They rake your chips on suspicion you did something when there is no fact to back it up. They introduced new software and it has failed and robbed people. This is theft by Zynga. I reported and their customer service did nothing.

I really not happy with this company the customer service and VIP management are terrible I have been having multiple issues with there games I email them and it take ages for them to contact you back its alway your fault and never there's they are bullies and discriminate people who have disability they make you feel stupid but they are happy to take your money

I have been playing WWF for 9 years and have put up with the changes over the years but this latest one is so very annoying.

Being only able to purchase powerups in a game is very frustrating especially in view of the 1500 coin limit. I have always purchased powerups through the store so I can choose how many powerups and which ones I want to buy and when in light of upcoming rewards. Can't do that now so I'm letting them sit there without claiming them. We could always purchase in game so I don't understand the reasoning behind this change.

I have been a player of Spades Plus for many years and the incentives are gone. 1. No daily coins - when someone does post a coin incentive, we are not able to collect them. 2. We used to get extra coin collections right before holidays that we just need to touch on the screen. 3. We never get any cash incentive. 4. Your amounts on the daily spins have never changed. However, my chat privileges were and still are restricted. According to the agent my account was automatically “accidentally” banned due to the new algorithm to detect players who potentially and truthfully violated the TOS. My chat restriction is due to the “suspicious activity”.

I’ve contacted support in regards to chat. I’ve tried several times to find answers as to what the type of “suspicious activity” it was.

Also this may include whether or not there was outside influence say account being hacked. No information whatsoever was given to me (explanation) for me…

Words with friends game is full of issues. Your tech people are not updating game. Most of the opponents agree!! 1. Too many advertisements 2. Game continues to have the same message that there is an error.. therefore can’t play with opponent…does not allow to continue with same player…have to resign and start a new game with the same issues. 3. Too many scammers…on going harassment ….regularly block fake players 4. Opponents have lost all their games because App crashes. 5. I have been playing CSR2 and 1st I got a ban for 24hrs and nobody would tell me why I got banned about a month later I received another ban of 24 hrs same response from the support team the this weekend I received a 13 day ban for what, I don't know all Zenga do is send me files with terms , I've read them and guess what, I haven't broken any terms.

Now some advice for you when you ban someone, tell them what they have done so they can avoid doing it again which I won't hold my breath as the Internet is full of people with the same grievance as mine. I was playing spades in a 100,000 bid game, my team was down by over 100 points so I bid a blind nil hoping to get back into the game, because I took a book my account was ban for 12 hours. When I ask Support about this they told me that because I took a book my account was ban for 12 hours, what is the sense in even having a blind nil option on this game if they are going to ban you for taking a book?
