The spin wheel on zynga poker isn't working for me, it only works when I have the free spin once a day but when I want to use my tokens for another spin it gives me an error saying "there was an error with your request. I recently downloaded an update from you folks and ever since I can't play more than about 5 min without the game freezing. I will be in the middle of a hand and it just freezes, I will ave been putting in chips and I lose (1 hand was very large and I Han a winner after the river card I bet, and BAM, freezes and I lose.

Dear sir, i'm hereby to complaint that, with a great effort i played zynga holdem poker continuously for three days to win the chips as much as i can. my chips on Feb. 03 2013 was 63 M as i keep playing in 200K table with 17M in my hand suddenly at aroung 8-8:30pm all my chips was hack accept few chips in my hand.

Been playing this game on off realized funny thing about random flops. Q3 3Q 55 and counted 20 + hands of no possibliity of winning. Noticed that players with Higher chip counts win the most ratio of wins NOT BECAUSE there good but they buy the most chips.
If you dont buy chips you won't win. Seen a couple of hands where it was a full house and the player with the most chips will win by a High card face one compared with a full house no face card low chip player this game is a JOKE>

I had just started playing Zynga Poker about five months back and I had been buying chips consistently and must have bought chips worth approx over $ 1500. I was the most ethical player that I never borrowed and transferred chips to anyone during this time.
On the 1st of January, 2013 I had bought $50 worth chips and on 4th January, 2013 I bought two big vaults worth $200 again. On the 5th January, 2013 evening (Indian time) while playing suddenly my poker game stopped and I started getting a message that due to some reasons my account had been suspended. I had 342 million chips when this happened.
This is really serious that without any fault I have been cheated by ZYNGA TEAM. This is most hurting. Please take corrective action.

I am a new poker player of Zynga poker. I see all my friends play this poker game all the time so I decided to join also. Since they are all millionaires (In the game) I wanted to fit in the party too, so I bought a $25 facebook credit redeem card and used those credits all on Zynga poker chips.

However I have not activated my Zygna Serve Account. How did that happen? I contacted Serve they did not understand my concerns and forwarded me to American Express Fraud they checked my account informed me my account is not active.

On Zynga pokers sidewall lately there has been a link to Zynga serve rewards, supposedly through American Express. They ask you to link your credit and debit cards to it. As a promotion to get people to sign up for it they offered 25 mill to sign up and 5 mill to activate it.. further down the road there are other promises but this is as far as I got.
When I signed up for it and activated it I was hacked of the chips I already had in my account but my son showed me it could have only been an inside job. Zynga dismissed me rudely and on top of that so far no rewards for the sign up and activation promise. This is a huge scam to get in your wallet. Please be careful.
