My husband and I travel frequently and I have never had such bad customer service in my entire life!! We are members of the Wyndham Rewards . I noticed on our current reservation that there are several overs available and we did not receive any of them.

So I call customer service and I get a person who does not speak English and I cant understand her and she cant understand me. So she says (Her words) OH I CANT UNDERSTAND YOU I PUT YOU ON HOLD.

OK SAY I WAS ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES !!! After this amount of time I decide to hang up and call back. I call back and I get another non speaking English person and she tells me she cant understand me and she put me on hold.

5 hours on hold and no one ever answered the phone. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!! Why does Wyndham give offers for staying…

My wife and I made a reservation at Days Inn by Wyndham in Palm Coast Florida for one night on March 8-9, confirmation # 3950288311. , and received our room access card for room 319. We immediately went to sleep and a few hours later my wife awoke to utilize the restroom.

When she returned to the bed she noticed the sheets we had been sleeping on with blood and bodily fluid, see attached photo. Needless to say this ended any attempt to continue getting any rest and she immediately took a shower and I went on treadmill, barely working, to cool down.

It was the worst place place we have stayed at. At check in we were early they told us if we payed $10 would let us check in when we refused they said okay you can check in. Then told us pool closed no restaurant and bar were closed when we said the only reason we booked there they said would open pool.

Breakfast was a joke all 3 days other guests had same complaints. Heaters in room’s were either wide open or didn’t work blankets were the cheapest I have seen . Outside doors had tap over locks so no security Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on the hotel.

Long story short I slept in my car after paying for a reservation at Days Inn Irving/DFW. The most atrocious customer service I've ever witnessed. What happened to hospitality and accommodating the guest. I was told once I arrived there was a 100 deposit, I asked why that info was not mentioned on the site where I made the reso- the smug young man at front desk informed me the property could do whatever it pleases and

This was by far the worst experience we have had in a hotel. It was dirty, we got no sleep due to people above us, the bath tub/shower was unusable, the coffee was in drinkable (looked like black tar), the night girl didn’t want to be there and was hard to understand.

I would really like a refund for the room as it was basically a nightmare!!! The attached photo is the tub with some covering pealing up, IT WAS UNREAL!!.

3/10/2023. I am a disabled person with a shattered leg. I checked into the six flag location in GA. Of course the elevator doesn’t work, and hasn’t worked since Nov of last year! And I am on the third floor.

I had to walk up and down 6 different times because the door did not work. No where on the site does it mention that the elevators are down. It also doesn’t mention that they have no ice machines. Lights in my room don’t work.

Refrigerator does not work well. So why do I have to pay all this money? I am requesting a discount. The staff here today were super awesome they deserve a raise. And as for the franchisee she needs to be removed because she is not following federal law.

3 weeks ago my girlfriend & I stayed at Days Inn in Butte Montana. My girlfriend was charged a $50 security deposit that was supposed to be returned in 2-3 business days. It's still not been returned. 2 weeks ago, we stayed there again & I was charged a $50 security deposit that also has not been returned!!

I would appreciate a timely response. As your manager in Butte keeps giving us a run around & excuses that the accountant has to handle it, but is never there!!

My neighbor (Theresa Nielsen) and I made a reservation for July 15, 2023 in Leominster. The reservation somehow got put in Theresa's name but my credit card was used for payment. Which was listed on my Aug 2022 statement. So we did pay for the room.

I hated every minute of our stay. The staff was rude the manager Lisa was to busy selling drugs and directing the female staff to some of the male guest. She was very rude also . The whole place needs shit down.

It has a terrible roach problem that they refuse to address. The whole place just need to be sprayed down for pest and bugs. There are so many things I could say about that hotel and it’s staff and management.

I made a reservation for $159.10 to stay in your hotel (Baymont by Wyndham) at 6:15pm on 3/4/2023. After driving from my home in Charlotte, NC arriving an hour and a half later (approximately 7:30pm) I checked into your hotel and had another $100.00 hold placed on my credit card.

After arriving in my assigned room, I found that the room was under construction. The room only had a bed and none of the other amenities usually found in a hotel room. There was no refrigerator, no microwave and was full of dust. We asked the night clerk (Mr. R. Brady) for another room but none were available. We then asked Mr. Brady to refund our money so that we could find accommodations elsewhere.

One night stay following a cruise line vacation for my mother. Room booked with booking app and quoted charge of 205. Amount charged was actually 207 and an additional 100 deposit. Deposit has not been returned over a week later.

Room was not clean, condoms found in the floor, wall chipping falling off the wall, mold and rust found in the bathroom, and bed not secured to the floor or wall. Trip was for my senior mother, first cruise, and this event ruined a special mother daughter trip.

Days inn hotel north miami. I have stayed at wyndham hotels in the past and this experience has changed my vision on the hotel chain. Pick up was on a busy highway road not safe for anyone.

I wanted to confirm a reservation for a Wyndham hotel for May1-4, 2023. I spoke to 2 different agents. The first one said I had a reservation. I asked her to send me a confirmation email and she said she would and without saying goodbye or another word, I was transferred to someone trying to sell me something that Wyndham is offering.

The second agent said she would send me a confirmation email too. She also tried to sell me something but I was ready for that and cut her off. Neither agent sent me the confirmation email I asked for. So a simple request to confirm a reservation by email was turned into a selling opportunity for Wyndham and I never got my emails.

So frustrating for the customer and used approximately 20 minutes of my time.

Book stay at Super 8 in Butler Pa and from the pictures online it looks clean and it says it serves breakfast. But when I checked in I was devastated. It was filthy dirty. Cigarette burns on blankets. Dirty microwave and fridge. Couldn't use them. Room stunk.

No breakfast served as advertised. The whole place is really dirty. I want a refund.

I stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Palm Springs, Confirmation Number: 83514EE008309. Upon arriving at the hotel on Saturday, 2/18 we had no water and was told that it should be running in a couple of hours...it didn't get fixed until 2AM the next day! I needed a shower as I had plans to attend a wedding reception! A couple of days latter the water went off again causing another inconvenience. Nothing was done about a discount or credit due to this. Is there something that can be done on the corporate level to compensate for this major inconvenience? A credit to the card on file for the confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

I am writing to complain about my recent experience with the Super 8 hotel in Norcross, GA.

On February 25th, I made a reservation for a room on Saturday at 2:25am in the morning for February 25th, with a check-in time of 2:00pm. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told by the manager, Neil, that the room would not be ready until 3:00pm. I agreed to wait and paid the fee.

I waited in my car and noticed that the outside area did not appear safe. I decided that I wanted to cancel the reservation because I would not feel safe staying there overnight. We stayed at the Wyndham Garden Baronne Plaza in New Orleans March 3-5. The room did not appear to be clean. The bathtub had hair and debris in it. The bathroom floor had feathers on it and did not appear to have been swept.

The counters in the room and bathroom were smudged and had splashes all over them.

Overall, the room appeared that the beds were made and there were fresh towels, but no other cleaning had been done between guests. There was also no daily housekeeping (which is usually fine) but added to the feeling that the room wasn’t really cleaned and sanitized.

Additionally, the only window in the room was an interior window to the hallway, where there was also no light. The only staff we saw at the hotel all weekend was the 1 or 2 people at the front desk.

I had hotel reservations for Days Inn in Casper, Wy for March 2, 2023. When I arrived and they asked for my ID I gave my drivers license. They informed me that I could not stay there because I had a local diver license.

I have spent the last two days trying to book a stay. My wait is always an hour or longer. When I finally reach someone, they say they have to transfer me to another department. I hold but am disconnected every time.

I have called other departments who say they can't hear me. The deadline to register for that resort is today. They are now closed so I just have lost that option. Actually, every time I have called them lately, the wait is over an hour.

I recently stayed at Laquinta in Prattville, AL for 2 nights. My first night I was surprised to hear dogs barking. The second night was extremely disruptive by guest arriving at midnight partying until 3am. The walls are so thin you can hear a person changing their mind.

I hear every door slammed which was constant, every toilet flush, the television blarring. I can't ever remember in all my hotel stays so much noise. Won't stay again.

Upon checkin, the hotel requires a 50 dollar per night deposit for incidentals. Nowhere in the description does it state this is the case. My booking was paid in advance, and the confirmation also did not reference this charge. This practice is unacceptable, and I will be sure to review on every single website including yelp, Travelocity, Expedia, Google reviews.

I will also inform every single person I know including the steelworkers, that they should not include your hotel chain in their travel information. This is a horrible way to conduct business.

Worst experience ever! Employees sharing personal life without prompting. Always outside smoking not manning the desk. Cable cord taped to TV to hold it in. And no remote for TV. Halfway through shower lost all water pressure to a trickle.

Debris on floor in room. Our window was wide open with no screen when we checked in, in February. Afraid to even try the breakfast.

On February 20, 2023 I want to Amritsar with my parents to visit golden temple. Originally our plan was to stay a golden temple guest house, but we decided to stay at the Ramada.. when we reached Ramada, they asked us to provide passport and visa copies.

I told them that I can get you with whatever but you can start the process. My parents were in the lobby, the front desk manager Inderbir Singh was not cooperative at the end. I asked my cousin to send me all the documents so we can get the room the next morning but I was checking out.

I saw a family was checking in and they didn’t have a visa but they do have a passport, but they give them a room. Inderbir’s attitude towards me was bad. I hope this kind of behaviour won’t happen to anyone else in the future.

Wyndham was not helpful in obtaining a receipt or complaint against the Days Inn Wyndham Hotel Irving TX DFW and the Hotel was not clean, or maintained and front desk is uncooperative in obtaining receipt for stay stating that they don't give third party receipts to get them from Priceline. Priceline and Wyndham stated to get the receipt from the hotel.

Unfortunately, there is manager on duty, he is always on vacation. My sons checked in the Days Inn by Wydham on 2/17/23. It took over an hour as the first two rooms the keys did not work, the third room was open, dirty with trash and beds not made.

The fourth was okay but I called the front desk, talking with shai about the accommodations issues and was offered an extra day stay. We live locally and the extra day was not need or wanted.…

Stayed in Wyndham Indianapolis on 2/23/2023. 00 for one night at 7:00 PM which i felt was a exorbitant amount we proceeded to our room. Noticed the filthy carpet on our way to the center elevator. Upon entering the elevator my wife commented on the extremely dirty condition of the elevator.

After placing our luggage in the room we decided to eat at the restaurant located in the hotel, this was a terrible decision.

First we ordered a special gin and tonic for my wife and I chose a dark beer. Stayed at La Quinta Inn Niagara Falls NY on Saturday February 11th. A bus load of young teenage girl cheerleaders made all kinds of noise from running around slamming doors and talking and laughing until 2 am. NY state law says that I have the right to peace and quiet from 11 pm to 7 am.

I spoke to two front desk clerks about the poor experience of little sleep then reporting to the Air National Guard at 7 am. I request a free night stay for my experience at the hotel or a refund for one night. Thank you very much!

My daughter stayed at Kenosha, WI LA QUINTA on Interstate 94 and Hwy 50 while her new home was being finished.

First of all, they double charged her, which can happen, but manager treated her like trash.

Second, my grandson, 8yrs old, got a bloody nose while all sleeping, which happens when room too dry and my daughter gave them sheets and pillowcase with explanation and manager was rude and told her she had to pay $100 for sheet n pillowcase or leave immediately! Cold water takes blood out and no way a flat sheet n one pillowcase cost $100 ! Very disappointing!

Customer service is a huge thing in hotel management and the manager at Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie location should not be dealing with public, at all! Will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stayed at the 22790 Hwy 59 N Kingwood, Texas Confirmation # 89155EE003796 We went down to have breakfast and saw roaches on the coffee bar in the breakfast room. I went up to get my phone and saw the one that I have a picture of and killed.

I reported it to the young lady at the front and she seemed very unconcerned and did nothing about looking into it or asked me anything. Do not book at this hotel. I have a reservation in 2 months. They are refusing to issue me a refund or transfer to another Wyndham inspire of the fact that there is a travel ban to Cancun Mexico. It is not safe to travel there if coming from out of the country.

Staff has been rude and dishonest about policy regarding age requirement. Calling me names like "boy" and "kid" even though I'm 5 months younger than the age requirement and said I could check in if I brought an adult over 21.

After presenting an adult over 21 they still denied me from checking in saying I need to change the name in booking and that the age restriction is a policy of the third party even though I have tried with multiple third party processes

We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub but when we got there the hot tub was broken, the front desk gentleman was rude and didn’t seem to care. Then when we went to our room the drain in our tub didn’t work so we couldn’t even take a bath!

At a recent stay( Feb. 9-13, 2023) at the Wyndham Altra Resort in Cancun, Mexico, we experienced extremely loud stomping and the seemingly sound of furniture being dragged across the floor above us. I called the front desk and reported this noise.

This was the first day and night we stayed and the noise continued 2:30am- 3:30/4am that morning and the next few nights. I continued to stop at the front desk to report the noise( this was the 2nd time I reported) - which we were told someone would come up to our room, but no one came up.

We missed dinner because we waited for security to come. The next night I was told the night manager was busy and when she was available the front desk would call me. I said No, I will wait here in the lobby until she is available.

I stay almost exclusively at Wyndham hotels in okc OK and wichita ks. I travel back and forth between the cities. I book through 3rd parties most of the time to save money. Recently I stayed at the days inn on Florence st in wichita ks.

I have stayed there maybe 20 times in the past 3 months. On a single occasion, I was unable to get the 3rd party's app to work, and that caused me to have a late checkout. It was not my intention to cause the room to go uncleaned and unable to be rented.

I left by 1pm, a fulln2 hrs before check in time. The manager had told housekeeping to not clean my room because I was planning on staying. No one bothered to check to see if I booked another day or if I was still in the room until the next day.

My Family had several rooms reserved at a near by hotel -due to a oversight i sent my oldest daughter over to your Baymont in sharing the same parking lot- There were so many issues in the first room, she could not breath in the room due to all the black mold on the walls and the ceiling was sinking in- RM#222 was so bad they Changed to RM#216 which was the best apparently .

RM #216 had bullet holes in the floor and ceiling and leaked all over the place. My daughter whom was staying in the room From Monday till they left to sleep in the car was on Wed they left and could not stay there anymore. My daughter could not breath at all by the weekend and this is due to the black mold inside the walls.

She and her Husband were charged for full price of Monday thru Thru and this needs to be…
