I submitted this issue to Zynga Spades. My subsequent emails with Christian A blamed it on wifi, etc. I know this to NOT be the case, as a few years ago I would play Spades on Hughes Net satellitel wifi which is horrible.

Dreadful customer service. If it is something that requires a bit of knowledge or thought they don't bother to reply at all. So many glitches on the gameplay. You contact Zynga to ask for issues to be resolved, and if they bother to reply at all it fails to address the issue you have raised EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Zynga bidwhist is a cheating game, they have takened away some of my perks, I pay to play on Zynga Bidwhist. I have been playing for over 30 yrs, so when I play, I usually beat my component's, they get mad and a accuse me of cheating, and zynga remove my perks. Zynga is a game that cheats also and very racist towards some.

I have played poker on Zynga poker for 5 years. All the sudden, Zynga poker suspended my account for violation of selling or buying Chips. I wrote to Zynga customer support that I have never bought or sold Chips from anyone.

All I got was sorry if our system said there was a violation, we suspend the user account. I responded to Zynga that I never did what I was accused of but all I got was sorry. This is terrible that you are banned from a site based on something that you never did.

Playing FarmVille 3 since it started. For the last month game has been crashing and needing force start. I have no updates. I have reinstalled several times.

However I have also contacted the support within the game - the cog in right hand of screen, without success. I have forwarded videos and screenshots and answered questions. This still while game freezing and crashing. Any and all tasks are affected. Even ads and chat!

Previous actions need redone, often missing goals and losing out on progress. As a team leader I am letting the others down! But the support - investigation etc. not only has not sorted my problem but keeps dismissing me! I find this upsetting and demeaning.

I can't play Farmville country escape because I keep getting logged out and it freezes. forced stop still not working. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled only to start over again. I logged into my Facebook account but its not working. Its disabled.

This game involves Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory . This game is broke and only 1/2 works on my end . I have spent the last 3 years trying to resolve this issue . All you get get is the same do nothing attitude answers and they blow you off without doin anything .

This is concerning your online game Farmville 2. For the last month, there has been a very annoying glitch in the game that has completely ruined the game experience for me. The glitch is having a pop-up appear on the screen saying that I need to play the Farmville 2 Launcher + in full screen mode.

I have to press a button to return to the game. The good news is that having to do this doesn't reset the game in any way. The bad news is that this pop-up appears every 10-15 SECONDS.
