I am a pensioner with restricted money to buy any thing. your fund risers/beggars rattling a tin at the Shop entrance uses patronising technics in front of other costumers to make you feel guilty if you not giving 2 dollars.

same thing happen when paying for your food which for me happen 5 time a week. I was told you double the money donated how ever since you also deduct the lot as part of your deduction tax refund and get it back in fact you not giving any thing the money been balanced by the ATO it self.

congratulation for the creative accounting. many Pensioners and I would appreciate if the practice was terminated as soon as possible at least at Raintree 2647. Thanks regard GERARD

My wife and myself do most of our shopping at wollies but the last few months things are going down hill . My wife bought an electric toothbrush it was marked on special for $21 after we exited the cash register she found the cost was $81 in returning to the main desk we were told because we changed our mind they would only give us a credit for the goods .

I bought 2 whole celery’s today and both were so small and had stems cut off them. I tried to find one that hadn’t been cut but were all the same. Very annoying and frustrating. If you’re going to cut the stems, have them at a reduced price!!

Placed an ordet with Bruny partners for Contempo glass mini choper and because shipping was free added another product. Rec info re delivery date and even called and had delivery confirmed. AFTER all this received info that Contenpo was not available. Am furious.

Product availability should be checked before aceptung order. It was a total lie that product would arrive on XYZ as it had not been sent. Want a full and immediate refund. Will never order with Woolworth partners again.

My dad past away and had a woolworts account.when I went to the N1 city store to pay his outstanding ballance.then the lady told me that there is an overpaid ballance of 1132.13.So they explained everthing to me what I sould do to repay it back.Now I send all the nessasary documents to the deseaced department but they dont response.

22 to purchase goods paid R200 credit available R575 cashier swiped card declines. Supervisor check on system is shows my account is -R12 called Johannesburg office explanation does not make sense after having proof of credit and sms. I was imbaresed, disappointed, upset and had to leave the store without paying for my groceries.

Uncollected Woolworths trolley has damaged our car AGAIN! and this time it cost more to fix. The first incident was a dent in the side of our car relating to the same root cause.

Second incident was a trolley sitting in the carpark and a gust of wind blowing the trolley on an incline hill heading toward my car causing a direct impact with the passenger left headlight. Lower LED DRL light bar has cracked and and left an open space for water to get in which during that week was a wet weather.

The headlight has now gone yellow after water has been collected inside the headlight casing and damaged the components. A full headlight replacement is required and an install costing a little over $2000. After multiple communication with Woolworths, they have stopped responding and ignored my…

Probably ZERO stars if it existed. Been a faithful customer of Woolworths for a number of years. It is frustrating to check my receipt after doing shopping and find I have been overcharged for 2 or 3 items. Sometimes it's small amounts but it is just for the principal of the matter.

I used to live not far from a Woolworths Supermarket and I would gladly go and tell them but now I have to drive 40 mins for the nearest Woolworths and for example this week I was overcharged for 2 items again. Very annoying!!!! what?

I would like to know what WW has to say about this. Seriously thinking of going elsewhere......

I made an order on 23 September 2022,the order number was #135285832. 90 was missing. Only one piece of tomoato was placed in a bag rather than the whole packet. I went to my email to check if I was the one who made the mistake and found out that I did not make a mistake.

I tried calling Woolworths but the line was very busy and I kept trying for another 2 days but the line was aleays busy with long waiting times so I was not able to keep holding the line. I now fell ill and was unable to call again but tried again a few times last week.

I would like this item to be refunded even though it has taken more than 2 weeks for me to report it. As mentioned above, I tried to call Woolworths to no avail a few times soon after I made the order.

Zambezi Mall Pretoria Lunchtime 3 check out points being operated whilst a very long queue of patient customers waiting. No explanation given. Staff standing around. The manager I presume (he was in plain clothing with only a badge to indicate who he was) was busy at one of the check out points.

Eventually being attended to I was given no apology for the long wait and a sullen attitude. Poor attitude is not normally what one experiences from Woolworths stores! As an asides, the shelves are not well stocked and items are not neatly placed together under the relevant price.

This store is not up to the standard it should be and I expect much better service etc from Woolworths. I am a loyal Woolworths customer and enjoy shopping at your stores but this store definitely needs to checked up on…

Saturday 1030am , self serve checkout attendant at mortdale.

Very bad English, very bad observation skills.

After deducing what she was saying it turned out she was accusing me of loading a Woolworths bag then paying for just the bag. The receipt was in my trolley ,she grabbed it holding it , she was reading it , but continued to ask if I have something to pay? I explained that I paid for the bag later because I had to remove all the items before I could purchase it. What she saw was me scanning the barcode of a filled grocery bag and paying 15c. She couldn't grasp what I was saying and kept asking if I have something to pay? It was so annoying and embarrassing and the manager was called .

Every time I go to the woolworth store in Bunbury Wa I go through the self service check out and when I finish putting my groceries through the screen says do you want to donate to telethon or other charities I click on no thank you and I make sure I do but it still takes out a donation of .55c I don't want to donate how do I get my money back. I have keeped the receipts.

I was treated badly by the staff member who served at the counter. I had my things brought from another shop and I duly notified her and handed over the two dockets to her before unloading the stuff for check out.

She took her own time to go through the invoices and checking the items. After a while she started scanning and I paid for the items. Even after that she kept asking questions from me. She should have asked those questions when she took the time to check my items before scanning my purchases.

However, after paying when I was about to leave, she was further questioning me. I observed her attitude silently from the beginning and she was not a good customer service person. Her body language was appalling. There was no reason to keep me after she checked my things before scanning.…

I am in katherine visiting my mum on holidays. The woolworths supermarket here would have to be one of the dirtiest and poor customer service woolworths that I have been too. their are empty boxes all under the shelving in every single aisle, it is disgusting.

Customer service is bad as well, for one of the busiest stores that you have and only two checkouts operating. The milk fridge is that dirty that I would not even buy my milk from there at all. Then when we got our bread home and cut into it it was mouldy. Absolutely one disgraceful supermarket.

I was helping my husband this morning as he asked me to return some roast beef and wrong size nappies he bought from Woolworths Store Fisherman’s bend new one in Port Melbourne. We both thought since we were going through South Melbourne on our way to see my son we would be able to return them there.

I was completely unprepared for the experience I was about to be confronted with when I entered this store.

Firstly i would like to say I have been shopping at Safeway/ Woolworths for many years and over the last month I have easily spent over a thousand dollars there on food and other goods. I was told to pay for a product with a higher price than advertised when in that situation I was entitled to receive the product free of charge but the manager refused to do that. I was trying to buy chocolate turtle chips but the advertised price of $3.60 showed up as $4.80 and was refused my entitlement.

I am a very regular customer of Woolworths it’s my choice to shop late at night usually Wednesday as there is less customer to interact with as I have very low immune from cancer but in saying that it’s annonying when your trying to shop and you are getting run down by trolleys or they get dumped in the middle of the isle but hey we can’t have everything that’s life but

this brings me to the next complaint if the cashier smiled she would have cracked her face she was rude and I might add always is but again I put up with it while shopping we put 4 boxes of tissues In our trolley unaware there was a limit as we didn't go down the isle we picked them up at the end of the isle on the stack and it only had the price so as the cashier is scanning she barks you can only have two boxes that’s it…

I made a purchase order online on the 17/08/22. waited the whole day,no delivery. Friday 26/08/22 I checked the status again it showed the parcel has been delivered,which I did not receive. I am very unhappy,this has never happened before.

I have used shopping online from Woolworth in Bayswater 3153 for quite a while now but recently have a lot of items that are not delivered, maybe due to unavailability from suppliers, for example I have ordered a common product like minced meat at least 3 times and it wasn’t included in my delivery.

This is difficult to understand since up the road IGA in Wantirna Mall has no such problems, but they don’t deliver. I am seriously considering giving up ordering on line from Woolworth anymore. Regards, Greta Havemannn

I have been ordering on line for a long time and didn't use to have priblems with the delivery. the last 3-4 times a lot of the items that I ordered have been missing like unavailable, even a common item like minced meat, There might be problems with suppliers, but IGA in Wantirna Mall seems to have no such problems so why have you?

00. On returning home I saw that it was not the correct light. I did not open the packet and the shrink fit plastic was still in tact. I returned to Woolworths in Seven Hills on 27/08 but the type I needed to exchange it for was not stocked there.

The girl on the returns desk refused to refund my money and said that my only option was to go and find some things to the value of $15 to offset the money owed. I told her that was against the Australian Consumer Credit laws and that I wanted my money.

She again refused and produced a sign from under the desk advising that refunds were not available for change of mind. so how is anyone to know of it? I left there really angry that I had to go find a light somewhere else, but I had to pay AGAIN because I couldn't get MY money back.

The organisation of goods is illogical with many categories split across quite different aisles. The maintenance of goods on the shelves is weak. (They have stuff on site they do not manage to thaw before placing on shelves. They do not declare goods that have previously been frozen.

The checking system is stupid beyond belief - customers happily steal goods in their pockets or process expensive items as 'brown onions' but the computer governing the check-out slows honest customers to the point of frustration. Unlike staff registers (where the one by one scale system is not applied) the self-checkout is designed for people with one hand and an extraordinarily slow wit. Long live Aldi!

This is an ongoing complaint with this store which has a monopoly in the area. Under staffed at the express they always serve the cigarette counter and leave customers that have been waiting longer. There always seems to be staff walking around and talking.

I realise they have a roll to do but surely customer service is the main thing. Staff stacking in the isles which can make it so hard to get past and find an item. Just fed up with the poor service it is not just me as I hear everyone in the line saying the same thing. Thank you

I went to Berala NSW tonight, when the girl was packing our groceries she put meat trays with normal food and hot chicken with lettuce leaves.

I used to work for Woolworths years ago and if we didn’t pack the bags properly we had to go for extra training.

Not sure if Woolworths standards have dropped but half of the staff have no idea how to pack bags including heavy items with bread and biscuits. This happens all the time.

Extremely rude service, no knowledge of stock, made us feel like stupid customers for asking questions, the store manager ignored us and the butcher is the only person who helped. Got there at 7am and when they opened the doors it was like we were inconveniencing their lives.

Our family have been locals in the area for over 50 years and this is the worst Woolworths. Over two weeks ago the deli department at your Bathurst city centre store had a computer glitch which meant you could not order anything except seafood online. The store knows about this as does your IT department. Despite numerous complaints by myself and other online users this has not been fixed.

Your deli department is losing a LOT of online orders and your online customers are frustrated. I don’t know why it takes over two weeks to fix a computer problem. Perhaps you can look into it and get it fixed.
