I canceled my training sessions since April and till now I didn’t get the refund. Every time I ask about the refund. They say wait 4 to 5 business days. I waited for more than 4 months.

I have been a member for the last 2 years and my wife has been there since the pleasenton gym opened. Lately going to the gym has been very frustrating, today I went to the gym and steam room was out of order for the third time in a couple of months.
Machine remain out of order, there is hair all over the locker room and steam room when its working. When I started there it seemed to be okay, but lately its been going downhill.. I was there today as I said before and the steam room was not working, I just called to see if it would be working tomorrow, and the manager didn't even know it was out of order..

On Saturday, at the 24-hour fitness located in North Hollywood around the 91601 area, the GM, Robert, refused to handle a situation I brought to his attention. A member was laying down next to me on the mats in the stretching/abs area by the steps.
He had removed his shoes and socks. I've personally seen this member do this a few times and never approached or informed of the very obvious gym rules stating this is not allowed, for health reasons. His feet were also oddly colored and spotty.

My family and I have been loyal members of 24 hour fitness for several years. The customer service, services offered and assistance over the phone has changed a great deal and it is not for the best. My husband and I are in the cusp of cancelling our membership due to all the changes, increases without being informed and overall unsatisfactory customer service.

He is condescending, demeaning, treats senior citizens like idiots, & has threatened a senior citizen loudly (to ensure embarrassment of that individual). Sr citizen was reporting a temperature of 74 (& rising) in the SilverSneakers room (again-is constantly very hot in this room).

My club for the past 13 years. Club 375 cancelled the weekly Yoga Stretch Class held on Friday at 11:30 am. 24 Hour provides very limited Group X classes good for more senior members or those of us with health conditions or injuries that are gentle and restorative.
This class was one of those and taught by an awesome teacher Lauren Sparks. I really plead with Corporate to reinstate this class and be more attentive to your senior members needs.

I totally understand that the gym is always being used 24 hours a day, but there should be no reason why the basketball court is missing a basketball net. 24 hour fitness isn’t a cheap gym the net should have been placed a long time ago.

I love to swim. I was excited to find your location and I did like the pool. The problem is in the water. Every time I swim in your West Seattle pool my face breaks out in welts. My husband asks me each time if I've called 911 cause it looks awful.

I don’t think it’s fair that the towels are gone!
Secondly, the monitors for the bikes in the rpm class don’t work. For us loyal members it’s not fair to be treated like it’s a common gym for the high cost we are paying. The minimum that can be done is either lower the price, or bring back the towels and make the monitors work.
No customer services, front desk people doesn’t know what they are doing. I have come a third time to sign up with prepaid from Costco and still doesn’t know how to do it and keep blaming on the manager is not here or the system is not working right.

I train at the Agassi sport in Laguna Niguel. I’ve sat on phone for 35 minutes a week ago and filed a complaint on broken and nonoperable equipment in this gym that has been broken for months. I was told I would hear back from manager in no more than 3 days.
Well it’s been a week now and I’ve never heard back. And equipment is still broken. ( something is wrong with the pulley) I’ve told staff many times and they just blow you off. This gym is also Ran very poorly.
The bathrooms are discusting and filthy. But the equipment should get fixed in a quicker manner. If we don’t pay our dues we are quickly notified but if equipment is broken it just sits there forever. Not good. I’ve had numerous friends end there memberships here because of these issues.

Your Mission Hills location does not have enough weight lifting machines and members hog them. Today a member was on a machine for 30 minutes (and unfortunately this is not the first time it has occurred). People will do up to 20 sets.
Also persons will occupy two machines either by themselves or south another person. Getting a weight workout in is an issue on every visit. There should be rules on the # of sets and not being able to occupy more than one machine.
I have been a member for over 30 years and this location is easily the worst.

The gym staff never inform us gym members about absent instructors when we were waiting in the class and do not bother to seem sorry and responsible when we complain to them. I hope they can be more initiative, noticing whether instructors are late or not coming and letting us know instead of having us come to them.

First of all, I had my monthly payment being deducted from my debit card. Unfortuantely, I had fraud on my account and I had to get another debit card. It is better for me to have it deducted from my checking account to prevent any payments from being deducted.

I use the 24 Hour Fitness on Van Ness in San Francisco. My primary reason for using this facility, and in fact, the primary reason I joined 24 Hour Fitness in the first place, was because this particular location had a heavy bag.
None of the other facilities I contacted did. When I went to the gym yesterday I discovered that the heavy bay had been removed. I asked a staff member why, and he could not tell me. He even mentioned that he had a number of complaints from other members about its removal.
The bag was almost in constant use. except when the room was being used for other purposes such as yoga, etc. Such waiting times never caused a problem, and I often found myself even joining in with other members to switch off or work out together.

I was the master of my account and I ended up getting my wife signed up under me on my account as well. Last year we learned that we would temporarily be relocation to Phoenix, AZ. I received a call from a trainer after signing up with 24 hour fitness. I agreed to meet with him since I had had a recent surgery and wanted to start from the basics and work on strength and form.

I just received notice that the fitness center on Broadway in Redwood City, CA was discontinuing towel service effective December 21st. Is this a corporate decision or a local management decision.
The security at this facility needs attention. Lockers are broken into monthly. The lock on my locker was cut with a bolt cuttter and my cell phone and wallet were stolen. Same day several other lockers were broken into. Last week two locker doors were broken with a crow bar. People at this facility leave towels around and never put them in the bins. Customer won't return their weights to the rack. Personnel there don't even bother to tell them to put the weights back where they found them.

I have been a member of 24 hour fitness before it because 24 hour, it used to be Bally's. I joined back in 2008 along with my sister, we paid ALOT of money for that membership. It is now 2018 and every year that I have been there, management has been ABSOLUTE CRAP.
Now I am not complaining about the inside of the gym, though you could do much better since you get clients everyday and canceling your membership is truly difficult or you make it so. My complaint is that my fiancee went to your 24 hour fitness in Oceanside Ca, and had told the kids care lady about my daughter had some medicine in her bottle and didn't want other kid to drink out of my daughter's bottle. And had California CPS called on her for no reason.

I purchased a membership on May 1, 2018. I am very disappointed because the gym pool has been closed much of the time because of needed repairs. I am 80 years old and it is difficult for me to go to a different gym for the water aerobic classes that I need.

im senior and enjoying 24 hours la fiftess my complaint is i will like people they work in this place they chould help the senior how to use the equipment that wait them dont" got hurt i ask the receptionst but they said we have to paid for the training i think is no right for me we deserve free a list to chowing how to use some equipments depend in the capabilities in the person we cant afforded to paid 300 hundred dollars for the trained we live for social security i hoppe you understand the seniors situation thank you i will very apreciated if you read my complaint
