I did a shop today at Woolworths Stockland. A really great store.

I’m batch cooking for me and my partner.

When I’ve got hone I’ve realised both the chicken thigh and pork mince are used by tomorrow. I know i should check but this is bad. Plus the corn I bought goes off today.

Now I have to eat it quickly or freeze it.

As a member of a near by golf club, I had heard some women at the Golf Club over lunch talk about how narrow the aisles are now at the local Woolworths and that many of them will now be going to Coles. At that stage I really had no idea what they were talking about.

Yesterday I went into Woolworths at Westfield Shopping Centre at West Lakes SA, with my elderly mother (who is 90 years old), and to be honest it was no longer a pleasant experience, due to the very narrow aisles. My mother needs a wheelchair and trying to move through the narrow spaces, especially around other trolleys moving in both directions, was quite difficult.

Several times I had to stop quickly so that my mother's arms and legs would not be hit by a passing trolley and trying to stop and look at a product now has become…

Today I was in the the Woolworths store in Beenleigh in fruit n vegetable section at around 10'45am today (Sunday 10th October) and one of your staff members handling the produce had no mask on and was profusely coughing all over the produce. I found this to be highly irresponsible in the current times we are living in.

But, Covid or no Covid, I do not want someone coughing their germs all over my food full stop. Another staff member was in the same section at the same time and I think she was taken back by what had happed as well. Very disappointing.....

I am sick to death of being treated like an idiotic criminal at your checkouts. If one more middle aged woman with nothing else to do implies that I’m an idiot who doesn’t know how to scan in my own big items (and if I’m not that I’m a criminal who is trying to steal) I will be returning to coles and never using Woolworths again.

I just want to be left alone to do my shopping in peace.

I wished to have a duplicate Reward Card made available however I was unable to access my Rewards account. I tried multiple times but was unable to do anything but to call the 1300 help number provided. I started last week and after waiting 15 minutes and still being unable to contact anyone I hung up. Today I tried again.

This time I waited another 11 minutes and then the girl was unable to hear me and that necessitated me calling again which was another 15 minute wait. I then received notification from my Service Provider that I was charged for the calls I had made to your 1300 number.

The girl who I finally contacted was very helpful and sorted out my login problem and has arranged for a duplicate card.

However the whole process was very frustrating, time consuming and costly.…

We shop at Woolworths NicolWay Bryanston on a weekly basis and have not had any complaints but this I have to mention as I was looking to forward to the new crunchy topped cottage pie so we purchased one but to our disappointment there was hardly any mince only mash and more mash potatoes I had no choice but to buy some additional mince just not to have so much mash as I was having my daughter and granddaughter over for supper.It just was not the woollies food brand that i know. One thing for sure I was really disappointed and my husband even more as He was at first not to keen to purchase it but I suggested we buy it for a change.

I bought slippers from Woolworths on the 10th August 2021, believe it or not now they are already tearing apart. I am so disappointed in Woolworths, I only wear Woolworths slippers but now I really cannot believe that they sell such quality. Today (21/9 ) I was at Eagle Vale NSW Woolworths doing my usual weekly shopping . When I got to the checkout there was a lady there with 4 big full trolleys being served. The checkout chick was only just starting to scan.

I thought this may take a while, maybe they will open another checkout. Was I wrong ! I waited for 20 minutes and there was still 2 more trolleys to be done. So I went down to the service desk and asked very politely could they please open another checkout.

Before I even finished explaining the situation, she said, “ no, sorry, we have no one “I said to her that I had been waiting 20 minutes and the woman in front of me still had 2 full trolleys. She did call for someone over the intercom and I was happy with that.

Direct to boot is not Direct to boot at Woolworths Cranebrook. I came back to pick the 8 missing items the next day only to find out my pack of zucchini is missing then when a woman brings the zucchini she refuse to put it in my boot because according to her they are not allowed to touch my boot.

So where is the message of Direct to boot Policy? As soon as I open my window she said" you want it here take it" throw the zucchini on my lap. Please note that my wife is a cancer patient and her immune is very weak so I am avoiding contact to others as much as possible .

Why is it that nearly 80% of the time I shop at Woolworths I get overcharged for products. Whether they be on special or a checkout operator doesn't know the difference between apples and oranges. I now make sure that I check my docket before leaving the store.

It happened again this morning. 50/kg. 90/kg. I queried it with the checkout operator who advised me that I was mistaken. I knew they were on special so I took the papaya to the service desk and I was given a refund for the difference in price.

This is an on going problem, particularly at Woolworths at Marsden on Fifth also Browns Plains. One wonders if the check out operators are taught to overcharge hoping that people do not check their dockets. I am tired of this and feel I will be shopping at Coles in future.

Today , Thursday 16/09/2021, I went to my local Woolworths shop at Acacia Ridge to purchase the dog food advertised in this weeks catalogue. Purina healthy weight chicken dog food $20 instead of $29. But they didn’t have any, I asked the checkout attendant if they were getting any in and she said she didn’t know , but also didn’t bother to check .

I was not offered a rain check or anything, seeing it’s only the day after the specials were out. Finding this Woolworths doesn’t carry a lot of the specials printed. Hoping you can do something about this .

Tonight I went into the store to just get milk. I usually get the Dubbo brand. The milk was in a mess like alot of the store. I understand everyone is under the pump and I am also a front line worker so I do understand.

There was a lot of milk that either experienced tomorrow or the following day. My milk expired tomorrow and no reduced items or order was noted. On my way out I mentioned this to the self serve lady who said " I don't know who is in charge of that but it's not my problem" the self serve check outs where half emptied and the store was not busy.

I'm now on my way to the IGA with such disappointment with not only your stock rotation but also the staffs customer service

Byron bay Woolworths Hi I am requesting as a good customer of Woolworths that you have a staff member standing at the front door of your byron bay supermarket.

I am so annoyed as every time I go to Woolworths I see so many customers walking straight in, not wearing a mask, not doing QR code or sanitizer. There is never a staff member at the door.

Recently myself and my son spent two weeks in quarantine as we were in Woolworths Byron bay when a confirmed COVID case was there at the same time. It wasn’t very nice, so obviously it makes me so upset to see that the door is not being staffed. We have school holidays here in one week and the town is nervous that Woolworths will be another super spreader spot.

I visited your store at Fairy Meadow NSW today at 1:30 I am most upset at your lack of COVID-19 training. While awaiting my turn at the tobacco counter, I heard a someone calling out, naturally I turned to see. What I witnessed three times in succession simply blew me away. A member of staff supervising the self service checkouts was pulling her mask down shouting up to the employee at the tobacco counter. I told the employee there she should have a word with that member of staff as she shouldn’t be behaving in that manner. The mask has to be worn at all times. Her response was to shrug her shoulders and say, in a most cavalier attitude, “Have you got a problem?”

Clearly, she has no clue about duty of care and an employee roles in WHS.

Firstly she kept me waiting for her to finish talking with her male colleague. I asked for fish fillets and she did not ask me which one I wanted so she gave me what ever she thought was ok. So when I asked for another variety of fish I pointed to the fillet and she abruptly said" no pointing over glass".

I have two complaints.

Firstly, I live in Knysna and shop at your outlet in the Knysna Mall. It is not a large outlet and it can get congested. There is no provision for hand- held baskets, only full size trolleys on wheels. If there is a customer in front of you who is a little unconscious, you have ask them to please move aside so you can pass.

If I just want to purchase a few items, I still have to use a large trolley on wheels. this makes the shopping experience frustrating. I approached the Manager. He claimed that he had a Head Office instruction that he could not provide hand-held baskets.

This really doesn't make any sense given the space restrictions.

for the last two times, i have been to the deli section i have had poor service from the3 same staff member.

Occasion 1. Staff member (female, caucasian, stocky, 30's) was chatting to a customer who was without a mask at very close range. That customer had completed his order and they were chatting about local gossip. On Saturday the 21st of August I visited your Pavilion Branch as I had received a box of Ferro Roche chocolates which I really don't enjoy hoping to exchange them for another plain box of chocolates. I did not have the slip as it was a gift.

The sender of the gift had given me flowers and a gift card all from woolworths, I explained my story to your assistant three times after the fourth time of course I raised my voice. She was so unpleasant and rude.

She then called the manager who was polite and informed me he cannot change the chocolates as they are sold by many stores. I did not enjoy the experience. I certainly hope I never have to go there again.

Bought a generic Woolworths brand of peanut cookies at South Oakleigh store. Got home and opened the pack and was appalled to see it was half empty. (See attached image) Went back to the store. They weighed the product and lo and behold the weight was correct.

It is deceptive and duplicitous packaging. There is no need to make a pack so much bigger than the product inside. False advertising!

Are you aware that it is impossible to see the recycling number on your extra smooth ricotta box 375 Gr.? The impossible to peel off label covers the base of the carton which I presume bears a number as well as the recycling triangle. I believe the triangle is there but it's printed in way too small a font. Customers need to be able to SEE the number to know if their council can recycle the packaging. Surely you can do better!! I shall change brands of ricotta in the meantime.

Recycling needs to be given your full commitment.

Hi This is not a complaint, it is feedback. I was shopping at Kiama woolworths over the last 3 months. I have never seen such a brilliant store.

Firstly I lost my purse 3 months ago, at the checkout with $1,000 in cash a 3 stone diamond ring, it was handed back in, and the girl called me to come and get it. Yesterday Jordan helped me find cashews, he almost pulled the store apart looking for them.

He was absolutely a god send, he ran around looking for me. When I told Jamee on the till, that he was brilliant, she thanked me for my compliment and gave me 1,000 points extra. She thanked me for my lovely compliment, and told me she was loving working at the shop.

Today I had my first online order delivered To see that your driver was very careless in where he parked his truck , hence to see when he was parked it was on my grassed front lawn which left behind big indents and Tyre marks when he drove away which is not acceptable as that is someone’s property he has damaged !

I was shopping this morning 7 August 2021 at Mildura langtree ave store and when in the dairy/cold food aisle there was a young man chatting to a friend who was clearly a staff member restocking the fridges. This young man was speaking loudly and swearing profusely.

He did not appear angry, just talking to a mate. I got the impression he was also a Woolworths employee who perhaps hadn’t started his shift yet. I found this quite offensive and unnecessary. This occurred at approximately 10am.

My last 5 online shopping deliveries have been completely wrong , the store they pick my groceries at is the Chesterhill store. I don’t have all the spare money at the moment due to losing my job because of covid 19 So when I choose my groceries online I expect the ones I have chosen to come not have your workers pick and choose the wrong shopping every time !

I ordered my groceries and fruit and vegetables online from Pacific Fair and had them delivered. I am so disappointed in the quality of the fruit and vegetables. The apples were large and soft, my zucchini were small and not good quality and bag of grown onions poor quality.

I will not be ordering my vegetables on line again. There is not enough care with selection. My friends feel the same. What a pity I was trying to stay away from shops. I had the same experience when we had our first major lockdown and so ordered my veg from Earth Markets Robina.

Woolworths has just stood down all staff with health conditions preventing them from wearing a mask. With dr certificates and they were making provisions and getting them to wear a sticker to state this. The only way they can come back to work is to get vaccinated which is not possible due to his health condition and highly recommended against for the potential risks. Discrimination to the max.

While shopping at your Featherbrook store in Point Cook, I was greeted by an unpleasant surprise. I product I have been purchasing for years was suddenly increased in price from $4.00 to $6.00. This is a net increase of 50 percent. The product I am referring to is Woolworths branch frozen raspberries 500g pack.

I purchased some sizzle steak on 29/7/21 to have for dinner. When I took them out of the packet I was absolutely disgusted with the product. It was that thin that when you picked it up it just fell apart.

There was no way you could have this as a schnitzel ( which was what I was going to do ). I have had these plenty of times & never had any problems.

50. 55. au I then tried to call using the number for the hawker shop directly I rang it twice and it rang out twice. So then i came across another number on the woolworths web page which was 1300 767 969 and was on hold for 7 mins and 53 seconds i then hung up.

This morning i checked my emails only to find out the email address is no longer used or managed even though its on the woolworths website. So then i tried the above number again only to be on hold for 10 mins and no one answering.

So i am really hoping to get a response from this complaint form otherwise i will have no choice but to seek help from the ombudsman.

I purchased a kilo of thawed large green king prawns that where on at 50% discounted, when I arrived home I realised I had been charged full price$30.12 instead of $15.06 . As I live 30min from Margaret river I couldn’t take them back as I’m disabled and rely on a carer to take me. I called to tell them what had happened, only to be given the short shift, don’t care attitude, I have the original receipt and photos to prove the prawns were at their use by date!

I have been to the Woolworths store in Moama countless times to get a hot chicken around 6pm and they have been completely sold out and no intention of cooking more. Once again tonight we went over around 6pm and no hot chickens!!!

ON 73459636. Two attempts to telephone with a wait time of 45 and 53 minutes but were disconnected both times. Received a call back after 2nd time and managed to change our delivery time or thought we had. Our delivery time was 11-12 on Saturday 24/7/21.

45 - no update from WW and was delivered by a Swan Taxi. The order had a small error which I then tried to call but after 30 minutes wait and listening again to that extremely annoying jingle, I gave up and intend to try to return the item to Floreat store when next we are out.

We use this service and have been for a number of years for its convenience but this time we are extremely disappointed with WW service. We have been Woolworths customers for over 50 years and as we are in our 85th year we hope that our comments will be…
