I booked a three (3) night reservation May 21 - 24 (Confirmation number 5136B235998867 at Windham GardenFort Lauderdale Airport and Cruise Port, 129 North Federal Highway, Dana Beach FL 33004. Around 10 PM on Friday 5/21/2021, I tried to use the sink, but it was inoperable. The front dispatch two maintenance personnel but they were unable to repair it and stated the tool was broken and need to wait until the next day for a replacement.

I requested another room but was told that the hotel was totally booked and they were unable to move me. I curtailed my trip and checked out on (Saturday) 5/22/2021

I found this treatment totally unacceptable, I am request compensation for this unacceptable stay

You should not have the Wingate by Wyndham Houston/Willowbrook (9050 Mills Road) affiliated with the Wyndham name. We booked on line for 1 night trusting your name and reputation and it was HORRIBLE! I will attach photos. We went and looked at the Wyndham Garden that was close after we checked out to see how it was and she stated they had no rooms to show us as they filled up with people who left the Wingate last evening.

Room was also not clean. Toothpaste all over the hair dryer, chain lock and closet door knob ripped out. Room smelled of smoke. Asked to be moved but both rooms smelled of smoke. We should have just left but arrived late for an event so no time.

I was disappointed in the hotel overall. The room was dirty. The curtains were stained and dirty. The shower was not clean. The hotel in general was not clean. The parking lot was dirty and trash all over. I was in town to race the Ironman .

I would have changed hotels if I could have found another place to stay. I am a rewards member and generally try to stay at a Wyndham hotel when I travel , but I am going to rethink this in the future.

I paid good money for this hotel and do not feel I got my moneys worth . I would like a refund of my stay.

Super 8 by Wyndham Hampton VA, I stayed at this hotel May 21-23 it was the most horrible experience. com. I requested a King room non smoking the gentleman behind the counter scratched out the room number that was reserved and said we were being put into room 135 before even getting to the room the carpet was NASTY and the hotel reaked of pot smoke.

Upon entering room 135 it smelled of smoke the bed linens had ciggarette burns all in them and the mattress appeared burnt as well and looked to be about 30 yrs old. I went back to the office and we were put into another room.

Howard Johnson's Wyndham hotel 5173 shore drive Virginia Beach Virginia 23455 757 460 - 1151 - I Made reservations for Monday May 17th through Thursday May 20th. Arrived after work Monday unpacked all of my belongings groceries and kitchen supplies went to turn on the air conditioner and it was excessively loud.

Went to the front desk spoke with the lady behind the counter who sent someone to take a look at it and had to move from that room to another room. We usually like Wyndham chain hotels, however this place was disgusting. We needed two nights to see my daughter's graduation. We would have changed hotels but all were sold out. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, bed had stained bedspreads, broken lock on the door and broken tv remote. I have pics if you would like to see them.

Reservation for 2 rooms at Wyndham Days Inn/Redwing Minnesota on 5/6/2021. Checked in. Rooms were very dirty. Smelled like mold and something rotten. Sheets and towels in both rooms full of brown stains and hair. If we could see that, imagine what bugs or debris was on mattress and bed spread and carpet.

Tv did not work in one room. Office would not answer our calls. We checked out and did not stay overnight. left without knowing if we could get another hotel because at that point sleeping in car would have been better that these hotel rooms.

Room was booked through Expedia. 78 was billed on my charge card on 3-6-21. This was paid in advance. I am asking for a total refund. I am 59 years old, and have stayed in many hotels, but none were as disgusting as this was.

Yesterday I checked into Baymont at Quail Springs in OKC, OK. I did not spend time in the room until about midnight and after an hour or so noticed bugs in the bed. I took pictures and showed the night staff, John. He did what he could to help me and said everything would really have to be taken care of by the manager as far as a refund for the stay. I understood and “slept” in the car outside until the morning.

I reserved a room via phone on May 1. I was told my card would not be charged until I checked in. I later cancelled that reservation and was til by Sam that my card would not be charged. I was not told any cancellation policy during either phone call. 00 on my card.

I asked fir a refund. I was treated rudely multiple times and hung up in by customer service at least 2 times. I am going to call the attorney general and cdc and the head of hotels in the state. You stole my money.

com i spoke with someone months ago but apparently nevery changed. have been on all the sites to find a form to change, but only asks for hotel complaints. have been on hold for over half hour. the chat forwarded me to a line that i would need to pay for - unaccepatable.

I was not able to go to sleep due to the noise of all the door closing in the other rooms. The automatic door closure y'all have makes the door slammed shut and I could hear each and everyone when they closed.

Even heard them over the TV and I try to play Pandora on my phone with it to my ear didn't help any. So now at 11pm l am in the lobby getting away from the noise and so I don't keep my wife from sleeping. And writing this complaint.

We book this room even through we already had a room at your Super 8 hotel in Jackson Hole Wy (so we are paying for 2 rooms and only using 1 of them) because we were tried of drive from Jackson Hole to Yellowstone. I almost got my wife up at 1045 PM and drove the 2 1/2 hours back to Jackson Hole but my room was nonrefundable.

On April 24, 2021 I booked at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham, thinking because it carried the Wyndham name I was fine to book here. Unfortunately, I was wrong, the only room available was with one bed, when me and my 3 children, one being a 6’2 14 year old entered the room it was so small we were hesitant.

I said its getting late it’s one night let’s make it work. My two small children, climbed on the bed (as it was truly the only option) and I sat down, where I discovered the springs were digging into you and the bed sheets had burn holes.

My experience was absolutely horribke. The manager was less then professional. 88 cent unpaid fee that i was unaware of i was required a 150 deposit when its normally 50. Then questioned on my service dog and why i had them.

Which may i remind u is illegal. They charged me a pet fee when they are not allowed to and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Frankly i feel like i deserve another 2 days at another location unfortunately not that one but the manager gave the hotel a bad taste.

I stayed at the Wyndham used to be the Howard Johnson at 5811 Annapolis Road Hyattsville Md 20784 on Friday 4/22/21 - Monday 4/26/21. The hotel had people hanging out the side doors, people fighting in the parking lot late at night, room wasn’t cleaned properly. I did a Google search for a "pet friendly" resort on our way to Florida. Half way, we stopped at the Gassaway/Sutton Microtel because it was the closest one to where we wanted to stop.

We were traveling with my mom, me, and my grandmother who is 92-years-old as well as her service dog, and a kitten in a carrier I was taking home to Florida. When we asked to stay for the night, the entire hotel was empty besides (maybe) 3 or 4 other rooms. i stayed at the cordelia ca. La quinta and i was asleep the whole time. Waking up at about 1130 am i realized i wouldnt have time to take shower. So i went downstairs to re rent the room and staff told me no i couldnt because i had tol many visitors and visitors that answered my phone being rude to staff.

Mean while while i was downstairs talking to staff about that issues one of the house keepers went in my room and stole $150 cash off the desk. Then on top of it all the kept my deposit. The staff there is well known on the streets as a heavy drug user.

And the manager at the desk seems to show some drug addict tenancies as well.

You had to stand at a window outside to check-in. The room was old and dirty with broken draws on the night stand, distressed dirty doors and the worst sheets ever and the room smelled as if they sprayed something to camouflage the smoke.

We were supposed to stay at the WyndhamNashville resort the week of April 3,2021. On April 7th a couple approached us and told us our unit was infested with bed bugs since they were moved from that unit. When I checked the bed, they were unfortunately correct.

We left our vacation on 4/8 as a result. Dan Hudson was contacted and he promised to rectify by giving Wyndham Points and our RCI exchange back. I have waited 3 weeks for anything to happen. I have pictures and video of the incident that I was refraining from posting if the situation was rectified, but to date Mary Ann Herrington or Dan Hudson have not responded.

I have the emails he sent saying he would rectify the situation that I will gladly forward.

Wow! Where do I start. Firrst, I will address this was worst hotel experience I've ever had begining with accomadations period. I arrived and had to wait, my guest and I could not check in. When we finally got in our room, we found that the room was not clean.

There was someones braw cup laying in the bathroom. The cleaning was beyond half ass clean. There was cobwebs on the desk. Crud in the corrners. The room smelt like a dog had stayed there: the room was funky and had a bad odor.

Next, I was not told until I begin to check in that the room would not be cleaned or the beds made. In addition, on the next day, I turned my towels in for fresh towels. They had none avaiiable.

After returning for the day, they only had towels for one person and it wasn't a complete set. Who does this?…

We stayed at Baymont by Wyndham in Jonesboro Arkansas. The experience was absolutely terrible. The first room we were in (104) had no refrigerator and no microwave and wasn't very clean. The window curtain was ripped and falling down. My sister took a shower and about halfway thru slipped because of slime coming from underneath the bath mat.

We looked afterwards and found it was full of mold and slime, disgusting. We went to the front desk and the clerk sent us to another room (212 I believe). This room wasn't very clean either, the toilet had a lot of orange coloring and would not stop running.

I booked a room online at the Baymont Inn Wyndham Noblesville Indiana. My mother 87y/o and myself 62 y/o. The stay was from 4/16/21 to 4/18/21. We checked in about 10:00 PM in 4/16/21. The desk was staffed by a very rude women, we asked about using a promo card and she said she didn’t know even how to do that, she was just there to make money for her family and had only been there for two weeks.

On the morning of 4/17/21, I discovered our shower had no hot water, even after letting the water run while I brushed my teeth and washed my face. hi i stayed at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio South Park. It was the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed at in my life and had to leave.

first room TV did not work and the second room was just dirty! the light was very dim in bathroom and there were roaches and big rats in the room. we had left over food in container we were going to eat when we got back from event but the roaches beat us to it!

its not fair that we paid for what we thought would be a decent place to stay just to have this horrible experience&have to leave the filth and drive home an hour half away at 3 in morning and be refunded only 30%. This hotel is NOT a good representation of Wyndham!

Rented a king suite with spa tub which ended up having bedbugs. The hotel clerk was rude and refused to call a manager to discuss the situation and a possible resolution. Only refunded half of the money and Linda the manager was rude as well.

I've am a Wyndham Rewards Member & never had a reason to complain during any of my stays with the exception of this morning. m. There's been an occasional & infrequent time I needed a late check out. This morning was one of them. Jack M.

was the employee working this morning. I've had interaction with Jack on several stays prior & he was usually fairly pleasant although he always has a story for me about power struggles over rules he has experienced with customers. The customer is portrayed as the bad guy who goes to negative extremes to break the rules & Jack is the "Head Inforcer of Wydham Rules" who is just doing his job & enforcing the rules is number one priority regardless the circumstance.

com for April 9th 2021 at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston / West Energy Corridor Houston. When I went to check in the manager Berdita gave away my room to somebody else because hotel was fully booked. I along my family could not find room until the next day.

It was a horrible experience, I will never stay in Days Inn.

I am a medically disabled veteran. I have back injuries sustained while in service to the United States military. I have reservations for three nights. After the first night I went to the front desk to complain that the bed severely caused pain to me.

I asked if they could move me to a different room with a different bed. They informed me they could not because I booked directly through Windham. I called Windham. The first lady I spoke with said to speak with the hotel.

I informed her I had and they directed me to her. She said yes that is correct. I then asked if she knew the front desk could not help me why she would tell me to call them. She said thank you for calling and hung up.

I called again and talk to another lady who was very considerate and nice but informed me of the same…
