Room was damaged I have photos door latch did not work felt unsafe air conditioner blew out dirt and debris coughed all night . Room wasn’t very clean . Key did not work when arrived lady at desk was extremely rude.

20 hold placed on my room for pre paid room upon check out lady refused to give me a receipt because I prepaid . She was rude as well . My daughter and family stayed in another room said it smelled like mold .

I paid 158 for this room and really feel like I should get my money back . I am so disappointed in every aspect of my stay at your hotel . The lady that checked me in was very nice she should train the rest of the staff .

I stayed at the Ramada Wyndham Gateway Kissimmee. At 10 PM someone tried to break down the door to my room and scared me enough to prevent me from going to sleep after he left. At 5 AM, I went out to take my dog for a walk and took my key with me.

Unbeknownst to me, the hotel had voided my room key so when I went back to my room, I couldn't get back in. I went to the front desk and no one was there. I have been trying to get a refund since then and gotten nowhere except hung up on and disrespected.

this link on HissingKitty is not a valid email. My issue is I stayed the most nasty Hawthorn Suite by Wyndham in Longview Texas. There was dirt on the walls, paint missing on furniture, wall tile that had fallen off below the sink in the room that appeared to have black mold.

Cracked tiles on the floor. Phone and alarm clock both did not work. Most surely not COVID clean. I want them to issue me a full refund and I have pictures, but they are not on this PC, but I have them on my iPhone.

I also seem to be getting the run around with the corporate number 973-853-6000, I get a recording that the member is not available.

6/13 check in to Howard Johnson Gatlinburg, TN. Paid 3 nights. m. bed bugs found. They reroomed us, we bought bug spray, sprayed room, left for day. Upon return no parking space on premises. Ad clearly states 1 per paid reservation.

Was told to park away from motel in unlit area and quite the walk. As having 2 senior handicapped family members with me, this wasn't a possibility. We was forced to check out and find better conditions. Was reimbursed for 3rd night, but second night was kept due to checkout time.

As it was no fault of ours, but parking management I feel we need compensation . We also are out cost of bug spray and the stress of taking bugs home with us. I have contacted them, but I am getting no response. Very poor management!

Worst hotel I have ever seen, La Quinta, Ft Myers, Airport. Lobby was dirty and smelled. Our room was not very clean and the air conditioner was broken. When we looked for staff member to assist, no one was around.

We left for dinner and came back to 5 sheriffs vehicles dealing with a "situation". We felt unsafe and left (still no one at the Front Desk to inform on our way out). When I contacted the property, the rude and unprofessional General Manager, Alexa Hardin, refused to reimburse my money because I did not speak with a staff member.

Most ridiculous response considering her staff was non-existent. Stay far away from this property.

com. My stay was booked from 6/18/21 to 6/20/21. After my first night there I was not happy with the condition of this hotel. Their was a musty odor that was so strong. The first thing my 7 year asked when he walked in was “Dad what’s that bad smell”.

There was left over torn toilet paper that had bowel movement stains in the crease of the floor near the shower. This caused me to no allow my son to stay with me for the weekend and stay with his mom , my ex wife the rest of our vacation.

Although in this room There where so many germs, and I don’t even know what else in there, I was forced to stay because of there being nothing else around available. After the second night there came really bad weather.

My husband and I booked a room with Ramada by Wyndham on June 22, 2021, located 300 N. Mountain Rd Harrisburg, PA 17112 Phone 717-652-7180. We went with this hotel because of the Wyndham name attached to it and figured they must have higher standards. boy were we wrong.

In my opinion this hotel is not worthy of using your Wyndham name. What a horrible, horrible, horrible experience! 1. It started at check in. The manager lady charged us $150 deposit, when the Groupon deal clearly said $20 security deposit and $150 for pets.

Also, she tried to take $1500 instead of the $150 and told us our card was declined. This in itself was upsetting enough. I used another card but called my bank to find out what happened. They told me that Ramada tried to charge $1500.

My husband booked a anniversary trip never checked in. We were told check in is at 4 . At 8:15 pm no room . We spent 4 hours in lobby. The cops were called on irate quests trying to check in.

You only had two people checking in quests and they were rude. One customer asked for a AARP discount your person said are you asking me on telling me. Please send some one from corporate to staightened this motel out.

Our memories of a great anniversary were because you are under staffed .

I was scheduled to stay at Super 8 by Wyndham San Francisco/ Near the Marina on June 18, 2021. I checked in and 12 minutes later checked out. The condition was unacceptable compared to the Super 8 hotels I have stayed at over years between the Western States. m.

I was first disgusted at the uncleanliness of the parking area and entry, to top it off I was handed a room key inside of a used paper wrapping (It must have gone through several hotel guests already; not Cov-id safe). The parking area and entry lacked cleanliness and that is what you see out your window.

Although the the room itself appeared somewhat clean- definitely not to the Wyndham standards as I am used…

Baymont Wyndham had a good reputation with me. Until I regrettably stayed in the one in Merryville, IN on Georgia St. As far as I’m concerned it should be condemned like last year or t before. Whoever is responsible for that particular Baymont has brought it to shame.

I first noticed the horrible filthy carpet in the lobby and hallways. I was wondering what had I gotten myself into. Always read the reviews first. My room was infested with gnats. Had filthy and stained carpet. Mold in the bathroom.

Toilet and bathroom sink looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. Built up dirt. Pulled the sheets back hair on the bed. And no bedspread at all. Called front desk was lied to. Not to mention how rude she was.

I realized when a check had bounced that I had over $800 in pending charges they were broken up into six separate transactions. Spoke to someone who started out rude then when she realized it was the guy in trainings fault she was apologetic and nice.

We stayed in the Travelodge Wyndham Grand Junction June 12-13. The carpets were filthy and stained, the stairwells reeked of stale cigarette smoke, the doors to the outside at the end of the hallways did not require key card to enter - the doors were just unlocked!

The back of the hotel has residents who were a bit shady. One bed in the room was completely broken down and unusable, the fixtures in the bathroom were from the 1970's, the sink dripped all night. No low flow anything in a city that is at the forefront of a mega drought.

Grout in bath was caulked over messily. Windows were filthy. com but the message from Wyndham doesn't have a single link that works. In fact, it has no links. If this accomodation was $30, I would have been upset, but at $90 it was outrageous!

Managers of CoCo Key Water Resort -

On April 24, 2021 we came to Coco Key in the mid afternoon to celebrate our daughters birthday. We brought a total of 16 people to enjoy the water park. Several of our party were adults and several were children. The park was substantially understaffed, the changing/locker rooms were revolting with toilet tissue, diapers, towels and other trash littered throughout. All tables were filled with leftover trash, cans, bottles, food and litter. The trash cans were filled to the brim and there were only 2 young staff members attempting to clean and monitor the pools. My husband was looking forward to the hot tub that is labeled “Limited to adults” and at one point there were 16 kids plus all the adults in the hot tub. At another time there were children…

I just stayed at the super8 in Stevensville, MI - 6/19 to 6/29. The hotel was in shambles. There were broken windows, holes in the floor, general ill repair. Our room was not cleaned well, the bathroom had someone else's hair on the counter.

The shower curtain was zip tied to the rod. The sheets were dirty, the pillows were stained. 00/ night. Cooperate may wish to take a look at this hotel that carries the Wyndham name.

I emailed the manager at baymont hotel in Valdosta GA on June 9th about my recent experience with no reponse. I booked 2 rooms June 4th through the 6th, room 405 and 415. I gave him plenty of time to respond before having to contact you.

I had the worst experience in my life at this hotel, the air conditioner and refrigerator didn’t work. The rooms was nasty dirty! I tried getting a different room but was told they was unable to do so, so my family and myself suffered through the heat with no ac.

The next morning they changed my room and gave me a key to a room that was already occupied by 2 females. When I opened the door I was completely humiliated! I would really like to talk to someone about this! This is ridiculous!

Air-conditioning in room wasn't cooling at all. Room was too hot to stay in. Brought it up to manager attention and was resolved with a box fan. Room was till too hot. Requested another room but was not given one.

When I made our reservations at your Springfield,IL location, I asked if the pool was open. They replied it was. Then I was told to make my reservations on line which I did. When we arrived at the hotel on Friday June 11th after traveling from St.

Joseph, MO with three children, we were informed that the pool was closed. We wanted to cancel our reservations and go somewhere else and were told we would still have to pay for the first night by the clerk who was rude saying there was nothing they could do.

There was no way to contact the supervisor that day and was told to check out early the next day and we would get the second nights money back. When I went in on Saturday, she was very rude saying there was nothing she could do about it.

Microtel, Wilkes-Barre PA. Fifth time we have stayed. The outside has food wrappers, trash throughout. Checked in 6/13/21, girl at the desk walks up with pizza on a plate, not sure she even worked here. Having to provide $200 deposit for incidentals without a credit card, never had to before, told ATM was down the road.

People outside playing loud music and partying. Clientele for most part very sketchy. Not provided clean towels or room straightened up for a two night stay. Will not be staying here in the future, very disappointed.

By far the second WORST hotel I’ve stayed in ever. Horrible service, ant infested in the rooms, completely shitty employees & customer service, didn’t get to go to the pool not even once and couldn’t check in till almost 4pm.

Stayed 2 nights and wasn’t informed on rewards program for a 3rd night free, currently living out of hotels and they falsely advertised prices or I wouldn’t of even booked a room here period. I’m pissed as all hell & I normally don’t complain about shit but this is by far one of the WORST EVER.

Room 310 had a fire in it at some point and was probably a smoking room. Coffee table charred and burnt on top, fire alarm disconnected and hanging, curtains no fully attached, hair dryer missing and many things not plugged in.

WiFi did not work per desk clerk - out of service for all rooms. Fridge & microwave rusted and noisy. When we pull the plug on fridge, we found that there were nails through the power cord. Another safety issue.

Many unfinished features and dirty. Charged as a member $149 for 1 night, Saturday, May 12. Charged $25 in cash (would not put on the credit card) for my dog and not given a receipt. The whole place was so disgusting that we we could not sleep and ended up leaving very early in the morning.

On June 10th, today, I made a reservation through Orbitz supposedly for a hotel in Spring City, UTAH. After it was made, the confirmation stated that it was for a Wyndam hotel in Spring City, TN. I called back and was informed that your hotel would not delete this reservation and refund the charge to my American Express card which was approximately $190. I was told that you your hotels have a no refund policy and that the transaction could not be reversed despite your phone policy that states how flexible your hotels are. I want NO charge to appear on our next American Express invoice.

My mother in law fell at bonnet creek and broke her hip and went to the hospital and we tried to use our points as we are wyndam owners but was denied for an extra day. We are from VA and she is from Ohio.

One more day would not have killed you. There is no way my mother in law will ever join wyndham now. Treated badly, they said if we needed anything let them know, then wouldn't help at all, it is concerning to be treated that way.

We needed a place to try to work this out. I'm sure they don't use all the rooms every single night. Sad way to treat people when we are what makes you. Without us you are nothing.......

I am a nurse from Colorado who traveled to NYC for the Covid crisis in late March 2020. I was working for a company who provided a paid hotel room at The New Yorker, a Wyndham Hotel. On May 2, I entered my hotel room and I have a photo from the window of my room looking out at the Empire State Building taken at 8:34pm.

I left the room that night and stayed elsewhere. The next night, May 3, I entered my room after work, around 8pm, and everything that I had left in the room was gone. I immediately went down to the front desk, and they contacted the manager on duty.

We stayed at the Wyndham Spokane Valley motel 8 last week and what a dump turned out to be. The curtains were so shabby that one could almost see through the liner. There was a hole in the ceiling where someone mounted a smoke detector and left a hole next to it.

the railing in the handicapped bathroom was very wobbly. the elevators need a paint job an the instructions about what to do in case of an emergency was missing. It appeared to me that he clientelle that we saw coming in were low income renters and there was lots of noise in the hallway during the time we stayed there.

Of the four Wyndham motels that we stayed in last month, this one took the "Worst of the bunch" price. Will never again stay at one of your places.

I have made an appointment with an attorney. There is no way to describe what has happened to me at this hotel as anything short of gang style theft and intimidation.

Everything in my room was stolen while I was out of town for the day. It is very unfortunate that I had to extend my stay there for an additional day so that I could make an emergency out of town trip... When I returned to that filthy, bug infested hellhole only to find that my room had been cleared out and then when I wanted to speak to a manager (or somebody besides people that called me curse words in Spanish) they called the police and put a trespass order on me so that I could not be on the property to get to the bottom of why they had stolen my things.

Waited over an hour past our checkin time. Sheets on bed were not changed just made, waited another 45 minutes for staff to change. Woke up with bites all over my chest and legs. Trash scattered amongst hotel, obviously ok with staff.

Manager ignored our complaints when we called. Absolutely the most disgusting experience we have had with LaQuinta throughout multiple states.

Super 8 1100 Links Lane Mayfield, Ky Subject: Super 8 in Mayfield, KY falls below Wyndham Standards

On the evening of June 5, 2021, my wife and I checked in to a Super 8 Motel in Mayfield, KY. I was provided a key to Room 115 ( a designated handicapped room). We checked in and was shocked to find that the bed was unmade, and trash cans full from the previous guest. I went to the front desk and informed them of the room’s condition. They offered to reassign me to the second floor for 18 dollars more (per the manager). I objected and threatened to file a complaint. I was then reassigned to Room 109. Writing this complaint because at this location this hotel needs to do a better job of hiring staff with no regards for customer Service.

I arrived around 11 pm at night June 1st 2021. As I walked into the lobby, I noticed two employees one behind the counter and one sitting at the table. I was not even greeted but filled with stares. My husband Tom and I stayed at the Travel Lodge on Fairmont Blvd. May 31, 2021. The room smelled of mold and mildew, drapes weren’t completely attached to the rod, the bathroom door didn’t shut and the customer check in was rude.

She asked if I needed coffee, shampoo or soap. I told her no. When we got to the room, there wasn’t any soap. I went back to the lobby to get soap. When I said there wasn’t any soap in the room, she rudely said.

I asked you at check in if you wanted soap. I said I’ve never stayed in a room that didn’t have soap and she didn’t need to be rude. Because of the mold, we had allergy symptoms the next day.

Needless to say, we will not stay at that hotel again. If all Wyndham motels are like that, we’ll choose other chains.

Staying at Super 8 in Upland. I would give a zero if is was available to choose. We are having our house remodeled and needed to find a room for my son, Chris to stay at during the construction. Bed mattress was full of dirt, Microwave has not be cleaned for a long time and same for the fridge, crud everywhere. Just gross.

Flies in the room before we arrived. What I worry about is the most is black mold in the corner of the room. This is very dangerous and certainly health concern. I have stay at bad hotels, but this one is the worst of the worst. Despicable.

I don't get it why would you want something like this hurt your reputation?

Checked in at about 3:40 with reservation. We have been staying at this location for 13 years to and from San Diego. Probably won’t stay again in fact am canceling return trip home reservation. 1. was much better before Wyndham. 2.

Booked the "Ramada by Wyndham Houston Intercontinental Airport East" for May 13, 2021 to May 15, 202. When we checked in it was late and we checked right back out. The room had a musty smell and there was a bug on one of the beds.

The lady at the front desk offered to give us a new room but after waiting at the front to desk to resolve this issue, another guest complained that he left his rental car in the lot for a couple hours and it got keyed pretty badly. We definitely did not want to stay.

We recently stayed in the LaQuinta Hotel in Destin FL and I was charged a daily fee for my dog. When I booked there was no mention of charges in their website. Having stayed at many LaQuintas in the past years and never been charged, I was shocked.

I was told that the rules had changed since being bought out by Wyndham. There are many pet friendly hotels to choose from and the only reason for staying at a LaQuinta was because I never had to worry about added changes, cleaning fees, deposits, etc.

It was easy and mind free. I would prefer being charged the extra up front than get an unexpected surprise when I check in. I will definitely think twice before ever booking with LaQuinta again.

At the La Quinta in NW Highway in Oklahoma City OK, I had made a reservation for May 28-31. I even spoke to the agent about how I was making the reservation in advance because of the Memorial Day holiday.

So she mistakenly made the reservation for March. I guess your agents can’t understand English. Then when I arrived on May 28, your assistant manager was rude, nasty and condescending to me. He said he had a room but it would cost me $400!!

I work for a non profit and don’t make that kind of money. He offers absolutely no help to call another place just rude and nasty. Is that how you treat your Rewards members that stay in a La Quinta once per month?

He also said I was charged for not showing up in March! I want a refund of that charge and a complimentary three night stay in two weeks…

Days inn and suites by Wyndham, Vancouver, Wa Vancouver Mall... Lack of security at this location. Doors open at end of hallways, people constantly in and out whom did not have a room here. POT, Dope, Marijuana is everywhere here.

rooms reek so do the hallways day and night. People living fulltime in parking lot and the hotel. Hotel needs a refresh carpets bad dirty. The staff does the best they can with what they are given to work with. Heater did not work.

Huge car size potholes in Driveway. this is no 5 star facility your lucky to get 1. Does not live up to the Wyndham Branding not even close. Yes we had to get another room initially as the room reeked so bad of POT.

Last night May 29th I stayed at the Travelodge in Lincoln, NH, a property owned by Wyndham Hotels. I booked directly through Wyndham Reservations and was charge $177.60 for a room with a single queen bed. When I arrived at the hotel, it was obviously dilapidated and run down. My room was HORRIBLE. I've attached some photos of a broken lamp, stained window shade, a jacuzzi sign in the bathroom (there was NO jacuzzi!), wreaked woodwork, and a view of the property from my window that looked like a slum. To boot, the room smelled like mold and antiseptic, burning my eyes, and the hotel did not provide breakfast, as was promised by the booking agent. The rating of "1" is not low enough for this place.

Rooms here at hotel are very nasty & dusty ... Some rooms haven't been cleaned in days are weeks ... Staff at front desk is very rude ... Outside of place trash is every where except the right place ..

Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham El Dorado. My confirmation # was 84038EC018284. Before I reserved, I called and asked if the pool was open. My kids played baseball all day in the heat and we don't stay at hotels that don't allow for us to use the pool. The person who answered the phone told me that the pool was open and that it closed at 10pm. When I arrived to check-in, the front desk clerk informed that the pool has been closed for over a year and she wouldn't cancel my reservation or refund my money.

I'm other words, this hotel chain is lying to customers about available amenities to get their business. That's inexcusable and I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. Oh and BTW, all your competitors…

I reserved two rooms, (204/ 206) was put into. The rooms dirty, unkept, torn furniture, hair on the carpet areas, broken out dated beds, broken window in 204, no coffee maker in 206, dusty, curtains torn and dirty not functioning. dirty, dusty, cobb webs on the ceiling areas. Overall experience very bad. Front desk staff seemed to be over worked, not one time was there a smile, how are you, your staying; simple things which make you want to come back. Instead, cancelled my future reservation in Kalispell Montana and staying with another hotel company. I will never stay at a Travel Lodge nor Wyndham property again.

I made a reservation on March 27 to stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bryson City, North Carolina for two nights, May 21 and 22. This was for the memorial service and urn burial of my spouse. When I arrived, the hotel was boarded up. Called Wyndham and they knew nothing about. Further checking showed them that yes, the hotel was closed and I should have been called. This is the middle of the mountains in a town with very few places to stay. They offered me a room, at my expense, fifty miles away. Then they found a room in Cherokee, NC, only ten miles away at double the price.

I think they should have at least given me a room for the same price I was paying at my reservation. I was told they could have done more but I had made the reservation on line (AT THEIR WEBSITE) rather on…
