When I log onto Words With Friends II on Facebook, everything looks normal, however, whenever I try to make a play on a game, my opponents disappear and play does not work. Have tried numerous times with same results.

They are so difficult to deal with! Long story short. Purchased coins for Words-three times; it shows on the screen that I have made these purchases, but Zynga has given me such a run-around that after 15 emails I am giving up.

Farmville 2 country escape (mobile) I have been playing Farmville for several years now and our co-op had never cloned before. While searching and checking out other co-ops to see what and how they were doing. I found that most were cloning so our co-op tried it too.
In three days we were shut down. I went back searching, found over a hundred co-ops requiring cloning to join in an hour.
Also found that this was a major complaint from farmville players. It was being reported to zynga and getting no results. Is the issue money? Is my co-op not buying enough keys and coins. To be granted that privilege. Why are some allowed to clone.
It seems to me and many others that Farmvilles co-ops are as infested with cloners as a dog with fleas. But only a few are shut down.
My co-op is being punished for cloning. When three fourths of your co-ops openly advertise cloning. It has been repeatedly reported but nothing has been done. Now my co-op started cloning also and are punished for it when your co-ops have closers like a dog with fleas.
So why is cloning ok for some co-ops but not others. Your playing field is definitely unfair.
I'm an avid Words with Friends player. I love the game and I mindlessly play it all day long with many of my Facebook friends. One of the most recent updates to the game now allows for random "gifs" to pop up after certain words are played. Yesterday one of my opponents played the word, "AGIN" and a terribly racist and highly offensive gif popped up on my screen afterwards. 99 for gems to open the wildlife centre on Farmville tropical escape. Since using 400 gems to do this my game is frozen and I cannot do any other quests or grow items or make items. I am not happy and will never spend money on a game again.

I had 2 billion + chips. I didn't talk rubbish with anyone, neither did I transferred chips with someone. I have done nothing wrong against the rules and regulations of zynga. Now my account is banned. I want Zynga support to unlock my account with full chips which I had.

The poker app has problems. All of a sudden zynga appears to have made a majorly non righteous change. Namely being that on the gifts to send you can't buy your friends and fellow poker players any imaginary alcohol whatsoever.

I won 3 elephants and 3 sheep maybe 4 sheep on feed panel. I took the animals out of gift box and placed them on my farm. A message popped, up oh no we have a problem, I clicked on ok only thing i could do.
It reloaded my farm, animals were missing. I looked in my gift box and in storage they were just gone. I have gotten many animals from farmville neighbors on feed panel before and this has never happened till now.

I have deleted all games on all my devices that are from zynga on words with friends your company does not allow derisive racial words which is as it should be however derisive words that apply to Caucasians are allowed for example "whitey " which the words for friends dictionary defines as "a derisive term used by blacks about certain whites".

Zynga black jack game is a rip-off. The odds of the player winning is way lower than other sites such as GSN. Out of 82 hands played, the house won 48 hands including 5 black jacks, the player won 25 hands with 2 of those being blackjacks. There were 9 pushes.

I had the winning hand several times and my hand was folded or disconnected each time. This has happened almost every time I play and I loose my chips. This is why I don not purchase more than 5 or 10 dollars worth of chips.
I have lost millions of chips due to these errors, either refund the chips or fix the problem.

I am on level 37 where there is a quest that ask to harvest the hen house 2 times. I have done all that I know how to do to complete this quest, I have even used super feed. No matter what the quest still say to harvest the hen house 2 times.

I click on Farmville 2 it comes up to opening page and goes no further. The music plays, the clouds move in background, but the bar at the bottom of the page is stuck at the half way point and goes no further.

Farmville 2. I have enjoyed playing Zynga games on Facebook and (thankfully) have not used much of my own money to play. Zynga took the coins but didn't make the land available. I know this may sound like a silly issue and I don't take any game seriously but, I have sent tweets almost every day to get this resolved with no response.
There is supposed to be a way on their support site but it doesn't work for me and when I go to their main site and click on this problem all that shows is a bunch of broken pipes. I believe any company that has "pay to play" games needs to be easier to contact or be held accountable for failure to have an adequate game player support system without having to jump through their ever changing support system.
