This is the bathroom and the showers in the 24 hour Fitness that is the largest space in San Francisco. Every Monday it is dirty because they have no maintenance staff over the weekend which makes no sense. This is the Juneteenth federal holiday today and the start of our pride week and the facilities are awful with toilet paper and PC spread all over the toilets and toilet paper towels hats shorts etc all over the Shower area

I signed up for a few sessions with a personal trainer. I specified that I was not able to do this monthly and after my sessions were over. I would be on my own. 24 hr fitness signed me up for monthly sessions and took money out of my account and I'm not happy about this.

That money was my bill money and I have been trying to get a refund. Lesson learned if I ever do anything additional outside of my monthly membership fees Im paying cash only. This was very unprofessional and I'm still waiting on my refund.

The people at the call center are never available to talk to you and the management team at the gym are clueless. They go in take your money and say oh Im sorry this happened. It should not have happened, especially since I paid my fees and stated I'm paying now so there's no need to…

I have photos all the members are upset with this Potrero and 16 th facility. I keep telling the desk women bathrooms and licker rooms are filthy unhealthy unhygienic I am told no woman is available to address this. There has been food and rancid debris in the sauna the SAME STUF fir 5 days.

On 06-10-2022 at about 3PM I was using one of the Rowing Machines. After on the machine for 30 minutes, I went to use the bathroom. In less than 10 minutes I went back to resume my workout. There was a white woman using my machine.

This woman told the people in the "front desk" that I was away for 30 minutes. By the way, there is another Rowing Machine which is not being used. Why did the people in the "front desk" tell her to use the other machine?

Is it because she is white that she can use any machine she wants to? Are the "front desk" people afraid of her? White privilege is that it?

I went swimming last night in the Olympic size pool . The pool water was not crystal clear. It was slightly turbid. I tried swimming but after 3 minutes, I felt itchiness in my skin and scalp area . I immediately exited the pool , washed and soaped off the pool water in my body in the shower.

However , when I went home I’m still itching including my eyes . The pool should had been corded because it was deemed unsafe for swimming. I saw some people still swimming after 12 midnight. Their situation is probably severe than me.

The water is very irritating to the skin, scalp and eyes. That kind of water can make you sick and land you in the Urgent care hospital!!!

I had to go to the bathroom when I entered the gym that I have been attending forever. I told the Andrena that I would come back to sign in. She repeated to sign in first. " She repeated herself again.

I went to the bathrooms without checking in. Then I returned to sign in and told her that I am old and needed to go Pee. She contined to argue with me. I told her to Stop. " I told her that I would come back as many times as I wanted to.

Member of your gym in Murphy Texas. Was running late for my class from work (an hour away). My code would not scan. Gen Manager refused to check me in as he said it would take longer. I asked the front staff after my encounter with your Gen Manager and he said it only takes 5 sec.

When I became a member of 24 hrs fitness again in January, they offered me a good rate, where I paid the first month and the last month plus the initiation fee. I asked several times if there was no hidden charge and more than 3 people assured me that there was no more charge except the monthly payment.

After three months I find an extra charge, and on Friday 03/25/22 around 6:30 PM I go to the 24 hour Navajo in San Diego so that they explain to me what this charge was due to. The front desk worker treated me aggressively and threateningly to tell me that it was the annual fee, because of this bad service I made a complaint to the Manager (Elie Kordahy), The only solution he gave to the problem was to give me a free month hiding the incidence.

The truth is that I am very disappointed…

The bathroom sinks are always poorly running they hardly have any water run thru the faucets. the counters are always soaked with water no one comes by to wash the floors or even clean the stalls of the bathroom. a dryer is always broken it is at waist level the others are well above head level so how can one dry hands by raising them to well over your head hmm. The equipment on the floor of the gym is always in need of repair. stationary bikes are not in proper working order.

other equipment has not ever i have seen worked on meaning the cables are dry and will not work well if not lubricated properly.

I love going to spinning class and the instructor sue had the audacity to tell another member that I had 10 min before someone takes my bike that was held down for me. I always come on time to spinning class and today was late due to work..

this instructor had embarrassed me in front of the class and make me feel low. I mean I even cry because she didn’t even had the professionalism to pull to side to let me know if she had a problem with me.

So this instructor held a bike down for another member for 30-45 min and no one said anything. But when I come 10 mins late she tells another member that they sit Where I usually sit. I went to manger and no one said nothing and didn’t address the situation.

It gets worst as the years go by specially in these unprecedented times. You only SUCK blood MONEY. Look at the safety in this pandemic …1. Your janitors uses one towel on same side of the towel to clean the whole Sink Area.

They only sweep the floors and throw trashes . No cleaning on weekends . Your sink and shower rooms needs repair for months . The broiler is defective and barely warm. Equipments not sanitized . I do believe Dept .

Hygiene - men's shower are hardly cleanup, remains from previous users (ie empty bottle, cap, scrub, razor...) which sit at the corner of the stalls just 'stay' as fixture for days! Equipment - The facility in San Mateo Bovet Road, there are 7 shower stalls, 3 with broken faucet dail, 4 without soup in the dispenser, a couple with missing dispenser!!! Cleanliness - Remains left in the lockers could stay in the same spot for days!

Members are not expecting for a shinny floor or sparkling shower door! Yet, the basic hygiene and cleanliness must be complied particular during this sensitive period... Don't you think?

Long Beach trade center plays their music too loud. I spoke with a Mr Garcia in charge yesterday. He stated he receives the play list from the top. Terrible music and loud. His suggestion was to play my own music and he would turn down the volume.

Most of the people play their own music, so I really question who the music is for. The employees? Not long after he turned it down, another female worker turned the volume back up.. No reason to receive a headache when working for your health.

Why not some new playlist not just geared for the young?

Often the club is closed at business hours, without notice. Not even a sign left on the front door informing about it. the lack of professionalism of this club is significant. I just use this facility to swim. The hot tub hasn’t been working for over 8 weeks now, as well the swimsuit dryer. Somebody should take action.

Moreno Valley 24hr. Been a member since '91. On 03/04 2022 6:10 PM, Both toilets in mens locker room in use, 6:15 used one, no toilet paper, 2 giant rolls empty. Went to desk one person on his cell, told him and he chuckled, ok his reply.

Left gym 7:00 PM, ,other person had returned, no paper. I'm was extremely civil, but I am really FUCKin pissed . Will go by gym tomorrow and talk to manager.

This is my final attempt of vontacting/settling with Orangewood 24 Hr Fitness before I proceed to legally file a lawsuit that will be presented and open to the public for joining as many people acquired burns and

hello, i have attempted to use your downtown beautifully located gym facility several times. this gym is in a prime location however the cleanliness of the gym is horrific! the gym often is out of toilet paper, toilet seat protectors, and there are often scattered garbage debris in the locker room.

this is such a shame for such a prime gym and what could be a landmark location!

please for the reputation of 24 and the image you are portraying can you hire cleaning staff to maintain this gym?

To Whom it May Concern, This message is meant to address an issue that was presented at my 8876 Navajo Rd, San Diego, CA 92119 club visit at 7:45p-9p on 02/12/22. The issue was with a staff member. At 9pm I was packing my gym bag in the female locker room and a male staff representative walked in and yelled at me for wearing headphones and not responding to his warning that he was going to enter.

He was furious and reprimanded me for not responding and argued with me about my headphones. I left the club feeling stressed and confused. I go to the gym to relieve stress and it is my safe space to go to when I am not feeling good.

I use it to battle anxiety and am now afraid to see the staff member again. I have been trying out other gyms in the meantime to avoid this problem. I am now…

Mission Valley club, in San Diego. I’ve been a member with 24 fitness for more than 10 years and recently moved from Denver to San Diego, and used 24fitness everywhere in the US, never had any issues with any staffing.

Fitness manager Cody was very rude and without any communication kicked all the equipment I was using to the side in an aggressive way, leaving me with no choice but to relocate all of it. His client gave me an embarrassing look.

Just an awkward completely unnecessary situation, that made me feel very unwelcome and out of place in my own gym. To my understanding communicating sets and relocation of equipment is a common practice at any gym. Decided to reach out to the club manager Scott, so he would have a conversation with his fitness manager on how to treat people…

Due to the pandemic I had to freeze my membership because the manager/coworkers would not enforce the mask policy. Multiple people walk in without one and 50% workout without wearing one. I addressed my concerns to the manager but nothing has changed.

I thought 24 Hour Fitness meant that the gym is open 24 hours a day but this is not the case!

I am not able to get into my location early enough to complete my workouts.

And a real frustration is in the three months I have been a member the gym has not even opened three times and opened late in two other occasions!

I like the facility but not at all happy with not haveing access when needed and at this time I don’t plan on renewing my membership‼️

Yesterday I went to the location on Van Ness in San Francisco. They would not let me in because I did not have my vaccination card with me. When I told them I never got notice I needed one, they said I should "watch the news." Very rude.

Today I went prepared with my vaccination card. But they did not ask for it and let me right in. How do you account for the selective enforcement of this policy? You can not pick and choose who has to show their card and when.

Store #00615 date was 11/16/21.

I was in the middle of my workout just warming up. I went a little heavy on shoulder machine and was banging the weights. One of the plates fell off because of no pin and the vibration. It almost hit a lady next to me. Instead of letting me know the plate was slipping as i was in my 8th rep, one of the workers comes yelling at me saying we dont do that here! Brought a friend with a three day pass to have her join the gym. Front desk staff, Bella, did not allow her to use the three day pass without forcing her to sign up for the membership. My friend ended up leaving after being told several times that the three day pass is only for those who are going to sign up right there and then.

I have a membership but I’m thinking of canceling due to her horrible customer service.

I bought a year membership back in March 2021. On September 13, 2021 24hr made it a rule members have to show proof of covid vaccination. I called 24hr to cancel my membership and I was told I would get refunded for the remaining months in year membership.

The refund was supposed to show up in my bank account in 3-5 business days. By the 5th day I had not received the refund. I called 24hr to see what was going on and the promised a manager would call me back that day.

I never received a call back and this went on for the next 2 days.

Representative Shaun Townsend was trustworthy and kept his word concerning payment when I needed to use the policy of freezing a month. Then as I am a care giver. I needed to terminate my contract. Mr. Townsend is temporarily out of the office and the accounts are being handled by a person named Meka.

I was at the West Hollywood location yesterday. I was approached by Michael who wouldn’t give me his last name. , the management at this particular location is atrocious. The jacuzzi didn’t work. I live in the area and it’s a convenience to go to different locations ..

No air conditioning, poor circulation 100 plus temperatures. Staff unmasked as are most customers despite Multnomah County STRONG recommendation to mask indoors. This is you thinking of our safety?? The Steam room is very nasty and has mold and mildew growing in it due to not being cleaned. I complained to front desk cleaning crew didn't do their job I'm very disappointed.

Also the floors in the sauna is dirty and had mold as well and black water coming from the drain including the women's showers. This is a health hazard for me and other members and needs to be either fixed or maybe reported to the health department.

I know the virus has caused problems but it just means areas should be cleaner and get more attention .

I just came back to the gym since the pandemic. The ab machines are scattered all over the floor. When I'm working my abs I go from ab machine to ab machine and it takes time to walk to the other side of the gym to use another machine and then walk again to another.

If someone is on the one I want I have to walk and find another. Im already cooling down at this point. I asked the front desk and they told me they put all the brands together. I find that totally stupid.

Then the supermarkets should stock their shelves by brand so if I want Thomas bread it will be where all the Thomas products are and if I want to buy another brand of bread it could be on the other side of the supermarket where that brand is located. I could understand for circuit training but then again the supermarkets…

I love 24 Hour Fitness, however, since reopening, the North Torrance gym has become a nightmare of unnecessary protocols and rudeness to members. I will give some examples: 14 spots are marked on the GroupX room, however only 13 members are allowed in the classes, making it necessary to arrive early to take a class Rather than give us a number when we arrive, we have to wait to get a number 15 minutes before class We are not allowed to form a line to get a number at any time.

If even a few of us are in a line, either parallel to the desk or perpendicular, the workers threaten to eliminate us and hand the numbers to people just arriving. " I've been told to leave twice. This is supposedly on direct orders from the manager.

Covid 19 24 hr fitness closed in March 2020 until March 2020. I ve Costco membership 2 years started dated 5/19/19 for 429$. Now I came in today 4/8/21 they said they added 4 months to my membership till 9/9/21.

I went to the Pleasanton Gym to address the increase of my and my families membership fees and the person that helped me wouldn’t listen to my concerns and kept tell me I can always go back to being a sport member, but I can’t go to their gym.

24 Hour Fitness is ending its 24 hour service on December 2,2019, at most California clubs! I thought I signed up for 24 Hour clubs! Suddenly the club is closing early. Apparently a few will stay open, but that is not going to help most of us, who are not able to drive around the area after midnight.

I have called and written to the company several times with no response. I don't see how they can continue to use the name"24 Hour Fitness" when most of the clubs are not open 24 hours. In the meantime,the locker room is littered with trash and dirt,the soap dispensers are empty, and there was no hot water last night.
