh food policy also gave me a replacement. The item was put immediately in the bin.
For about 2 weeks the thing in the atttached photo has been on the nature strip of 45 Alexandra Avenue Canterbury VIC 3126. I have provided this information twice before and asked for a reply and received no reply.
Not a complaint, more a suggestion. I have been using Woolworths Online for a long time with full satisfaction.
However, in my last purchases there have often been undelivered items. Once the driver came back about half an hour after the delivery and handed me three bags that had been left in the truck. All resolved and he apologized. Good boy.
On another occasion an item was missing, I made the claim and got the refund within the 5 days provided. Today there were 5 items missing, one of them with 6 units. 90, which is about 10% of the total order value.
This frequency with which items are lost is worrying, and I suggest that something be done to make your delivery system as commendable as it was in the recent past.
Lumps of uncooked popcorn in brown had sugar i suspect. Not nice and hurt my teeth. I purchase these often have been dissapointed with last couple packs.

I ordered an item which when delivered was the wrong one. We returned it to the shop (Brookside, Mitchelton) and got a refund for the item but they refuse to refund delivery charges of $15.75 saying it is not their policy to refund delivery charges, even though it is their fault.
Good morning I was shopping at my local Woolworths at Bateau Bay yesterday afternoon and after the sales person put through and bagged my $307 worth of groceries I went to use my $500 Woolworths gift voucher and was told it won’t work because the lines are down. I did not have the cash or card to pay for the groceries therefore had to put the groceries back which were bagged in my personal bags.

Very disapointed in Woolworths mittagong. I feel they have gone downhill. Only ever 2 checkouts open with lines of people waiting with full trollies. Even the self checkout line is long. I got frustrated yesterday at the long lines at checkouts and decided to go through self serve, we had a full trolly, we almost finished scanning with 7 items left and the machine played up.
The girl kept trying things but nothing would work. I said we had icecream and iceblocks and needed to resolve this quickly. She kept leaving us and helping others but still would not work. I asked that she print a receipt fir the $180 and we can use other machine to finish shop, she said she couldnt print one but that we could go over to the other checkout and re scan the whole lot again, I was furious.

Purchased Memory Foam Insole Women's ($20) on Friday 13th January for my daugther. There was only one size available at the Cranbourne West store, but you could cut the insole to size, so everything should have been fine. The insole was too small to start with, so I returned the item on Sunday 15th January.
The Woolworths employee advised me that these could not be returned, but could be exchanged for another pair. There was no other options available for the insoles as I had already purchased the largest size available, so the exchange option was not available.

Went to woolworths redbank plaza to get a 30 dollar recharge card for telstra and even said telstra and they gave me an optus one went to exchange it and they said sorry we can't do anything bout so I had to buy another one

This is the type of product now I normally receive when ordering online. And in this case just this morning I received this ones .
We have noticed that in the last month we have had to stop buying avocados that are product of NZ. The quality is abissmal, I have attached a photo of the best piece of fruit of the last batch of 7 that have had to be binned. Even your staff will not buy them because they have been kept in cold storage by our Kiwi Cousins for way to long. Avocados are plentiful in OZ and certainly closer to the markets here. Guys your motto is the fresh food people, about time you stood up for it. I tried to upload pics of the disgusting crap, apparently the file at 2MB is too large. 10pm. Was told deli is cleared out before 8pm. So not available. 30pm for some fresh deli prawns. I noticed the deli seafood section was again all packed up. So I Asked the young man who said there are no prawns available .
So I didn’t believe him. I noticed he was out the back previously getting something for the previous customer. I am so disappointed that these stores are open until 9pm.
Firstly that no one is prepared to have the deli section open until a reasonable hour for those that want to pop in a little later. I am disappointed I no longer get the emails to see how satisfied I am with my visit to the store.

Hi. I have tried ringing customer service regarding missing points. Cannot really go past step 2. In Everday Rewards. Automated asks for Rewards Number and then proceeds to not recognise same. I repeated correct 13 digit number a few times.
Previously was able to send a feed back fom but this has now been disengaged. If woolworths wants people to be loyal. then the correct points need to be applied and perhaps the email feedback area reinstated as trying to phone is a frustrating exercise. I'm sick of shopping at Karingal Woolworths and finding the product is in stock sometimes on special but never on shelf are they out back not put on shelves?
Woolworths Atherton QLD. This store is going from bad to worse. The lack of stock on the shelves is unacceptable. This has been going on for a long time but today it was the worst I have ever seen it.
The staff are not happy and appear to be very frustrated with the situation at this store. It is NOT a pleasant place to shop and not having the shelves stocked is not good enough. Please do something about this ASAP.
Lack of shopping trolleys available at North Melbourne store particularly around 12 noon on Sunday 8/1/2023 is woeful. There were plenty on level B1 carpark but none upstairs at the entrance to the store. There doesn't appear to be any staff monitoring this as it's a common thing to have none available.
Also, the trolley racks at the main entrance are filthy, full of rubbish, leaves and grubby. So many people from the residential tower above including me use this store but it's beginning to look very shabby for a relatively new store.
I placed an order for a direct to boot from, Spring hill. I received some of my items and then the young man left, didn't say a word to me. I waited, then another lady come to give someone else there order so I mentioned to her that I haven't received all my items.
So then I had to waste my time and go with her to collect myself the rest of the items. The lady had mentioned this to the supervisor on duty and the lady told me that the supervisor will come speak to me. She never came.
I placed this as a pick up for a reason, then I was totally stuffed around and then for the supervisor to not come and see me, is no good at all. I have been shopping at woolies for many years now and this is the worst store and management I have come across.

Dec 2022.... Knowingly selling compromised raw chicken/seafood and other deli products by blow flies getting into there newly fitted state of the art Hussman refrigeration units. I have notified gov and local health department by email ... And personally handed Woolworths the same.

I was sent an email with a gift card attached from Cussons. I went into your Watervale store today & asked the lady at the counter for help to use it as I have never received one before. After me trying several times she rudely told me I needed a bar code & no offer of help.
I was still struggling when she told me she would serve the next customer. I went back into the store & managed to open it up with a bar code. I then stood in line at the self serve check out & the lady there very patiently helped me.
It is very humiliating & not everyone is a tech head.
