45 pm which did which did not arrive No body called me to let me know that they were not delivering them or emailed me we have no food in the house I spoke to customer service & they can't explain why they were not delivered they are now telling me I can get a delivery between 1 & 6pm today this is not very satisfactory on your behalf I think I should be compensated in some way being your fault Julie Martin

Woolworths Christmas price hikes and general price increases over the last 4 years are running at an all time high. From my own observations, general grocery price increases are running at 20%PA . Even the usual miscreants, such as health insurers, home and contents insurers, electricity providers and medical professionals are working at much more reasonable rates than Woolworths.

Fuel prices ,of course, are being driven , at least in part, by the bigger companies such as Woolworths and Coles and their partners in crime. I understand that my figures are based on my own personal experience and , as such, may be disputed by people who have access to more detailed statistical information, however, I feel I should point out that I have no reason to lie about this matter and

Bought two xmas hams, both fatty not much meat, one third fat each one and skin, how can you increase the cost for inferior produce. I will not be buying any more hams from woolworths as the quality is bad.

I had to throw most of the weight of the hams away as I do not eat fat and skin! You have many more complaints about hams, you need to drop the cost and advertise poor quality, at least be honest.

My complaint is that I do my main weekly shop on Saturdays as I work full-time. I top up during the week. I am sick and tired of having to queue for a checkout. Today and last Saturday in particular were quite unacceptable - One checkout open with more that 6 trolleys blocking the aisles.

The 'manager' appears to have an American accent and isn't good in this role. The way the store is set up the 'manager' is located in a central section with their back to the checkouts. It becomes a 'priority 1' to get any more staff.

Everyone in the queue was fed up with this situation including me. You may have noticed that I no longer buy fruit and vegetables as the quality is so poor and when I arrive for my top up shop during the week there is nothing left on the shelves.

This morning (0905) we asked for a checkout to be opened at the Erindale (ACT) Store and was told by the Supervisor that no one was available to facilitate this request. We were invited to come though the quick check out (not the self service) with a full trolley of groceries.

We declined due to previous experiences with this. Further the Supervisor advised the checkouts don't open until 0930 and she has no control over the allocation of Staff which seems very odd to me. Until today there was always a checkout available at 0900.

Finally a checkout was opened and by this time there were 3 more customers waiting with full trolleys of groceries. Eventually a second Checkout was opened. I might add these customers weren't happy either. The time now was around 0920.

Very unhappy about the state of the Monbulk store. Very often staples are not on the shelves, no matter which day or time I shop. It doesn't seem to matter whether items are on special or not. I often have to go to Ferntree Gully to Maxi Foods to buy the missing items.

Talking to friends, I am not the only one with this experience. There appears to be not enough staff. Those that are there are always working hard. Quite a few of the more experienced staff have disappeared over the last 6 months or so.

I am not sure how staff morale is at the moment. Do Woolworths train their young managers anymore? Tone and efficiency do appear to have suffered over the last year or so.

In contrast to the main store the BWS section is always efficient, has established helpful staff and well stocked…

30pm. Checking out with Maddie (staff member) was frustrating. The check out counter next to the service desk / express lane, She took 17 mins to check out the previous customer (friend) and literally chatted and laughed with product in her hand (unable to talk and work at the same time).

She obviously knew the customer and it became very obvious that all customers in line were in for the long haul.

Finally I was able to be checked out by Maddie (who did not have a name tag on). She started putting tomatoes in the reusable bag (s) I had had given her, and then proceeded to place on top Lemon, Lime and Bitters (4 bottle pack) as well as Iced Tea (x2).

I advised her that the tomatoes would be crushed and she advised she has CP. I…

I have my groceries either delivered or I collect them. Most weeks it averages over $200 and each week the bagging gets worse. I just picked up shopping and there are heavy things in with sliced bread and pancakes. The soft items are in terrible condition either half the bread is flattened and the 3 bags of pancakes are a mess..

It seems to be a pattern where they mix the bags with half soft and the remainder with heavy items. All the bags look like they are just dumped in the trolley instead of heavy things like milk, soft drinks etc on the bottom and bread and lite things on top.

I often have to return things like bad fruit and even the family size tray of tuna pasta where it was put in the bag side ways and the sauce had leaked out over other items. I think its time for a change !!!

Thurs 21 approx 5pm. Not enough staff allocated at checkouts (only 2 and then a 3rd person after raising concerns). Very poor customer support. As a long time user of this store and a shareholder this quite simply isn't good enough.

Plenty of staff on small purchase desk and self paying section but grossly underdone for checkout paying customers.

To day I went to Woolworths at Top Ryde City for my usual shop. There were only two check outs open, I went to the first one and the lady in front of me (shopper) informed me that it was home delivery and would take awhile. I then moved to the second check out and unloaded my groceries and waited and waited - 20 minutes in total as the lady in front of me was also doing home delivery which I was not told about until it was too late to remove my groceries - not that I had anywhere to go as there were only two checkouts open!!

To only have TWO check outs open and both doing home delivery is very poor service, by the time I finished there were at lease 4-5 customers waiting in line in both check outs.

What the hell had happened to your Woolworths store at chermside west Brisbane, it was disgusting , no stock on shelves the staff were no where to be seen every thing all over the place I usually do shop at this Woolworths but no longer ,one of your staff was just picking up stock and litrely throwing it on the shelves I asked one lady who was filling the shelves about a product and

Have not received a weekly catalogue for six weeks now. Others in my area are in the same situationColes catalogue has arrived regularly so I expect that your stores in this area are loosing business. I am a woolworths shareholder and am concerned at this.

Tried ringing to lodge a complaint but your system seems unable to handle a phone complaint. Thought you should know.

I live in George Town Tasmania which is a rural town. we receive your catalogue every week but when we go to our Woolworth's store to buy the specials they do not have them as I am told that the store does not have any room for all the special.

Well I think that is a load of rubbish. They do have room or make room for the specials. I need to travel for about 40 mins to Launceston to buy your specials and that's going to cast me in petrol money so it not worth it.

So this morning I went to my local Woolworths at Noranda shopping centre (post code 6062) to buy some of the advertised half shell scallops on sale. I usually buy them frozen when on special to keep for occasions but today the assistant said "we're not allowed to sell frozen from the deli Dept". I said ok to the steely stare and left, returning my other purchases to their respective shelves and not bothering to argue the point that I've been purchasing such product frozen here for years, then walked out and to the other end of the shopping complex and shopped at Coles. Is this a new policy?

Your store in Moama nsw does not open it’s bottle shop as trading hours are advertised on its door. This happens so often that local people and tourists have even been overheard to be complaining profusely as echuca/Moama are tourist towns they are very busy your bottle shop is doing you no favours by not adhereing to your advertised trading hours your store name in Moama is mud with local residents that includes the supermarket side there is no customer service in there as well very disappointing.

Today 5th November 2019 I as regular Woolworth Kings Langley customer came into this store and purchased a few items.

There was one checkout light illuminated but there was no assistant present at that checkout and a string of trolleys blocking it. A clear indication to me that there was no check out open forcing me to go through the self service aisle. The attendant at self serve confirmed that indeed there were no checkouts open. I do no work for Woolworths so can see no reason why I have to battle with self checkout at Woolworths whim. I expect to be greeted by a friendly and helpful checkout attendant who will take care of looking up items etc. While I can do self check out i want to make that decision when and why, NOT Woolworths.

Woolworths Morayfield. I have always purchased our birthday cakes from this store & have been very impressed with the quality & decorations. This morning i went into the stores to order my husbands 60th birthday cake & was advised they do not do birthday cakes anymore.

The cake decorator is now assigned to other jobs. I am assuming this is a commercial decision. But it is a real shame as there are not many places that do a large slab birthday cake anymore. I am left now frantically trying to find another option.

I was shopping at Woolworths Northside Plaza in North Rockhampton (4701) and I decided I would like to try the new prepped veges in the Meat Department. Not much there so I decided on a Carrot, Cauliflower and Broccoli combo @ $6.00 which was marked down to $3.78 (yay lucky me). On opening this product that night I was totally shocked. In the container was 2 pieces of Cauliflower and 2 of Broccoli each the size of a twenty cent piece, not even a whole floweret. But next I see the Carrot, 75 sticks of it. My disappointment is unexplainable. Not good enough Woolworths. Sorry no image chucked in the bin accompanied with lots of anger.

Was refuse service at a register and was made to go through self serve with a full trolley, when stated to the lady standing at self service that I have a fractured back and can not do it on my own I was still refused and told to go through self service. I have now irritated my back causing more pain and will need to re visit a doctor. Lady wasn't polite and was very rude about the matter

My girlfriend was at Woolworths South Gate Sylvania NSW on the 1st of November 2019 when she approached the 12 items or less counter adjacent to the cigarette counter. The receipt is marked 13:42 hours. After waiting for while a staff member finally came, chewing gum and was intimidating and rude.

My girlfriend has an autistic son who she is sole carer for and she also has a disability with her hands. due to his autism he is food intolerant which means constantly shopping for different foods which is expensive and means she has to shop at both Coles and Woolworths as he can tell the difference between batches of the same brand.

So she had been at Coles first and she has to separate items with different receipts to try and get support due to the expense and food wastage. Your staff member…

00. when I went there to pick it up at the end of the day the girl went to get it for me to find out that no one had put one aside. the young girl said to me oh theres a note there about a chicken to be picked up and didn't even care I said to her this is not good enough considering I rang at 2pm and ordered this.

30 and was not hanging around for another hour when one should have been kept for me. im just hoping at Christmas when I order chickens they will be waiting for me to pick up or maybe I will start shopping at coles in future not happy

One of your cashier at the scoresby store is rude and unplesant, 2 sundays ago , after i paid for my groceries I ask this woman , " is the garden seeds program still on"? she took an item and threw it in my bag! so rude! Hello i went to pick up some groceries and went to the self-checkout service today. As i was scanning the groceries and putting them into the bag i noticed the self-checkout worker getting really close and pulling a face of disgust and anger.

They deliberately avoid trying to avoid helping out a customer. This is very poor customer service. I ended up walking out and not purchasing the groceries as i am fed up and disgusted with the lack of service and rudeness.

She has blondish hair tied up and short height. It was about 8:30am.

Good Morning, I ordered clothes online and chose the option fot it to be delivered between 5pm and 8pm because I am at work during the day. I received confirmation that it would be delivered yesterday between the allocated time, and made sure I was home. My parcel never arrived.

I then by chance got my neigbour outside this morning who advised me the parcel was delivered to her, and during the day (not between the allocated time). This is really disapointing to me because no one bothered to confirm whether the parcel was delivered to the correct person or at the specified time.

On visiting the Woolworths supermarket in Lavington on 23rd October at approximately 14:00 I found the meat displays to be almost bare in some parts and the two items I was looking for, lambs hearts and lambs livers were not to be found. I asked a member of staff, who understood the meat department to help and she went behind to the store to see if there was any in stock.

There was not and she could not tell me if the items were to be restocked or if they had been deleted. I must state that since Woolworths got rid of the in-store butchers the meat variety and availability of the meat has been drastically reduced.

I shop nearly ever day at your Redcliffe store and i have to say of late it is really starting to go down hill shelves with lots of empty spaces trolley bays empty i like the half size trolleys and they are hardly ever available lately and as for the new set up of the deli i do not like it one bit i get cheese and chicken breast meat for lunch most days now i have to stand and

Last Sunday I visited the Ellenbrook supermarket to purchase groceries. I was so disgusted with the state of the shop, the lack of stock on the shelves, the amount of rubbish and clutter and the fact that the busy aisles were blocked by shelf-fill and "Online Order" trolleys.

I subsequently filled in a complaint form listing my frustrations and dislikes of the overall store presentation. It is now Tuesday evening and I have had no reply from your team, or even an indication that my complaint was even received.

One has to assume from the lack of a reply that: a. My complaint was not received and therefore you have no idea what my complaint is about, b. My complaint has been received but, due to the large number of complaints you have received, you have not had time to answer my complaint.…

I visited my local Woolworths store in Ellenbrook at lunchtime today to purchase a few weekend items. The store was quite busy and had been open for some three hours. As I entered the store, I couldn't help but notice the lack of stock on the shelves.

In fact the store was in a disgusting state, not only for the stock issue but for the general cleanliness and tidiness of the shelves and aisles. Along with quite a number of customers there were also staff filling "On line" orders, staff trying to fill shelves, both with trolleys filled with stock or grocery items and at times little access to "wander" the aisles.

My observations: It appears that no Night-fill is employed at Ellenbrook to replenish stock over the closed periods. Stock trolleys create confusion and block aisles, especially…

Regarding your store at North Orange, NSW 2800. Over the last month we have noticed a major downturn in the stores performance in regard to stock levels. Now it has become the norm, that numerous shelves aren't stocked. You may go in for a particular product to find it is not on the shelf.

We went in for our butter, Devondale dairy soft, not there, Woolworths wholemeal bread freshly baked, not there. These are everyday lines !! To see numerous shelves empty, or half empty is not uncommon. It is a shame to see an excellent facility not functioning as it should.

We are both in our seventies, & this is the first time we have done this, your store is convenient for us as we live nearby. Please rectify the problem before you lose business to Coles, because like us others would be experiencing…

I have been a regular customer in buying Oven Baked Sea Salt Crackers (the woolworths brand) and tha last 10-12 boxes have been nothing short of disappointing. My disappoint lies not within the product, but in the fact that every box has had 95% of the biscuits broken and mostly in little pieces.

This is making entertaining hard when trying to put them on a platter for friends to enjoy and maybe ending up with only 2 - 3 full crackers. I am hoping that this issue can be rectified to ensure my friends and I continue to purchase the woolworths brand of crackers instead of other brands that may not be opened in the same condition.

I and my partner are regular shoppers at Woolworths Taigum Qld. I have the service in the deli area to very unsatisfatory. Not from the staff but the lack of staff in this area. There has obviously been cut backs lately.

Might be good for the managers budget-but not good for customers. We will only put up with this lack of service for so long before we change supermarkets. I take my hat off to the staff that run off their feet behind the counter, having to put up with some very unhappy customers.

I do my shopping every Sunday, it is getting extremely busy, but today was unbelievable. I had to stand in line for ages waiting for my turn to go through a checkout, 3 lanes opened only. this poor lady on other checkout had been waiting a long time also but had to push a trolley and her little girl in a wheel chair and do her groceries, this lady must of waited a good fifteen minutes and

was her turn to place her shopping on conveyor belt, her child inconsolable screaming and crying but she had no choice but wait, then finally it was her turn to place her items on conveyor belt and they shoved lane closed sign in front of her.

MY mom esther mthenjane, ID 4509090457082, cell no 0728194859 gave her card to one of the woolies consultants, lakeside mall, to buy juice for her as she was feeling weak to do it. she took it for 3 hours and suddenly my mom went from paying 400 to paying almost R800 monthly. my mon trusted the lady and she was taken advantage of. thereafter she told the store manager and nothing was done. my mom is 76 years old and has been your customer for more than 10 years. what can be doneas mom does not spend that much her account. so it looks like the day who was helping made purchases on her account. what can be done to solve this matter. we need help

Regarding a fresh Fantastic Hokkien Noodle I bought a few days ago with a Nov use by. The noodles were all broken up and was impossible to cook. Being a Malaysian I have lots of experience cooking noodles and this was the worst.

So different from buying from Asian grocer.
