been waiting an hour and a half on the side of the road route 101 W. in Candia New Hampshire supposed to have an emergency response within a half hour I have not talk to AAA three times now still waiting for a tow truck this is ridiculous I was sitting on the side of the hill because the sun was so bright I was afraid I’d get rear ended freezing outside thanks AAA

On January 18, 2022, Three calls for road side towing service to AAA were made.

The first call at approximately 1400 resulted in an extended wait time for Cupertino towing to arrive. After a cursory inspection the driver rudely stating he couldn't tow the vehicle, yelled obscenities at my husband for no reason whatsoever and just left. (a lengthier story of his behavior in a complaint).

The second call was to have a replacement tow company come out with yet another extended wait time. That company called us at approximately 1730-1800 stating they couldn't come out until the morning, leaving us stranded AGAIN.

The third call to AAA was made and we were told we could call an independent contractor towing and pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed. I called that company and was told it…

Transmission goes out on truck. Decided to use AAA because we pay for it. Called this morning at 8:10. They say the tow truck will be here in one hour. they will try another and call us back. 2 hours later nothing.

I call back and they again say they will call when they get another tow truck. why didn't they call?? not before I ask if he knows where he's going and he says he does. I leave 15 minutes later to talk to the transmission folks where they are taking the truck.

I get there and no truck! call back and they say it will arrive in 35 minutes. I call the tow truck folks and they say they got another call and were picking up another vehicle behind mine!! almost 8 hours since I first called.

I left hoping my truck would show up. I'll find out tomorrow???!!!

My wife and I have gone to the AAA in Bradenton Fl to book a cruise. Meet with a travel specialist Caroline who new absolutely nothing she kept asking the agent next to her every question that we had asked her.

We also asked her check about another cruise. She stated she would check and call us that never happened. We called with several questions again she told us she had to check with Patti she would call us back which she did.

We are looking at booking shore excursion with AAA. This time we called Patti she asked why I did not call Caroline? I told her why she would only tell me she would call me back she had to ask Patti.

We have book several cruises with AAA unfortunately after talking with my wife this would be our last. Thank You George Ling

Created a service request via AAA app for a tow around 4:15pm ETA 5:41pm. Never showed up. I called and the agent made several calls to the driver to no avail they just closed out my ticket while I was waiting around.

Reopened ticket with new ETA of 10:44pm, yet again, no show. I called several times through the night. Early auto appt at 8am. Had to drive my unsafe vehicle there because AAA failed to meet me. Spoke with a rude, unhelpful, “supervise” 10am the following day.

He didn’t even offer an apology, just a slew of excuses. Piss poor customer service all around. Greatly disappointed and will not be renewing my membership.

I have left several complaints with AAA concerning roadside assistance that never showed up. If you use their new system, there is no way to get an update or speak to someone when you try. I was on hold for 2 hours.

I was in a remote location with temperatures near 0. I was told it would be one hour. They never showed. Tried to talk to someone the next day, once again, could not get through. Dangerous and life threatening. Go

I'm 67 years old, in bad health. My car broke down on a major, 6 Lane packed highway today in South Austin, Texas. I was stuck on an offramp, in a dangerous spot, with 70-75mph traffic literally 3 feet from my car.

I called at 2:00pm, told them I was in a dangerous spot. I was told that I was high priority and was told a service truck would be there in 30 minutes. At 35 minutes I called back to check status, and was told the truck was 10 minutes away, nothing happened for 25 minutes.

I called again and was told another truck would be sent out, because I was told, the first order was cancelled somehow. I asked the agent to please stay on the line with me. He DIDN'T! HE JUST HUNG UP!

I CALLED AGAIN almost immediately and asked for the supervisor, who apologized, telling me THE SECOND…

I had a flat tire that I called a service person out for. Person showed up on time and was very cordial as most AAA people have been that I've dealt with. When man went to take the lock nut off tire he stripped the lock and the nut so we couldn't take tire off.

To move the vehicle he plugged the hole on side of tire so I could take to dealer. Dealer had to drill nut out and then give me a new lock nut and had to change all the tires locks.

00 to get this all done. I have contacted AAA numerous times (10) with a CTS number they assigned for damage and nobody has ever reached back to me and its been almost two months. Its absurd you cant talk to someone to complain to.

Every call is they'll notify the service person that handles Florida and he'll get c back to you. Never has called back.…

My AAA Club Code is 438 215 208219760 8. I called today for Road Side Assistance. It has been 4 hours now and not only nobody has arrived to help, but every time I call I am ask to remain on the line for the next Agent.

After hours of waiting and getting no-one to answer and explain, and after not getting any idea if someone will come, I am very upset and I think someone should investigate this lack of professional responsibility because this is simply not acceptable. I shall complain to the BBB as well as to your CEO.

Finally, a nice woman answered and she investigated with Elite Auto for the delay. The explanation she gave me is that they are extremely busy. Yes, I can believe that but it does not justify in my opinion that there was no one available to answer the phones.

I've been a member for 25 years with AAA and never had a problem with them until now. They advertise that they even come to your house to fix your car. So I called them because I have a flat tire.

After being on the phone for more than 2 hours nobody picked up. When my wife called AAA they picked up and after telling them the problem they said they were not able to come to the house and change a tire and they put me on hold again.

This is ridiculous and apparently they're very incompetent. This is not the service I expected from AAA after being a loyal member for so many years.

I was told the tow truck would come in 1 hour. It took 2 and a half. The driver nearly crashed my car into the neighbors fence when she was putting in my driveway. When she disconnected the tires she popped out the front passenger bumper, then tried to leave before we noticed.

When we asked her what we should do about it she said said it was already there. Not her fault. It was not there before she put it on the truck. I am very dissatisfied

I need a towing for my car from kent City ( Washington State ) on 01 / 03 / 22 I called AAA ( I am a Membership ) they told me they do not have any towing truck available and told me I have to do whatever I can to have my car tow .

I asked to speak to a Supervisor , first they refused then later afater waited for a while a supervisor name Ann Id # 6876 ( Bellevue Washington Office ) said same thing then she gave me the number of administration Office 1 (800 ) 430 - 9003 I called and spoke to supervisor Erica ID # 3799 she said same thing .

I spend couple hours to called and waited for help when I really need but I did not get any help . the AAA WAS SO TERRIBLE .

Requested a tow at 10 am on a Sunday. Car located in a town less than 20 miles from the states capital. It's now 19 pm on Monday night still no tow with no promises of how many days it might take. Terrible wait times.

Called for roadside assistance - they gave me the name if the company that was coming to assist me. I waited an hour and called the company - they told me they never recieved the request but came to get me because I was on the side of the freeway had my young son and it was snowing and getting to be very late.

I called aaa back but I can not even go into how rediculously rude they were and put the misunderstanding on the towingcomoany. Just - no.

Called AAA around 10pm due to a flat tire and waited over an hour with no update so I attempted to drive on a flat spare and made it not very far down the interstate. We called AAA around 11pm and now we are still on the side of the road coming up on 3am. Scary and extremely disappointing.

I am emailing you about poor customer service and resolving my claim to my satisfaction. the claim number is 401377802. My card number is 4290493653580017. I have storm damage to my home. I filed a claim, got some estimates (3), and a person was sent out to inspect the damage.

I was told by this person that I did have storm damage to my ceilings, my siding, my gutters and my windows. But when the insurance person talks to me, they tell me there is only ceilings that need repair but no idea how the water got in.

They sent me a check for some 800 plus dollars after my deductible. I went to her manager with no luck and the to the regional manager. they sent out another so called expert and he also agreed with me about the damages.

ON Nov 4, 2021 I found that my 2010 Prius, which I had left in a hotel parking lot for a week (Ontario Airport Hotel) was dead. I couldnt open the doors. I used the inserted key in my fob to open the front passenger but no other. I called for service at about 9:15 or so, and I didn't know if I needed a batterycharge or a tow. Extremely poor judgement by customer service representative who chose $90 over my well being . I have been a long term customer who requested two days to make a $90 payment in return for immediate roadside service ( dead battery).

I was told I’ve and over again that they cannot give me a few days and that they could not render services . For the years of loyalty to this company meant nothing to that’s folks whose decision making is short sighted and in fact down right dangerous .

I WILL NEVER EVER JOIN AAA and suggest that this company be investigated.

Where as I only waited an hour. He shows up and jump starts the car. Tells me the battery is shot. They don't carry that battery. Says to take car to a service center and leaves. That left me helpless.

If I turn the car off then I'm stranded. Does other AAA centers have that battery? Can they tow the car because he showed up in a van. Where can I buy this battery? The whole idea of car assistance is to get you on your way.

We have been AAA members 24 years. M. Called AAA, told it would be 1 hour. No one ever showed. A good Samaritan stopped and helped. M. Again I called.

First they had me in another state. Got that cleared up. An hour later they called and told me they had someone on the way. I told them that I would need to ride with the driver. I'm 77 years old and couldn't walk the 30 miles.

I was told that was not possible due to, what else Covid! I said come and get my vehicle and I will call my wife to get me. Wife arrives and we wait another hour, approx 8 PM now. Everytime I call AAA, I'm put on hold. State trooper stops. He was very helpful.

AAA CUSTOMER ABUSE My son and I had a brake system warning on the way back from Charlotte to Greensboro. It was about 8pm and getting dark. I have been a Plus member of AAA for over 20 years and have rarely needed the service.

I called AAA and was told it would be a 60 – 90 minute wait. They also said due to Covid the tow company would only take one passenger. I told them I would not leave my child on the side of the road or have him go off with some stranger.

They told me that I should call Uber or a family member. We had no relatives in North Carolina. They would not help us. Through God’s good grace we slowly drove the car on the shoulder until we reached the nearest exit and stopped in a Home Depot parking lot off Wendover Avenue in Greensboro.

On 8/21/21 I called AAA for roadside help as I had a flat tire and needed it removed and the spare put on. A tow truck from a local (Waltham, MA) company came, and a man took off the damaged tire and replaced it with the spare in my trunk.

Later I went to Sullivan Tire to buy a new tire. When they tried to remove the spare, they said 2 of the lug nuts had been "over- torqued" by the tow-truckguy from the AAA-selected repair company, causing the lug nuts to break off the studs. 86.

When I called to complain to the repair company, they said AAA would reimburse this fee.

7/26/2021 I am a 18-year member of AAA. I had a flat tire with no available spare in 100-degree temperature. Called AAA several time in and received the following text: 5:30 pm - Technician is being dispatched to assist me.

Car broke down near New Haven, CT after dark. Car was partially blocking traffic on the highway. Called the AAA number on my membership card. After waiting for 20 minutes, the call was finally answered by a representative who told me that another call center had to handle the call.

They supposedly transferred the line to another call center where I waited another 20 minutes, and the next representative who answered informed me that their call center was not the correct center, either. She proceeded to transfer the call for the third time.

After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, AAA hung up on me. I gave up on AAA and was easily able to make arrangements with a competitor's service to get back home. And this happened in one of the most heavily populated areas of Connecticut.

I was traveling back from Nashville to lake of the ozarks, my 750I BMW needed a battery, been a member for 27 years of AAA called and requested a battery, 2 hours late a young tow driver showed up without a battery, proceeded to load my 100,000 dollar car by dragging it in park backwards and driving it 40 miles back towards Nashville and dumped it in a parking lot next to Orilleys where I had to purchase and install my own battery.

He tried 3 times to get my 16 year old granddaughter to ride with him in the truck while I was left to ride with a nice bystander. Fortunately she refused all of his catty advances. After 3 months of the claims agent that it took 3 weeks to get a call back from telling me that they were going to pay the 6,000 dollars damage to my car.

When I ran out of gasoline on I-94 in Chicago, AAA left me stranded for almost 3hr. To summarize this complaint AAA did not answer my emergency service phone call and wouldn't provide gasoline on the Interstate. Eventually, I got gasoline from an IDOT service tow truck.

After trying for over 1/2hr to reach AAA roadside service by phone I had to submit a service request online. After an hour, AAA sent a service car but the driver called from a nearby street and said he wasn't contracted to deliver gasoline on the interstate.

He said he would call AAA and they would send a tow truck. Later a tow truck driver called and said he couldn't bring me gas but he would tow my pickup truck off the expressway and then I could get gasoline.

First of all your automated service looks good but it’s atrocious. You say the towing company is going to arrive but you don’t give the name of the towing company or a way to get a hold of them. I waited over an hour finally called and was told the supervisor was supposed to call me back after the towing company failed to make the call in 25 minutes.

Your supervisor never called me back. I finally got a hold of the towing company and he was already towing a car to Cleburne it would be at least an hour and a half before he could get here. Mind you were already 45 minutes past the time you were supposed to arrive here.

I had to be towed twice in the period of three days. Both times, response time was 2 + hours. Response time was NOT the fault of the tow operator, but the AAA dispatch. In both instances, the tow operator had received the request to tow over an hour AFTER the call for road assistance was made.

My 2008 Hummer H2 SUT was towed last night 07/10/21 at about 10 PM by tow truck from All About Automotive ( driver Octavio ) of I 90 westbound near All State Arena . To wait over 2 hours is one thing , but after I got home with my vehicle , I and my husband realized , after looking into manual , the driver did not follow the protocol for towing our vehicle which potentially can seriously damage the transmission and the transfer case .

He used a dolly with rear wheels suspended and front on the ground , transmission in Park position and transfer case in 4 wheel drive mode . Using a dolly on this full time 4WD auto is strictly prohibited by manufacturer due to potential damage described earlier .

I have been a AAA member for approximately 20 years and the way they have treated me the last 2 months is absolutely appalling. My fiance is deployed and while he was on deployment, his truck battery died. I called AAA and they replaced the battery, but they did not honor the warranty on the battery, which was not even 2 years old.

After I realized that, I called AAA and they said they would reimburse me, but they never did. Then I called again and they told me to fill out a form and that I needed a significant amount of documentation.

Driving east on Hillsborough Ave in Tampa at 8:45 pm on 7/4/21, a AAA truck with the license plate of D0515C aggressively tailgated me and several other drivers beginning west of I-275 and continuing until Nebraska Ave. After tailgating me twice very closely and endangering my safety, he stopped at the light at Nebraska Ave several car lengths short of the light and began to laugh and mock me. Got a flat on 7/3/21. Petes service dispensed by AAA. The lug remover was too much/too long on a lug. I have 5. Man removed all but one Now a tow truck had to be called and He called a tow truck from AAA.

Mikes mechanic and Wrecker came. He said he would tell AAA his thoughts. My CAR was now towed few miles away to Tire Kingdom. Had to be kept overnight. They had to put in a new lug mechanism and alot of labor to get to replace this part.

Instead my car is towed. 00. This is ridiculous. I am on SS, fixed income. This should not have happened. I am putting in a complaint on the first guy, Petes Service.. I feel he stripped the last lug he was taking off, thereby having my car to be towed to Tire Kingdom, thus having the added expense for a flat tire... I have the receipt. com Thank you.

I have been a member for more than 15 years. Used the service only twice now in last 5years. Needed a tow 7/1/2021. Called at 2:50pm and after MULTIPLE calls to ask where they were and 16hrs later I still have a vehicle sitting parked all alone.

Called back and have been holding over an hour being told it will still be another 4 hours before anyone can get to me. Is this what the business has gone to that they not only continue to take on more customers and not add more trucks but other tow companies will not even show up for them!

I am a Realtor and my car is my office they have expressed their lack of concern over each call. Its 10:00am 7/2/2021 and I am currently on hold AGAIN with no pick up time being given.

Stranded on side of freeway, ran out of gas. Called AAA, was told the wait would be 60 min, was asked if I wanted to receive text updates, indicated yes. After 90 mins, no text update nor service. Called back and was informed my call had been handed over to another service station/company and it would be an additional 35 minutes.

I never received any text updates or phone calls indicating it would be another hour-after the first hour( which I was informed of). I understand this is a holiday weekend, but not being informed it would take twice as long is very irritating .

I’m sitting on the side of the road in a very warm car waiting-I could have had my husband come help me if I had been informed it was going to take this long.

Why in God's name would move away Federer's first match at Wimbledon and put on a soccer match when you had another hour in your scheduled program? Crazy!

Also, please get a nuzzle or duct tape for BG. The man just babbles on and on about nothing of interest to the viewers with emotional examinations like a used car salesman. Seriously, consider what all the commentary (more than ever) really contributes to your programming.

It's often an annoying negative distraction except for Cliff D, McEnroe brothers and Chris Evert I end up turning off the sound. Viewers (at least this one) comes to ESPN to see sports not listen to opinions. Thanks for listening. Respectfully, Bud Swanson
