The Super 8 hotel in Peterborough decided to steal my $200 room deposit because they said my room smelled like smoke. Yes I am a smoker and all belongings smell like smoke. I did not smoke in the room. I went outside to smoke.

I asked them to confirm this with night clerk which they were not willing to do. I am a person with a recognized disability. The manger his name is Lawrence . Lawrence is one of the most rude uncooperative people I have ever come across I tried to explain all of this to him and it was like trying to explain the theory of relativity to a 5 year old and his staff are a bunch of children.

I was on the phone with Wyndham trying to explain a recent problem and get somebody to help address it. I was transferred multiple times, back and forth between the departments. They even transferred be back to departments I had already spoken to.

I was on the phone with Wyndham for 5 hours, had 4 calls disconnect in which I had to call back 3 of those times, spoke with many different people, and still did not get the issue resolved. The next day I called back, nobody knew who I spoke to so I had to start all over.

They said that if I'm on hold for longer than I think 4 1/2 minutes then it automatically disconnects. This is ridiculous 1) The wait time was 10 min 2) When I called back after getting disconnected then my time started all over.

I would like to file a formal complaint against the manager Robert at the Days Inn Wyndham in Hershey, PA. I called to receive information about my reservation and to see if possibly I could make changes because of the upcoming storm and I was berated on the phone and made to feel like an idiot because I booked with a “3rd party vendor”.

I wasn’t aware booking through an online website was not directly linked to the hotel and Robert, the manager, made me feel like I did something wrong. He told me “if you didn’t take the cheap route booking I could try to help you” while laughing on the other end of the phone.

Wingate by Wyndham Frisco, Tx. I started out with an amazing experience with the preparation of giving a raving review despite some minor inconveniences.

However, on my day of checkout, I asked the front desk clerk if I could have an extended check out time. She claimed that they could not give me that but said that although checkout was at 11:30am, give or take you still can have a few minutes.

I had to leave quickly to take my son somewhere with the intent on being back by 11:30a. At exactly 11:30, I get a phone call that I missed due to low volume. ". " This is unacceptable behavior. the female was answering the phone while helping a customer in front of her and at the same time yelling to another coworker about somebody’s check name Dillinger. Extremely unprofessional. The young man who was a clerk who to actually took care of us was very professional.

I have no issues with him. The room had stains all over the carpet, in the bottom of the bathtub had stained dirt that looks like it’s been there for years. There was rips in the furniture and the place looks about 100 years old.

We were up until 1:30 in the morning listening to a drug addict/Alcoholic yelling and screaming and carrying on with other friends. I took hours before anybody did something about it because all of a sudden they finally quieted down.

Hello I recently stayed at the days inn in Runnemede, NJ and I was totally dissatisfied with my stay. I arrived at the hotel and the front desk did not have any more rooms left just the one left for my reservation.

Upon entering the room the beds had stains, hair and black spots on the pillow cases. I went in the bathroom and it had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom as well as dirty linen as well in the bathroom.

One towel had a brown stain on while the wash rags were completely dirty as well. I stayed one night and had no other choice to stay there due to the fact I was on the road at night and needed somewhere to stay.

I would like to receive a refund back as soon as possible for my horrible experience please.

Beach on 12/9. The first thing we saw when we entered our room was a large cockroach in our bathroom. We did not have any cold water and that was not found out until my daughter was burned in the shower. The water was scalding.

Maintenance came to our room four different times to fix it and the last time they came was at 10:30 pm. The maintenance worker stated to me that it was a main valve that needed to be replaced but never has.

We were not able to take showers until the next afternoon when we had to pack our stuff back up and switch rooms. Our stay was unacceptable. I was told a manager would get in touch with me and that never happened.

Yesterday I had been harassed threatened and forced to get out of mine and my boyfriends room. The gm at days inn on 3114 N Kentwood unlocked my door while I was asleep came into my room with one of her other employees told me I couldn't have none of my belongings she made up lies stating she seen me on camera breaking into another room but

when I asked to see this footage she blew it off and told me to get off her property. My boyfriend who also worked there told me she had been making sexual comments towards him and she wanted me out the way.

My name is Hazel. I stayed at Wyndham garden hotel downtown buffalo NY Dec. 15,2022 and checked out the next day. My complaint is about the morning manager I was told her name is Jean. My credit card was charged twice and I was attempting to explain to this manager what the issue was.

She wouldn't allow me to finish what I was trying to explain to her. She continuously cut me off, aggressive in her tone and would out talk me so that I couldn't get a word in. I told her she was being rude and she hung up on me.

I called back and Diana answered the phone and her attitude was just as bad. My problem was finally resolved but not by your hotel manager and staff. Needless to say this was the worst experience and I will never return to that hotel again.

I had to get moved to another room at 3:00 in the morning because the smoke alarm kept going off, the battery was dead I guess. It took over an hour for somebody to come and fix it. The smoke detector started around 1:00 in the morning.

Then in my new room I had no hot water and it smelled very weird and I was around the highway area so traffic was loud and my neighbor had his TV on 24/7 loud so I didn't get Much sleep after that. 07 Booked 11/10 and cancelled / confirmed 8/12 ref 83488 EE 001178X All 3 were booked on the flexible rate and I have confirmation emails for each advising there will be no charge if cancelled prior to 12noon on day of arrival which all 3 were. 13 from me for payment of these 3 bookings.

I stayed at the Baymont on Delk rd in Marietta Georgia for four months, There are roaches coming out of the walls , crawling in the bathroom,and under the door. There was black mold in the bathroom that caused me and my boyfriend to get sick a few days ago, the housekeepers do not come for days and when I told the front desk they told me to complain.

The stairs are falling apart and I almost fell ,there is no caution sign or tape. The house keepers go in people's rooms and steal, Danny the hotel manager is rude to paying Customers. I had mold on my shower curtain ain't asked for a new shower curtain and never got one.

I’ve been trying to get a folio from the Ramada at Baymeadows in Jacksonville for weeks. I had my guys staying there off and on for 8 months before taking over a new position at a new company. Now I need receipts to get my money back.

I sent my guys back and was told I’d have to call back after 5 to speak to a manager. Then nobody answers. I finally got the manager. Gave her the dates and received 1 out of 4 folios. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone again.

In November we stayed one night at the Days Inn in Kennesaw Georgia, deplorable. 1. No lighting outside, we had to ask an adjacent hotel where it was. 2. The parking lot was torn up with garbage and cigarette butts everywhere, didn’t see that until the next morning because of the no lighting outside. 3.

Given the trash outside we figured our room would be non smoking, which apparently didn’t make a difference. 4. There was a coffee maker with no carafe. 5. Mould all over the bathtub, shower and a non slip mat was pulling away from the tub floor. 6.

The room stunk of smoke. 7. Front desk employee said he wasn’t surprised with our complaints. We’ve stayed at many Days Inn and that will be the last one for us!

#baymountbywyndham . My daddy was dying . I'm coming in from Tulsa. I found them on line. They said they were pet friendly. They lied only if the are support dogs. They do not tell you that. I didn't have an extra 55 dollars anight for my loyal dogs.

If they had put that on line I would have never made a reservation non refundable. So after going to the hotel only to be turn away and kept my money because the manager at the time denied my request for my money back. This was around 130pm.

22 while I was staying at La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham at 265 route 3 east Clifton NJ an incident happened with my son. He was in our room (he is 17 yrs old) and I was visited the next room ( I booked 2 rooms).

Watch the video of a very famous comic named Mark Curry racially profiled in the lobby. This is totally unacceptable that man was just sitting down having his coffee and he was being harrassed by security asking him if he had a card and if he'd stayed there.

That is absolutely unacceptable and completely racist being a fan and a citizen I am appalled and do not appreciate our people being treated like that... All the other people in the hotel sitting there were not carded but him you have got a problem and you need to fix it .

While taking a shower An access plate fell on my head. Upon entering the room for the first time there was food left behind from the previous guest. The phone did not work. Complained to Rachel the manager and another attendant but no one seemed to care.

We stayed at Wingate West Monroe because it is a Wyndham Hotel, this place was horrible to say the least. It was dirty, not well maintained, our first room was a total mess. We asked for another room which they accommodated but it was not much better.

The breakfast food was 4th rate not what you expect from this brand of hotel. The floors were dirty, the bathroom linens were thread bare. Had we not been so tired we would have left for another hotel. Not the kind of quality we associate with this brand.

Phone call to manager Delphi at the Travelodge by Wyndham in Fort Meyers, Florida on Cleveland Ave. Dec 8th. I used Expedia to make Reservation for Dec 4-7. Cancelled this myself on phone call to Travelodge with a young lady that answered the phone on November 14th and said yes, I can cancel that reservation for you so she did while I waited on the phone.

Hotel booked the wrong day and they tried to make us believe it was our fault. No apology’s No discount on the package room etc. Nothing. We had to stay in a non jacuzzi suit because all the rooms were full (despite our reservation). Trying to make the best of it. I checked in and to pay deposit of 100 dollars. Went to the room and it had one and a half curtains hanging up. its a king size bed so it's suppose to have a coffee pot, it only had two towels.

I had booked a room for three nights (for Military duty and travel) at the Baymont by Wyndham in Prattville, Alabama. My main concern and complaint is that I did not feel my room was properly cleaned and or checked by a supervisor to clear this room for rent.

86696EE000805 For the amount that we paid for 2 nights was absolutely not worth it. We will never stay again. When we got there we had to wait 10-15 for someone to come to the counter to check us in.

No coffee in the room and 1 bottle of shampoo. The carpet had burn marks in it and the plaster in the bathroom was falling off. The microwave was old and not in great shape. They didn’t waste anytime to charge my card or we would have left.

Someone vandalized our car in the hotel parking lot and your staff didn't even care. How is it that NONE of the security cameras on site were operational? We were so freaked out and disappointed, we checked out an entire day early, even though we paid for 6 nights, and again, the uncaring staff didn't even ask why.

We couldn't get clean towels or wash cloths unless we turned in the dirty ones and we were only alloted 3 of each, since we reserved the room for 3 guests. There were burn holes and marks everywhere, a big hole in the bathroom door with clear goop filling the hole.

On Tuesday, November 1, 2022, I went in person to the Day’s Inn in 5135 University Parkway, Natchitoches, LA, 71457 (Phone Number 318-352-0783), in order to ask about prices, and reserve a room for the following week. I recently stayed 11/19/22 at Days Inn at542 Hwy 601 South, Lugoff, SC 29078. The facility was disgusting. Roaches, uncleaned bathroom and filthy floors. Bedding had holes, what appeared to be done by burning cigarette. I orginally resevered the room (416) for two days, but after, I saw the state of the room I checked out early.

Additionally, securing the room was a challange and the heater barely work (cold in room). I am requesting a full refund. It is diffilcult to believe this facility is still operating, because it is unsafe and unhealthy not to mentioned extremly uncomfortable.

I have been in Arkadelphia for the past month for work. com to get my rooms and I have never had any issues, and I would like to add that I stay in hotels way more than the average person would, and I have been getting my rooms the same way for the past 5yrs!!

So, on the website where it says "pay at the property" that is and always has been what it means!! Every time I rent a room at this hotel on Expedia, the woman at the hotel always says that it tried to charge my card even though I clicked" pay at property" and

that it got declined and she cancelled my reservation and then she always gives me a price that is 30 to 40$ more than what I agree to after I'm always there! Then the rude and…

I’ve had a horrible stay at your Laquinta Hotel here in Charlotte, North Carolina this weekend. I came here for my wife’s birthday to visit family and the service at the front desk was rude. The room was unclean and crawling with roaches.

The hallways were disgusting, trash bags were up and down the hallway, and the entire hotel smelled of rotten meat. It’s been a disastrous stay and I need a refund asap. I spent $200 for 2 nights when I could spend half that elsewhere and have received better customer care.
