My wife and I stayed at your San Diego location in 641 Camino Del Rio S on 2/17/2023- 2/19/2023. Unbeknownst to us there was a large group of bikers staying that weekend as well and they were extremely loud with their motorcycles and music all through the night into the early morning hours.

The first night we didn’t say anything as we thought maybe they were leaving the next day. We found out they were staying another night and the same thing happened that night and I called the front desk to complain and was told that they were leaving the next day and I told them that wasn’t good enough because we weren’t able to get any sleep.

I feel like something should have been done by management without waiting for a guest complaint. There were several other guests there not apart of the biker…

They used their pool accomodations to get us to stay they lied about the pool opening the next day after being closed before 3 the day before , I called prior to coming they said it was open , I would have never booked had I known the pool would be closed , they lied saying it was a last minute emergency but a pump isnt a last minute thing and if that's the case why was it closed yesterday?

They knew and took my money anyways under the impression the pool would open , I feel scammed then them AMG or who ever he was name was Aaron and was EXTREMELY unprofessional in handling the situation he talked to me rudely and disrespectfully when all I asked for was his name and corporates number .

We stayed at a Super 8 Wyndham Richardson Dallas, TX Feb 15th 2023 to Feb 18th 2023. The room we stayed in needed alot of updated. There was no complementary breakfast not even coffee. This was at 8am, I ask for a number of items and I was told they didn't have anymore.

We saw a few of the employees and none of them were helpful and didn't even try to fix the issue.

I was assaulted by your staff at the ramada by Wyndham in Austin off st. Elmo. I asked the manager why the price I booked online wasn't being honored and I was scolded for being homeless and was told I was a piece of shit.

When I refused to leave after being yelled at the security and manager forced me out and pushed to the ground then proceeded to call the police on me. I asked the police if they could check the cameras they laughed and told me I was given a trespassing warning

We stayed at Wingate in Fairborn, OH on 02/11 for a Wynona Judd Concert at the Nutter Center. We checked in after 4pm to a room where our key cards were very difficult to work on the door of room 431.

The room wasn't cleaned, smelled like smoke, had a poop stain in the toilet, dirty tub with pubic hair, dirty mirrors, burnt out lights, dirty fridge, cigarette burn on bottom sheet that had been washed it wasn't a new burn, Chocolate stain on the other side of the bed on the bottom sheet, top sheet was frayed. Carpeting not vacuumed and there was an open safety pin on the floor.

Toiletries weren't stocked and when we got the safe locked maintenance had to come open the safe. The room hadn't been busted in some time. We took pics! We called the front desk from the hotel phone nobody…

I sent a email with pics and videos of the room I was givin by Microtel of Florence Ky. I sent them in regards to them charging me $471 a week for 5 weeks and nothing done about the condition of the room.

The internet does not work so I had to use own WiFi which cost me additional funds as well as the lack of breakfast they had to serve. The room had been smoked in as well which made it musky in smell!

I have been coming there for a while and this is the second time this has been done. I’ve sent in one of my receipts and sure you can get the rest from them yourselves. This is crazy and will contact my lawyers if nothing is compensated or takin care of.

Beyond disgusted at the service I received at the Days Inn location 5151 Allentown Road Camp Springs/AFB location in MD. I checked into my room around 4:30pm 2/17/23 and started to noticed 15 minutes upon being in room 114 the amount of roaches I seen crawling around from the dead roaches in the toilet, roaches crawling on the bottom baseboard of the bed, roaches crawling around the walls the microwave the mirrors the floors the desk and stands and the ceilings.

We arrived around 10 pm was made to wait while the clerk went to see if he had a room for us, Even though we had a room reserved. The clerk came back down he handed us the keys we take everything up to the room Darrell went to get ice while I unloaded our things upon doing so I found a hole in the room we went right back to the front desk clerk says he will get us a different room first room he said was dirty.

So he went to get another set of keys and that one smelled like pee. we choose to stay in room with broken window it was just 1 pane. Refrigerator never got cold enough to to chill out pop. We stayed at the Baymont Inn by Wyndham in Brunswick Georgia on February 16, 2023 upon checking into our room. There was blood on the wall. The bathroom Fossetts were coming out of the sink the TV did not work and the office could not help us dirty socks laying underneath the bench Worst visit we have ever had to this hotel.

This was one of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed in. I was appalled at the room and there were roaches in the hallway. I was traveling from out of state and was very tired, I had spoken with the front desk about conditions of the room with no interest from her.

I have photos of the rooms conditions that I would like to share with you so you know how disgusting the room was. After I stayed I looked up the reviews and they are all the same gross hotel do not stay.

That’s sad that I used the whyndam site to find a hotel and it was this horrible. Shame on Wyndham! I would like a full refund of my points. This was one of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed in.

Non working phones only work to front desk I’ve been here 2weeks and ice machine has not worked, tv will not change channels. I am handicapped and my room is a very long distance to the parking lot, asked for a different room closer to the parking lot and was told no.

I am truly unhappy here and asked for an immediate refund so that I may go to another motel, was told they could not provide an immediate refund. And asked what am I to do? The manager responded with a shrug of his shoulders and walked away.

I guess I am supposed to spend nights in my truck with my small dog. I am a army veteran with 35 years of fed gov service, so I’ve been around. Would like to receive a phone call from you asap.

The lady working behind the desk was the front desk agent, who refused to give us her name, was the rudest person I’ve encountered! Refuse to give us the number for corporate,, She swore at us, and told us to leave after not giving us any info.

She claims she canceled our reservation for us, so if we get charged there will be a mess. E asked for a manager and she stated they don’t have one, and also told us they didn’t have a corporate office.

This was seriously the worst experience we have ever had and will never EVER stay at a baymont or Wyndham property!!! We will also be letting anyone who will listen what an incompetent staff the baymont has! The Baymont by Wyndham in Fargo is by far the worst hotel incident I’ve ever had to deal with, and we stay in many hotels a year.

I am filing this complaint on behalf of my daughter and her fiance, that is currently active military. He flew into Phx. at Sky Harbor airport the night of the 14th. I called the Wyndham on Thomas and 1-17, and the front desk employee was very nice.

My daughter reserved two rooms on her bankcard. When she arrived, she let me know their was graffiti all over the building, homeless people approaching her on the property, no hot water in the room, and no heat. She said the hallway smelled of urine and feces. Phoenix site.

C. Sat. Feb. 11. We arrived at 5:50 and waited for a clerk to check us in at 6:35. Several other people were also waiting. The lady who finally honored us with her presence was named Chloe. We had just driven 600 miles & were very tired, so we were livid about not getting a room.

On 2/11/23 My family and I satyed at La Quinta Inn in Waxahachie. The moment I walked in the front desk girl was rude and condescending and unwelcoming. I walked up and she looked past me at a family who walked in after me and addressed them.

I thought ok she knows them so waited my turn. I was polite and could not get any question answered. She just kept repeating what sounded like a recording of the prices and policies. The whole time she was rolling her eyes.

This is in reference to Super 8 motel located at 3315 Gateway St. in Springfield, Oregon 97477. The women that work there think they are better than everyone else. I didn't get the name of one of the desk clerks but she wrote a comment on my Wyndham Rewards account stating that I walked out cussing and that is a complete lie.

I walked out upset but not cussing. We were prepared to pay for our room with a card and they wanted a $200 cash deposit. We didn't have that much cash on us so yes I left very upset. What did she think we were gonna do for one night stay steal the TV out of the room.

Nowadays, who walks around with that much cash. So we went to another place down the street that didn't ask for a deposit.

The manager was not understanding at all. We were not able to make it to the hotel and yet he would not cancel the reservation. We have called and called and yet he won’t cancel . Not even answering the email.

When we reserved the hotel nothing was sad about reservation not being able to cancel or get a refund . I was able to get in contact with Priceline and they called the hotel and yet the manager refused to cancel the charges.

I am not happy with this at all. He didn’t want employees to cancel this reservation either. If I could give a 0 I would . Really disappointed.

We spent the night in Super 8 in Carbondale IL and was surprised at the not so welcoming entry way. We have stayed at many Super 8s and this was not a good one. , breakfast was confusing. No offer of decafe coffee, had salt and pepper by the plates not sure for what.

Bread box was just about empty, no fresh fruit offered or yogurt. Cereal or waffle was the choices. Again not a Super8 breakfast. Ceiling in hallway was falling and stained with water or rust. The building and rooms need major over haul.

Thought I'd take the wife out for a getaway for valentines day.

However it was the worst experience ever. All the pillows on the bed were very hard. The mattress is heavily used with dips all in it from brake down. The pillows triggered her migraines in which she had to take her medications for.

She laid at the top of the bed by the headboard width wise ( the only part not to broken down). She ended up using her coat for a pillow. 00 ever spent. The only thing decent was the hot tub then that was questionable. m.

Will never come back here again after we check out. The worst hotel stay we have ever been to and we do plenty of stays with tournaments. Thanks for ruining what should have been a night of R&R for her.

Your Economy Lodges are terrible. They are dirty, broken and torn mattresses, walls and bathrooms in disrepair. There were blood stains on the floors and drapes. Homeless and drug users are loitering about which makes them unsafe.

Super 8 Georgetown, KY. No TV as they were installing new, didn’t tell at check in. Plunger in toilet and had to use. Springs popping thru mattress. Overall NOT GOOD. $$ quoted on line was less than charged. I think I’ll stop here but could go on. Didn’t tell WiFi password.

Used affirm app to get hotel roo. On 1/19. Paid $100 deposit using venmo debit card. Advised deposit will refund upon checkout, wait 3 to 5 days. Waited 7, called and told no record of $100 being paid for deposit.

Record shows cash paid for room, which is wrong.

I made a 2 night reservation through Priceline and went to check in on February 6 2023 and the man at the front desk was completely rude and was stereotyping my husband and myself the very second we walked in. I'm very upset about how that man acted towards us.

Told us no credit cards had to have cash. And told us absolutely no pets are aloud. I'm sorry but I'm a very sick person who has to have my registered service dog at all times. I feel like we was being judged and discriminated against because of what we was wearing or the type of vehicle we was in.

If I didn't have to stay here for a few days until our place is available to actually move into I would have called for a refund and left.

Hamilton location days inn was absolutely terrible!

First room we were given was FILTHY & Mouldy, it had a dirty basement musty smell upon entering. Dirty stained sheets, dirty bathroom, dirty toilet seat. The floors were never swept or mopped. It Contruction on lobby and dust everywhere. Worst experience EVER!!

, After complaint they switch us on different room with now charge "By so called Owner" ( room was not acceptable also not livable. Toilet was not flush properly complaint many times. 60 more for the night in which they "The owner" told us don't go anywhere I will get you another room.

We have been staying at Myrtle Beach for fifty years. We have stayed at Wyndham Towers on the Grove since they have opened. We recently stayed at Towers on the Grove at Cherry Grove on January 14th through the 21st.

I received a call from Lisa during that week to attend a presentation for Club Wyndham. This is a program where you apparently buy points to use throughout any of their properties. I told her that I had attended these before and there were always problems with what they promised if you would attend.

I got a room there were no towels or toiletries . I asked for fresh towels and was told I'd have to wait till morning . Them when we went to go to bed the sheets were dirty & stained so I ended up just leaving and had to wake up a friend and stay at their house for the evening .

On Feb1 I did an on-line search for a phone number for Ramada Tampa Airport Westshore Blvd to book a 1 night stay. I called the number that was shown 833-391-1495 and proceeded to book Feb 2. I selected a rate of$125 for 2 double beds, courtyard view - this rate reflected an additional $18 charge for 2 breakfasts.

Upon checking in I learned that we did not book with the hotel directly but some 3rd party outfit. 35 being charged to our credit card. 99 service charge. All this turned us off booking with Ramada and ever staying there again.

The front desk told us we should never have been charged an extra $18 fee for 2 breakfasts as a complimentary breakfast is included with all rooms. The breakfast was terrible - apple, orange juice coffee, toast! We will never book with Ramada ever again.…

We stayed at this combination days inn/ super 8 on the days inn side which I have no idea why days inn is so much more expensive than the super 8 on the other side of the pool. During Hurricane Ian.

We had a tree land on our house and it was above our bed. We could have died. It also left high voltage live lines on our roof and crushed a car. We choose this hotel because it was pet friendly and in a non evacuation zone.

Our room had no fridge and no microwave no internet and no tv. The other room we had no microwave they also were not supplying breakfast. Moving on, I had 2 rooms which I should have received 6 nights. Originally we booked 1/19-1/21 but we had to add the 18th our house was being tented for termites.

They were at fault and implied ‘No money back’ Lived in Michigan all my life and 1st time renting a room at the airport. I was going to book for a week after getting the feel of a 1 day stay.

I called the front desk and spoke with a live person to ask details about costs and deposit. I was lied to. I asked several times about the cost and with an attitude the agent repeated herself. I booked based off of the details given over the phone.

I stayed at Days Inn, Indio, CA from Saturday January 28 to Monday January 30 - confirmation number 83721EE004090. One of the reasons for choosing the Wyndham hotel chain is the provision of free high speed internet - which I need for my work. However after checking in and moving luggage to my room and trying for 20 minutes to access the internet I went to the front desk and was told that high speed internet had been unavailable for the past 2 days. The only way I was able to work was to move my computer to the lobby lounge and use the office account. I was assured the problem would be fixed the next day (Sunday). However, the problem persisted for a second day and I was again obliged to take my work to the front lobby.

There was a snow storm where my spouse and I got stuck in Clinton after visiting some family, we could not back to the hotel, some of my family was in the other room 105, we were 114. well my dad forgot some items in the room when they checked out, mainly toiletries that were left in the bathroom.

Upon return the next day we called the evening shift. They instructed us to call back in the morning that the items were locked up. When I went up to the property the next morning to retrieve my items, they were not all there.

I was kidding a whole makeup bag of bare minerals makeup totalling at least $200/250.

Also my dive brand shampoo and conditioner along with my rose suave body wash. And a couple other items I can't pinpoint, hair products and perfume. And both rooms had cockroaches

I arrived at approximately midnight on a very cold night of Monday, January 18 at the Super 8 by Wyndham hotel at 2231 Yale Blvd. S. East in Albuquerque, New Mexico. My plane from London had been delayed and I was exhausted after 12 hour flight, looking forward to a hot shower and a comfortable room to stay in. I had previously stayed last year at the same hotel and was impressed by all the good facilities. This time however it was a litany of disaster.

The first room I was shown had no towels of any sort, graffiti on the walls, no TV remote, the Wi-Fi not working, no lock on the door, a broken heater, no pillowcases on very dusty pillows. The bed had only sheets, no top cover or any…

Just paid for a room and when we got to room it was musty smelling . This was a non smoking room. Room 116. The chair in the room looked like it should be in the dump. Backing on curtains was peeling off.

There was rust on the front of the refrigerator. Saying it was awful is an understatement. The smell alone kept me from being able to stay in it. Went back to office and requested a refund immediately. Now have to wait 4-5 days to get money back.

90 and I will be honest $25 would have been too much. Someone please check this motel and get it updated or close it.

Myself and wife checked in to a la Quinta inn 4610 De Soto st san Diego CA the room was not very clean and the heater didn't work we complained and they in formed us that the hotel was totally booked. We we're there 2 day celebrating my wife's birthday on the 27th.

I've always stayed at Wyndham hotels and this is by far the worst. And I would like a refund are a free stay at another Wyndham hotel

The room was completely disgusting, there was sick dust on the top of the headboard, as well as on the lamps. There was hair ties on the floor, the bottom of the toilet had your own hair and dirt, the shower curtain on the inside, had toothpaste all over it, and I could not give my infant a bath, because the plug in the bathtub was completely broke, the air/heater was broke and filthy.

I have pictures of everything and I am extremely disappointed
