Helgas gluten free rolls are frequently sold out. I am regularly driving around to other stores trying to find supply most of the time without success. I regularly shop at the Berwick store. My mother who regularly shops at the Beaconsfield store tells me she also has the same complaint.

Can you please make sure there is plenty of stock of these rolls as I am happy to buy plenty of stock and freeze them if I need to for the week. Kind regards Lorraine

I was in the store on Friday night between 5-6pm. There were more than 7 full trolleys waiting for long lane service and cues for self serve and the less items register. I requested the sales assistant call for help but my request was declined and told sorry there was nobody in store to assist.

This happens almost every time I visit Greystanes and Pemulwuy stores. Either you don't have enough staff rostered on or not enough staff are register trained to assist. Very disappointing, especially during a time where you should be trying to move people out as soon as possible.

The pin pads at check out 6,8&10 have not been working properly for over 6 months at Campbeltown Mall the numbers jump ahead Have complained to two store managers but still not working. Elderly people are constantly confused and stressed and the staff have to assist them with their PIN numbers Not good enough

15 and went to the Deli to get some prosciutto. I was told the slicers were already cleaned , so I said to the girl so your telling me I can’t have any she checked with the older grey headed lady that no I couldn’t get any.

I asked her what time did the shop shut and she said 9pm.

Also when I got to the checkout with my other shopping I was told there were no bags at all I either had to put my shopping in the trolley to get it out to the car or purchase garbage bags to put it in.

45pm). I noticed a man (in his 50's) walk near me and he was NOT wearing a mask. I pointed this out to him and he said "I don't believe in masks". I pointed out that it was a condition of entry to Woolworths and also the law.

He said he didn't care. I completed my shopping after moving away from him into another aisle. When I went to self service checkout, I mentioned it to the lovely lady supervising the checkouts. She advised that I should speak to the security guard, which I did.

The guard seemed not at all interested and did not respond to me at all. I started to walk away and then noticed the unmasked man near the entry to the store looking at the berries and pointed him out to the guard.

I am a twenty five year Woolworths customer who has been shopping on line since Covid started back in March 2020. I put in my online order on Friday 16th of July 2021 ( delivery Monday 19th. 00. 00! I feel Woolworths is taking advantage of the COVID lock down situation and is exploiting the customers who are doing their best to obey the stay at home rules.

The order was due to arrive around 5pm. At 5pm they emailed and said there would be no meat. No one available to talk to, no explanation, hungry children. We are supposed to stay home, im a single mum. Am I supposed to put all the kids in the car and look for food? Other items were also suddenly not coming as well so

We just don’t get dinner.

Pialba Place Hervey Bay- during the peak hours for Woorking shoppers 4-6pm there is a total of 2 check outs open most days. Line ups include up to 4 customers with big trolly fulls at each check out. Self serve has a line up about 10 meters long

Not happy with the latest add for swap cards. I think the boys voice when he is explaining who Clem the swimmer is very aggressive and a put down to make the other boy look stupid. This was pointed out to me by a young child saying he’s not very nice they way he speaks.

I thought we are trying to stamp out that attitude.

Delivery order No. 92054730 I received my delivery order yesterday and have the following complaints. 1. I did not receive 3 Pizza as ordered and paid for 2. One of the Zenzone Air Fresherner Diffuser had a missing nozzle and cannot be assembled 3.

30 o’clock on Saturday afternoon 3/7/2021 at the main reception area when it came to payment for my groceries I was was paying by e card the customer service woman was wearing a mask and behind a shield which is most appropriate for covid the point I am making is if’s very hard to hear plus back ground was playing as well I said excuse me I can not hear you properly then

While at Woolworths Yamanto today I noticed several staff wearing their masks under their noses. Particularly at the delicatessen counter. Please ensure you have this resolved. Current environment in Qld requires mandated mask wearing and this was not being done properly.

On the 26th June I made an online order for groceries at the Glen Garry Store. 99 in stock. I asked them to remove the beans and replace the sweet potatoes with whatever they had available. After collection I noticed there were no sweet potatoes.

I phoned them and asked to have it removed from my bill. Checking my bank account this morning I noticed I was charged for both. I phoned the shop 8h00 this morning but nobody was available to speak to me about online orders.

They took my cell number and promised to phone back. 10h21 and I am still waiting. My order number: 0806727275

3 people standing around at the smoke kiosk talking about their weekend . I approached to buy cigarettes , a women asked " what do you want? " As if I had interrupted. Is this appropriate customer service ? Beenleigh Woolworths 26/06/21 @ 7:10 am roughly.

They stopped providing plastic bags in the sea point stores and forcing the costumers to spend more then 26 rand for their bag! People get imbarassed when they eat they must spend 26 rand just to be able to carry the groceries, this is crazy!

I was trying to place an online order for pickup, however the app took my money without processing the order. Now I'm down $145, and Woolworths has told me via Facebook that I will have to wait 7-10 working days to receive a refund. Are you joking ?!

So now I'm going without groceries for a week, and Woolworths has stopped replying to me. I even tried submitting a Feedback Form via their website, but I still have not heard back from that one. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and shop at Coles instead.

Hello, my local Woolies (Melville WA) upgraded their top car park a while back. The speed humps are way too big & the car thumps even when you literally roll over it, my children always say it hurts them in the backseat.

I’ve put up with it as I knew that you’d probably say that’s more my problem than yours, but the other day I saw a young electric wheelchair bound guy struggling to get over them & then up onto the path to the shop. I asked him if he’s had problems before & said yes, he’s nearly fallen before.

I sincerely hope that something can be done to normalize the humps& reduce the height before someone does get hurt. Regards Kathy

Yesterday I received the most utterly rude service from a cashier named Lorainne at the woolworths foods Gift acres Pretoria branch. She was working at teller 1. Fist she was SO rude and told me to not put the (handful) of groceries on the usual counter space but I have to come and place it RIGHT in front of her hands...

she made no effort whatsoever to reach for any of my items. Then while still ringing up my items she was absolutely SO rude to the (extremely old) lady customer behind me because the poor old lady unknowingly moved closer towards me.

Standing in que for almost 10 minutes to pay your account. Each cashier only having one client. Slowest service. Two other staff authorising and manager. They could have jumped in to serve ad well. Long que after me. A lady complained about the slow service.

She has been a customer for more than 45 years. Another customer started making racial comments about her to/with a staff member about us white people always complaining. Covid made stores close their doors. Service is critical in these times.

Imagine if all loyal customers like her stop shopping at Woolworths. Your store is going the same route as stores such as Edgars. Soon to close completely. Remind your staff and manager that their salaries are paid by customers. If we are no longer there they will be crying.

Woolies at the ponds , they never put my cold food in my freezer bags they always put my cold food in normal bags I always have to tell them no fix it when they should know , I had a lady today who served me she couldn’t touch pork or lamb she had to get the lady she was serving to scan the item customers shouldn’t be scanning there own food , she shouldn’t be on registers if she can’t touch certain foods it’s getting ridiculous at the ponds woolies.

Cannot buy sanitary products in privacy as a woman I went to Woolworths , Bullcreek Shopping Centre, 44 Benningfield Road, Bullcreek on 13/08/2020 trying to simply get some pads and tampons. I was followed around the second I went to the isle until I left out of share frustration without getting what i wanted. I felt violated and harassed at Woolworths. I will be having a public discussion about the incident. Please see the store surveillance between 1 and 2pm. I am the black woman in the orange dress with an elder white employee stalking me unapologetically in my private moment. It was the most creepy skin crawling experience I have ever had shopping. I called the the store and spoke to the manager whose generic response was i will speak to the team. Maybe he was working.

I bought dentasticks at Woolworths Goolwa Sa . Once out the checkout I rang my sister about the dentasticks being on special. She asked me to get her some so I went back in and as the special sticker was still on them bought more.

When I went to the counter to pay I realised they were charging me the usual price. I commented that they were on special and one of the staff were sent to confirm it which they did, I purchased them at specials price.

on 28/07/20, at approximately 12pm, at Woolworths Werribee on Watton St near the train station, a Woolworths staff member very rudely demanded I remove my mask. When I refused, she made extremely unpleasant personal comments towards me, and when I leaned to the side to try and see her name tag, she covered it with her hand and smirked at me. Her attitude and demeanour were extremely offensive, and her demand to me to remove my mask puts my health at risk.

Online order that was delivered to the wrong person I'm Rebecca and on 11 May 2020 I made an online purchase( order no. 00 at Woolworths and it was said that it would be delivered on the 20th May. fast forward on the 5th June when I checked online status it said the order was delivered on the 5th at 15h30.

This was after I called and told them to cancel the order and refund me. On the 6th i went to the store at Wonderboom Junction where the order was supposed to be delivered but it wasn't there. When we called customer services they said the driver delivered the order and it was received by Kedibone.

I am a regular customer, wanted to return an item yesterday, in the bag was a yellow scarf with a black skirt, cashier refuse to take it back I must get rid of the yellow wool on skirt, she called supervisor, she refused to help so she called a manager, she returned all of them are busy, in the mean time I rubbed the yellow wool off, the manager appeared with a pack of biscuits and her purse under her arm to listen me out, I stood there for 20 minutes, manager told them to return the item.

I was about to purchase a lot of other items which off course I just left there and will not buy from this shop again. How sad that customer service can water down to nothing.

I wish to complain, about the sub standard quality on corn cobs. Being sold at the Torquay North 3228. The corn being sold on 2/7/20 was sub standard for the price being charged. Dried up corn kernells on cob. I spoke to store manager Chris, in regards to sub standard quality, upon showing the Chris the corn cobs .

Her explanation was that the quality was fine , when I questioned her in regards if she would eat the corn she replied yes. It would be fine when cooked up at people will purchase anything. So my understanding as I quoted to Chris is that you will sell anything.

I did my groceries at Woolworths in werribee as I always do. I am usually pretty satisfied with customer service and they are lovely staff.

However, today I had a completely different experience which has left me wondering if I should even shop at Woolworths in the future. I had just scanned my groceries and paid for them. 36 I rang the 1800 number to find out when delivery would actually happen, put on hold for over 15 minutes I rang off. This is the second week in a row this has happened last week delivery was 2 hours after notified time.

Delivery service levels are slipping badly as it means I have to cancel other things in my day to wait in for late deliveries My order number this week is 51029808 I do not mind paying for delivery if it comes within a reasonable time, but paying delivery fees for poor service is annoying and making me think I should try other suppliers.

Also when there is no apologies offered apart from some mumbled excuse from the drivers about issues they have had with delivering shopping?

I have experienced rude and in my opinion racist customer service from a few different female Indian employees of yours, on more than one occasion. I have always been a Coles customer, but moved 7months ago and Woolies is now my local.

I love the freshness of the food and the yummy selections in the bakery department at Woolies but I do Not like the customer service at my local Woolies. The majority of your staff there are Indian women and from what I've seen and have experienced, they treat there own better.

I am not a racist person as I am colored myself so please don't take this as a racist complaint, as I know other people whom have experienced this sort of service from Hunt Club Woolworths Cranbourne. Thank you.

I have bought the buffalo and chinese chicken from the deli quite a few times , and the last 2 times the chicken has NOT been cooked, now I know you can get very sick eating raw chicken, so I would advise you to get in contact with that store and make sure that there cookers are working, or get them to cook it for longer, as one day some one is going to get very sick, I won't be buying it any more that's for sure.

Have been to two Woolworths store within a week ,have noticed lack of wet wipes for trolleys and hand cleanser bottles just left on tables.When virus first hit there was plenty of both. Improvement needed. I am a retired division 1 nurse and therefore know what I am talking about.

l have been in complete locked down as two members of my family have imune problems , so l was unable to return two hair colours until yesterday , plus l had lost my docket, but as l have been shopping at your Victo Harbor store for twenty years most of the staff know me , although l have been unable to visit the store for a while , the person who served me was called Tanya ,and was very rude , l have always found your staff courteous and pleasant until now .

15 Friday I was totally dismayed to find no clean trolleys, so upon going outside to retrieve a trolley came inside the hand sanitizer pump was empty. looking around for paper towel that was empty and thinking of a spray sanitizer too spray the trolley that bottle was empty also.

I proceeded to find a staff member and said I would like to complain about these items not being refilled, It took around ten minutes for a staff member to come forward with some paper towel but no sanitizing solution, I was not the only disgruntled customer, surely under the recent COV19 regulations these items should have been checked on a regular basis.

I have spoken to store manager over the fact that this store doesn't carry a good stock of zero coke, most times I shop they don't have the coke that I am after I have spoken to them on six or seven times over this issue there response is that they are no control over stock ???? I find this hard to beleave as what manager does not hold more stock.... It makes no business scent not to keep stock ???

One of the front counter staff managers and front counter staff have been rude a number of times to me over a period of time. I ignore this mostly, but as I shop for my goods daily and I keep to myself, I have encountered cryptic words thrown in my direction.

The female front counter manager Michelle was particularly rude and I can only imagine that her bad attitude has developed from negativity. These staff must be very job secure to think to be so rude to a customer.
