We recently stayed at baymont/Wyndham in the theatre district in Branson Missouri. 99 service fee added to my credit card, which I will dispute!

Also when making the reservation I requested a non smoking room as I have asthma. When we were given the cards to enter I immediately smelled smoke and there were cigarette holes in the sheets.

Also there were no towels so my husband went down to tell the front desk. It was a young girl and when he walked in she said “what do you want” that’s when I went down to complain. The young men that must have taken over her shift offered to move me , which they did.

When we walked in it appeared fine but when we went to shower, no washcloths! This whole experience was crazy. The outside doors which we needed to enter were never locked. Even when we…

Travelodge by Wyndham Livingston Yellowstone. Booked because it had a pool but when we arrived it was closed. Room 24 key card wouldt work moved to room 46 and the toilet wouldt flush while empty and the sheets had dirt on them.

Went to front desk asked for partial refund but was denied so asked for full refund so we could go somewhere else and was denied. Then was moved to room 43 which the door doesn't latch right so the only thing keeping it shut is the dead bolt meaning the room can only lock from the inside and not from outside

I spoke with a male not even 10 minutes ago and the way he spoke to me does not line up with the mission of this company! I'm very disturbed by his actions and completely disgusted by the way he was talking to me.

There is a better more professional way to speak to customer and I did not receive that at all. Whatever my financial situation is, it's none of his business and to speak to me in that way is very troubling.

I hate I even called to get help! I would like to speak with corporate about this immediately. This is not ok and its clear he has done this before just how comfortable and arrogant he was!

We come to Fort Walton twice a year with a group of 14, today since 6 am we have had no hot water! They allow they are working on it. It is now 7 pm we were not able to shower to go out and eat.

No solution other than to wait for morning or take a cold shower! I pay for a room to sleep in and to take a hot shower. This is unacceptable!!! I can guarantee that Wyndham has lost all of our business hotels and credit card.

I booked a two nights stay on 2nd and 3rd October at the Super8 by Wyndham at the Falls, Niagara Falls, for myself and my partner. We are travelling in Canada from England and Niagara Falls was to be the highlight of our 6 month trip across Canada.

The price was very reasonable and the photos and reviews were all positive and we were happy to book our break.

However our experience was not a good one. The first room we were given (by the friendly and welcoming Denis) had not been cleaned properly - the floors were dirty and the pillowcases were also dirty. Denis gave us another room which was cleaner although the carpet still didn't appear completely clean but we didn't want to have to move a third time, so accepted it.

I recently booked a stay at one of your hotels. As a retired touring musician I have stayed in many hotels around the world. This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life.

It is a hell . Absolutely filthy and smelly using pictures from when it was new. I have included pictures I took of my actual room. I will never stay at one of your hotels again. The best advice, burn this one to the ground.

I came into San Jose airport. My reservation was at the Wyndham garden inn San Jose airport. I called and called to be picked up, and no one ever answered the phone. I called the reservation line to see if I could get some movement on this issue.

They could not have cared less. So I called Uber rideshare and $25 later I got here. This is supposed to be a three-star hotel. It's nothing more than an old motel with a fancy lobby. The outdoor lobby they have glued to the concrete is torn and tattered.

The general condition of this facility is just old and run down. I could have stayed at a lesser brand hotel paid less money and gotten the same poor service and lackluster facility.

We booked room days ahead of time. We didn't check in until 10 that evening. There was 3 other people ahead of us. The front desk lady let us all stand in line about half hour while she went outside and did who knows what.

After her running around hotel she came back to front desk. I asked what hold up was. She said no rooms open that they were being cleaned. This is q0 at night. Why did we have to wait on room to be cleaned this late.

We were tired and wanted to sleep. We did not get room We booked because we got tired of waiting. We settled for room with one bed instead. The laundry was shut down so couldn't wash our clothes. Nobody in restaurant to serve anybody. That was closed.

Below is a copy of the email I sent to the Manager at the Cornwall location on Wed Set 14 regarding my parents stay on Mon Sep 12. I have not heard back. My 83 year old parent stayed there on their way home from the east coast.

They stayed in Rm 119. There were a few issues that my mom mentioned at the front desk but I wanted to be sure the manager was advised. There were no cups in the room for the coffee. My mom had to get out of her pajamas to go to the desk to get them because the phone in the room wasn't plugged in and they couldn't find a jack to plug it in.

The coffee maker was dirty. Toilet paper wasn't on the roll. It was sitting on the back of the toilet. The toilet seat was very loose. The bathroom door won't open wide because it hit the toilet. Not sure why this happened.…

To Whom It May Concern: I stayed at the Ramada West Atlantic City hotel from 9/9-9/11. During that stay, I was told the location does not comply with ADA requirements or NJ State Law as it relates to person with disability.

Upon speaking with Wydham corporate customer service, I was told Wydham allows its franchisees to make their own rules that contradict federal and state laws. I am surprised by this and have filed a police report and civil rights report in New Jersey but was hoping to get some assistance resolving this situation.

When I checked in, I had my trained service animal with me. He is a dog that is task trained to assist with a medical condition covered by the ADA.

At the time of checkin, no one mentioned the animal, which was wearing a service animal vest at the time.…

I stayed in the most disgusting Super 8/Wyndham hotel I’ve ever located in Melrose, MN. They need to clean up the bathroom in 106, bleach or buy new towels & serve a breakfast as advertised! The hotel manager/owner? Stayed that a customer complained about Covid concerns with the hot breakfast so the manager discontinued the breakfast for other customers altogether! What a huge disappointment!

I had a reservation on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022. It took 45 min to check in and when we walked down the dimly lit halls thru filth and opened our guest room; I knew we had made a huge mistake.

The guest room had 1 light bulb, the furniture was so soiled that you could not sit on it and the bathroom was nasty. There were cuts in the wall that looked like a knife had attacked it and the side table and other table had gashes in them as well as missing drawers.

The carpet was nasty with residual hair and dust. Days and days of non-care. We immediately went to the front desk and reported this. The attendant did not attempt to correct the issue and we advised that we would be staying.

do not recommend this hotel at all. 0 stars!!! The night clerk issued our room keys (we had two rooms) upon entering the elevator we noticed it had a funky smell. The same smell was in the hallway. I was having serious doubts about the condition we would find our room in.

My daughter and I were staying in one room and when she unlocked and opened our door it was very obvious that it was already occupied. The beds looked like they had been used and the TV was on. We quickly shut the door and went downstairs to the desk.

As I was not the person that checked us in, it was my first encounter with the clerk. He wanted to know if something was wrong and didn’t seem at all surprised at what we found. He was polite and apologized and said he had a room on the third floor and would check it out…

When I checked in I asked the receptionist Rocky, to please not copy my ID. She took the ID and asked me for a payment card. I handed her a PayPal credit card which is a MasterCard and she told me they didn’t accept those.

I then handed her a USAA MasterCard and she told me they didn’t accept those either.

Finally she took my debit card and because she recognized the bank ran that card. I was incredibly embarrassed and when I asked for my ID back she told me she was going to scan it because she had to.

I had already asked her to not make a copy and she said she wasn’t going to copy it she was going to scan it into the system. I’ve been staying at Wyndham resorts for over a decade and have always asked that my ID be kept out of scanned systems because I’ve had my identity stolen.…

We stayed at the Ramada by Windham in Provo UT. One stay the food order did not get placed so no breakfast. Today, we went down for breakfast and we were told the cook didnt show up for work. Therefore, no breakfast.

I applaud the Staff was trying to get stuff out. I understand that things happen that cant be avoided. I am just letting you know that this could be a potential problem. You can't fix a problem if you dont know one exist.

I am currently staying at LA Quinta in Northglenn (Denver), Colorado. I have my two labradors with me, we were all day in a competition and on return to the room I noticed their special food as well as their seizure medication is gone from the room.

After looking in my things I noticed that my Airpods are also missing along with an USB charging cable. I tried to speak with the manager and although she was on the phone with the front desk she refused to speak with me.

I made a police report but would also like to make you aware of the poor service in this location. I've been a La Quinta and Wyndham customer for years and spent thousand of dollars at your locations, if this the way your loyal customers are rewarded? Disappointed without words!

My husband & I checked in laquinta tinley park.

First they put us on 2 flight up 2nd floor. The elevator is broke. My husband is a disabled veteran. Then said water was shut off due to construction I had to pee. She said just dont flush. The room only had a half of toliet paper & No garbage cans. The room was filthy. Stained furniture.

I stayed at the LA Quinta hotel for 4 days. I had to provide my own maid service including taking the garbage out and turning in dirty towels to the office in order to get clean ones.

Also the remote control was very difficult to operate. It would not allow me to get the stations available to me. Because of these circumstances, I'm requesting a partial refund for the trouble during my stay. I am certain that I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never stay here again in the future.

My stay was business related. I chose this hotel it had a very nice lake view and it had four stars on Google. I reviewed some photos and it all seemed to be OK for the area. I checked in and the lobby was very nice although it did have a certain smell to it.

I went to my room and was completely disappointed. I was just flabbergasted at the way the room smelled. I was delayed for over 24 hours due to my flight and I had a lot of emails to take care of so I logged into my computer and worked for about two hours before I left to get something to eat.

I then returned and went to the front desk and asked if I can switch my room. The front desk personnel was extremely rude and asked why I waited so long to voice my concerns and complaints to the front desk and ask if I can switch my rooms?

After our recent stay at Wyndham Garden Hotel in Greensboro NC, a $250 smoking charge appeared on our bank statement. My husband nor I smoke or have ever smoked. I was unable to reach a manage at the hotel initially so I called Wyndham customer service.

I was told that there is mothing they can do for a smoking policy fee at the individual hotels. It was up to the facility manager’s discretion. I also made her aware of similar complaints that I u fortunately read i to after our stay. So in other words.

Wyndham corporate Is allowing their hotel managers to steal money from innocent people. I did finally reach a hotel manager, Mo, who after telling me a team of people confer regarding smoke smell in rooms, I assured him over and over that WE DO NOT SMOKE. WE NEVER HAVE.

I stayed at the LaQuinta in Amarillo Tx on August 23 it was the worst I have ever seen. You couldn’t take a shower or bath cause bathtub was nasty. In order to get ice you had to go up to 2nd floor cause the one on 1st floor was not working.

The washer & dryers on both floors not working. The next morning for breakfast the waffle irons quit working, food all over the floor,no eggs very little food at all.

Property was dirty, in bad repair, broken glass in doors taped, house phone was sticky and dirty. The biggest problem was the pool was in the section we stayed in and there was so much chlorine smell in the room we couldn't breathe, my daughter and myself are both asmatic.

Eyes burned smell stayed in our nostrils for 45 min after we left the property. Sheets and bedspread stained. 00 for this dump. Read the website all comments are the same. com and local Department of Health and disputed the charge on my credit card.

Never book through the third party, Reservation Desk, the agent I got was dishonest and told me the hotel booked included breakfast and free shuttle….when I called the hotel myself these were not included. There were other things the agent was not truthful with. Better to book on line yourselves, they also charge for this service.

I want my money refunded& I will unlikely ever book through your site unless otherwise convinced by the issue being rectified. The motel was disgusting! Someone the up on the stairs, we notified the manager& they did NOTHING about it.

On February 18th of 2022 we booked and paid for a handicapped accessible room with arrival 6-22-2022 at the Ramada by Wyndham in Anchorage, Alaska. The reservation was confirmed. m. When we arrived our room was not ready until 11:30 that night.

Then we were told that all handicapped rooms were occupied. ADA rules clearly state that once handicapped accessible rooms are reserved they are to be removed from inventory. Further, if the reserved room is not available then the motel should have moved us to a nearby property at their cost.

When I asked about moving, I was told it was too late. I can imagine so, at 11:30 at night. This is an older motel, built in the 1960's and remodeled in the 70's so it has smaller elevators and narrow hallways.

I cant list it all. The smell of marijuana was so thick it was hard to breath. I stepped into the elevator and my foot sunk into a rotted part of floor. The elevator shook so hard the ceiling panel fell down and a metal piece came off wall.

We are getting ready to contact police because my daughter who hasn't spoken since saw a womans body in hallway and turned back around to see just the janitor and no body. So much more

During our visit at one of your establishments, we tried two different rooms. The first room had a big wet on the bed that didn’t come from anyone in our family since we just arrived. The second room had bugs and a terrible room.

Then when we tried to get our money back the receptionist told us that we could not due to it being unrefundable. We left the hotel and was out of $165 for the night. Horrible experience. Management was also unavailable to speak to the day after. Will not recommend.

Booked hotel based on pictures and high point value of 15000 point. This hotel is maybe worth 7500 at most. Old hotel reminded me of motel. Pool was not running and room was supposed to be smoke free. It smelled so bad of smoke of some kind.

And had burn marks on night stand. Found food on floor that was not cleaned up. Room was supposed to have coffee maker. All it had was cups and was missing glass or plastic coffee bowl if was supposed to have one.

Room was for 4 adults and had one little bottle of shampoo and a bar of hand and body soap. This was a party hotel with people up outside being loud till after 3:30 in morning. We did try to get a room at the comfort inn next door upon seeing this hotel but it was booked.

Not what to expect from a Wyndham hotel and defiantly not worth…

I contacted the Travelodge wyndham hotel July 30, 2022 and the front desk Brenda SOOOOOO Rude kept cutting me off and I had to stop her and say I was looking for a rate for 18 days she proceeds to tell me we don't do that, here it's daily I said if i wanted to stay for 18 days you can't give me a rate , she proceeded to say it's daily, her tone is angry and mad that I called.

I have been attempting to rectify an issue with an existing reservation at the Tryp by Wyndham New York City Times Square Midtown since last week, with no success. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible to discuss this issue further.

I booked a reservation on Hotels.com for this hotel, for one night. Unfortunately, I mistakenly chose the wrong date of arrival, and needed to adjust the arrival date by one night. I completely understand that the rate I booked is non-refundable, and this was a mistake on my part. I booked a room at Super 8 Bismarck for Saturday, July 23, 2022, through Hotel.com (booking receipt is attached). I arrived at the hotel and checked in at 6:44 PM. I was assigned to room 219, but I returned to the front desk immediately for another room because there was no bolt or sliding lock on the door. There were other damages in the room also. I was assigned to room 123 which is a ground-level room. Room 123 was also damaged and unsafe because there was no lock on the window (Photo showing the missing locking mechanism hole is attached). We booked at King room at the Chillicothe, MO Days Inn by Wyndham on Monday July 25, 2022 to Tuesday July 26, 2022. Arrived approximately 9:30pm, after a 13 hour day of driving we (my wife and I) just wanted a clean room and a bed to sleep in.

The clerk changed our room to a Queen double handicap room(not asked to or requested). The entire hotel is in a shambles, it is being remodeled. Our room was clean but half finished. Again, we just wanted to sleep so made due with it.

At 8am the construction crew shows up and bangs on our door. We were asleep still. After showering and getting ready to leave, we opened the door to find a ladder set up in front of our door and tool scattered on the walkway to our car.

We stayed at La Quinta in East Ridge area of Chattanooga July 24-26. The TV in the breakfast area was on Fox News both mornings of our stay. Not everyone in the south adheres to the Fox philosophy, and in fact I am repulsed by much of the rhetoric I heard on the channel.

I would suggest a neutral channel, or even a completely different kind of program, unrelated to news or politics. I will not be likely to stay at La Quinta in the future, because Fox sets a terrible tone for my day.

We stayed at the Baymont Hattiesburg in Mississippi on the nights of July 21 and 22. 24. 35). We immediately went to the front desk to get an explanation of these charges and they could not explain them. For the next two days I spoke to four different people at the front desk and they either claimed ignorance or could not be bothered.

I finally called the credit card company and explained the situation at which time she called the hotel to get an explanation and when she identified herself the individual hung up on her.

I am writing regarding my stay at Wyndham Hotel Newark Airport. I wasn't able to locate my makeup bag that I had left in the bathroom when we returned to the hotel after an outing. I searched everywhere. I had hoped it somehow got mixed into my other belongings.

I am now home from my trip and have unpacked and it is still missing. I believe it was taken when my room was being cleaned. I will never again allow a cleaning service into my room.

Also I realized when I booked the hotel that the restaurant was under renovation. It did not inform me that the pool would also be unavailable. There also wasn't an ice or vending machines. The screens were completely torn on the window.

The bottom of the shower curtain had mold growing. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

I booked a room on 6/26/2022 at your hotel Wingate by Wyndham Clearfield for 7/2/2022 – 7/4/2022, confirmation # 90890ED004107. We arrived in town on 7/2/2022 and called the hotel @ 12:14pm to see if we could check in early because I was concerned if we didn’t check in then it would be very late.

I was informed I would get charged a ½ day and could not check in early until 1:30pm. Unfortunately, that didn’t work for me. I arrived at the hotel on 7/2/2022 at approximately 5:30pm and was greeted with the shabbiest looking lobby and a very musty smell.

I thought of well I’m saving a few dollars because we normally stay at the Holiday Inn up the road. I waited for about 5 minutes, and no one came to check me in and there was no sign stating they would be right back.
