I have just driven 45 minutes to the Woolworths in Pietermaritzburg came home to find like a larrva or rats pooh in my bread. Totally disgusted. Have pictures. Tried to get hold of a manage from the store not answering phones.

Can you please put a piece of blue sheet in between the cardboard cover and pastry,I’m sick of thawing out the pastry only to find the first sheet needs to be thrown out as it is stuck to the cardboard this is not only annoying as it only leaves 5 sheets but also unhygienic. The cost of everything has gone up, and yes I can accept that is thanks to covid, I can also accept that the empty shelves are due to people hording, HOWEVER I do not accept the fact that at the end of my $268.04 shop my once a month 10% discount I get as a car insurance member was not added on, dispite me asking 3 times to ensure that it was. Why should I keep your insurance if the incentive is no longer there?

On Sunday 13 Feb 2002. I went into Woolworths in Gosford NSW 2250 to get a packet of cigarettes at approximately 11am. I was served by a woman behind the counter & specifically asked for a pkt of JPS 40'S Menthol.

As she was serving me, she was talking at the same time to another woman employee. 95. She gave me my cigarettes without even saying thank you as she kept chatting with the other female employee. She did not even ask if I wanted a receipt either but kept chatting along to the employee next to her.

I walked outside to open the pkt to find they were not the right cigarettes (JPS Blue) I immediately went back to the counter & told her she had given the wrong pkt of cigarettes. She said, "Sorry, we don't give refunds or exchanges once it is open.

As a person whose only income is DSP I was very disappointed with the quality of the nectarines I purchased on Monday by Thursday they had mould on them and not edible. I have taken a photo to show them. Perhaps your fruit and veg team need more training on stock rotation.

I complained about the Entry into the store carpark about 6 weeks ago.....The curb on the entry is incorrect and when you enter, you need to swing into the exit lane just to get in...then it blocks traffic coming in and going out. I was there this week and what they did was to erect an yellow post on the corner of the curb-garden area....it has not fixed the problem...it just makes it easier to see the end of the curb without driving over it..... What idiot did that?...talk about having no brains...didn't fix the problem at all...the curb needs to be broken up to allow a wider arch into the carpark and straight into the left lane...

m. I contacted the help desk on 27th Jan to advise that delivery had not taken place and arrangements were made for delivery the next morning. This did not happen either and I phoned again and was advised that the item was out for delivery.

Absolutely discusted with the service I received today at my local Woolworths Beerwah. 5kl) on 24/01/22 with use by 31/01/22. Today I went to cook with it and it was rotten. Not impressed but thinking oh well these things happen.

Drove to store to get a replacement and both staff members could barely acknowledge me let alone an apology for my situation. Money was refunded but a little empathy and apology would have been appreciated. I spend an absolute fortune at this store so a little respect and common courtesy would be appreciated.

I will be reconsidering where to shop in the future and will definitely not be recommending your business to anyone. Not impressed!

I have purchased her a proper dog stroller which is totally covered and TOTALLY enclosed for these ,minimal occasions. We have letters from her Doctor and Physicist concerning this , I am unable to obtain a letter from the council this, as all assistance dog need to go through the same process as a guide dog.

I am also an ex employee( Service Manager over 25 years) to your company , I have seen many service dogs come into the store , I know that they all didn't have the proper papers either. Now my mother as you cam imagine is buyside herself with anxiety ,embarrassed to what has happened to her as it takes a lot for her to even go by herself as she was ask to leave the store by an employee in the produce department.

I was at the Mt Annan store on the 24/1/22 at 3:45pm using the self service. I scanned all my groceries and attempted to use some vouchers I had from recycling bottles and cans. The barcodes were not being accepted, which was the first time I had ever experienced this, I’ve been using them for years now without a problem.

I told the service staff that the vouchers were not working, and she responded with “yeah I know, you are the 3rd or 4th person who has tried”. I said “ it would of been nice to know they were not being accepted before I scanned the groceries” and she said rather rude, with her hands in the air “ well what am I suppose to do about it?

because I believe if this was a white person they would not have assumed I am a fraudsters. I went to Woolworths and a hour ago to purchase school shoes and shirts. and I was told to produce my ID, as far as I can remember I never signed a contract with Woolworths that every time I go do a purchase I must produce an ID.

I told them I don't have an ID but I can write down my details to verify and the lady went to a store manger I was told that my store card is faded therefore I can not do a purchase and I do a lot of purchased. Woolworths penne pasta when I buy penne I want a tubular shaped pasta which is how you're pasta appears before its cooked but once boiled it breaks down to strands and broken pieces . I don't expect A grade colour or texture for the price but this is pathetic and sub standard food.

Dear Woolworths staff

We are happy long term Woolworths customers who have never had reason to complain at our store. We were at our local Greencross vet today in Williamstown and a Staff member of ?? Williamstown Woolworths who was wearing a Woolies shirt - was not wearing a mask at the counter with her dog. Therefore we couldn't go in. Despite the clear sign to public to wear one because of it. We have risks such as age and medical to protect.

I asked this girl when she came out would she mind wearing one for other customers and she F bombed us aggressively and wouldn't stop retaliating until I just went inside.

This girl was in her twenties, blonde, slim build and looked very fit to me. Who claimed she has an exemption not to wear one! If that is true ( and I would strongly suspect…

30pm Friday 14/1. I preferred not to go through self service however had no choice. There was one checkout open with 3 people in line with full trolleys. There were 3 staff members chatting by the service counter - not one asked me to come through there nor even acknowledged me.

I had no choice but to go through the self service. To add to this frustration my Zymil milk has a small leak in the bottle caddying milk to leak in my cooler bag over my groceries. Not to mention the milk itself is over $5.

Very disappointed in a store I have been shopping at for 18 years.

Had 200 doll of shopping when i went to check out they said they had no bags. I said how was i to carry the items home. She said well leave it then. So i left the full trolly. She took the trolly to the manager and told her.

As i left i said to the manager thanks for not having bags. She yelled out its not my fault its head office. then they all laughted out loud at me. I left. Im an invalid and have problems with my back.

I was in your nowra store this morning and was dismayed to see a customer walk in with no mask on she walked past two staff members who were at the service desk, why have signs about masks and most customers are doing the right thing for a few to just ignore your rules and put staff and customers in danger.

50am. On Tuesday 4/01/22 I received an e mail updating my order with items out of stock. One of the items out of stock was Chicken Thigh Cutlets from the Deli. I went to the store this morning to hopefully buy the items that were out of stock.

I went to the deli counter and there was only two chicken thigh cutlets and the only other cut of chicken drumsticks and chicken tenderloins, I asked the deli worker if there were more chicken thigh cutlets to come out he said, 'There is no more sorry, you can purchase the ones in the meat department'. I asked if there were chicken breasts or thigh fillets?

I am going to switch my money and allegiance to Coles. I have never used the online shop and pick up service; yesterday it took me over 2 1/2 hours to sign up and go through grocery choices. I had trouble with login and password and my email address that your fields would not accept.

Then I had difficulty navigating through the pages of items and some items would not be entered. Then I wanted to add an item after I paid for order and could not (no problems with my payment to you going through quickly though).

When I at checkout I was being charged for delivery and I had stated I wanted to pick up at Smith Connection store. When I tried to use online chat the robot would not answer my query. When I called the online customer service line the wait said it was over one hour. Not good…

On unpacking my online grocery delivery yesterday eveing I discovered the bottle of Woolworths Canadian Maple Syrup was leaking. On further investigation I noticed that the plastic seal on the outside was missing. I then unscrewed the lid to discover the inner seal was loose.

This seal is usually quite tightly adhered to the bottle.

While shopping at Woolworths Karingal today I went to the self checkout. I went to the bottom as I had a full trolley, a staff member followed me and kept peering over my shoulder,as there was a small display of stuff I asked did she need to get in to that, she said no and walked off.

She came back again and went off. Then she came back again and said had I paid for some of the things in my trolley, I told her I purchased elsewhere and she said well you better show me the receipt.

I appreciate it’s her job but she could have been nicer asked earlier rather than treating me as a potential thief. I was actually disgusted by her attitude. I have shopped at Woolworths for years and never been treated so badly.

I am an aged pensioner .I save my points for Xmas when I did my shop today I was told I had to unlock them .Since when I have been doing this for years I just spent over $500 dollars .I got my 10 per cent discount.but couldn’t get my points. Today we were at emerald woolworths and were served by Chloe on register 1. It was really disappointing to see a young girl now focused on leaving to go home and who was going to take over on the register rather than focusing on scanning the groceries...

had she of focused and scanned she could've walked out of the shop 5 min earlier rather than wait for Austin to come take over... no thankyou to her workmate n no acknowledgement towards us who were spending over 700.

I wasn’t going to lodge a complaint but because this is the second time I have had an issue with this product it needs to be brought to your attention. There is either an issue with the quality control at the manufacturer OR with Woolies themselves.

64 for this product it is the second time I have had to throw it in the bin. I did not go back to the shop for a refund this time or with my previous purchase of this product. Given the current climate I am not happy to be in the supermarket more than necessary.

The problem, the safety cap button was UP and unusable. Perhaps given this has happened before I probably should have checked the lid but I believe I shouldn’t have to continually do this. Essentially I purchased this jar to ‘eat’ NOT throw in the bin.

Purchased cheesy garlic bread at Woolworths in young nsw today, popped the slices in oven to toast . Once we removed we noticed the bread is mouldy. It’s use by date is fine . I’ve attached a pic of bread cooked n the mould and the slices uncooked.

Good day, my name as stated is Irvin Barry, I am a Woolworth's credit cardholder. An agent called me on the 06 December 2021 regarding that I had not made a payment on my credit card. I told the agent that I had made a payment on the 05 December 2021 at my local Woolworths store Mountain Mill in Worcester Western Cape.

The agent told me that according to her there were not any payments made from my side. I told her that I did make a payment and to check on their side where the problem is, because I have the receipt of payment.

It seems to me that the agent did not want to believe me, and she was getting rude to me over the phone. I asked for her name and then she put the phone off while I was speaking to her.

I have been buying chicken hearts for years, no problems. But the ones I purchased last week are simply disgusting. The chicken hearts were full of other chicken parts eg intestines, all the hearts had blood vessels still attached, fat still attached & blood clots.

It just made me sick. I waisted about half the pack & couldn’t use the hearts. I was so annoyed.

My family went to Woolworth Baulkham Hills Grove Square NSW for shopping, as we had two woolworth vouchers so when we reached counter we would like to use all the values on those vouchers first. Quality control at Woolworths Richards Bay fresh fruit section. Please could you inform above mentioned branch that the Strawberries they are selling are mostly rotten, I purchased 2 large packs on the 29 th of November, although they seemed fine from the top, once opened the underside of the Strawberries were all rotten.

Today I was at Woolworths Charlestown NSW 2290 shopping. Before I started unpacking the trolley onto the conveyor belt, I put my big insulated bag filled with other woolworths and coles bags INSIDE it down first and then proceeded to put the freezer items first - Weiss bars, green prawns, frozen chips, barramundi fillets as well as prepacked meat, milk, cheese etc.

Then I started on putting all the other items on the belt finishing with fresh fruit and vegetables. When I finished and turned to the checkout man, he had put through all the frozen things and cold things and had put them in an ordinary green shopping bag and was now putting no-freezer items in the COLD bag!!

I didn't say anything to him but this is the first time this has happened - every other time, the checkout person…

1. Several times your "personal shopper" has shown the initiative of a garden snail. E.g. 1. adhesive hooks were substituted with padlocks, e.g. 2 different flavours of an item were substituted with 2 identical items! 2. I placed an order to be delivered at a certain time because one single item was only available to be delivered at that time. Between 4pm and 7pm. Later that day I am sent an email that my order will be delivered UP TO AN HOUR AFTER the time window selected! NO EXPLANATION GIVEN. ONLY AN EMPTY APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY ENTIRE EVENING DISRUPTED, WAITING FOR A CONSTANTLY LATE DELIVERY.

21 I entered Constantia store, there was a lot of senior management standing near the entrance. They gave a few customers a very warm welcome, but when I arrived shortly after that no greeting or welcome extended. This made me feel not valued as a customer.

I continued my shopping and received such a warm check out with Kutwana. All customers should be treated the the same and not be judge on their ethnic group.

My frozen and chilled items are constantly arriving at room temperature. Bags are filled to the rim with household, pantry, chilled and frozen items in one. Soft items ie:mangoes, soft bread, bananas - packed with cans and glass bottles and jars.

Fruit and veggies delivered - crushed, stale, rotting. Items substituted without permission Often incorrect items delivered. I have small children. How can I risk serving chicken that has been delivered at room temperature, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries with white rotting mound?

Items arrive with 24 hour expiry dates and at times, there have been items delivered that had already expired! Delivery guys carry 7 bags IN ONE HAND and 10 liter box of water in the other - too lazy and inconsiderate to pull out trolly or make another trip to the…

Hi, I’m complaining about our local Woolies at Scotsdale Tasmania. Take mangoes for instance three times I bought a mango (they looked good on the outside) and all three times I threw them out because they were so ripe inside they were jelly like.

I have friends that go to Launceston once a week to buy fruit and vegetables from the local Vege Shed. Yesterday my friend picked up three packs of chuck steak for me packaged in cryovac tray's. it all went in the bin (not sure how else to explain it).

So, I don’t know what is going on but it’s not OK especially when you’re supposed to be THE FRESH FOOD PEOPLE! Not good enough!!! I was so upset

I recently bought a Slaw Kit which was full of large chunks of red cabbage and the root end of a white cabbage. I ended up having to cut most of the cabbage into smaller edible pieces to prepare a so-called quick lunch. These kits are not exactly mouth watering when served straight from the bag.

I have been disappointed on a number of occasions with this range and won’t be purchasing them again as most of the contents end up in the bin. Surely better quality control is warranted.

Hi my wife found some money at the Mawson lakes store in one of the check out machines. She notified the Woolworths assistant and with her permission left her phone number to her so if the owner of the money ever appeared she would return it.

She was contacted by the manager of the store and yelled at and accused of stealing the money. My wife is very distressed over this phone call and hasn't slept for days. My wife had the loud speaker on and the conversation was heard by ,4 people.

On the 8/11/21 I went to talk to the manager and yep she still continued to accuse my wife of stealing. I have never know any one to steal something and leave there phone number. Is it a manager's job to ring customers up and demand money I believe it's actually a criminal offence it's called demanding money…

I was shopping at woolworths lidcombe shopping center this morning, almost finish and I was waiting whitle checking my egift card. there's a middle aged lady wearing a green turban, black mast and a pair of glasses, she came at me said, come on, come on, yes, you! come this way.

She said in a very rude voice, and I feel really uncomfortable, and when I tried to use my egift card, something went wrong and she's trying to take my phone without my permission, and in the end I failed to use my egift card. The whole experience was very unpleasant, and I feel so bad about this.
