The new manager Samantha (or Sam for short) is extremely rude to her existing employees and isn’t giving them any or very few work hours. She is also known to have a list of current employees that she plans to fire.

Lost out on 60 plus dollars because employees didn't want to remake the food that I ordered for my family. They laughed in our face and shut the window and we had to leave with cold food that couldn't be eaten.

This probably needs to be handled asap. Anything or than the same amount of money we lost in value to make up the money we lost or this will have to be taken a step further.

Well first of all I ordered on line. I have a stomach issue so I ordered naked chicken tenders because I cannot eat spicy! They came fully loaded dripping in sauce so I had to give them to my husband.

I order fries plain and ordered cole slaw but didn’t receive them but did get 2 pieces of bread? I was very disappointed! The funnel cake was dark and dripping in oil. It tasted bad because the oil must have been old and over fried!

As much as we pay for these meals you’d expect for them to be somewhat correct.? This was all stated on my receipt.

My husband and I went into zaxbys in Union SC on Wednesday 6/28. We walk right up to the counter. No one was in there. We stood for 15 or more minutes and no one addressed us are even said we'll be right there.

They was all standing around talking. After standing there for 15 or so minutes we just walked out. No one addressed us and ask why we was leaving. Just letting you know that is no way to do a business.

The Zaxby's in my hometown of Live Oak, Fl has got to be the worst Zaxby's I've ever eaten at. It's not an issue of cleanliness. I typically go through the drive thru, but when I have went inside the store it was always clean.

What gets under my skin to no end is the fact that their "standard procedure" is to undercook fries(I can only assume this is to keep wait times down so that it looks good for corporate on time from order to time served. EVERY single time I go there the fries are floppy, not crisp, and still have hard potato in the middle of them.

And the thing that annoys me the most that will probably make this the last time that I eat there for a LONG time is that I specifically ask them for fresh fries cooked crispy every time I go there and the last 5 times straight they…

The John Hopkins store in Hoover Alabama is filthy. The Lobby smelled of trash. The bathroom had a pungent urine smell. My stomach became upset from walking into the lobby. I went to the restroom because I felt sick. The bathroom was so nasty!

Then I realized the food was making me sick to my stomach. I felt bad for an hour after eating. No I have no health issues. This place was just smelly and nasty.

Girl at window was very rude and aurgued with me when she missed part of order. Asked if I still wanted, said yes, told to get back in line and order if I wanted to. Ordered extra sauces and paid for them that were not in order.

Last 2 visits to your establishment were horrible. Think I will go across street to the new chick fil a from now on. Cedar town store order 339744976.

I noticed two Managers just standing not doing anything. I asked for help for one of the managers name was Fanny she told me to hold hold she was on the phone with her husband. That was so unprofessional!!!! So I ask the other manager name Alexas for her help she told a employee to handle it and went to sit in her car.

This is the worst Zaxby's ever built. I never got help so ask for my money back and had to wait on that to because of the lazy managers. When I finally got my refund it is waiting over 20 minutes.

The dark skin manager got back on her phone and walked off. Whoever the Gerenal Manager is they need to get rid of them. I feel sorry for that General manager

Tried to call order in only to be told that cashier would take order and then heard "what they want" after telling them order was told have to come in and order to get sauce added to order. Then they hung up!! Rude and very unprofessional!

Ended up driving 11 miles out of way to get order. Very disappointed with service!

I am a patron of the Zaxbys in Brunswick Ga. I have had the rudest cashiers on more than one occasion! The girl today was mumbling and I couldn't understand her. " I told her I couldn't understand her and like a miracle she spoke extremely well and loud enough.

When I got to the window as I was thanking her she literally turned her back on me and put her hand on her hip and started yapping with another employee. I don't think I will go there again as it doesn't compare to ANY OTHER Zaxbys I've been to.

And I've been to quite a few. ) instead of acting like they are doing the paying customer a favor! Chic fil a can't open soon enough. Once again this store is horrible!

I tried to upload my receipt number for rewards and it said 72 hours had expired. My receipt is dated 6/3/23 at 5:44 pm and 6/3/23 at 8:27 pm. I my calculation is correct, 72 hours would be 6/6/23. It's the morning of 6/3 not the afternoon so I am not sure how my 72 hours is up.

I ordered 4 wings and things meals plus a kids finger meal and I asked for everything to be fresh. Fries were cold, and I was missing toast on 2 orders. I love zaxbys but this made me very upset for the money I spent here.

Last 3 times I went I all for blue cheese is on receipt but I either ger ranch or no sauce at all. I visit drive thru and live 22 miles away really frustrating when I get home to no sauce.

My grandsons kids meal missing cookie last 2 times. Getting really fed up wirh this place.

I was at the Zaxbys on Saturday and by far its my favorite place what i noticed was a lady with short red hair and square frame glasses( she wasnt wearing a name tag or a hat ) started barking orders at everyone up front especially a tall slim guy that i never seen a person dedicated to cleaning come to tears because she was on his back every 20 seconds. 320 Azela Square was the location.

It started bothering me how rude she was. I heard a short guy with a mask on with waves in his hair kept saying team work ! I agree but she was stressing that man out he walked in the bathroom came back out in tears that's wrong other then that i enjoy this place and the employees extremely friendly

I waited 20 minutes in line and I was one car away from the drive through speaker when I arrive l. When I received my food the lady asked me to check my bag to see if everything was is there.

I did but couldn’t she just do that. Then they gave me a small drink when I said wanted a medium. They also didn’t read back my order. But when I got home which takes 5 minutes. It was soo cold it wasn’t even funny.

That’s why I knew I had to say something.

We visited the Zaxby's location at 6375 Zebulon Rd, Macon, Ga. The floors were extremely dirty and gritty, with visible sand on the rugs. It was very warm in the building and visible gnats were flying around. As we stood in line, we were never acknowledged.

There were two workers who could not figure out how to complete an order for the customer ahead of us. One of the workers made a mistake and outwardly said "oh shit" and they both giggled . A third worker, I assume the manager, tried to assist them but still could not complete the transaction.

Also there was a small child that appeared to be about four years old, BEHIND the counter running around, playing with the soda cups in the dispenser! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My family and I left as did the customer behind us. We visited another…

I ordered on the app and got to the store 10 minutes later. 10 minutes later in the store I have yet to be spoken to. Multiple people in the kitchen doing nothing, arms rested on the counter where the god goes.

I asked a lady for help and she rolled her eyes to me. Didn’t say anything to me. Then someone in the kitchen spoke to her and she said “oh she said something about an order”. She then proceeded to make one of the other workers a drink.

The people behind me left before being helped. I would’ve if I hadn’t already paid. There are plenty other places I can go for lunch.

I recently visited Zaxby’s for a lunch trip and let me just tell you my experience wasn’t the best, after it took almost 2 min to even take my order , despite only 1 car in front of me, I was greeted very rudely by a cashier . After my order was taken I drove to the pickup window only to wait again while 3 members of the staff were sitting outside smoking.

Please continue the Zensation salad full time. I just went thru the drive thru and they told me it was available only for a certain time. Why not keep this on the menu full time.

Also, in North Carolina the favorite dressing is Thousand Islands. You discontinued that. Sad.

Went to store 4380 Columbia SC ordered a grilled Cobb. There was more lettuce than any other ingredients. No eggs or cucumbers. The lettuce for the most part was not sliced and very little grilled chicken. Was not a good experience

00 in food tonight and had it delivered. When we got the food all the bread and buns were burned, the fries was cold, there was no sauce, one chicken tender meal had coleslaw all over the box and covered the chicken to where you couldn't even see the chicken.

This was from the Clinton hwy Knoxville Tn location. The food was so bad the kids wouldn't even eat it and I paid alot of money

On Saturday 9569 Regency : Square Blvd a young black lady was so rude that I wanted to go to another store. I went through the drive-through and told her everything I wanted. She had to order wrong and was mad and told another coworker.

Last week I stopped to get a Caeser Salad at Zaxby's at Rt 60 and Chippenham Parkway requested Ranch Dressing. Only to arrive home no dressing. Today same restaurant order Big Zax # 1 was asked what drink, ice tea unsweet I requested.

Upon arriving home I realized they never gave me my tea. Amen I gone to check my orders to see if they comply?

Ordered a zensation salad and a signature chicken sandwich. The bun on the sandwich was hard as a rock. I threw it out because it was so stale. The zensation salad was very wilted and didn’t have a single piece of chicken in it.

At that point I didn’t trust anything from this restaurant so I threw out the salad as well. In addition, the fountain drink tasted really “off’. It was orange soda. That went down the sink. Totally wasted my money, will never go back to that place.

So, I understand very well that people/places run out of things from time to time. But your franchise is LaGrange, GA on Lafayette parkway needs some very serious help with ordering products for that store. On 3/12 I did an online order and got fried pickles, they were not even going to tell my husband that they were out of the pickles, until he went back in there and told them he was missing them.

Then they said they would give him a credit because they had nothing else to substitute it for, which was fine except I never got my credit. Fast forward to today 3/22. Benefit of the doubt lets order online again.

Other failed attempt to not give me my drinks I ordered with my meals. Now I paid extra to get the large cups, go get my stuff I have to ask for the cups to which the lady behind…

To whom it may concern, We are visiting from Pennsylvania. After a long day at the park the kids were excited to eat Zaxby’s for the first time. 4067 Millenia Blvd, Orlando, FL 32839 However, the excitement turned around to the worst drive thru experience my family has ever had.

We purchased a Asian Zensation Salad from the Zaby’s located at 6222 Carolina Commons in Indian Land, SC #9707 on 3/3/2023, Order# AAAFCLDNAGB6. DT#63 Employee: Barbara C. The first thing we noticed the soggyness of the lettuce, it appeared that the salad dressing had already been applied even though you get packaged dressing with it.

The chicken was minimal at best and small in portion. The egg roll was completely soft. We decided not to eat it, and tossed it away. So much for Zaxbys in the future, sorry we really like their chicken dinners and had frequently gone there often.

At 4:00 pm march 2,2023 I was at Zaxby's in hazelgreen Alabama. I went thru the drive thru and ordered boneless chicken wings with a sweet tea. When I got home and opened the box and was shocked at what I seen. The fry's were the scraps that stay on your holding plate,not one was over a inch long. The sweat tea was coke,

This now brings us to the chicken,MacDonalds chicken nuggets are bigger then these wings,they was hard,and if I want to really nit pick I would have gotten more barbecue sauce from a packet then what was there.

On the 20of February I made a purchase of 34.45 and didn’t get charge till the 22nd on my card this is after zaxby attempting to charge same card multiple times.for same amount was paid.here we are today and zaxby try to take more money for same amount on my card . I have called the fraud department on my card and have reported this and also went to local store which is in winter haven florida. Was told that restaurant been getting completely.

My family and I went to eat at Zaxbys, at 1871 hwy 138,conyers, We went inside and ordered. The inside of the restaurant was disgusting, the walls at the ice machine are covered in so much dust, the restaurant surfaces was caped in grease,. The employees were not wearing hair nets or gloves, the cashier person whom served us was rude, no eye contact, no smile, didn't ask if any condiments were needed, his appearance was tacky. This happened last Saturday 2/18/2023 at the Zaxbys 2481 Treasury Dr Cleveland TN 37323 I called 5 time's and complained hoping I would get some kind of response but no one contacted me. I ordered the Zensation salad, chicken strips w/fries and bread, the salad had black rotten lettuce and nothing like was advertised the chicken, fries and bread were old plus the restaurant was not clean, really shocked at this Zaxbys my first time to visit this location and my last. Don't reccomend this location they offered me a free meal but didn't accept bad experience.

Columbia mo Zaxby’s Ok so i normally wouldn’t do this because I’m a store Manager of a convenient store for 10 years and I understand the things that happen but this ridiculous! I paid $40 for my family’s dinner I ordered online at 7:40p on Tuesday Feb , 21 2023 order was supposed to be ready for pick up inside at 8:53p I do believe!

I get there go to the door and it says sorry we are closed inside due to short staff. Ok no problem even tho it told me to go inside get in my car go to drive-thru 6 cars ahead of me I wait 34 mins to get to the speaker and it says …I’m sorry we are now closed something come back again.

Service was good. Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 Zensation salads, when got home opened containers the portion of both looked like kids or mini size meals. Not able to return to store so we ate them, but not enough to fill a adult up. We have eaten this several times in the past weeks & the container was loaded. Check #5695. I hate to complain but I enjoy our zaxbys too much to not report an issue. Every time I visit the forest city zaxbys and order a Diet Coke, the machine is always out of syrup or staff aren’t replacing.

I have been 3 times in the past month and a half and the drink has been awful each time and has been prior to these 3 times. I have always had an issue with fountain drinks at this location but normally were not consecutive times.

The only consistent drink I feel comfortable getting is sweet tea. I enjoy zaxbys food and so does my family , we just really wish the soda machine was fixed or staff would change the syrup to make them taste the way they should.
