Zaxby’s in concord, near concord mills. I order from this store many times and this is happening way too often now, that I must let it been known this time. I always order the Cobb salad, this time no fried onions, one wilted tomato, no cheese, hardly any chicken and lots of lettuce. I couldn’t believe it. 00.

I told them what was missing and they handed me a little sauce cup with cheese in it half full. You can’t make this up. If you want a pic, I took one for you. It’s just the principle, my motto is if you don’t like the way the food look when you prepare it, why would anyone else This is upsetting.

Did not get what I paid for. I asked for a family 20 Piece and two sets of pickles. I got 2 soggy fries limp toast and one flipping sauce square. 00 and expected more to be honest. Fries were so bad I threw away. com

Myself and my daughter patronize Zaxby’s and Jensen Beach Florida on Sunday, July 10 we were going into the restaurant to eat but was met at the door by one of the employees stating that the main lobby was closed and we could use the drive-through and he would give us a 10% discount which I wished I had not agreed to the food was cold and I ordered the wings and

things and the chicken nuggets looks like they brought them in half and serve them to me I have never experienced such an awful meal at any Zaxby’s I threw it away so I have no image

I am confirming a complaint I filed on June 19, 2022.

Visited store in Oxford, Alabama On 06- 24-22 at 10:36AM. Chk #1298. Purchased to go order of 20 fingers and 20 wings along with two baskets of bread. Purchase price was $54.70. For some reason, the food was not up to standard. Would you consider a refund on my credit card?

On June 19,2022, I purchased two meals from Zaxby's 9710 Applecross Road Jacksonville, Florida 32222. The traditional wings were very hard and over cooked with NO sauce on them. The boneless wings were very hard and over cooked also. I was very disappointed.

I frequent this restaurant every week with No hesitation. The service is wonderful, but the food were not freshly cooked. My Check #3308 and Jasmine were my server. I would appreciate this matter being looked into. Thank you for your time.

I ordered a chicken club combo that was just too dry. It was terrible! Sauce was needed.

I purchased a spicy chicken club combo and the sandwich was too dry. It needed extra sauce. It was not edible.

I ordered a signature club sandwich, I received my sandwich it was salty it was not hot and there was not hardly any sauce on it my fries were lukewarm I was told that everything was dropped while you wait that was a lie. m.
