my friends and I spent one night, January 28-29-two rooms at the La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Orlando Airport West. The property is old, and poorly maintained. The rooms smelled, musty and like old smoke, the sheets smelled and were stained.

Furniture was broken, there was mold in and old water in the tub. The rooms were just gross. I've attached pictures, and would like a refund. Thank you , Beth Batturs Martin.

The housekeepers at days inn are rude & the Manger there is also rude to me & my sister.plus the Manger there is letting some of his employees stay at the hotel for free while other guests have to pay to stay there .the housekeepers haven't been giving us toilet paper or trash bags.when we tell the manager or the employees that people are fighting or smoking in the rooms they don't do anything about it

I have been going to Wyndham Hotels for years all over. I have never been asked to take a printed copy of my D.L. for their records. When I asked why was this necessary his reply to me was that he "needed them in case there was a murder or something like that" I did not know how to respond to this. I was there with my girlfriend that came in from out of town. She was thrown back by this comment and when I explained to him my concern and uncomfortably about his copy of my D.L. His replays " This is our policy you don't like it I can cancel your reservation"

We just went ahead with the stay my friend was tired from a long flight and we were not going to start driving around for another room.

This is no way to treat someone and make someone feel uncomfortable.

On 8/24/22, I made a reservation thru Travelocity at the Wyndham/Days Inn Hotel in St. Petersburg, FL. The condition of the room was as follows: - The bathroom tub was clogged, soiled water was returning. - No shower towels available, only 2 hand towels.

- Alarm was hanging off the ceiling, batteries had been removed. - The bedding was stained. Please refer to the pictures attached. To make matters worse, there were people roaming around outside of the room, arguing and loud talking. Unsafe ambient.

Due to these conditions, I picked up my belongings, headed to the reception area and asked for a refund. I was told to write an email to the hotel manager, which I did. Hotel manager wrote back to me saying he had refunded my credit card. He did not.

I stayed at the days inn in osage beach mo, checking in 1/22/23 and checked out 1/24/23 While at days inn they had construction or maintance going through entire time. I think they are taking out of furniture and putting in new furniture which is great however they were outside with trucks loading and loading and operating a fork lift from 11 am til 11 pm at night.

It was frustrating considering we stayed to be able to rest and work the next morning. As if that wasn't loud enough, when finished they decided to run power drills down the hall and right outside my room until about midnight.

There were people walking in and out all hours of the night with no consideration for other people not trying to be quiet at all. This is not guests. These were staff members as I was checked in by one…

72 on our town's credit card on 10/25/22 for a stay on 10/6/22-10/9/22. 16 was charged to the card for the stay, which is relevant. When contacting Wyndham Gettysburg and speaking with Sarah Ashe, she could not see the charge or tell me why.

I was traveling from Columbus , Ohio I made reservations at Days Inn at Farmville Virginia I got to the days inn at 12: 05 am and the first thing I told her is I have a cat . Well on the website it says pet friendly does not say any particular pet and the lady says we don't allow cats.

Since when is a cat NOT A PET?????? If you don't allow cats you should put it on your website. Any way I'm here working for the next three months so you all lost out on 3 months of revenue from me.

I spoke with someone named Collin in customer service who says he was a supervisor. He was extremely rude! When you called again to get his supervisor, the rep told me I had to speak to him to register my complaint against him, as if that makes any sense. I stayed at the La Quinta by Wyndham of Springfield on 1/14 and I am reporting the bad customer service I received. com, to arrive at the hotel at 2pm 1/14 and was advised there were no rooms available yet to check in.

I was ok with that because check in was at 3. I left and came back around 3:20pm and requested that my sister and I rooms be on the same floor, in which the lady at the front desk initially said would not be able to, but

then shortly called a manager and asked the housekeeper to clean rooms 421 and 423 first to accommodate us. The lady stated the rooms should be cleaned and ready in approximately 20 minutes. I asked if she could call when they were ready and she stated yes.

We recently stayed at the Wyndam Gardens Laguardia South. Our stay was horrible, the staff did not care, for issues that could easily have been resolved, they pretty much just ignored us.

There were 3 of us and we stayed for a week. When we checked in, the room had 2 bath towels, there were 3 of us. I asked several times for an extra towel and the front desk told me they were waiting on their shipment and would bring it up. The first time instead of 3 both towels, they left 3 bath mats. Our third day there they finally gave me 3 towels. Later in the week when I did see someone from housekeeping I asked if she could leave 3 bath towels since there were 3 of us in the room, she left 3 hand towels. The room was dirty, the dust on the top of the head boards was so thick and black it was unbelievably. We found a clock, phone and wall lamp not working. It is advertised as pet friendly but no mention anywhere until check-in there is a per pet charge.

The TV also had its problems. The only good thing I can say about our experience was the front desk employee was very helpful and nice.

My 2023 time share points were converted , when in actuality I was supposed to be transferring my 2022 points only. This was done in 2022 and I feel I was tricked into giving up my 2023 points. This was not my intention.

I have called and tried to have these over turned and the woman I talked with said it could not be reversed. My husband has cancer and we could not travel in the last few years and now that we are ready most of our points are gone.

I am heart broken, and mostly dissatisfied with Wyndham and their insane rules. I can’t believe a company would take a future years points before the year was even here ???? This is the worst customer service and worst website I have ever had anywhere.

First my card was rang twice for 2 $100 deposits. Brought it up to the cyst rep about it. Was told to talk to a person by the name of Pricilla. Because regular rep can’t do anything. Called my bank day after and was able to fix the problem.

Now it had been 5 days since my stay and the other $200 has not been returned to my acct. I called the hotel directly and was treated very badly and rude by the person I spoke to and she hung up on me.

Let me start off by saying we have stayed at many Super 8 motels and this by far was the most run down and dirty one we have stayed at. We had a two night stay in Hardin, MT super 8.

We checked into our room and noticed how dirty the floor was with crumbs and the sheets had black specks all over them. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the top hinge was hanging with the screws coming out. There was a board behind the bed with long screws hanging out we had our 1 year old grandson so we had to watch him carefully so he didn’t go between the nightstand and the bed.

The bathtub was so badly peeling and we couldn’t give our grand son a bath because the plug was broken. The next day we heard gurgling coming from the bathtub and sewage was coming up through the drain, we told the front desk…

I was at the Days Inn in downtown Edmonton yesterday when I suffered a diabetic incident rendering me of diminished capacity. I made my way to the front desk and informed the staff that I was having a medical emergency I was told to sit and wait.

I believe I was unconscious for about 1/2 hour. When I recovered consciousness I asked the front desk if they could help me. She replied that they had no rooms available. She. Offered no help and didn’t even offer to call an ambulance.

In my diminished capacity all I could think of was to return to my vehicle. Someone followed me to my truck, robbed me and stole my vehicle. I do not call this customer service. The staff’s choice to ignore my medical condition could have cost me my life ass well as contributing to the asssociiated crimes.

Stayed at Wyndham Hotel in Buena Park upon leaving I spilled some coffee on the bed on top sheet only no damage anything went to check out and the woman kept my $100 deposit said that I damaged the mattress just let me go back in the room to take a picture that it was only the sheet as I checked before hand. I called yur 800 and shared my story, answer the survey and emailed about the very poor condition of the LaQuinta on Abercorn St in Savannah, Ga.

First I received a canned email about how they are trying.

Then I received an email with a copy of my invoice and a very confusing add-on where it was impossible to see how much of a credit. Mr. Striplin ,

I was an employee there I have never meet the gm only the assistant gm who is always there. There is no one that runs the back of the house. We don't get clean towels or bedding for rooms tell around 1pm everyday because they don't have enough they are sheet to sheet they only have if it if you pulled it that day.

The entire back wall is full of black mold and is rotting and the windows in some of the rooms are leaking in the rooms from the exterior wall due to the windows starting to fall out

2220378446 res no. Through booking. The worse experience of hotel customer managment. Starting with no manager to manage the propery, being over charged on my debit card, being upgraded to a a spatub that the hotel did not have on this property, drug users in the stairwell of hotel at far end.

Then having to leave because kristen at front desk made the mistake of checking me out too early, coming to my door and telling me im suppose to check out two days before my check out date. I came to Palm Springs to visit my children who I have not seen over 8 months because I work in New Jersey. It The first room they offered me had a broken chair, dilapidated wall and a space on the doorframe that you could see outside when the door is closed!

The second room smell like pee and cigarettes and the space in the doorframe was even larger. I felt unsafe. I went back to the front office for the third time and the gave me a room by the vending machines and all I hear all day is the ice machine and drinks being dispersed all night.

Never stay at one of these hotels. The room I was given was disgusting, mold, floor and floor molding peeling off with black under, unsafe half plugged in electrical sockets, no hot water and worst of all the bed made me feel itchy.

Looks like evidence of bed bugs too. Never a again. Cheap a-holes wouldn't even refund me the rest of my stay as I checked out early.

I live in the area and stopped by hotel earlier today to inquire about booking 2 rooms for friends that are coming down for a week in February. Spoke with gentleman at front desk and before we left we asked if we could look at the pool area.

We were told that a room key would be necessary. Obviously we did not have one so proceeded to ask for the manager for permission to view pool. We were told that we were speaking to him and it would not be possible to see the pool area.

That was probably one of the stupidest answers you could give to a potential guest. My wife and I are in our 60’s and were treated like teenagers here for spring break. We headed over to the Harbour Beach Resort and booked our friends stay there.

Believe it or not we were able to view the pool area, ho figure!!!!

I worked at this motel at 3033 n division there is no fitness center or working pool. They don't have enough linens to even make the beds without washing them first. The entire back wall is full of black mold and the windows are falling out of the building.

I booked a no smoking room with my son because he has asthma. The smoke is so strong here it makes the hallways Smokey. I spoke to the hotel manager and she offered to switch rooms. I refused the room and I told them I was checking out early today.

I will be receiving the difference I hope 1/2/23. 12/28/22- 1/4/23 Was my reservations. The room was super cold due the most recent storm. Burnt sheets and blankets. Shower was leaking terribly all over the floor. A huge hole in the wall behind the toilet I closed up with a towel because of the huge draft which made the room colder.

Here is my confirmation number for my stay at the Laquinta Inn in South Arlington. 9164543596387 During our stay which I booked the room for my mother and grandmother. One is 77 and the later is 97 years young. I had asked and came up to the location 3 days prior.

To make sure of the reservation and verify the room accommodations. Which was assured, yet on the day of their arrival to the location the downstairs handicapped room became non available. A problem with the lock, and no one was available to fix the issue.

So everyday I had to hold up other customers, so that my elderly parents we able to get in and out of this location.

I have multiple issues

1. I booked a reservation with Wyndham and upon arrival I advised the front desk I had a reservation - the front desk signed me in and provided me with my room key. I was surprised to see the sign advising that due to Covid no complimentary breakfast and he further advised kitchen was closed. They have plans to reopen as we discussed the new casino opening down the street. I had dinner reservations and did not have time to ask why my room only had a chair and not a pull out couch as described.

after showing up at 4 o'clock to find there still was a wait on a room to be ready waited an hour in the lobby to get a room. To find the room not only dirty but has bugs. Then I went to take a shower to find that there's no hot water and the shower head was so dirty that only 2 holes had enough openings to spray on it.

then when I pulled the sheets that where stained to the eye out to get in the bed I find smoothed bugs on sheets from I guess them being in between the mattress as I am writing this a large one just ran across the wall. I would leave but there's no other rooms in town.

We had a reservation at Travelodge Terre Haute for one night on Dec. 30. 703. After 12 hours of driving when we got there the lights were out, doors shut, no one answered our phone calls. We called Travelodge customer support and they were not aware of the closures.

We had to go to Days Inn Terre Haute and got a room there. I am very disappointed that I was not informed of the closure and had to scramble to find a room for the night. Costed me more money while being very tired after the long drive.

I called to make a reservation based on the phone number of the Travelodge by Wyndham hotel Biscayne bay Miami, fl, I pushed the prompt indicating reservation. someone answered made my reservation not knowing I was talking to a third party.

22 My first complaint is the price I was quoted when I called to book the reservation was different than what I was charged when I arrived and both were more than what was available online at the AAA rate, essentially $50 higher. I requested a room NOT by the elevator, ice or vending machines on the 1st floor.

My second complaint is that my room ended up being by all of those plus close to side door and lobby. It was the noisiest room I have ever been in. On the 1st floor all of the carpeting in the lobby, halls, and rooms have been replaced with vinyl plank flooring.

Voices, shoes, ice machines, doors opening echoed through the halls and into my room. I didn't sleep a wink all night. And if that wasn't bad enough. . someone ran a vaccuum cleaner in the lobby area at 5:30 AM!

There is arrogant young manager Jonathan working the front desk at the Wyndham on 700 Monticello Avenue in Norfolk at about 200 pm on December 28th 2022. He was incredibly rude unfriendly and unsmiling and unsympathetic talking down to me in an incredibly rude manner.

Its always frustrating when those types of keys malfunction and defpite my mood this guy could use a smile. The guy who checked me in the night before at about 2230 was much more friendly and so was the guy I had just seen in the elevator.
