went to pay bill first time earlier today and left because the the lines were too long. Severely understaffed. OK no big deal. Came back about 1 1/2 hours, and I went right up to the general services desk and gave my payment coupon with a check to the service person for processing.

The service rep looked at my paperwork and asked not so nicely for my AAA card and drivers license. I said that this was never required before. I gave the person my license and told her that's all the id I had.

The person then threw my paperwork back at me and said that they would complete the transaction. I requested a talk with the manager, Lolita Marcus refused to see me , saying she was busy. THIS IS UNACCEPTIBLE. Future customer loyalty is in jepordy..

This is not an infrequent happening at this location…

Called to get my car towed. After almost 3 hrs. they said they would not tow because the car had a paper plate. Had to get someone to come drive me home so I could rent a u haul to get my car.

It was 75 miles each way. My membership covers tows over 100 miles.

I've been waiting for 6 hours. Not that it should matter, but I'm a premier member for 7 years and AAA has left me stranded. I originally called at 5:00. it is now 10 at night. I will not be renewing my membership.

My car broke down on 6/17/21 at 4:00pm. I called the 800 number on my card for a tow. I went into the queue for a half hour, finally gave up. Called back several times still no one picked up.

I finally had to call a friend to help. I have used this service in the past 25 years several times but never have I encounter this type of poor service. NOT HAPPY !!!!

Only half reimbursement for towing I had to secure on my own. ). I have Premier AAA for 8 years now $$$$$$$$. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Nobody came back on the phone and police said I had to move vehicle ASAP.

I called a towing company , (which my wife has had to due in the past when AAA doesn't answer at all. ) I was told by staff at local AAA office I would be reimbursed. I received a letter with half amount check stating I didn't try to get AAA towing first. OUTRIGHT LIE !!!!!!.

I will not be renewing with this ripoff company and I see why they have a "F" rating with the BBB.

Our battery died at a busy gas station so we called the 24 hour roadside assistance number and was put on hold for 10 minutes. We called two more additional times and nobody ever answered the phone to come out and give us a battery jump so we could get home.

We have never had a problem with AAA until now. If we were in the middle of an intersection we would have been in real trouble. We had to push our car away from a gas pump and wait for our son to get off work and bring jumper cables.

My husband has health issues and it was very hard for him to push the car. I cannot believe no one picked up the phone when I called for help.

On 6/16/21 I was in an auto accident on the 605 freeway Bellflower California. A tow truck was called and when I informed the driver where I wanted my car taken, he informed me he could not take my car there, that I had to have another truck tow my car to Los Angeles because it was too far.

I called AAA and requested a flat bed truck (the representative asked for special instruction) I informed him the car could not be pulled and needed a flatbed. A truck arrived that was not a flatbed and could not tow the truck.

He stated he will inform the dispatch to send another truck and it will take an hour. After waiting for an hour no truck arrived. I called AAA to see what the status was on the truck arrival and they did not a request in queue.

June 13, 2021 my husbands car broke down. We have been members of triple a for over twenty years so he called them for a tow. They said they would text him with updates. Two hours later, no updates. He called over and over to triple a but their phone system would not pick up his phone and he was on endless holds.

So I called on my phone, they picked up my phone immediately and said they knew about his call. Then they said they would check and see what happened and put me on hold and never came back. Thirty minutes later I hung up and drove to pick up my husband and left the car.

Three hours after the initial call, the tow guy called and said he had just received the information. Sometimes things happen but for triple a to refuse to answer your number after the call has been dispatched is…

I called AAA to receive service for my flat tire this morning at 6 am. I got a notification stating in 20 minutes they will be here. An hour and ten minutes goes by, and still no AAA. I did call AAA multiple times and all they were able to tell me was “they were in the middle of a shift change and will be there soon”.

5 hours now - no results from AAA. This is unacceptable

v. account. Plus I gift AAA to two other families. I do not feel it is reasonable to have my 19 year old grand daughter waiting 3 hours at night for a tow truck in a closed establishments parking lot. Absolutely unacceptable.

I will go into a office and complain and will consider canceling my memberships. Its a safety issue for my wife and other family members and AAA has put them at risk.

when you pay for a service , the last thing that is on you mind is being treated so badly. my first issue is when my son rn out of gas, they came to help him put in the wrong kid of gas.

They do not take responsibility. Took my car to the shop they are unable to fix my car. Called to have them pick up car and they could not pick it up. The supervisor name Eric and would not provide last name.

When you know that you dis-respect a person I guess he can just say whatever and here we go again not taking any responsibility. Eric stated I could not afford to get my car fix so they refuse to help me.

Wednesday night at approximately 9:30 pm my car would not start. I was in a parking garage next to the Ocean Center in Daytona beach Florida. I called AAA and they did respond a technician out and he was polite and attempted to jump start my 2016 Ford Mustang.

The car would not start so we called and requested a wrecker to pick up my car and deliver it to my mechanic in Bunnell Florida. Only about 30 miles from Daytona to Bunnell. No one showed up after six hours of waiting and several calls to your 800 number I was finally told that the towing companies that AAA contract with were closed due to the hour if the morning.

Brand new tires were recently put onto my vehicle. Despite having gone back to get the lug nuts re-tourqed, all of the my left front tire lug nuts had come loose enuff to almost fall off in my hand when I checked them, which I did after my vehicle started driving like my tire was actually loose.

Unfortunately, I have a bmw that came with run flat tires from the factory! As a result, my vehicle didn’t come with a wrench to tighten the lug nuts with. I was able to make it to a friends house, so that I was safe, before I called AAA Kansas.

It was 4:30am and I was on my way home after working a double shift at the hospital when all of this occurred. I then called AAA for assistance! All I needed was for someone to come out and simply tighten down the lug nuts and I would take my car in to…

We called for tow service yesterday and patiently waited over an hour for the help. When no one showed we called to see what the problem was and we were told that because the tow request was so far they couldn’t find a service. Are you kidding me!?!

Why wouldn’t someone, anyone get back to us? Thankfully, I was with my daughter so she wasn’t alone. This is unacceptable and so beyond disappointing that the call wasn’t follow through. We were 2 1/2 hrs from home and stranded.

My complaint is that I was broken down in a parking lot of a Firestone repair center in Swansea mass, the operator informed they could not tow my car if the business was closed fortunately the repair was open for another 50 minutes and I received the tow and help I needed and I give that 5 stars, but I have a problem with being broken down on a busy highway route six and pull in to a parking lot to get off the highway and

I called for service around 8:15 pm, and was told a tow truck would be at my car in 15 minutes. 1 hour later, there was no tow truck. We called the driver, and he told he us had a flat tire and had sent another driver, and he would be there in 5 minutes, just around the corner.

A half hour or so later, no driver. We called the original driver multiple times ( the only driver whose contact info we were given) and he eventually turned off his phone and refused to speak with us. We called AAA, and after getting through they told us he had cancelled, there were no available trucks in the area, and to try again tomorrow, or get an outside towing service and we could "possibly" be reimbursed.

Road side assistance. Called them at 3:15 pm. We were told ETA of 4:20 and we were a priority at the side of the road on a highway. At 4:57 we called back and were on hold for 1 hr and 41 minutes when I hung up because we got a text saying they were sending someone.

We only had one phone on us so while on hold I texted my son to contact AAA for update. He texted me back at 6:04 that he was in our account. The tow truck driver showed me on his phone that he was contacted by AAA at 6:09 - almost 3 hours after we called in our request; but 5 minutes after our son got into our account.

If our son had not gotten on line I don't think our request would have ever been processed. see attached for documentation

i am a member of ins and tow .. they were taking my payments on auto pay .. they contacted me and said they dont have my info and want me to sign up for auto pay again .. first thought they got hacked they lost my data they sold my data .. after numerous emails to julie wise in glendora ca aaa still no answers .. also 3 support requests with online aaa no reply

i paid the month online and now i see they raised the cost of ins and tow i feel i should not have to pay for their loss of data and i dont trust them to keep my financial data safe anymore my membership is up in 3 months and i will go elsewhere

AAA took money from my cking account and applied it to another person's account. After numerous phone calls they found where they applied the money. They gave someone a higher level plan since that other account didn't have anything due.

They wouldn't change it back without that person's permission, even though it wasn't their money or their request to have a higher level plan. I sent bank statements, and talked to numerous people. I have been promised time and time again it will get resolved and my money returned, but i have not gotten it yet. Very frustrating.

Yeah, you need to vet who you contract out. Perhaps I was naive in trusting AAA, but the guy who drove the battery service truck ripped me off by first telling me that it wasn't my alternator and that he had a new battery for sale for $145, but I took it to my mechanic who figured out my new battery wasn't charging so he lied to me. He also used my credit card to buy $314.25 worth of auto parts online. Every time I( call to ask where I can complain your operators lately have been clueless and keep telling me it's not what they can do which is both not true and unacceptable. At least transfer me to the right department, that is a basic phone skill that should be common but apparently not. So I want my $145 back as well as the $314.25 I am disputing on my visa card he used.

After 33 years of being a member with the Automotive club I have come to realize their discounts are more valuable to me than their roadside assistants. I was on the side of the road needing assistants and after talking to 5 people for a total of 50 minutes they still had not dispatched assistance at the point I remembered my car insurance has road side assistants and I will just call Farmers Insurance Road side assistance in the future.

On 6/12/20 I went to my doctor at 100 Green Valley Parkway, Las Vegas, Nv. When I went to pull out of the space in reverse. It would not go into drive. Tried to callAAA but my call did not go thru.

I was standing outside looking for someone to help me. I FELL DOWN ON MY BACK (110 Temp. People helped me up, One of the people called AAA and told them about the car going in reverse. They said since the car was drive able they would not tow me.

WAS I SUPPOSED TO DRIVE HOME BACKSWARDS. I have a member of a number years, I do not expect to be treated like.

On 5-30-2020 I checked the web site to see if the Chandler,AZ store was open -- Yes, it was. I drove 40 miles to the store to pick up maps & tour books for a big summer RV trip. I was met at the door and told it was only open for "New-Members"!

I've been a member for 30 yrs and I guess that is worth nothing... I drove back home and called my order in -- friendly lady said no problem get them right out - great! On 6-12-2020 nothing in the mail so I called -- they said "Oh, we've been trying to contact you".

I use my phone and computer daily, they had the correct number etc.. I never was contacted - but they stuck to their story. It seems that they can only send 10 maps - which 10 did I want. I gave them the 10 I wanted and let them know how unhappy i was with this service and my trip is now…

I have been a AAA member for years and I have never received bad service until tonight 4-20-2020 from Troy ID# L278 at approximately 11:10 p he was rude and I have a disability so I couldn’t tell him if my car was on the south north or east side of the street but I did know the name of the cross streets.

He stated that AAA couldn’t come out if I didn’t know if it was north south or west corner etc. Please listen to the call to better understand what I was trying to say on the call.

Robert Camacho did not treat my claim in a professional way. Robert’s assessment of my property was inaccurate, and Jennifer Cliffs suggested I build a case with evidence, pictures, another opinion. I need my roof fixed before it rains and I want it replaced how it was.

I don’t have time for this. I submitted pictures, recurved a bid from my roofer on what it would take to fix, all in deaf ears.

19 was towed to Santa Cruz Motorsport had the car for a few day before they called us said it needed a new battery and possible water pump. My husband ok to replace those. A week later they called and said they needed to put in a rebuilt engine, gave a quote of 2-3 thousand dollars my husband said NO WE DO NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY. 00.

What do we do now???? Here it is Feb and we still don't have a car. 00 a day Storage fee because I am running a fundraiser on facebook with there name on it which I removed there name. Can you help I am a recent disabled had to have my leg amputated I have a lot of Drs appt.

" Why do they not do what is appropriate for the problem? This year and last year they would not make appointments for emissions checks at this time of year but the advertising said call to make an appointment. Why is the AAA Car Care Plus so poorly managed.

I will avoid the place and go to a better company that has good and honest operations.

I went to the Peabody Ma. office of the AAA to renew my drivers license, which I have held for 57 years I am a Veteran and senior citizen, I brought all the documentation requested by the Ma. registry of motor vehicles and also filled out the application on line with the RMV.

I brought everything to the Peabody Ma office and after waiting in line I was told by the clerk that my social security card was no good. I was given this card over 50 years ago. I showed her more documents than it would take to get in the Pentagon.

I have been a member of the AAA for many years,(member #6202401802061005) I am very disappointed in this office. I am sitting by my phone awaiting some to pick up the phone, it has now been 1 hour and 22 minutes.

Very disappointed with AAA. My battery which I bought from AAA a year ago has stopped me and my family 4 times. My car is 2016 Honda. On the occasions except 1 people helped us jump the car but when the battery died after shopping while it was snowing and very cold we used our AAA.

We were out in the cold for a very long time until the AAA service guy came. I informed him that he needs to change the battery because it has died 2 other times. He refused but stated that something was draining the battery and it must be the brake light which was out.

I was rear ended by one of your customers. I called filed the claim and received a claim number and the assigned adjuster name and number after 2 days of trying to get in contact with him I finally spoke with him and

asked him when I could have my vehicle looked at so I can get it into the shop to have the necessary repairs done. His response was that I have to wait because he needed to talk to the person that was driving.

Car would not start, called AAA for a jump start. Driver inspected the vehicle and was told the battery was dead. Option was to purchase a battery, since the tow truck driver inspecting the battery did not have one. I proceeded to call AAA customer service and inform them the truck driver did not carry a battery or had a battery for my vehicle.

AAA customer service stated non of the surrounding area tow truck drivers had one. Was specifically told by the AAA agent on the phone we can re-reimburse you for the difference if you purchase one from our partners. I bought a battery from one of their repair facility partners then submitted paperwork for re-reimbursement of the difference.

Result - AAA agent on the phone adamantly stated she saw all the notes on the account;however, could not…

My 18 year old son got in an accident by his college. I told him AAA could tow his car to a good mechanic from their list of approved repair facilities. They wanted to take it to a location 45 mins away - too far and too costly for the tow.

Then they started taking it to a place closer, who said they couldn’t service it. Then the cops came so I contacted AAA on his behalf to provide a repair shop that could take the car. They wouldn’t let me, and rather than just say sorry, the rep wanted to argue with me about why they had that policy.

Obviously I’m trying to end the call now because itbis just delaying things and not helping. He just went in and on about their stupid policy, offering no help, till I hung up on him. Takes CCC a lot to get me there, but that’s was ridiculous and bad…

My wife and I booked a Viking river cruise through AAA during the March travel show at Patriots Place. We made the mistake of choosing an agent from the Rhode Island branch. Whenever we had questions or concerns nobody was there to help us.

The lady that made our contract retired and an agent by the name of Holly Gomes never answered our urgent phone calls. We had our documents transferred to the Westwood branch but the agent Felicia Troy, although very kind and concerned could not help us either.

We have yet to hear from your agent Gomes. As a result of this neglect we failed to book some of the optional tours that we wanted during our cruise. We were very disappointed since your former Westwood agent Marie Trask was the best travel agent that we had ever met. We sorely miss her.
