I understand you want people to engage on you tube but when it comes to news I prefer just that the news not some person giving a play by play of the event and trying to be a reporter.

I know it would be impossible to sift through the millions of " pretend wanna be reporters" but could you make a button they must click on when making their video before posting it on line that would tell the viewer who is about to click on that video if its actually the real news or someone giving you a play by play of the news.

Maybe a red button next to the video so the public then has a choice to either click on that particular video if they enjoy a play by play of the news. And those of us who ONLY wish to hear the news from the original source may do so.

I was listening to music and in the space of 6 and a half minutes I encountered 4 ads, I was very annoyed at the fact that I could not skip them as they we all at least 15 seconds long each and I was also angry at the fact that YouTube would let a creator on there site use so many ads in such a short period of time. I am complaining about the demonetization of emerging and small artists. The current policy favours established artists who already receive adequate money for their content and discriminates against emerging artists who are struggling to survive. Many established artists are where they are now because of support that they previously received from Youtube.

Youtube should not be in the business of discriminating. We all benefit from the rich diversity that is on Youtube. I want to see that continue and am asking that Youtube re-visit its current policy of remuneration and return to the old policy.

I used to spend a great deal of time on utube and thought is was the best idea and one of the most import in recent times.
