My husband & I are in Covid lockdown. I ordered 15 items online on Sunday 1 January to be delivered on Tuesday 3 January. Only 7 of the items were delivered. I did not receive any notification that items were missing from my order.

Dealing with a robot is not customer friendly. Yes we will receive a refund. We will not have the items we needed. I am extremely disappointed & dissatisfied with Woolworths service & way of helping customers who are unwell & not able to go shopping.

On friday 30th Dec, last week, i purchased a corn cob from Cherrybrook woolies. Yesterday i cooked in in the leves, yet when I opened the covering leaves there were many dead bits of corn . I took pics of the cob & the docket.

Purchased items at Woolworth warringah mall today at an automated checkout. Was told that I hadn’t paid for the last item a number of times even after showing the paper receipt. I then sent a complaint to the feedback email.

That email came back not delivered. I also told them I also thought the screen above (showing my face) the scales was obtrusive and I felt like a criminal. Very unimpressed on New Year’s Eve. John

00 of products was purchased from Woolworths at Kennington. Amongst the items was a Hedys Quiche gourmet Lorraine which we cooked for lunch on 28th. OMG. We have been so ill ever since. It was taken back yesterday and the details explained to the CSR.

Today we are completely worn out. We shop at Kennington 2-3/week. We are absolutely shocked. Compensation? No !

My complaint is in response to dreadful customer service in the Childers Queensland store. At the checkout a bottle of Gaviscon scanned at a higher price than it should. I pointed this out to the checkout operator who told me it was probably the correct price and had just been placed in the wrong place.

Why do the stores not answer their phones?, I tried calling Emerald Hills, Eagle Vale, Gregory Hills and MacArthur Square multiple times and no one answered their phones, do you not offer customer service to your customers? After visiting Oran Park in search of a ham which they were out of on the 27th Dec we decided to call all the Woolworths store in our area and not one answered the phones, we finally got a ham from Aldi.

I went to Woolworths Gympie Southside to collect an order last Friday, 22nd Dec 22. Upon arrival, my trolley of goods was presented. I took the trolley to my car and transferred the goods to my boot, only to discover that the entire seafood components were missing.

I returned to the store to get this part of the order, only to be accused by implication of trying rip Woolworths off... the lady who served me was adamant the goods had been put in my trolley and insisted on checking out my car.

After finding that there was no seafood in my bags, she reluctantly provided the seafood... lower quality than initially ordered. I ended up having to buy good quality oysters and tiger prawns from the seafood van next to the caravan stop heading north from Gympie, and threw the Woolies seafood out.…

I had a very bad experience yesterday at woolworths mall of north, products did not have prices and when I ask the manager. He told me prices are not important for the day bcs they having busy day so I don’t worry about prices so I just wanted to know if a product that’s not have prices what’s policy on that ?

And the manager told me that I can log a call, he will log first before me and they won’t take me serious bcs he will log first before me. Does not cpa law take place in such issues of product not having prices ?

Hi, just wanted to let you know 1) Cleanliness / condition of your shopping trolleys on 3 of my last visits to Woolies stores in Toowoomba is very poor. Food scraps, and packaging stuck inside trolleys in your ready ranks.

Also wheels tangled up with string/ rope from packaging. Wheels not turning intermittently. Plainly visible faults that surely could be addressed before trolleys are returned to the ready rank. Our last experience at the Drayton branch was very disappointing. ) I placed the shopping in a reasonable order for packing ie: cold stuff together and bottles and cans together etc.

The operator just pushed everything through and stacked it all in a fashion that made it harder to pack into bags. Surely your operators are trained to assist, rather than just shove items through…

Today I went to snook woolies petrol at Tuggerah Westfield to put petrol in . When I got to the counter the customer service girl was chatting to another male staff member who was filling the smokes. She turned round said number which I told her she then continued to chat with male staff member no eye contact or any sort of acknowledgment.

She handed me the eft machine I scanned it and that was it. Why can’t they say hello or goodbye . If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be there. She did talk to the next customer either. Thanks for listening

Re Order No143788349

The above order was delivered to my home on Saturday and I noticed that 5 items were missing from my order. I was notified that 3 loaves Gold Coast bread were not available and I am awaiting the credit. I was not advised that the Bulla Vanilla Ice cream and the McCain Choice lemon chicken frozen meal was unavailable. I did not receive the latter two items.

The frozen items were packed into two bags. I think that the driver may have overlooked the bag containing the lemon chicken and the ice cream.

Would you please investigate the above matter. The two missing items amount to $9.50. When your investigation is complete I would appreciate a refund.

Recently my husband ducked into the victoria point store to grab a couple of things. He was waiting to pay for his items all 6 of them when your employee Joy can to the people behind him and directed them to another checkout.

When the kind gentleman directly behind my husband pointed out he should be chosen as well as he had been waiting longer than everyone. Joy replied he had too many items and left him standing. Now i will point out he was left standing leaning heavily on his walking stick.

It has nothing to do with coffee production. I always thought that the Essentials brand was synonymous with both quality and value but now you have destroyed my confidence in that concept. There is definitely something seriously wrong with this coffee and your Company should investigate it.

The jar was purchased from Bentons Square in Mornington. It was Essentials 200g Instant Coffee - granulated. I live in a Retirement Village of 420 people-bad news travels fast.

Disappointed with staff member Jodie at kippa ring . I asked nicely to use checkout service rather than self serve. She made a comment that they normally don't open for a small amount of groceries. Was not happy and made me feel like a piece of rubbish.

On numerous occasions I have found the staff at Woolworths gympie to be rude and unhelpful to me and I have witnessed their rudeness to others for instance a little toddler had vomited in one of the aisles I approached a front desk manager to let them know and her first sarcastic remark was did the mum try to clean it up, I promptly replied no she is too busy dealing with her sick and upset child, staff member rolled her eyes and rang for clean up like it was a big inconvenience

I purchased a honey mustard salad kit from Woolworths Jerrabomberra. Served it up to the family for dinner, one of the family members was choking on what looked originally like an onion ring. Removed it from his mouth, we realised it was a fairly firm plastic seal, approx 60mm I’m diameter.

Hi Constructively! We shop mainly at WW Kingaroy QLD & WW Urangan QLD, so I can compare store performances.

Kingaroy shelves are light on nowdays but with a push acceptable. We have to drive approx 100km to shop there, tis annoying to get there to find "no stock" in items we require. The staff are generally helpfull but obviously run off their feet due to staff shortage!

Urangan store we shop at when in Hervey Bay area usually a month at a time shopping weekly. We also have a drive to that store approx 30km away. We have found that the bread area is lacking fresh in house baked product. On inquire the staff comment on more than one occasion is 'there are no bakers employed to carry out the task with management continually reducing staff'. I was in your Eastgardens NSW store at 13:15 today, I had 2 full shopping bags from Cole’s and was buying 2 items at Woolworths. The lady manning the self service asked to see my receipt, I didn’t have one as you do not need to print a receipt at Cole’s.

Today, 6th Dec 2022 Time 1pm(around that) - I went to woolies to cash out. I approach the end counter . There is 2 staff there. This lady who service me did not smile at all. Hi,

This afternoon I went to my local woollies to grab some things. A lady of Indian decent who works there. Told me to go to the express shop (I was happy to wait my turn) I had over the 12 items more like $200 worth of shopping. This woman was making me pass everything to her even though it was on the counter in her grasp. She never spoked to me as I was get upset because of the way she treated me and in front of other shoppers I had to apologise to them because I was happy to wait where i was.

My daughter (14yrs old) was sold a faulty gift card and when she went back there talk to 4 staff working on Friday 18th of November at metro Woolworth Pitt mall 400 George st. They refused to give her a new card and was told of a refund but no proof given so I have to go twice to get a proof and told them how displeased with them .

My rewards card won't log back into rewards site after it's been log out not by me. And now it's saying my account doesn't exist. Tried the reward phone number and waited on hold for over 1 hour with no answer.

As an Australian citizen I am appalled that Woolworths now do not give cash refunds only exchanges. I have been a woolies customer for many years but will now think twice before shopping again in your store. On the other hand Aldi give a cash refund no questions asked so guess where my shopping will be in the future.. I am so sorry that our once beautiful Country has come to this.

30pm and 5pm on the 18 th of November . An employee help them to pay for it between both of them. A short time later they realised the gift card was faulted, they came back to the store explained the situation to 5 employees including the manager.

Not only there treated poorly but even after showing proof of the receipt and bank statement, they were refused a new card.

Also took from them the card , receipt as she was try to hide the evidence of their wrongdoing. Which is considered an act of fraud. So I was told again to come back on Monday to speak to her .

She breach the act of proper conduct dealing with a customer, committed fraud and tarnishing the brand of Woolworth in a process. I believe I should request the assistance of the police to investigate the matter on Monday morning .…

Subject is Quilton Triple length wipes I have been a loyal customer of Woolies for years. I am finding your advertising rather misleading. You say that your cutting prices on most things but I will assure that not right the thing I see is the quality is of poor standards.

The above item Quilton Triple Length wipes is one item that would fail any test now. Until maybe 2 to 3 months ago they were the very best on the market. Whilst we $6/per pack I would say that was reasonable.

I am totally fed up with the lack of trolleys at the Coonabarabran Woolworths store. I drove into town this morning to do my weekly shop. Surprise surprise, no trolleys, yet again. I bought the Turkish loaf that I can only buy at Woolworths, went to the checkout and complained, again, about the lack of trolleys. I told the woman there were 2 sitting at the railway crossing, and another 1 on the next corner. She said they weren’t allowed to go and pick them up. This is absolutely ludicrous.

I order online and I have a problem with the Essentials items.

For example, if I want Essentials white vinegar, that's fine, it appears.

However, if I want Essentials dishwashing liquid it does NOT appear. It seems you don't even stock it. BUT YOU DO! Hundreds of Essentials items are listed under 'Essentials' but once upon a time they were listed in the ordinary searches, I think.

Woolworths customers fail to take due care when exiting the Woolworths car par at Narrabeen Woolworths. On numerous occasions I have been almost hit whilst walking along the footpath adjacent to the exit from the Narrabeen Woolworths car park by a customer who has driven at what could be considered an excessive speed for the size of the car park whilst exiting the car park.

The driver invariably is not looking for pedestrians who may be on the footpath. Woolworths needs to implement as a minimum a Stop sign at the exit to the car park to remind customers to stop and look for pedestrians before proceeding across the footpath.

In addition to a Stop sign Woolworths should implement a traffic calming device (speed hump) at the exit to ensure customers exit at a safe speed. Car park signs…

as a Pentioner my shopping money is very limited so when going to woolworths at the shop entrance some one usually is rattling a donation tin more like a street beggar. in such a patronizing intimidating way to make you feel guilty in front of other costumers and the same thing happen at the checkout. I was told for every dollar collected woolworths match it a donation of their. how ever at the end of the year they deduct the all lot including patron donations from the ATO. and get most of it in rebate so in fact they don't give any thing . very creative accounting.
