I went into the Woolworths Lakes Entrance store to buy some ice-cream at 6.20Pm Saturday 2/5/20. I did make a mistake in that I walked in an outward bound check out lane that was empty. The security guard stopped me and told that I was doing the wrong thing(social distancing) in a rather abrupt manner.

I used the self serve when checking out, having the check out person assist and they checked my bag before leaving.

After leaving the store the same security guard stopped me and with no manners or even asking to see a receipt made me return to the checkout and show him which machine I purchased the ice cream from. I told him the bag had already been checked. The Woolworths employee who assisted me with my purchase stated that I had purchased the items.

I bought a packet of razor blades for a razor I was given as a present and was unsure exactly which one it was. Once i got home, I opened them to try them (because you couldn't see the fitment area properly because of the packaging) and realised that they wouldn't fit.

The next day I took them back to the store to see if I could do anything about the error. I was directed to a Manager who was really unsure of what to do about this. She eventually said that no she couldn't change them as I had opened them.

Today I was shamed at Woolworths Margaret river Not only a cashier send me to another cashier ( saying she couldn’t touch the shopping! , then decided to send me to another cashier whom touched my shopping ,not the bags of course , ) ,when I passed back at cashier she was accepting a big trolley from another customer , so I don’t understand.. this is absolutely unfair ... and wrong that your staff cashier can make their own rules ...according to their moods ..I appreciate their stress , as we all do nowadays , and we deserve as well respect .

I was just grocery shopping and when I got to the checkout there were 9 Trolleys in front of me and only one checkout open. The express lane was not opened only the self serve and it"s line met up with the checkout line.

The supervisor made no attempt to call for more operators. It took me over 30 minutes to get through the checkout and in this climate I thought your priority would be to get your customers in and out of the shop as quickly as possible.

I will be phoning the manager on Monday with my complaint as well. athanking you. I would have taken a photo but for privacy reasons I didn"t.

I have always kept a stock of your tasty Rosemary Wheaten Biscuits in my larder. Recently, I found that many were broken in the box, and assumed that they had been damaged during delivery. When I found that they simply broke into pieces when attempting to scrape a dip, or any time when eating them, I realized that you have now made them much too thin.

To retain the profit return, by all means increase the price by a few cents, don't lower the quality of the product, otherwise it's Coles and Aldi here I come.! Your comment?

Dear Sir / Madam, I am not at all happy with one of your products ... the Hillview Light sliced Cheese. t get a nice slice of cheese , ready to eat , because half of it is stuck to the wrapping paper.

Over the last six months this has happened four times and I finally decided that this is not a one off so I went to the Manager of my store , here in Sugarland Bundaberg and made a complaint. Your Management are excellent and they were very understanding and gave me a replacement pack of this cheese for free.

The very pack of cheese they gave me for free had exactly the same problem. This is obviously a manufacturing problem and I hope that you can resolve this for me ... as I do enjoy the sliced cheese in a sandwich.

Good morning, I had my second lot of on line shopping delivered today. Unfortunately, it was just left on the doorstep, with no indication from the driver that it was there. We were home, inside, and would have easily heard either of our doorbells ring, which we did not. I do understand that these people are busier than ever, but if you have to drop something at a front door, it doesn't take much effort to ring a bell. I'm just glad that I didn't order my fridge products.

I went shopping in your Mudgee store and requested new bags so that my groceries would be packed as it states on your web page if you buy new bags they will be packed for you. The checkout operator told me even if I purchased new bags she wouldn’t pack them.

I’m disabled I have leg wrist back chest and ankle issues. Knees and wrist in guards. So you could definitely tell I have something wrong. When she stated that she would t fill the bags she was rude and looked at me like I had another head how dare I ask her to do her job.

I’m slow and in heaps of pain to pack my own bags and she made noises like to hurry me up. I used you Dubbo store and bought a new bag and the operator was so nice and packed my bag but it’s 90 kms away.

Good Evening. I hope this message finds you well. As you all know, we are currently hit by a pandemic that has all of us frightened. I was at a Woolworths store in Pinelands, Howard centre. This must have been last week Saturday or Sunday.

The store was packed and the aisles were full, one could hardly move. The line was long and the 1m distance was not kept. The managers in charge didn't even care. What happened to the 5 customers only? I am truly disappointed that Woolworths does not care about its customers and even their staff.

I hope my complaint will be heard.

I sent an explanation of my experience to your FB page which I see has been taken down already. In a nutshell, my experience at your Glenorie store in Seniors hour this morning was less than satisfactory. I wore gloves to do my shopping but when I came to the self checkout, found that the screen does not respond to a gloved finger!

The staff member told me to remove my glove. She told me the screen was cleaned once an hour. I wonder how many ungloved fingers touch the screen per hour? She told me she could not clean the screen for another 10 minutes.

In the interests of biosecurity, cleaning the screens once an hour in these times of COVID-19 is totally inadequate. A process which would take possibly 10 seconds is putting your customers at risk.

My complaint is about not being given a refund on a can of spray that I did not want as it was too expensive. I had intended to get a price check first, before deciding if viable; however whilst busy packing my groceries, I noticed the can had already been scanned and piled up with the other things.

Upon going to the service desk a female employee turned and saw me approach the counter with my docket and trolley load of groceries and she gave me a look like I had no right to be there. ' I mentioned the issue with the product as above and the fact that it was too expensive for me to keep.

Yesterday was the first time I shopped online, however I was a bit disappointed that neither flour or toilet rolls were available. I know these are strange times however one would think if you spent $153.00 you would at least be able to acquire one of each of the above. I had attempted once, and only once to do an early shop at my local Woolworths, which is Greystanes, but gave up on ever doing this again as it was very disappointing as they shelves were bare.

I have been having endless problems with Woolworths, 1st thing is that I paid up my Woolworths credit card 6years ago and closed it, now I am notified that I am black listed for not paying my credit card. I have been sending numerous e-mails about this and not even on respond about this.

I cannot see the logic when going to the checkout with a full trolley of groceries to find that the checkout girl is not allowed to put the grocieries in our bags - we have to do that ourselves. To unpack a trolley, and then try and pack it all in bags after it has piled up to overflowing on the other side of the checkout is just ludicrous.

I realise that things have changed because of the COVID-19 BUT the checkout girl is not handling the goods any less by not putting the items in a bag. The time taken for the customer to do everything was amazing.

No-one else can use the checkout until the previous customer has finished and the checkout girl is left standing there for 15 minutes or more before she can complete the transaction and provide a receipt. Absolutely ludicrous. I have shopped…

I was shopping at the Village Dandenong Woolworths supermarket between 6.30pm to 6.50pm on 31/03/20 as i noticed the workers all bunched up in one area at the back of the store working together. As we have been advised to keep a 1.5 metre distance due to the COVID-19 i believe this was a unsafe practice by the stores management. If the workers aren't disciplined I will take this further.

I am absolutely fuming at your service. I am elderly and need my food delivered in order to live. I tried to place an order for 2nd April, 2020 with no luck. I have been trying for about 2 hours now. I tried to ring service, but waited for over 1/2 hour and gave up. This is deplorable.

I filled out a Priority Assistance Service form last week. What else can I do? I am extremely upset and desperate.

I also added wine to my order, but said it would not be delivered unless I showed my ID. I have since cancelled the wine order. How ridiculous. I am over 70 and ill.

I have worked in the food industry which included conveyor belts – these belts carry germs underneath them and should be cleaned or sterilized every day.

Conveyor belts have a lot of spillage fall on them which can convey germs.

Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, IGA and other Supermarkets have been let down by health inspectors bowing to Greenies through not allowing clean plastic bags to be used by shoppers. First it was paper bags, they were banned then plastic bags, they were also banned, then companies bought out biodegradeable bags which were OK,suddenly they were also no good. The Greenies have caused a lot of this trouble by allowing dirty bags to be used by homeless people, children throwing bags around in toilets,people not storing their bags correctly and allowing pets around their bags…

I would like to know why prices are going up so high. It is becoming impossible to buy items. I know there is a relationship between demand and price, I do economics at University. But it seems to me you are holding back stock on purpose, people I know who are truck drivers are saying you have stock but are limiting supply yourselves.

Why would you do this also why are you just stocking some brands of toilet paper and not others. I hope you are not profiteering from the coronavirus as that would be unfair.

Also families are buying toilet paper and sending other family members in and people who have not hoarded toilet paper and have done the right thing cannot get any, so we are being punished for doing the right thing this is unfair. Anyway I have been shopping at Woollies since I was 18…

Woolworths in Eltham, Victoria is again causing panic buying. Your so called 1 hour early shopping this morning for elderly and disabled was a complete failure. Long lines which started forming at 6:30 started the problem. When the store opened the people were immediately told there was no toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, hand sanitizer, rice, bread, plastic trash bags, and the meat department was virtually empty.

My elderly friend wasn’t able to go down all the isles due to the crowds so I presume many other items were also out. The items that were present were grabbed by the person who got there first. My friend tried to get a small package of tissue but a man grabbed the entire stock and wasn’t stopped by a limit.

She has a cat and was lucky to get the one and only bag of cat sand.…

I went to collect my credit card at Kerk street, I sat in the queue for 50 minutes waiting for assistance. The lady at the counter, Agnes Moloi was busy chatting to friends and was more interested in helping people who were opening new accounts and making them jump the queue.

When it was my turn, 50 minutes later I was told that the credit cards are finished . When I voiced my dissatisfaction for having to wait for almost an hour for nothing , and that nobody had informed me that there were no cards, she did not even seem apologetic at all.

Woolworths Eltham, Victoria..... shelves have been empty for weeks and you are not restocking. Now because of your failure the elderly are suffering. They are unable to walk to the store everyday trying to get basic essentials. You are adding to the panic by not restocking your shelves.

By now you should have restocked and put a tight limit on products. This is ridiculous. I can’t even get cat sand! Explain that to me! Limits should have been put into place months ago. The customer service at Eltham is manned by two very rude women.

00 to get home delivery so we brought items we didn't really need at the moment any way when the delivery was delivered no toilet paper even though your site said there was stock available. I contacted your Armadale store and talked with the management who apologised for the inconvenience but no offer of a refund for the money we just waisted on items we didn't really need at the moment not happy I believe if you place an order and

I would give all Woolworths CEO's ZERO at the moment, not 1-5!!! They are putting country store namely BYFORD under heaps of pressure regarding the COVID-19 and the out of stock TOILET PAPER and Shortage of TISSUES. They are receiving very small orders for a large growing suburb.

Every Chain of Stores are in the same boat though. Woolworths should never have made it 4 Large Packets but limit it to 1 per customer. I use one per month as do I presume, normal families. The staff pack shelves at night and on opening I was there when the doors open this morning and not a packet on shelves.

Several customers met Manager and she was lovely and I did feel sorry for her having to cop the flack. So all the head Honchos need to get off their nice padded chairs and make sure ALL Stores are treated…

They were being used with a roast dinner that evening so you can imagine my fury to find that both were of an unsatisfactory quality. The cauli/broccoli was starting to brown and limp The pumpkin/sweet potato was just beginning to be a little soft.

i phoned the store and got some poor lad who had not long started. I explained complaint and gave my phone number for the produce manager to telephone me. To date no call has been received.

For people who thrash your fresh food people ads at us and even if you didnt it is a disgrace.

to whom it may concern I am a daily shopper to your Granada Square store. This evening was very poor service which resulted in Woolworths losing my purchases. I find it disgusting that there were only two tellers working for your customers while a third was processing creates of waste while customers stand in line for excessive time period.

Waste should be processed once the store is closed. The service standard of Granada Square is of poor standard.

I shop at Woolworths Kalgoorlie almost daily for a restaurant and spend around 1000$ a week I’m tired off waiting at the express lane to see staff eating whilst serving customers and more so doing paperwork on the side with a long line of customers waiting to b served seems as though it’s an opportunity for them to b inattentive and b lazy this is very consistent like every time I visit I’ve tried to call the store on many many occasions for the phone never to b answered Coles doesn’t have this issue and

will b shopping there in the future
