I do my shopping every Sunday, it is getting extremely busy, but today was unbelievable. I had to stand in line for ages waiting for my turn to go through a checkout, 3 lanes opened only. this poor lady on other checkout had been waiting a long time also but had to push a trolley and her little girl in a wheel chair and do her groceries, this lady must of waited a good fifteen minutes and

was her turn to place her shopping on conveyor belt, her child inconsolable screaming and crying but she had no choice but wait, then finally it was her turn to place her items on conveyor belt and they shoved lane closed sign in front of her.

This poor lady looked in shock and started to cry and i have never felt so sorry for someone in my life as i did for her at that moment, she had to leave her…

I was at the Goulburn NSW store today at POS 05 with transaction number 4761. The service person was just so like I do not want to be here it was obvious! he did not respond to my greeting at all, had several issues with having to scan items twice and again did not respond to my joking about there is always one, or two, perhaps even three!

I said could you get another bag please and i may as well have asked him to drop his pants and dance naked! he begrudgingly got another bag for me. 13. Asked for the discovery garden pots and was given three only ( I was entitled to 5 !

) I was about to question this but given the mood he seemed to be in I thought better of it. BUT... I came away from the store feeling quite annoyed, my cheerfulness, despite having to endure his sour nature was eroded…

Greetings.Hope all is well.Congratulations on a job well done.Iv always been completely satisfied with your products until recently.I purchased a sponge cake from your dessert isle.Happily served it to my guests only to realise the cake had been missing its bottom sponge layer.I only realised this half way into serving my family when my mom states the bottom layer is missing.Kindly note it wasnt been tampered with as i have enclose pictures..i have successfully made myself a complete fool in front of my guests.Not a good experience to say the least.

Shopping at Woolworths Mobray Launceston 9/10/2019 at 21.20pm walked into the shop looked over to the bakery area there were 4 men stood talking with a live rat walking on their shoulders non of the staff removed them. I do not think this is a very hygienic way to run a bakery area I for one will not shop there again disgracefull.

MY mom esther mthenjane, ID 4509090457082, cell no 0728194859 gave her card to one of the woolies consultants, lakeside mall, to buy juice for her as she was feeling weak to do it. she took it for 3 hours and suddenly my mom went from paying 400 to paying almost R800 monthly. my mon trusted the lady and she was taken advantage of. thereafter she told the store manager and nothing was done. my mom is 76 years old and has been your customer for more than 10 years. what can be doneas mom does not spend that much her account. so it looks like the day who was helping made purchases on her account. what can be done to solve this matter. we need help

Visited Roxburgh Park today in Melbourne a disgrace no cut fruit, no fruit pots, no yogurt packs, no apple juice packs, bonds jocks and clothing like a bomb hit it, in my day this would be serious problem for the grocery manager I shall not be returning to this store again

Regarding a fresh Fantastic Hokkien Noodle I bought a few days ago with a Nov use by. The noodles were all broken up and was impossible to cook. Being a Malaysian I have lots of experience cooking noodles and this was the worst.

So different from buying from Asian grocer.

Woolworths Victoria Point Central no longer stocks Golden Hearth 100% Organic Heavy Wholegrain Bread. I have been buying a loaf of this every week for years for $5. I consider this to be the most nutritious bread available, and now I can't get it.

Once again your Woolworths Store at Taigum Brisbane QLD. is disappointing to shop at. Went into day to purchase porfitroles and was told there were none because they don't have any chocolate? Only a few weeks ago I went into purchase some meat that was advertised in catalogue and was told ,someone forgot to order them.

Yes I spoken to staff (which are most helpful) and also to manager. Your store is in a Shopping Centre , which makes it convenient to shop there, but your store there is unbelievable. just arrived from your Revesby Store, same old problem, not enough staff at checkouts points. Always shop early on Thursdays to avoid rush, have made several verbal complaints to whoever is in charge of checkout- apparently fallen on deaf ears or could not be bothered.

I am( for the moment) a long term customer, a rewards card holder and more importantly a share holder. obviously, your Revesby store does little to improve the profitability with the management of this store.

Woolworths Forest Lakes has been the place where ive shopped since it was opened but after today i will take my business else where ! Every time i go in to shop im finding the same problem with one check out open and having to stand in a line of 4 to 5 trolleys waiting to go threw .

Today was the last time i shop with Woolies after i asked the 1 and only staff member on the front if he was opening another check out and i pointed out the line up waiting to get threw , he told me that he has no one else and that even though he fully agrees with me on having more open he couldnt help me or the others waiting in the line .

I did tell him that i didnt have the time to line up to be served by the one checkout open i would be leaving my trolley full with him as i had to get going , he didnt offer…

About 6 months ago we bought a big -MALVA PUDDING - from Woolworths in Bellville in you Willowbridge branch. We had friends over for lunch on the Sunday and after our meal we warmed and served the MALVA PUDDING. The Monday we phoned your Customer Service and the lady my wife spoke to promised to come back to us after she investigated the matter.

We never heard from her again. Last week my wife decided to buy a big MALFA PUDDING again ( Spending nearly R200-00 ) This time from your new branch in Durbanville. AGAIN THE SAME STORY - NO SAUCE. To save face she had to quickly make her own sauce.

We just thought that you need to know about this as it was not the first time we had this BAD…

I bought a stainless steel pot (+/- R900) about a year or less ago. Well to my horror and I count myself very fortunate for coming away unharmed from this ordeal, last week after cooking in the pot when trying to remove pot off the stove, the one handle came off clean.

I do not use the pot everyday so it's definitely not because of overusage. Its only my husband & I, our children are adults. I have been a WW customer for over 35 years. I have always loved the WW quality & actually believed your mission statement.

WW's purpose is to add quality to life. Exceptional quality in every product you sell.

On Thursday 12 September, I experienced very poor service at Woolworths Hornsby checkout. (Position 006: Trans 1560: 11.51am).

The checkout employee was offhand to the point of rudeness. She ruined our bread by stuffing heavy things on top of it, overfilled bags so that they were so heavy that we had to re-pack ourselves after leaving the store, worked recklessly fast, throwing things into the bags, and totally ignoring our request for the 6 Discovery Garden seedling kits because she was already busy throwing the next customer's goods into their bags.

She should huge impatience to the point of impudence, grabbing my credit card to tap, despite the fact that the signal had not yet appeared to enable tapping.

I have just become been diagnosed as gluten free the first time I came to the store all gluten free products were pretty much together I find now you have stopped selling so many gluten free foods it makes near impossible to find anything. Why can't it be all in one area.

Every week I used to find new gluten free foods and confectionary things, then when I want to buy more of the same the following week you don't sell it anymore. What a joke the gluten free foods are so expensive .

To find gluten free foods is ridiculous when you think their are so many people with the condition and no one seems to wants to provide for us. Well I don't think I would coming back to your store again also to think I recommend your store to so many others I can certainly let them know it's a waste of time…

I am a Woolworths (Safeway) customer of 54 years standing, loyal you might say. I always shop Woolworths. Change is inevitableI I know, but change should be for the better I'm sure you will agree. We have always enjoyed sausages from the meat department, purchased them every week, good value, tasty and never fatty.

Now however they have changed, no longer are they linked, they are smaller and when cooked they shrink and leave a large residue of fat in the pan. I know a sausage is a small thing on the world stage, but the enjoyment is slowly being sucked out all the little things in life, even the humble Snag.

I am also a Disability Pensioner and noticed that some of your perishables are thrown out whilst I and my spouse attend the store. I asked the CS officer to let me have them and they said they couldn't but the garbage bin could. (That is why I go to Flemington market every two months)

Hi, I just purchased a bulgar wheat and lentil salad. as i started to stir in the sauce i noticed a tablespoon worth clump of seasoning - salt etc. i discarded it and proceeded to eat my salad. i am unsure if it was just this batch, but its sooo highly seasoned. incredibly salty!

- and i always purchase this salad. I think this salad in error was seriously over seasoned. I could not eat. What a waste of food :(

Kyneton store has been my local supermarket for over 30 years but you need to smarten up your act as you are losing staff and customers to Woodend Coles. I buy Burgen Soylin bread every week but lately there is none to be found and when I have finally bought one it is not fresh.

I have been struggling for years to change my credentials on my account. I eventually managed to go into Alberton City and update my credentials. When I phoned to get an update on my new card, I was informed that I needed to go into the branch again to order a new card.

I do not have time to hang out in malls every Saturday , as this is the only time I can attend to my housework. I was then given a Customer service number (0861502020) to call, with even worse luck.

You get thru to the store card division, just to be put on hold for longer that 5min at a time. This happened 3 times. All I'm looking for is an updated store card and if I could get a bit of customer service with it , it would be a bonus.

you are giving away Lion king Ooshies you have extended the promotion ,most of your stores do not have any left I have been to about 8 stores in last few weeks trying to finish our collections 5 in total so if you are going to extend you need to make sure stores have them .

My biggest complaint is I am still trying to get 1 more case which I have called just about all your stores to no avail again if you are running a promotion you must have enough cases and ooshies until the end of the event ,my grandchildren are now upset as 1 dose not have a case for her collection shorly you have some put away somewere.

I just want to complain about the lack of folders for the Ooshies. Many people I know were desperately searching over many stores well before the promotion finished and all stores had run out leaving many collectors upset. We along with many shoppers have spent hundreds of dollars at your Woolworths stores and have more than a full collection of Ooshies but no folder to keep them in.

Woolworths would have known how many Ooshies were being handed out to customers and happy to collect $30 for each Ooshie but then cannot calculate well enough to provide shoppers with enough folders. And to my amazement last week it was advertised at our local Woolworths that the promotion had finished yet you could still buy products to the value of $30 for Woolworths to keep providing Ooshies but still…

Inv/Ord number 38603540 delivered today. Ordered sliced Dorsogna Ham Leg Triple Smoked Ham. Received shaved. Nowhere is there a note on the form or on the ham parcel that it was changed. I know I say substitute on my order but this is ridiculous.

Also I ordered 2 cartons of Benson & Hedges carton classic 8x25pk. I only received 1 (I did get the refund). I also put in the message section that if they couldn't supply, then to change it to 6x30pk. I know that if I go to the service desk that they sell plenty of the 25's in singular sales.

I am a Carer for my partner and that is why I shop online but if this keeps happening, I will have to change shops. The delivery drivers are all great. com

I purchased 2 scotch fillet steaks from my local Bairnsdale store and after cooking that evening found that they were tough and inedible. I rang the store the next morning and asked for the supervisor, upon which the person who answered my call identified herself as the supervisor.

I told her my problem and she instructed me to call into the store with my receipt and I would receive a full refund and replacement for my steak. I called in that day to the store and was met with confusion and suspicion, The person who was in charge gave me the impression that I was making it all up.

Last night I expected my delivery to be left just as almost all my other deliveries had been left on the front porch without any signature or any knocking, banging or calling out from the delivery person.

Last night's order was extremely distressing when the delivery person rapped sharply on the glass waking my sick and elderly parent. Not only did they ask for a signature but they asked me to 'sign in' into an app on their phone with my client number and password. I refused to do it and after phoning woolworths and taking up my time on the front porch instead of being able to see to my distressed parent, I had to prove to this man that i wasn't required to sign into their phone. No, not just 'sign on their phone' but SIGN IN to their phone.

None of this behaviour is what i signed up for…

I went to Woolworth's after work to get me a pants as the major 65% sale is on. So I took 5 items to the fitting room and the lady went through it with me. I went to go fit and selected 3 items, i then went to see if the I can find another shirt that is a smaller size and found other 2 items and went to go fit.

So my 3 selected items became 2 and I went to the food department as I need hot chocolate. When i went to the till the lady rang my items up, and my last item that was rang was wrong, so the original price was R299 then marked down to R180 and

with another Sale sticker of R42 but on the scanner it shows R126 - for me as a customer the price is marked down to R42. So the one duty manager told me I must show her another item that also has more than one sticker.

I have sleep apnea and I have to have demineralised water to put into my sleep machine each night. I cannot put normal water in as the minerals in the water erodes the equipment. At $700 a pop for the machine I find that rather expensive don't you?

I went today to get some and I or rather my husband found that the item had been deleted. This now means that I have to travel to Stanhope, Nowest, Castle Hill or Kings Langley to get it. I live in Meurants Lane and I don't drive I find it MORE CONVENIENT to get the product from MY LOCAL woolies rather than going to these other areas and having to muck around with public transport!!

If it was not for the fact that i need it for a medical condition or for that fact my iron as well I would not bother.

Shopping today was a nightmare as there were not enough registers open for the amount of customers waiting and it seems to be getting worse. 2 registers out of 6 is not good enough and not everyone is prepared to use the selfservice area.

There were hugh line ups at the open registers and I am surprised that some people didnt just leave their trollys and walk out in frustration. Hopping these few words might help to improve customer service. Val Bailey

I went too your Coolalinga NT shop tonight at 2150 hrs as i was waking across the forecourt in plain view of the staff at the front quick service counter a staff member quickly shut the door before I could get there again I reiterate this was at 2150 hrs .......... 10 minutes before your advertised closing advertised on the door which is 2200 hours I managed to attract the attention of the staff by tapping on the window an told them all i needed was 3 ltrs milk they said they were closed at this point i was very annoyed at their lack of customer service and

general ignorance they refused my repeated requests to allow me to purchase the milk for 10 minutes until a male staff member came and showed me his phone with 2 hrs time on it then he mouthed sarcastically "were closed" i am appalled…

94 for dinner at Woolworths Westfield Coomera. I bought all the ingredients to cook these Mullets. Got home and get the oven ready to bake all the Mullets for four dinners. But soon I start unwrapping the pack, the Mullet was off.

I am a loyal Woolworths customer for more than 20 years. Recently I purchased a pack of 2 ladies long sleeved vests. I am extremely annoyed at the quality of the material used. It is hard and see through. Not vest material at all. It looks like you have on a net vest. Why the change in quality of material used??? 2 years ago the same vest cost less and the material quality was excellent - (thick and warm) On comparison of the old and new vest I am truly disappointed with the quality.

If I have not thrown out the packaging I would have returned the goods purchased. Woolworths is known for its excellent QUALITY, why do you want to produce cheaper quality goods?? Maybe it is time to start purchasing else where!!!

00 on 26 July 2019. I had selected one pinot gris bottle, then while standing back continuing to peruse specials and deals for about a further minute, a bottle along the aisle from me toppled out and crashed to the floor.

I was nowhere near the bottle at the time and can only conclude it had been irregularly stacked, bizarre as it may seem.
