My husband & I are in Covid lockdown. I ordered 15 items online on Sunday 1 January to be delivered on Tuesday 3 January. Only 7 of the items were delivered. I did not receive any notification that items were missing from my order.
Dealing with a robot is not customer friendly. Yes we will receive a refund. We will not have the items we needed. I am extremely disappointed & dissatisfied with Woolworths service & way of helping customers who are unwell & not able to go shopping.
