Filthy room...I paid $400 for 2 nights. When I finally complained to staff the agreed that the room was filthy they gave me the GM's email I then called a complaint and emailed her and she can't even get my emails because she doesn't answer her emails the boxes are full I want a full refund for her at $400 I had to clean my own room because I don't trust the maids here I will never stay here again

My mother booked me a hotel with a late check out the cleaning staff came in my room without knocking yelling at me saying that I didn't have a late check out the manager I told the manager he didn't care he said that I only booked the room for one person when a friend of mine came to the room and only knew the room number was because the manager left my paperwork on the counter for everyone to see when I complained about the staff coming in my room he didn't care and

later on that day with the staff member found me on messenger and called me and screamed at me saying the room was trashed when there was minimal garbage and we didn't even use all the towels the room is perfectly tidy I've never been harassed by staff before like this or had a manager be so dismissive of the things going on…

Hotel at Virginia Beach: Paid for 2 queen beds, they were doubles Urine was in the tiolet at 4 pm when we were allowed into the room linens were dirty No towels or comfortors, call for linens after 1 hour we went down to the front desk and asked for linens and towels.

A lady brought them up along with cleaning supplies. We cleaned our own room and made our own beds. I paid $2,000 dollars for 5 nights. Of course, we were very upset about these conditions, especialy with covid.

First was told I would receive e-mail confirmation of my reservation did not receive it. Room wasn't ready at check in time. WiFi did not work. dried feces on toilet seat. The inn's book in the room said the continental breakfast would include pancakes, fresh fruit, cold cereal, breads and breakfast sandwich.

The breakfast consisted of cold cereal and waffles only and there were no cups to measure waffle batter with, plus cold cereal scattered everywhere. when I asked the front desk about breakfast I was told he couldn't control what the owner served.

I had two rooms for the night of July 15th Under my name Gary Overton and I am a Wyndham rewards member that was very dissatisfied with the Buffalo Inn.

Farmington MO 63640 currently its 91° outside with heat index reaching over 100, staff has been friendly but the franchise owner, Nirav Patel chooses what he charges. It's nearly $45-50 over what the app or website says the price is.

Then today we were told they need our belongings off the floor or in our car because they are cleaning the carpets. They just now are cleaning the carpet in my room. I have severe asthma and have been hospitalized well over 150 times, been in coma and on a ventilator for 10 days a couple years ago.

At home, when we clean our carpets I cant stay because every single time, cleaning our carpets, causes me to go into a severe asthma attack from the wetness and stirring upsell the dust and whatever else happens but I can whole heartedly say there hasn't been 1…

If I could give this location (10155 N. Freeway, Houston, Tx. 77037) 0 stars I definitely would! Front desk staff very rude, especially the Hispanic girl with the glasses and curly hair. She has no customer service skills at all. The room had earwigs bugs in the tub, the back parking lot was filled with trash and looked very disgusting and I'm sure their was some prostitution and drug activity going on out there! The back key entry door was always left prompt open by a nasty, filthy Baymont door mat.

Horrible! I choose this location because it said it had a restaurant and also breakfast was included, the restaurant was closed and there wasn't any breakfast or even coffee available! There was no ice in the one ice machine in the lobby.

This place is so run down and there are homeless people sleeping directly on the other side of the fence, the room was fine and the only place I felt safe. Full trash bags were pilled up along the back of the hotel against the wall of the hotel.

This is in reference to an overpayment complaint at Wingate, Chantilly-VA. I have stayed uninterrupted at Wingate Chantilly VA since 5/2/21. 69 for the week of 7/11 through 7/17. Three charges were made to my account. 69. Mr. Jagannath Sharma told me not to make a payment for the following week (7/18 through 7/24) until he will fix the overpayment issue.

Today, when I went to check out, to check back in, he told me that I owed him last week??? He said he doesn't have enough people to work on fixing my overpayment. He doesn't have any problem though overcharging my account.

I stayed at a days inn by Wyndham ,Auburn, Washington last night 7/24 for a one night accommodation. they had since been decommissioned and cemented over. The photos show fresh,updated rooms and clean property. Unfortunately reality varies greatly from photos.

Here is how my room#118 was; old ,used soap in bathtub. Bathroom door didnt close or open easily. Tub spout broken. Frudge mot working, property ice machines not working, delapitated vending machines. Trash and cigarette butts all over the property.

My room and bedding smelled like urine and sweat.... undesirable people freely roam the parking lot and around the rooms. The online price listing was $165 plus tax, picture included of quote. My credit card was billed 247 plus 100 deposit.

I expect a certain level of quality when I stay at a Wyndham property. If I could give a 0 rating to the Days Inn by Wyndham in Arlington TX I would. The hotel was filthy. The rooms smell of a combination of smoke and mold.

The bedding, the towels, everything smelled horrid. Management told me that the problem was the air conditioner, but they had no replacements and they had no vacancies. The key holder was obviously used. They advertise breakfast, but claimed it was discontinued because of COVID.

I was not refunded the night I had to stay. I will not assume quality at any Wyndham property in the future. I will avoid any booking associated with a Wyndham property. I travel often. You will continue to lose customers if you neglect quality associated with your corporate image.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It was a complete joke and honestly you should be embarrassed at the establishment you have. The rooms looked like they have never been cleaned. Stains, mold, dirty sheets, ceiling peeling, a steel I can't describe.

No covers in some if the outlets. Our smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. I'm sure that against regulation. We brought our CHILDREN here on a vacation stop. ZERO STARS. How convenient that the website won't allow me to upload my pictures.

The super 8 located at 979 Old National Hwy College Park, GA 30349 This hotel deserves a a 0. I had the most scariest, unsanitized stay ever. The front desk completely unprofessional, the agent had kn a crop top and short shorts when I checked in.

Then had family and friend pull up and smoke outside the lobby with them.

Second the property was filthy trash all around everywhere on the floor, roaches all on the walls and stairwell. My room was completely disgusting there was dead and live roaches, dirty sheets, dirty stained towels, holes in the wall, molded curtains, no phone, the door had screws coming out, it was just disgusting.

My recent stay at the Travelodge on 1101 Oak St Bakersfield, CA was to say the least awful and I was left having to make sure there was no cockroaches in my belongings. I had to change my dogs food and water at the very least 6 times a day because there would be cockroaches floating in the water and crawling out of her food bowl.

The infestation is so bad that I was sitting in the restroom and one fell from the ceiling and landed on my leg. YUCK! The AC in the room was not blowing like it should either. I had to go out and buy 2 fans just to be comfortable when its 100°+ outside.

The manager also takes money from people as bribes.

I stayed at the Days Inn and Suites by Wyndham Resorts at 1606 Central Avenue, in Albany, NY, two nights ago. It was advertised as having a pool, hot tub, hot continental breakfast and clean, safe rooms.

The pool is empty and has been for years. Same with the hot tub.

There was no hot breakfast; just a small, cold bag.

Worst of all, the rooms were neither clean nor safe. Simply put, the hotel is an open-door, unlocked drug den and prostitution ring. My children stepped over a passed-out prostitute in the lobby at 7 a.m. to get to our car. We took a picture of this nearly-dead prostitute for proof if needed. We stayed at a Baymont Hotel in Swanton, OH on July 22, 2021. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean which we were happy about. The desk clerk was friendly. We were very tired and wanted to shower and sleep.

The bed was nicely made and then noticed the carpet was newer but had lint, dirt on it and I knew it had not been vacuumed. I was not going to walk on it with bare feet. I was ready to take my shower, and saw no wash cloths, towels, so my husband went down & got me some. Comfy bed, slept well.

We checked into the hotel on Monday the 19th of July at 9 pm. When we got to our room number 229 and walked in our shoes stuck the the tile floor. Dirty coffee cups on the bathroom sink with a Ritz cracker in it.

Didn’t appear they had vacuumed the floor. Told the lady at the front desk. Couldn’t change room. At 11:30 pm a house keeper knocked on our door and woke us up. Wanted to mop the floor. Asked him to come back next day and he did.

At 2:30 am I had to call the desk because the next door room was still watching the tv very loud and they did. Kids running up and down the halls yelling all weekend. 55 and wasn’t happy both days.

Have stayed there before in the past and never had this much trouble. My wife and I both agree to never stay there again. We didn’t drive there for 7 hours…

July 23, 2021 Our family stayed at the Super 8 in Tomahawk, Wis. from July 15 -18, 2021. I am using this format to let you know about our experience. I called 7-21 to share this information with the local manager but “she was not available”.

I also shared some with the lady who answered the phone and on the email requesting a response.. Property: The front of the Super 8 had fresh mulch and looked very nice.

However once you were around to the other side and at the back door the grounds were weedy. There was trash and cigarette butts everywhere. An outdoor ashtray might be helpful.. We were surprised that the back door did not need a key card to enter. J Check in. Easy and courteous.

Burn holes in furniture and sheets, cockroaches all over, in and around the refrigerator, And in the bathroom, terribly dirty carpet, poorly patched large holes in the dry wall, pictures don’t match internet pictures, horrible odor, incredibly questionable tenants working at the hotel and also living at the hotel. I had a very poor experience at the Days Inn in Bellingham, WA. I reserved two rooms for the 18th and 19th of July. One of the reasons to select this hotel was access to the pool, when we arrived we realized the pool was not in service and it appeared to have not been in service for some time.

The pool not being in service was not noted on the website. The lobby was long past needing remodeling and a through cleaning. The room did not appear to have been remodeled in decades other than a relatively new television.

We were to stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Philadelphia Airport - We (My spouse, and two children) walked into the Lobby and literally turned around and walked right out. The smell of Marijuana was so strong, from the quick glance that I saw, there was paint peeling off the walls, one chair in the lobby to - if you dared to - sit in it. There were woman wearing next to nothing walking around the parking lot, it is definitely not a family hotel. As much as Wyndham pushes their timeshare business, and hotels - It makes me wonder what kind of business Wyndham really is. Don't be deceived by pictures on the website - the only resemblance of that hotel is the shape of the building on the website pictures.

Definitely will never ever stay at a Wyndham property - I do not recommend…

The room and the hotel is in terrible condition. The room I was in had not been cleaned. I requested my own cleaning supplies to clean the room which I have never done . I stayed at a days in bend or on the 28th of June. Upon getting to the room it was disgusting. The TV didn't work and it was pure filth. The couch littered with stains and cigarette burns. I spoke to the front desk and said I was leaving.

I recorded a video of me checking out ten min after checking in. I was told to call the third party booker and I would be refunded. They ate 5efusing to do so. I have sent multiple emails to your help desk showing I left and showing my new booking.

The customer service is disgusting!! I've been hung up on 10 times now. I will be seeking legal action against wyndham. I've recorded every conversation. They took my money and I refuse to accept this.

Days Inn by Wyndham Okmulgee, 1221 South Wood Drive, Okmulgee, Oklahoma 74447 This place needs the health inspector to do a surprise visit. There is BLACK MOLD in the rooms, and the 2 girls who are suppose to be cleaning the rooms do not do their jobs.

I have many pictures from my room and my Son’s adjoining room. There is dust so thick on top of the coffee pots and tissue boxes. Black mold on the bed skirt, in the air conditioning all over the fins!!

Texarkana location is an embarrassment to the Wyndham brand. I rented 2 rooms on July 16th and they were dirty. I physically had to strip beds, clean all hard surfaces , bring in my sleeping bags to sleep and used towels from my camping trip.

Bed linens were stained, bath towels were dingy and thin. One room had a gapping bullet hole in the window. Bugs were crawling on the walls. I sprayed bug spray everywhere. Upholstery chair was stained and dirty. One bathroom had no toilet tissue.

My son in law complained to front desk but was told we could change rooms but it would take hours because none were cleaned and it would take hours. Carpets were old and dirty. Looked like dogs or some animal had scratch box spring coverings and it was shredded. Only one elevator worked.

How can you have the audacity to charge $300.00 for a room of such a poor quality. While I understand that the hotel was under a management/Owner transition, you should have taken that in consideration in the pricing of a room. Front desk clerk was not polite at all when going to check in. We were not informed the pool was out of service prior to checking in either which was one of the main reasons for staying at the hotel.

Also the continental breakfast was a joke. Really they could do any better than a banana and a frozen sandwich in a brown bag for breakfast. Furniture in the room as very worn and the bed was not comfortable at all.

Will most likely never stay anywhere with the Wyndham name attached to it again. Worst experience at a hotel in my 42 years alive

I made reservations at La Quinta Inn and Suites in Columbus Ga on Warm Springs Rd. For dates of July 15th, 16, and checkout on the 17th. When I made reservations I made them for 4 adults and 1 grandson.

I was told I would have a suite with a king bed, a queen bed and a pull out. When I got there my room had a king bed and a pull out. I was told when I checked in by the staff that someone else got my rooms.

Why did someone else get my room. The girl out front told me that I ask for a king suite, but I told her I didn’t ask for a king suite, I was told I would have a king bed, queen bed and pull out.

We booked with the understanding that breakfast would be provided. When we arrived we were told they would provide a bag breakfast. I asked for an adjustment in the rate because we selected based on location, hotel chain name and amenities.

They said I needed to talk with the manager. I tried 2 different times today with no success. The front desk only told me corporate approved the bag breakfast. I don't feel this is fair to advertise breakfast and then not provide it.

We did not have a good experience with the room. The floor by the a/c was damp, the cable didn't work, the carpet was ripped, no shower curtain in the bathroom, no trash can in the bathroom, the room smelled like mildew.

There was sand on the bed. There were 4 things to plug in, tv, microwave and fridge and coffee pot, with only two outlets..... I expect better from Wyndham. I have pictures that I can share. I am requesting a refund.

My husband went there with our child so they can get some rest but when they got there they told them that it had only been booked for one night and they needed a $100 deposit.

These fees was not told to us on Expedia so of course we are confused, i called the hotel but the man at the front desk just kept repeating the same thing every time I call and hanging up, his exact words "Theres another customer that I am with I cannot talk to you now".

I experienced a theft by housekeeping. They stole from me and then neither the hotel staff or management did anything about it! They were very unprofessional and not helpful at all! I am so upset and feel so violated! The monetary value of the item is unimportant!

It is the fact that someone stole from me in an establishment we trusted in and paid to stay at! I will not return or recommend!

On July 9 thru 11 I reseved two rooms 609 and 507 at the WYNDHAM VIRGINIA B 07-09 VA BEACH VA The rooms were dirty, there was only two towels and no wash rags in ether room, the light over the sink and refrigerator didn't work, the door windows to the deck was dirty, and there was ants all over the room even in the bed and

staff didn't even have towels or wash rags on their cart. How do you think my Stay Was?????

33. Yes I did book a nonrefundable room because Id stayed there a few years ago while it was going thru renovation and it was suitable. For starters, entering the parking lot there were people loitering and hanging in the lobby which smelled badly of smoke.

I asked to see the room that I booked, and afterwards decided that there was no way I could stay there. It has been ran down and I didnt feel safe there. I gave the young lady the key back and left.

33 refunded with NO response. Ive called and been told that the owner would get back to me. No word as of yet. Id like MY MONEY REFUNDED immediately and would advise someone from corporate to visit the hotel that represents Wyndham.

Its definitely not a place suitable to represent Wyndham unless of course Wyndham is lowering its…

I attempted to make a reservation on line. I remembered last year it was a special request to have a connecting room. So I called the number and it sent me to a reservation desk. I explained to the man that I "needed" connecting rooms.

This is due to my aunt who we are bringing. She is handicapped and can not be unaccessible. She has a disease called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. This is a death sentence. She is cared for by UVA and it is unknown how long she will live.

I was told 2-4 years. There is no treatment. I can not drive her from Staunton, VA not knowing of we have appropriate accommodations. I am told that we will get a room "if" it's available. I want to know why a person can call and they will get accommodations guaranteed.

Puke in the pool, and left on the pool skimmer hanging on the wall. No room cleaning after multiple times of asking. Your hotel charged me $150 for a room cleaning fee when they refused to clean the room. Then to be told by the gm that its hotel policy to only clean the rooms once a week.

That is disgusting and I have 3 kids that were with us. Worst hotel ever. There is much much more but no room.

I stayed at the Ramada Inn sioux city iowa, June 18, 2021. It was the filthiest hotel I have ever been in my life. Wyndham advertises clean sanitized rooms and this hotel honestly should not be in operation. When you first walk in the lobby it smells like mold.

The room was dirty, the bathtub was filthy. Old dried up food in the corners of the room, dust and filth filled the room, chocolate candy fell out of the bedding. When complained to the front desk and asked for a different room she said there was none available, and she was the only person working so no one could come and clean.

We tried different hotel chains to get a new room somewhere else and no rooms available any where. The entry way at the top of the steps was filthy dirt/cobwebs hanging on the chandelier and walls. Lobby…

Filthy - just disgusting. Stairways were like an inner city subway. Our room was disgusting. Stains on the couch that looked like feces. Rips in the furniture. No Mattress pad or protector - just the sheet on the mattress. as the front of the cabinets looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in months.

Had to beg for towels, toilet paper, and coffee. The best way to get was off the maid cart - except towels. They did not replenish you had to get them. Garbage can in hallway overflowing. Carpet in hall way never swept.

My stay at baymont wyndham was fine. Reviewing my bill. I was charged for having a pet in my room. I don't own a pet. I called to rectify this. I was told they have video footage of me with a dog.

I explained this couldn't be possible. I want to see the footage and I was worried a stranger was in my room. Management said they will review and call me in 24hrs. They didn't. I called. Very hostel conversation. Refused to show me the footage.

He hung up on me and charged me again. My phone can place me not at the hotel at the times. Have you ever been stolen from. Then had someone get mad at you for it.
