I stayed at Days Inn Ruther Glen on 9/20-9/21 of this year, confirmation number was 82681EC034965. When my room key did not work, I went to the front desk and was told it was disabled because I had a pet dog and did not pay extra.

I responded that I did not have a pet dog but I had a service animal. The front desk said that I needed proof that my animal was a service dog. I returned with my service dog wearing her service dog vest that indicated her status.

The front desk said that their policy was to require additional documents to certify that the dog was trained as a service animal. I explained that the policy was in violation of Virginia state law and Federal law in the American Disabilities Act.

I can't rate there are no negative numbers made reservation on expedia. The pictures made it look like a nice hotel. When we got there it was filthy the people there were nasty and rude. The beds looked used the carpet was filthy and stunk.

The vanity had broken wood. The entire premises looked drug infested and dirty. I asked for a refund to go stay somewhere else as I had my elderly mother with me. 00 from us because we refused to stay in a filthy place.

I am in a Ramada Inn that I have stayed in twice before. There was no remote for the tv, so i asked for and received one from the front desk. It did not work. So i went back to the front desk and was told if it didn't turn on, the tv is broken.

Instead of apologizing, i was asked if i was going to extend my stay. I fly out today, so the answer is no. She then looked at me and waited, finally saying she would report it (later). I told her I expected better out of Ramada Inn.

This is the second Wyndham Hotel in a row that i had a distasteful experience. The other was much worse, but i am wondering about the whole chain now.

I have reservation at days inn Florence and when we arrive we found extremely dirty hotel room with cigarettes burns in comforters in non smoking room and when I pulled them down there was big stains on covers. Smelled terrible and I refused to allow my family to stay there.

A recent stay in Asheville, NC for 3 nights booked via my rewards account. NO secure WIFI, NO "FREE breakfast", and NO room attendance. Property was contacted via phone the day before and the day of arrival with incorrect info provided by staff.

Manager on site "Baxi" explained all problems due to COVID and no adjustments due to lack of amenities!! Online with reservation "pool closed". I am writing in regards to our most recent stay. We planned for a few nights at the Houston Medical Center (MD Anderson Affiliate), we were forced to stay one nt as it was too late to find a hotel at that time of night.

I will be sending a letter as well in more details but to provide some detail, upon arriving, our room was disgusting. Let’s just start in the bathroom, I have several pictures to share and I’m still in utter disgust.

My step son was injured on the pool slide on Saturday. I was told by the manager on duty when it happened that "someone would check on us and send something up to our room". Absolutely no first aid was administered except me holding a towel to stop the massive amount of blood that was coming out.

I booked a hotel room at your Baymont at Wyndam Reno ( 2050 Market St ) for 7/31/21 for a 4 night 3 day stay. The problem was that NO ONE ever answered the phone and the voicemail was not set up.

Lets start with saying, unless things are made right, I do not think I will ever stay at a Wyndham hotel ever again due to the quality and staffing at this hotel. When I called for the reservation, I was reserving two rooms for 3 nights.

I specifically asked for adjoining rooms and was told that will no be an issue. Upon arrival, I was told that they did not have any adjoining rooms available. After waiting and the staff searching, they were able to accommodate us.

I have called 5 phone numbers and yet to speak into a human!!! I have been at this 40 minutes now on hold. I have several reservations through you. For the first time I was charged in full for a reservation 6 weeks out.

I checked in at 3pm on 8/18/21 for a 1 night stay(thank god) when I arrived the host after giving me my key informed me that there was no running water but it should be on in a hour and no refunds were allowed. I proceeded to my room which on my pathway it was littered with shards of glass and nobody cleaning it up. 11pm still no water and glass is still on the walkway.

Stay in hot springs Arkansas Absolutely DISGUSTING. ESPECIALLY in a time with Covid.

First room had dirty table with sticky cup marks, pubic hair on the toilet and smelled like mold.

Second room The floors felt damp, went to shower and got out and grabbed a towel and there was a USED bar soap between them and a used conditioner bottle sitting up at the top of shower. Front desk did not apologize once.

I would give the rating 0/5 if it was an option. The Ramada downtown in Anchorage, AK was a dump. The online photo was at least 20 years old. The desk clerk was shabbily dressed and surly. The room was cramped.

The amenities were piled in a corner with an old ironing board leaning over the pile. The window was cracked. At 4:30 am, I rose to use the toilet. It continued to run after I flushed it. My partner got up shortly thereafter to use the toilet and attend to the running issue.

When he flushed it, water began to spray out from under the tank top. Fortunately he is handy. He shut the valve off, removed the tank top, fixed the toilet, then returned to the lumpy bed. I think my full price for the room should be returned as payment for services rendered, not to mention the other issues.…

Arrived at motel 6 in modesto ca on orangeburg at my check-in time but was I'd have to wait or downgrade my room. I made the reservation earlier this morning. This customer service experience and the cleanliness issues at the hotel were not up to par. We got in late and kept the lights dim so our 1 year old could sleep, but when I used the toilet in the middle of the night I almost fell off the toilet because the toilet seat is broken.

I also woke up to an uncharged phone because the port and lamp was not working. When we tried to turn the lamp on it did not work, even though it was plugged in. There were stains on the floor and the chair. The walls were cracked.

This place is a wreck. Tile flooring in shower looks like a kindergarten child did it. The shower water floods the bath room. The pillows on the bed look 20 years old. AC and shower smells of mildew. My computer monitor is bigger than the TV.

My mother who is in her late 80’s was traveling to New York for a Grand child’s baby shower. We added an extra night so she could rest up before we got there. I also added her to the reservation.

She forgot her card but had ID and cash. 5hrs in the lobby while we tried to send credit card authorizations through the phone while driving from Georgia to New York. The lady that we spoke to was rude, dismissive and very uncaring.

FIRE, LIFE, & SAFETY ISSUES Suite 202, Wires thru hole in wall, vents heavy dust build up, mold bath ceiling & tub, red spots by micro wave, ripped furniture, common areas very rough and dirty. FrontDesk Agent moved us to #108, a little better but still dirty.

On 07/07/2021 I had a very bad experience when I stayed at the Days Inn Fremont in Fremont Ohio.The room had a bad odor,the box spring on the bed was broken(uncomfortable sleep)and the bathroom was filthy and totally unacceptable(especially the bathtub and shower curtain).I was totally disgusted.

I am at Ramada by Wyndham Nashville. The place is deplorable. There is no airconditioning in the lobby, they advertise free breakfast and there is none, they are not cleaning the rooms each day, the phone in the room does not work, there are holes in the walls, the toilet paper holder in the wall is falling out, doors needing paint, the air conditioner unit in my room has a large piece extending out of it, and

there are times when the is no one at the reception desk. The rooms next to me on the second floor have a STOP WORK ORDER NOTICE posted on them from the Metropolitan Government of Nashville for performing construction work without a permit.

My wife and I arrived early and phoned the hotel. They said we could check in early for a $50 fee, which we accepted. The shuttle driver picked us up. I told the driver that we had another party arriving around 3:00 and asked if he had scheduled run to airport, or if they should call when they arrived. He stated that they should call the hotel. I had the same conversation with the check-in desk, and they also said my other party should call when they arrived.

When they called the hotel, slightly after 3:00 PM, they were told that the shuttle was no longer running. I talked to the hotel desk and they said the shuttle driver had already gone home, and that they did not have shuttle service after 2:00…

Good morning, I trust you are doing well. My name is Ricardo Lees. I am writing to you as a guest in your hotel. My team and I were staying at the Ramada in Daveport on Hwy 27. On Saturday July 31st,2021, late that night we had return to the hotel when we noticed that items in our rooms were stolen. Nike tennis, clothing etc.

In addition to items being stolen from our room my boys and I were threaten by a guest in the hotel. I took this threat seriously because I am traveling with minors. " I spoke with the manger about all of my items being refunded to me and the threats that were made to the minors, because of safety reasons and the threat being taken seriously I moved my boys out of the hotel.

I need this matter to me resolved, with some satisfaction with the refund of my items that…

I am writing this email in regards to a recent trip that I took to North Myrtle Beach with my family. The trip was booked in March 2021 and we arrived in North Myrtle on 7/16/2021. This is when the problems began.

To our dismay we were victims of a bait and switch scam. The room that we thought we booked was nothing like the dirty, dingy small musty room we arrived to. We thought we rented a suite with two bedrooms, one of which had 2 beds, an eat-in kitchen with an island and balcony large enough to accommodate myself, my wife and 2 adult sons.

What we received was a room with 2 bedrooms and only two beds in total: a full and a king. A galley kitchen sparsely equipped with a garbage can prominently displayed in the center of the floor as there was no set place for the refuse and so we…

I wrote a letter to Ceo of Super 8 and Wyndham. For my visit at Super 8 on July 4th. NOTHING Back! WOW our bed had URINE in it with flies and roaches!! Very sad little guy ! DOES NOT MATTER!
