went to pay bill first time earlier today and left because the the lines were too long. Severely understaffed. OK no big deal. Came back about 1 1/2 hours, and I went right up to the general services desk and gave my payment coupon with a check to the service person for processing.
The service rep looked at my paperwork and asked not so nicely for my AAA card and drivers license. I said that this was never required before. I gave the person my license and told her that's all the id I had.
The person then threw my paperwork back at me and said that they would complete the transaction. I requested a talk with the manager, Lolita Marcus refused to see me , saying she was busy. THIS IS UNACCEPTIBLE. Future customer loyalty is in jepordy..
This is not an infrequent happening at this location…
