My keys were left behind totally my fault, I offered to pay for shipping but was told I have to go to the post office and fax or email a shipping label, my question is why can't they print the same label and charge my card on file or call me for that info, I'm willing to pay the cost, I called customer service and was told it's not a Windham issue which I find hard to believe, I have been with you for fifteen years and

On Feb. 5th I made a reservation for the Super 8 in Kingman Az. The reservation was suppose to be for March 5 checking out the 6th. The next I noticed the email confirming and it was for Feb. 5 checking out that day the 6th.

So it showed me as a no show. Which I was charged for. I called the hotel. They couldnt help. Gave me another number. They gave me another number. They gave me to someone else and the last person told me I had to call the manager at the hotel.

Which I did but the manager does not work on weekends. So I called today and the manager was rude and said no its a no show. This was an honest mistake. I rebooked for March 5th, but canceled after I talked to the manager.

I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Kissimmee gateway 7470 w Irlo Bronson memorial hwy Kissimmee Florida. It was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in and them and the third party is refusing to refund me fir the nights I had booked.

I checked out early and they are still trying to charge me for 3 nights. I'm very frustrated and I will post a email to Google about job terrine and they treat their customer and bith parties are being shady and trying to take people money.

I will not recommend anyone to stay there or with Ramada if I do not get reimbursed. Terrible and I'm just angry about this. The room was filthy and nasty The toilet woukd nit flush right and the fridge was making a loud noise and i could nit sleep

Days Inn by Wyndham in Grants NM. We made online reservations for a trip passing through night of 23 Jan 2022. Very slow front desk. Couldn't get a receipt - paper or electronic - computer was down. Room floors, especially bath, were noticeably dirty.

Unfilled holes in the walls and floor. We didn't expect much, but did expect clean sheets. The bed was made, but sheets had body hair and clothing lint.

Not really a complaint, try to figure out how I can get a free room at the americann by wyndham in stuart iowa. I was hired to paint all the rooms + hallways and some other things and for the first 20+ days I've been paying to stay there roughly $50 a night and

I'm only getting $140 per room I average 1-2 rooms per day and it's just me painting and sometimes a buddy helps me but he charges $50 per room to paint so in the end I'm really not making any money because after they pay me for so many rooms I have to turn around and give them back almost half the check please help!

1. Drove into parking lot which is not plowed and handicapped spaced also not shoveled or plowed. " Trying to check in he stated we had two reservations, but I only had one confirmation. He cancelled the other. CN 80242ED126326 was our number that we had.

On October 11, 2021, my husband and my stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites, 1910 Avalon Road Northwest, Albuquerque, NM was extremely disappointing. The room was old and musty. The bathroom sink had no vanity, only a tiny metal shelf mounted above the small sink that tilted downward so that anything placed on it rolled into the sink. There was black mold in the toilet bowl under the rim. The walk-in showerhead mount was gone, & the showerhead was held by a strap about 5 feet off the floor, making it impossible for anyone to use it effectively. My complaint is centering around not one, but all of the Wyndham properties that are located in and around the Chattanooga Tennessee area. I have taken the time over the past few years to give every Wyndham property in Chattanooga a try.

Every time, and I mean every time that I stay in a Wyndham property in Chattanooga Tennessee, it is the absolute worst experience that one person could ever have in a hotel/motel setting. The properties in Chattanooga Tennessee under the Wyndham name, are the trashiest, have the worst customer service, attract the absolute nastiest clientele known to man.

I don't know anything about the Wyndham name outside of this country, and really even in other areas of this country.

Booked online for a suite to enjoy a couple of nights with the indoor pool. Upon check in was told pool is being worked on and not open. Told the front desk lady that this is the reason we booked our stay and online said nothing about the pool being closed.

She told me they are the only hotel around with an indoor pool. After getting to our room my wife suggested I look it up and sure enough 2 hotels within minutes have indoor pools. Called the customer service number for Wyndham and they would not help me saying I had to deal with the front desk and deal with the lady that already lied to me.

If you are concerned at all about the NAME and reputation of Wyndham Hotels, someone should absolutely take this hotel off your list! This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in and will never stay at any Baymont Inns again. I usually stay at La Quinta, but there was no vacancy on the night I needed. I thought Wyndham stood behind "their name", so I booked this one. If La Quinta has no vacancies on the night I need, I will go elsewhere for my hotel needs, not Wyndham.

Let me ask you.... would your top executives like to spend a night in this filthy room?

We made an online reservation using Capitol One VISA rewards points for the Days Inn by Wyndham at 330 Columbus Road, Athens, OH . This reservation was for Nov. 05 in cash. We arrived at the motel about 6:00 pm. It was dark outside.

The motel was located on a poorly lit road about 1 1/2 mile off the highway. There were no other open businesses in the area. The Days Inn sign was not lighted up. Lighting was poor in the parking lot.

The whole place looked deserted. There was only one vehicle in the parking lot. It did not feel safe at all. We went to the check in window to be told the advertised free breakfast was cancelled. We took the plastic card keys, butI did not want to stay there.

To whom it may concern, This email is to inform you of the horrific experience we had at your establishment the week we came to Macon Georgia for my mother's funeral. We called for reservations for 11-21 and 11-22. We requested one room with a king size bed on the bottom floor near an exit.

We got the bottom floor near an exit with two double beds. This was the most undesirable appearance of a room. We had two double beds, water stains on the wall, room look like a 2 year old painted it, cracks in the sink bathroom and no caulking around the fan in the bathroom or even a switch to turn it on or off.

Upon entering the room it smelt like mildew. The toilet paper holder was broken. Phone didn't work. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and one crawled out from a drawer as I was putting my clothes away. Had to wait for towels as there were none clean. Key card unactivated 2 times.

Horrible place. It is in walking distance of the Daytona Speedway that is why I booked there. I think it was a huuuuuge mistake.

I stopped counting the soiled spots on carpet in room at 45. Mold/mildew in bathroom. must have restrictor on water - never had hot water to be comfortable in shower.

We stayed at the Laquinta hotel in Clifton NJ on Oct 29th and Oct 30th 2021. We have stayed at this location in the past and had a good experience so we chose to come back. We checked in later in the eve and we're exhausted from our trip and events from earlier in the day.

Some time around 1 or 2 in the morning we were awakened by someone banging on a door near our room. They were yelling and screaming. We tried to call the front desk but noone answered. I layed awake the rest of the night scared.

Sat night we just wanted to sleep after another long day and a funeral. Someone had a dog in a room further down the hall that just barked and barked. Another restless night again no answer at the front desk.

, Council Bluffs, Iowa. When we arrived, the hotel seemed disheveled but our room was worse. It had a strong odor of mold/mildew, the carpet was old and frayed, towels dingy and rough, walls scuffed and needed paint. The biggest issue, however, was the strong odor of mold/ mildew.

We stayed approximately one hour before asking manager for another room. He reluctantly gave us another room but it was as bad as the first. At that point, we turned in our key cards and left to find alternative accommodations.

The manager did not refund money for the days we didn’t stay. This was booked through Orbitz, who I have left a complaint with, also.

Door to room very hard to shut. No towels after first night, called desk and said to come get them myself or try in the morning; we needed towels because there was only 2 and there was 2 guests. Then the pool had not only debris in it, but slime on the step.

My daughter stepped onto the first step and got right out. The final thing was the blow dryer didn’t work nor was there an extra anywhere the desk could offer. I had even called before booking to make sure there was a hair dryer.

We live in Ohio and our daughter will be going to school here in the fall and we usually stay at a Wyndham. Very sorry about this one.

no maid service on the second night stay. Poor attitude from hotel manager when we complained about the lack of service. We had to go back and ask for clean towels and a couple of coffee packs. I asked why they didn't notify us of the problem by phone and the manager said it would be too hard for them to call the 20 or so guests of the situation.

I was not privy to the fact that you have to be 21+ to rent a hotel room and thus paid for the room in advance on 17 Oct 2021. 96, and when I got to the hotel, not only did the woman working at the front tell me I had not paid (I did and had proof), she tried to get me to pay more and

When my flight was canceled the night of Oct. com. I stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Charlotte NC Airport North on Futrell Drive Room 223. I was glad to get transportation to the hotel however I was shocked by the condition of the hotel.

Not welcoming at all due to its being 'very run down'. At check in I was charged a $40 amenities fee which is supposed to be credited back to me. What amenities? The place was quite frankly a dump. I have never had to pay an additional check-in fee before.

When I arrived to the room the 4 lamp shades were stained, torn and crooked. The curtains were dirty, broken and would not shut all the way. A bright security light shone into the room all night. The shower curtain was torn and the fan was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom.

I am very disappointed with the room at this hotel. Upon arrival, I immediately notified the manager that there's no smoke detector in the room ( Room 246). The manager notified serveral people and told me a smoke doctor would be promptly installed.

Of course, this is a major fire code violation. I heard him talking with several maintenance people around 5 pm. I even asked that the room be tagged and to provide me with another room..

However,, the manager said no other room was available. Upon our return to the room at 11:45 pm, we saw that no action was taken nor did we get an answer at the front desk. I am requesting that this fire code issue be resolved immediately.

The complaint was sent in to customer service several weeks ago. The reference number is 4672508. The customer service person asked us to send in the pictures that we had taken including the pictures that showed roaches crawling over the phone and nightstand.

We did this and I spoke with another customer service representative that I called to acknowledge that I had indeed sent the pictures as requested. I had a reservation at La Quinta in Las Cruces NM on 10/15/21 for one night. Confirmation # 88776ED063256. We checked in at 7:30 pm, and when we went into the room we found that there was no linen on the beds, the pillows were on the floor, the carpet was filthy, and there was urine all around the toilet.

The sink and the bathtub were also filthy. I am currently being treated for stage 4 lung cancer at MD Anderson cancer hospital in Houston Tx. Due to Covid, I have to take extreme measures to protect my immune system.

On Oct 13th I booked a room at the Baymont in Fort Myers, Fl. I used the Wyndham app to book the room. Under amenities I clicked "Pets". When I checked in the clerk gave me a paper to sign in my pets. I listed them both and completed the form. When I got upstairs to the room I was rudely yelled at by a gentleman working on the floor that I could not have a cat. I went back to the clerk who said 'oh yeah they had a no cat policy and I couldn't stay there with my pets.'

My husbands room was cleared out without his permission, many of his personal belongings were stolen before what was left was returned to him. The GM of the hotel, Mark Amin, will not do anything about it. The police have started an investigation.

Last Saturday, 16th October 2021, after a four-hour journey from Glasgow, I arrived at Days Inn by Wyndham, Wetherby about 15:00 looking forward to a rest, shower and change of clothes before going to a jazz concert in nearby Boston Spa where I was meeting some friends. When I tried to check in however, the receptionist couldn’t find my booking which I’d made through Booking.com. And that was when the problems began.

After a short while, a man with red hair and beard came out from a room behind and, when I showed him my confirmation email, said that they hadn’t received the booking and this was often a problem if bookings were made through an agent and not direct with the hotel. I made a reservation 10/9/21 for a room at super8 2108meadowview rd Greensboro no 3363553192 197.12 for 2 rooms We got there and the hotel was absolutely horrible They said NO RESERVATION actually said I want my money back Amount on my credit card still 197.12 Place smelled of marijuana and very unsavory people milling about lobby and outside building doing all kinds of things that looked unlawful I am shocked that Wyndham would have their name on this property Totally disturbing that this place is even in business

I am filing a grievance with parking valet service located on the premises of Wyndham Grand OKC regarding unlawful acts and unnecessary abuse done to my vehicle. Though the parking management is separate from the hotel, valet is located on the property of the Wyndham Grand and therefore is responsible for complicit actions on the part of the parking services.

As a patron of the hotel, the care and quality of service is vetted and assumes responsibility for the care and quality of service. I have detailed information that can be forwarded by email. Due to limited constraints of this portal, the file was not able to be uploaded.

Please provide an email to management so that I may forward the details of this grievance.

we were in Savannah GA last week our reservations were 3 months ahead of the arrival. We were not told when we reserved our rooms, that they had no maid service. We were not told the very first day we were there.

We were told the morning after, and advised that whatever we needed we should pick up at the welcome desk. My thought was there was always 2 people working at the desk, why couldn't one of them bring what we needed to our room??

I am very disappointed and feel like we should have gotten a discount.

I checked in to Microtel Inn at 7014 McCutcheon Road Chattanooga Tennessee on Wednesday October 7th 2021 and I extended my stay for Thursday October 8th 2021. When I checked in on Wednesday afternoon I was told that I would have to provide a $250 cash deposit if I paid cash for my stay so I ended up putting my stay on my credit card so that I didn't have to pay a deposit.

Thursday morning when I went to pay for an additional night the lady took my money, checked my ID, and programed my keys. My problem started on Friday morning when I went to extend my stay again the same lady that checked me in the previous morning informed me that I would have to check out in a couple hours because my ID was a local ID and

I had not paid for a week at this hotel or provided a $250 deposit. My problem…
