com help center suggested. com, this video is in direct violation. I receive what appears to be a couple automated messages timed down to the minute, and I don't feel a person is actually reviewing my case as they claim.

The automated messages seem to just go through the motions so that it appears YouTube is looking into the matter, and after a few days a final automated message will claim the video does not violate any rules. So basically any person can post a video of anyone else without consent and get away with it according to YouTube's actions.

Are you aware that the adds you place by interrupting a video often are 20 or more decibels louder than the video? This causes people to jump up to turn the volume down to avoid speaker and/or ear damage? Is that what you want? It's annoying enough to have the material interrupted but to have so loud is either extremely insensitive or intentionally obnoxious... or both. I am a music producer so I am not exaggerating here. Age verification. I was asked to provide a photo ID to prove I'm over 18 (despite my youtube channel being active for over 12 years). I sent a photo of my passport with the date of birth visible but passport number crossed out and this was not deemed sufficient.

It seems obvious to me that these requests for ID's and/or credit card info is a poor attempt at data mining and I do not trust Youtube or Google with my private information.

You tube used to be great with information, news, entertainment, animal stories and music. We thoroughly enjoyed it daily and looked forward to watching new items all the time. Best of all it was free so tried not to mind the ads too much.

Lately it has gone totally downhill with constant updates and extremely offensive ads with each update taking options away from viewers. Now update is mandatory shortly after my last update with more restrictions and you want to be paid for it all the while being less customer friendly.

Obviously not a concern of yours and while You Tube is missed no way are we paying to get less for more as it stands now. Hopefully you will reconsider and go back to the way it was to again have satisfied customers.

On many of my videos a company called Beta Film GmbH is claiming that it holds the copyright on the films. Beta Film GmbH is a distributor of TV license rights with its headquarters in Munich, Germany. It does hold TV distribution and licensing rights in several countries in Europe. But it does not hold any rights in North America. And it certainly does not hold the copyright on classic American films.
