Manager(Ms Tammie) refused to honor my free drink on today; which are free on Monday.

I wanted to let someone know that on 2/12/23 at the above Zaxby’s location, a very polite, young man LeQuan appeared to be working alone. He did a great job of taking drive thru orders, payment and preparing drink orders, as well as taking food out to cars. Even though he was slammed with cars in the drive thru and people waiting on orders, LeQuan was the most polite young man. He deserves recognition for doing a great job with zero help yesterday.

I hope that this location will recognize LeQuan for the stand up job he is performing and that management will be able to get more staff at this location. If not, unfortunately, this location may have to close until there is enough staff to remain open.

I ordered at the charlestow road one and my tenders wrre nasty and soggy and the sandwich was to I was excited to go there now very disappointed

Drive thru in Jasper AL on Carl Cannon Blvd. Either the intercom is broken or your staff member can't hear well. She kept repeating things we did not say. We just drove on over to Burger King next door to their drive thru.

The Jasper store had maybe 3 cars in parking lot and no customers in drive thru.

I ate at Zaxby’s today and was looking at my bank account why was I charged 3 times.I only ate once I will check in the morning and will be going to the store I am not paying 3 times for a order

My online pickup order was incomplete. The order attached was missing all of the sauces and dressing. I ordered the teriyaki glazed chicken and Citrus Vinagrette. I was so excited to try the Zensational Asian Zalad. I'm very disappointed. Please refund my credit card for the salad on my order. Thank you.

The store located in Richburg, South Carolina has a problem with customer service. On January 25, 2023, I was in line for the drive-thru. I sat at the order speaker for more than 15 minutes, after being in line for 20 mins.

No one every spoke to me. I called out "hello" two times and got no response at all. I then moved out of the line and parked my car and went inside. Numerous cars had already pulled out of line and left.

A manager took my order when I entered-my order was for Zax Snack meal and 5 pc wing meal. I asked her if the wing meal came with ranch dressing, she stated it did, I asked for an extra Zax sauce.

I signed up for your rewards program as it should getting a free Zach snack but I have yet to receive it. It's been well over the 30 min time for it to. I have complained multiple times and yet no response but when you want to flood me with marketing emails seems to be no issue with you doing that.

I have a 30 minute lunch. I entered Zaxby’s line there was no one in it he took my order I drove around to the window and sat there 30 minutes for my food I was late getting back from lunch. It’s always backed out into the road this one day it wasn’t and I was late back to work

I deliver for door dash. The restaurant in tullahoma Tennessee refused to make drinks for customers. Informed me they were not allowed to. Told me that as a door dash delivery person it was my job to fix customers drinks.

Every time I order it takes forever to get my order. The employees are very unfriendly and seem like it's their first time working anywhere. I sat in line for 10 minutes and have been sitting in the drive threw parking for 20 min and still waiting.

The Zaxby's on zebulon Road have real rude and disrespectful employees today I other a chicken finger plate with no cole slaw do double fries the toast and the chicken was Burnt I will not tolerate no disrespectfulness when I the customer paying for my food. I will not go back to that one at all.

The restaurant in Dillon, SC, is one the worst Zaxbys I’ve been too. The times I’ve went through take out, either the employees are pulling up their pants, handling money and constantly on personal phones while customers have to wait to receive food.

Now tonight 11/20/2022, the red head was either on phone or eating at window, while other employee was on her phones. Customers waiting a long time and n food.

I visited the Zaxby's at 5350 Campbellton Fairburn Rd Fairburn, GA 30082 at 10pm on 11/19/2022. To my surprise, management had placed a young, black female outside at night taking orders. This abuse of labor is highly concerning to me in this predominantly black community.

The safety of this individual is not being taken into account in efforts to earn money. This is of great concern because she was outside alone and did not have on any identifying colors to help her to stand out as an employee.

Zaxbys is a busy place.I know there a good restaurant.I just wanted to say there salads us to be better.But I I get on my salad now is mostly lettuce.It’s not worth the money.Uping the prices and taking away the food you pay for is unreal.

Just visited the Zackbeys in Scottsboro, Alabama.We normally very satisfied with our salads there.But the last few times we ate there the salads were almost Al lettuce.I see and understand why the prices for fast and other food has gone up.But this is rediculous.I would recommend leaving the salads the same and not so much lettuce if your using the price.

The Zaxbys on Cummings Hwy in Lookout Valley needs to shut down the inside dining room if they do not have enough staff.

I was in the drive thru first one in line 2. The asked me to wait a few minutes which was a long time then they waited on the other person in line that was there after me. After I complained to the girl at the window she stated they were short staffed. Well do not open the dining area if there are not enough staff. Zaxbys in Ringgold Georgia is a joke. A bunch of kids in there slapping each other and having a good Ole time while customers in the building waiting 30 mins or longer for their food. I only got half my order and the kid that I was telling couldn't stop laughing and joking long enough for me to tell him what I was missing.

Was at the location in New Albany Indiana and was going to use the free big Zac snack meal I received for updating the app. Was told that the scanner was not working at any Zaxbys location as they were being updated.

Wanted to talk to the Mgr as I would probably not be back before the reward expired. The MGR didn't come out and the employee was heard saying she didn't know what the big deal was about not being able to use.

Zaxbys must pay a lot of money to their employees if they wouldn't want to use it. It seems if the stores were not ready for the app to be updated then it should not have been rolled out. This location and its employees were very rude and unprofessional.

I went to Zaxby’s on 16601 statesville rd huntersville NC 282078 on my way to work. I got to work enough time to eat before I started. Everything was fresh but my wings were cold in the inside . I called and spoke with a manager named Brandon who assumed I was not telling the truth cause that’s not a normal complaint they ever had.

My family and I dined at Zaxby’s this evening. As we got out of our car the parking lot looked like one big ash tray! There were cigarette butts and empty cigarette packs everywhere. The odor of stale cigarette smoke was nauseating! It truly was disgusting!

We would have left but I had promised my grandson dinner there, it is his favorite restaurant. Upon leaving we noticed some employees sitting in a car smoking right where people enter the restaurant. It explained a lot. That area it appears is there smoking area, they are not very tidy smokers!

I recently got a grilled chicken salad. The salad had wilted lettuce in it. It was already made so I didn't have to wait long. If anyone had been paying attention they would have seen it. I tried calling multiple times after 2pm and no one picked up. I know I tried at least 5 times. I purchased it 8-4-22 at 1:16. I have seen multiple people on social media complain about different thinks including cross contamination.
