I booked a family vacation booked a hotel La Quinta in Clifton/Rutherford New Jersey. com it shows pool. I get there and pool is under maintenance and has been for 2 years. Said I could go to LaQuinta in Secaucus New Jersey.

They had a pool but would not honor the price I had of 520$ for 4 nights. 2 Queen beds. I booked 2rooms. This is my 2 bad experience with LaQuinta. The other in Binghamton New York. I ended up at the Hampton and paid 450$ more

Me and my family stayed at Microtel in ponchatoula, LA. The first room they gave to us had no sheets or blankets in the room, the bathroom didn't have towels or toilet paper. We asked to switch rooms and the second room we were put in smelled like pee, had something all over the walls, and only one light worked in it.

We then switched rooms once again, and the last room we went into had a bad smell, the air conditioner barely works, the fridge was completely disgusting, the blanket and sheets were stained with blood. we decided to just change the blanket and sheets because it was so late and we didn't want to have to drive and go anywhere else, and in the middle of the night my wife got up to go to the restroom and there were bugs and roaches everywhere.

I will never in my life go back…

OUR STAY WAS AT LA QUINTA BY WYNDHAM BOWLING GREEN, KY. 7/16/2022 DEPARTING 7/17/2022 HERE'S WHAT OUR ROOM LOOKED LIKE. TUB HAD SOME BLUE STUFF WITH A HAIR ON IT. TOLIT SEAT WAS UP AND NOT COMPLETELY CLEAN. NO PLASTIC CUPS IN BATHROOM ALSO THE SINK WAS STOPPED UP.

AND WHEN WE WENT DOWN FOR BREAKFAST AT 8:00 THERE WAS A NOTE WHERE THE EGGS SHOULD BE,SORRY WE ARE OUT OF EGGS, NEXT TO THAT THERE WERE 2 SAUSAGES LEFT.

ALSO JUST 2 BLUEBERRY MUFFINS, WHICH WE ATE. OUR DOOR KEYS INTERMITTENTLY WORKED. WHEN I CHECKED OUT THE GAL APOLOGIZED AND GAVE ME SOME SORT OF DISCOUNT FOR MY TROUBLE. I COULD HAVE STAYED CHEAPER AT A MOTEL 6 AND I BET IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER.

I HAVE STAYED IN A LOT OF HOTELS IN MY 75 YEARS AND THIS BY FAR HAS BEEN THE WORST. KAREN SOLOMON

My wife and I arrived at Days Inn Salisbury,MD on 7/1(confirmation 82787EDO49324) and were assigned room #118. The room was a pig sty ! The paint was peeling,the bathroom was dirty,the floor was coming up and we were greeted by a cockroach ! Needless to say, the room was not habitable! We went back to the office and refused to stay at this location .

As of 7/18 the charge has not been removed and Days Inn should not have this location as part of its inventory, it is a disaster !

I trust our next encounter with Days Inn will be far better than this .

On July 8, 2022 I had spent night at super 8 Burlington Iowa. I was told after staying 3 nights that I had to leave. No available rooms. So I checked out. Upon check out I was told by staff that I lost my $100 deposit due to smoke.

I said this is a pie. I do not smoke. Nice try. Then she says that I had a dog in my room. My friend literally came 2 minutes before this theif knocked on my door, with his service dog.

I did not know he was coming. I had no time to notify hotel. Then while I was talking to desk about my $100, the maintainer man who lives there began butting in my conversation very rude like. I do not smoke.

My friend and his service dog were literally at my room MAYBE 3 minutes. I had no time to notify staff. I believe this was to steal my $100. I’ll never stay at another…

To whom it may concern, My name is Donna Ketron. We recently stayed at your downtown OKC location because my mother was mediflighted due to a stroke on tuesday. We looked a various Hotels in the area and thought that one looked great.

The lobby does but the rest not so much. All the vending machines for drinks and stuff are broken. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in either of the rooms we have. I'll get to the either in minute. There are 2 plastic cups and that's all for 4 people.

Had to ask for more. There is only one trash can in the room and for our 3 day stay there never was. The ice bucket handles in both rooms had been ripped off. And there was still vomit on the toilet in our second room.

Good afternoon, I recently submitted a complaint about an interaction that was had with Wyndham employees on Tuesday July 5, 2022. I recently purchased the discovery package back in January 2022. I was was advised that when I took my first trip using the discovery package that I would have to attend a presentation to inquire about how I was liking the package.

When the presentation began I was informed that this is not a sales pitch and they just wanted to make sure I was understanding the package and that I didn’t need anything and that I would only be there 60mins. Fast forward to 2 and a half hours later I was still sitting there and people were trying to force me into owning a timeshare.

I travel to Phildelphia for medical treatment at Shields&Shields. Wyndham Historical District Hotel is listed as giving a rate discount for patients I stayed at hotel October 2021&February 2022. Was told by Arvel Hall front desk manager no such discount existed.

When I travelled in June 22 Shields&Shields rep called hotel confirmed that discount should be given. My June bill was adjusted I feel I should get a refund for the prior stays as their front desk manager Arvel Hall did not charge thr discount rate

I have tried to rent my week, time share, at the Avenue Plaza Hotel in New Orleans. I made the arrangement on 02/04/22. I was notified on 07/01/22 that the assignment was never placed from Extra Holidays. The reservation was from 07/01/22 thru 07/08/22, Reservation #170202699.

The agreement was handled by Cameron. I have been informed that there is nothing that can be done to compensate me for the loss of not only the week, or the rental. I can not believe that after being an owner for over twenty years that this is how you do business.

The error is absolutely at Extra Holidays. They did not make the necessary arrangements with Avenue Plaza. I feel that some form of compensation is due me. Please contact me at one of the following:

4th of July weekend. Got to our room and there was MOLD above the window, the bathroom was filthy. The fridge made a knocking, ticking noise the whole time we were there. Went to shower the next morning, OUR FEET WERE BLACK FROM THE FLOORS!!!

There was 1 towel for the 2 of us, no soap, no shampoo, and the iron was broken. This place is a dump! Had to leave early due to the mold and my girlfriend having allergies. I have photo evidence, but your site won't let me upload them.

Was not charged discounted medical rate during stay October 2021 & February 2022. Identified myself as patient at Shields&Shields to manager Arvel Hall. He said he knew nothing about discounted rate. If you need clean towels you have to take your dirty ones to the front desk which is a crock of crap. They should bring you fresh towels and take the dirty ones. Customers should not have to walk halls carrying dirty towels.

I stayed at the Wyndham Newark airport hotel. The room allocated to us was 416 and was in a condition that it should not be given to any customer. Blood stains on the floor, dirty sofas, bed in a shabby, overused condition, it was so horrible that I would not have taken it for fre and I am paying 175 dollars for this room.

I booked a two night stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Des Moines Tropics Resort & Conference Ctr. My husband and I are nurses and it is VERY hard to get away but have planned to sneak away for a few days this weekend to take our child to swim as that is his favorite thing to do.

So I reserved a room for 2 nights this coming weekend and after I paid I found out from a family member that the water park is closed. I have been a customer at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Katy (20414 Julie Marie Ln, Katy, TX 77449) for several months now. Ninety-nine percent of the time I am assigned a second floor room. Although I am not handicapped, I have pain in my knees.

The elevator has not been operational for several (four or more) months. I'm not just complaining for myself but on behalf of those others who have been inconvenienced by a nonworking elevator and having to walk up and down stairs needlessly.

I've been told that they're "waiting on a part".

As a Marine Veteran, I appreciated the 2 designated parking spaces in front of the hotel. But your flag in front of the hotel was torn and shredded, this is disgraceful and should be replaced with a new one.

Also, our room didn’t have any coat hangers in the closet, the door to our room didn’t lock properly, the free standing lamp bulb didn’t work so maintenance had to replace that. No restaurant and no bar was very disappointing.

Complaint Details I rented a room at this motel and while I was away $10,000 worth of my things were removed from the room. The owner doesn't think he is responsible and refused to address the issue. The doors don't lock and my room was opened several times through the night several times.

Bed had the metal brackets sticking out at the bottom of the bed. The ones you adjust for size of mattress. I jammed my ankle into one as soon as I walked around the bed. Complained to front desk. Told me they would look at it.

The next morning my 10 year old was goofing off and stubbed his toe on one. Complained again. Was told they forgot to tell me they didn’t have anyone qualified to fix the problem. I could change rooms but it may be the same in a different room.

I told them I was leaving for the day and try to fix. When I returned they told me all rooms was booked and they couldn’t help me. This was at the Wyndham garden in bush gardens Virginia. Tried to upload 2 pictures. Would not upload.

I'm supposed to be a Platinum member but What perks does that include. I booked reservation through app, still didn't get extra towels as I requested. I requested a extra hour late checkout since that's what platinum rewards are supposed to include the hotel demanded I pay extra.

Stayed at LeConte View Motor Lodge in Gatlinburg TN on June 6th thru 8th. Worst experience EVER!!! I had reserved a certain room for 6 people back in April, we go to check in on the 6th to find out they are renovating the room, NO PHONE CALL OR NO EMAIL stating the room would be under renovations.

They tried to put 6 people in a room with 2 double beds. Well obviously that didn't work so they moved all of us to another room with the same situation. 4 of our family members found a room somewhere else.

The room we stayed in had a cracked sink, NO HOT WATER, wasn't clean at all. After calling Wyndham several times, only to get hung up on both times, we left the Le Conte View.

I booked a room at Super 8 in Tucson az on w starr pass Blvd. I booked it specifically because it advertises a pool. My 2nd night, I went to the motel window to buy a coke, & at the same time I asked the clerk what the hours of operation for the pool were, She replied 9am to 9pm.

I mentioned I would swim the next day, she nodded ok! The next morning I went to the office window & a sign said office was closed momentarily & to come back. There was a worker outside the office, & I asked him how I get into the pool area as I wanted to swim!

I am a frequent guest at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in downtown Norfolk, VA. I recently stayed and had items stolen from my room. I made my company aware who actually has a contract with the hotel and informed the front desk.

I was told an investigation was going to be done, 3 days later I was told that no one had been in my room but me which is untrue because I had housekeeping services provided. I also have an active police report due to this matter.

I am seeking a resolution other than what I received from the hotel, implying that it’s ok for staff to steal from guests rooms and it just gets denied with no accountability or repercussions. As well as some sort of compensation for the guest’s loss of personal property.

I have a complaint about the days inn Daytona Florida by Daytona speedway. The hotel is a dump and I'm trying to get a refund from the weekend of memorial day. I have 12 photos but it says the file for each one is to large.

I wish I could give -20 stars for the bad service. I'm just wondering if this email complaint will be read or something about the motel be done. The pictures on the website are very different from in person. The place needs to be shut down.

All I want out of this is a refund, not a credit voucher for a stay somewhere else. Wyndam needs to do a surprising visit to the dump. Can someone send me a email that I can send 20 photos to??

My complaint is was out at a Dr appt and when I got back my items I had turned in I got back but the sheet had something on it and the comforter had so many burn holes in it. The stuff I turned in did not look like that and when I brought it to the office to get better things they just going to call house keeper and just be cause she said they were clean would not replace my items.

I don't care how clean there were stains and holes in them. They carry the Wyndham name amd I do not feel my request was handled properly. I don't say much to anyone about anything. I bet none of them would sleep on it and none of you either, so why should I.

I had to come to Mitchell South Dakota due to a lose in the family. With death it is never expected and with the Holiday the place I would board my dog was full. I looked for a hotel that except dogs.

I did have to leave the dog unattended for a hour while at the funeral services, I should have clicked and read more on the policy and probably shopped around better but in this situation I wasn’t thinking. My dog hard barked, the front desk service called my phone 20 plus times obviously in a funeral and being family I was unable to answer.

BEWARE! Days Inn By Wyndham East was the most poorly managed, worst kept hotel we have ever experienced. Even it’s low rating is too generous. There is drug & human trafficking amongst other nefarious activities going on here as well.

Filthy - poorly kept … non-smoking room reeked of smoking: the list of complaints is simply too long. the so-called Customer Service gets a poor rating as well & can confirm that. No one I have spoken to will take any responsibility for this location & the many issues.

A recent call to the police would agree that it is being watched. I have a call into Knox County Health Dept. As well. How they manage to stay on business is beyond me. I think there must be some “wink-wink” agreement involving pay offs.

Stayed at the Days Inn , Knoxville East. Wyndham and Days Inn should be embarrassed to associate their good name with this hotel. It was dirty, there were people who obviously lived there full time despite the staff denying this.

There were drug and sex transactions going on in parking lot all night long. When I went in am to complain there we no staff in the lobby or any other area. We complained to Wyndham customer service and had several conversations and emails with no satisfactions.

They stated that we would have been given a refund if we went to checkout at end of stay but as stated above I could not find anyone around. I looked at several rating services and they are all full of one star (would be ZERO if you could choose that) reviews.

I wish we had looked at that before booking…

I had the pleasure of a short stay at your Springfield, Mo. Super 8 property on Kentwood Avenue. I was travelling back from my mother's funeral (driving) and as it was getting late, I decided to stop and get some sleep before continuing. Knowing that Super 8 is a low-cost motel I was truly only expecting a relatively decent, clean room, with clean sheets and a pillow. What I got was none of the above.

Actually, that's not entirely true - the artwork in the room was nice and there was a pillow - everything else, not so much.

I stayed at the Days Inn for 2 nights in Sarasota I-75 on May 14 & 15, 2022. I have stayed at many Days Inn over the years, and actually stayed at another one in Cocoa, FL on this business trip on May 12th, which was very good.

However, this one in Sarasota left much to be desired.

First, I had to check in online at the front desk on a tablet with someone on the other side of the world after waiting several minutes. I never have experienced that before and it was very impersonal. The soda machine on my floor didn't take my credit card when I went upstairs to my room.

The safe in the room was pulled out from the wall, and when I went to take a tissue from a dispenser from the wall next to the sink, the whole metal piece came out and just missed hitting my foot. The breakfast was so poor…

Checked into super 8 by Wyndham on 5/17 and check out on 5/18. Very nice Front desk clerk. Got keys went to room and door handle on inside came off in my hand. Told desk clerk but he did not offer to move or have fixed.

Bathroom had good prints in tub snd not clean. Breakfast the next day was not. Honey buns and coffee. Juice machine was broke snd no cereal, milk or anything. Was upset that the high rate I had to pay was not up to standards if a room that charged for this stay.

Corporate needs to send people down snd revise their facility. It’s very outdated. Room was 111 in Super 8 by Wyndham in Jackson Tennessee

I was staying at the Howard Johnson in Perry GA, and slipped in the shower and busted my head open, had to have 21 staples, and was put in the hospital, I almost died.

I had cum stains on bedding the couch that i paid extra to have and the floor the jacuzzi tub didnt work button got stuck and wouldnt turn jets on at all which i paid extra to have also bathroom lights wouldnt work and u couldnt lock the door either to bathroom.

Everytime we left the room we had to go get another key bc key wouldnt work when we came back did that 5x i believe . Hot tub down stairs was out for maintance.

Also the elevator last day we left was broken and had to lug everything 4 flights. I contacted hotel with no call back everytime ive called over last 2 months. Nothing done!

The travellodge at hinesville ga is very unpleasant. I made a reservation for 6 and7 may. When we arrived I noticed how dirty it seemed. I went to a window to check in and a little girl asked me my I'd.

She left and an adult came to the window. The clerk said I must pay 50 dollars in cash too get the room. I told them I did not carry that much money. She said I,must have it. I left a went to a hotel next door.

The travellodge billed my credit card even though we did not stay. Please refund the $206 they charged without my knowledge. I have complained before but no help so far. I have stayed in wyndham hotel before a,d was pleased.

But this incident is not good for wyndham's reputation. You should remove you name to this hotel in hinesville.

I have travelled all over the world. For the first time in my life, I don't have a refrigerator in the room, although for the first time in my life I travel with a cane and painful knee, and need ice. At the same time I have to admit that I do not know the price I paid because Wyndham destinations placed me in the “resort” hotel with the money I paid years ago.

When I called room service regarding refrigerator, I was quoted $50; when I texted service (646-653-4560) the charge was lower - $30 plus tax.

There is no tea (coffee) neither in the room nor in the hotel lobby.

For the first time in my life, I can't set the right time on the nightstand clock, and turn off the alarm. However, I can't turn off the clock and alarm, because it's the only source of electricity for recharging phones.…

I stayed 1 night at the Baymont Inn By Wyndham at 1725 Gornto rd Valdosta, Ga 31601on 5/4-5/5. I checked in about midnight with 3 children. Was issued room 104, brought stuff in room and realized one of the beds was soaked, and when I say soaked it wasn't just damp it was wet all the way to the mattress.

So, we proceeded to get our stuff out quickly and into room 114, as we didn't know what the substance on the bed was and we wanted to get out of our room.

Second room wasn't much better, but we were tired from driving all day and needed a few hours of rest. We got up early got dressed and went to the front desk for what was described as "breakfast' but did not resemble a meal i have ever eaten.

There was stale cereal, 4 pieces of bread in zip lock bags and 4 Danishes. We ;eft quickly.…
