f I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible company. They were supposed to fix my cameras, came out and it was fixed for literally a day then went out again. I am paying for cameras that don't work and every time I tell them I want to just cancel service because my cameras don't work they tell me I can't because I am under contract.

I can't even get any one else to come fix it because it has to be a ADT vendor. None of the ADT vendors were available initially and so I was getting annoyed to be paying for cameras that were not working.

But most disturbing is the day that they did come fix my cameras , they signed my initials on the contract without my consent. They didn't even tell me they were signing the contract nor did not show me the contract.

They gave me a transfer account that has two other ladies from two other states on my account number! My VISA was used for autopay!!! I have been paying their bills!! I tried to resolve on the phone from 3:30 pm until 9:05 Pm when they closed.

I have my account set up for deletion. Permanently close!! The stupid clerks say I have to pay off the other two ladies contracts totaling $4,800+ dollars!! I kept calling account management & billing. I got different payoff amounts. I don’t owe SQUAT!

I have been paying the other ladies bills!! It seems s matter for s lawyer!! I will sue them because I am not paying for a layer and the ADT RANSOM!!!! Eff you ADT. Their operator are at home sitting on the couch and don’t care about you!!!

Always had technical issues. Two months before contract ended they promised a chime extender would solve issues. They told my wife to e-sign a document in order to charge the monthly cost without notifying her she could have just purchased the extender without signing or incurring the monthly charge.

Immediately after signing my wife received a new 3 year contract which she never agreed to. We called the same day and we’re told we could not cancel. The contract said we could cancel within 3 days of signing, so we signed the cancellation page of contract, dated it and returned it certified return receipt requested.

They are refusing to terminate contract. Better Business Bureau said there was nothing they color do even if we canceled within timeframe indicated on contract. We were…

The tech did not use his expertise to evaluate options with my husband. They did not evaluate if the motion sensor worked were places. They moved the control panel with my husbands permission. To literally the middle of the wall in the kitchen- so now we will have to move again, because it is ridiculous looking.

The whole purpose he moved it was he wanted it to alarm instantly, did all of the move and then stated we would have to leave a delay. All in all, didn't fix the issue, the control panel will need to be moved again, the motion detector will have to be moved again and now I have damage to the wall in three areas. Also, a service charge.

Very disappointed with this experience. I have always had great service in past, but this is completely unacceptable.

We have been with Protection one and ADT for about 20 years. We recently moved and wanted to set up service again. We set up an appointment for a quote. Bryce was very nice and gave us a quote. It's been two weeks and we have not been able to reach or get ahold of him or the regional manager here for our install.

They mentioned two weeks for an appointment when we signed up - then it pushed to 4 weeks. Then they stopped calling or emailing us back. It made us question the service level of ADT, and we pulled out. Pulling out was impossible with them- so I had to go to corporate to cancel our contract.

Children's National Hospital is being scammed by someone issuing the refund checks. The checks are then sent to Danielle Caines and Ronald McCallister a brother and sister team who recruit people to cash the checks for a percentage. The money is sent through Walmart to Walmart, FedEx, and western union.

I have a copy of one of the several checks cashed at Redstone Federal Credit Union located in Madison Alabama where Danielle Caines resides. C. I don't understand why nothing is being done to stop this they are stealing money from families who need it.

Danielle Caines is also a part of an EBT scam in Decatur Alabama. It has come to my attention she is employed by your company, I am a resident of Maryland and former Children's National employee who discovered this scam.

First no one answers the phone and you spend hours trying to talk to someone

2nd. there was a new contract supposedly initiated for me in April 21. I never would have agreed to a 3 year contract.. I am a senior citizen and don't count on 3 years. I want a copy of the recorded phone call since I now need to cancel April 22 and have been told I will owe over $1000. This is taking advantage of a senior citizen who doesn't remember anyone explaining this kind of contract penalty. I have been a customer for years and now they want to punish me because I know longer need the service. I should not have any kind of a penalty for canceling something I did not agree to.

Mario was horrible in Glendale, CA. Worst service ever. He had no idea what he was doing. He messed up upgrading the system multiple times and we winded up cancelling the upgrade completely after 6 hrs of him trying to rig stuff. Not acceptable at all.

My mother passed away and I had to call to stop her service. The first rep I got was polite and took information to pass along to second one. The last guy was mumbled mouth and I couldn’t understand him at all.

I was on the phone for 30 minutes. He kept me on the phone even though he had all the information.

I had annual inspections completed on 2 buildings located on Jackson Barracks in New Orleans on 10 September.. During the inspection the batteries were found to unserviceable.

Since that time I have called everybody under the sun to get an invoice so I can pay the PO.. I dont have enough words left to tell you how many people i have called to try to pay the PO.. I need an invoice.

Additionally, I have yet to receive a quote to replace the batteries. I have been waiting since Sept 10..

The only person trying to help and is returning my phone calls is Clay Fayard, but he hasnt been able to get someone to send me an dang invoice.

I was called by an ADT Customer Service Representative and verbally insulted both racially and sexually because I chose to hang up on him the day prior because he was rude and condescending. This person has access to my personal information and used it for unprofessional reasons.

It is highly disturbing that I was verbally assaulted by a security company representative. I am paying for peace of mind!

To accurately rate ADT Security, there should be an option of zero stars. In a simple attempt by phone to schedule an appointment to have my system upgraded, I spent 7 hours 30 minutes over the course of 3 days.

The majority of the time was spent on hold, being transferred ,and being disconnected. The phone reps that I did speak with (Joe, Jace, Dana of Wichita) were useless. The proof of this is that no one was able to make me a simple appointment.

After 12 years with Protection One, now ADT, I am repeating my uttermost dissatisfaction here, to the Better Business Bureau of New Orleans, plus Mr. De Vries & associated Board members. I have fired ADT and am happily vindicated by the one star opinion of them by 43 previous customers!

Where do I start? ADT has been an absolute nightmare! I work at a property management company, we manage hundreds of homes, and thousands of apartments. One of our apartment buildings is having problems with illegal activities going on right outside the gate on a daily basis.

The tenants feel intimidated by the drug dealers who are aggressively trying to sell them and anyone else who walks by drugs. We have called the police several times, they have done nothing. The police said we needed "Proof" of their activities, and said if we got them on camera that then they would investigate or make arrests.

On 6-1-21 I needed a new fob, the back broke, I called ADT I told them I had a FOB that had a small window (DSC WT 4989), and would like to get the same model -- they said no problem. Because I like to see that the security system was engaged as the fob did not always work.

When I learned they had to come out and link it to my system I added a glass break and a motion detector. My appointment was for Sept. 15, 2021. Repair man arrived thought he was just giving us a FOB, did not know about the glass break or motion detector.

I cancelled ADT the next day of ordering since it was an error on July 31st. 90.

However, I get billed every month $38 to my credit card for monitoring services. I called ADT customer service 6 times so far requesting cancellation. I was told another contract got opened after 4 days and I am getting a hard time cancelling.

I have a security system with a different company and did not want ADT at all. I do not where else to go to cancel my account and stop the auto billing of monthly charges to my credit card. I also wrote a letter to the CEO at 1501 Yamato Rd, Boca Raton, Florida 33431 and no response yet.

I really need guidance on how to go about canceling and spread awareness to other customers on the service. Thanks very much.

ZERO customer service. Have been with them for 17+ years. Apart from paying something like 60+ $ monthly I also am on a service plan of 7-9 $ monthly. Recently the touch screen went bad and a couple of cameras.

Had been chasing them and after wasting 3 work days a tech came and confirmed that they no more have those screens and my system would be fully upgraded from PULSE to command. NO one bothered to call back to set up an install.

I called again and there were a bunch of RUDE, ARROGANT & DISRESECTFUL agents and one even had the audacity to challenge my integrity !! And all they could is change a few components for which I WOULD NOT be charged BUT my bill would go up MONTHLY by 13 $ even though I pay them 8-10 $ MONTHLY for a service plan past 17 years so

I had ordered extra censors & cameras worth over $1000 back in 3-2021 and 1 censor was not installed due to my door frame needing painting. Installer stated to call him to put on sensor once door was painted. I called and ADT stated I had to pay again.

A representative & Supervisor stated I had already paid and not to worry that someone would call me for an appointment. I got an appointment on 9-23-21 same installer came and did not install my sensor but left it behind. 42 a month.

I owe nothing it’s been paid for back in 3-2021. Getting the run around and now supervisors don’t want to talk to me reps are 2nd party giving me msgs to me from supervisor that nothing will change and that that’s how they make their money.

OMG I simply wanted to transfer my account from a home to an apartment! There is no 1 year contract and the process is the most confusing I have ever experienced!!!!! I was on the phone for one hour and transferred endless times.

As a result of my experience I have cancelled my service that I had wanted to continue and will never return to ADT. I know this won't hurt your profit margin but I will never recommend ADT to my family or friends.

I have been trying to have a Door Bell Ring camera and a regular camera installed and having a lot of problems doing so. Unfortunately, I do not remember the date, but I had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday in July.

I cancelled and rescheduled for the next Saturday and no one showed up. I called to find out that an appointment was never scheduled. I called again on August 31 to schedule and was given Saturday, September 4th at 3pm for someone to come to my home to discuss the installation.

I waited an no one showed up at 3pm. I called and was told that the window was from 3-6pm which was never told to me. I waited until 6pm with no show and was told again that no appointment was scheduled.

I called today, Wednesday, September 8th to reschedule and was disconnected twice.

I despise this company. i have requested multiple times that they remove me from their call list. I get anywhere between 15-20 calls per day and have blocked every single one of them.

when you call the number they leave you will get an automated system that takes you nowhere. and they keep giving you more "prizes" for being the caller of the day. they don't just offer security systems. They offer water, softeners, roadside assistance and even medical alert bracelets!.

-12 delayed because of overbooked. Job#280826087 however there was no communication received for service cancellation for today’s overbooked appointment. m. as a result of the no show, lack of common curtesy to notify customer of today’s change. This is unacceptable.

I spoke to Roxann ADT staff regarding the issues. I never received a call about the no show, nor liberty to initiate call and explain the situation from ADT. What is the policy/rule for overbooked service for customer and how is this communicated.

Contacted ADT to have a new control panel and doorbell-security camera. This was in March 2020. I don't remember exactly. Anyway I signed a contract with Simone Biddle out of Denver, CO and paid close to $400 for the services and installation.

After not hearing anything I contacted Biddle around late April/early May 2020 by phone. He said he would take care of it and cc an email he sent to Tech Spt dated May 12. 2020. Again no word. I called Biddle again in October 2020 and he cc an email he sent to a DiShane Westcott dated October 28.

2020 asking him if he remembered this customer (me) and that nothing had been done yet. Job # 102933476 for your reference. ". Still nothing. So on July 19 of this year I sent Biddle an email stating " I guess the best way was to ignore us!!!!

For starters they never fixed my doorbell issue. The video doorbell they installed rang at odd times throughout the day on its own. They told me they didn’t know why and I may have to replace my doorbell to make it stop!?

When they were installing the equipment, they told me the equipment could be removed and relocated to another place when we sold the home. The representative I spoke to yesterday said someone would call me today to set up a time to remove the equipment. I didn’t here from anyone so I called back today. Well guess what??!!!! I was just told that the equipment stays when they install it. They refuse to remove it and place it at my new address. The buyers do not want the alarm system and will not assume the contract. My salesman was Manny, 847-507-5456 in Colorado Springs. I advised we may move to Iowa in the summer so I couldnt sign a contract. He said sign the three year and I will take care of you if you move.

He apparently made these promises to many and now no longer works for the company. Since then I have been dealing with Paul Young 720-237-3975, Corp. Relocation specialist. I had the bank refuse the debit for the last $975. I have no equipment, no service and I do not want any.

I have texts from these men if you want to see them as to what they promised me. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth for ADT. From what I had read, I had higher hopes.

Had issues since beginning. Called them over 40 times on issues. Now, my system is offline since 7/7/21- I call corporate everyday. Calvin, the manager could not get system online said it was an engineering issue would get back to me in 1 to 3 days, that was a week ago, no call back.

They have a habit when someone cannot fix issue they desert you!! 00 a month, they have no problem gabbing that money every month. Minus zero on customer service.

We want to cancel our membership from the start. They told us we have 3 days to test it out and we can cancel. From the start of the process we already had a bad experience from the installation to our account getting charge twice, from the tech keep coming back and another of promises so we can stay with the service but never satisfy us.

My tech did not show up. Spoke with 1 person who said they called and got no answer. There was a message left. I believe I called back, but I have 2 appointments same day so not 100% sure. My time frame was 8-12.

I cancelled plans to be home. Even if I did not answer the call, I had an appointment!!! When trying to call to see what’s happening, I’ve been transferred 4 times and have been on hold for 35 minutes and still holding as I type this!!

Unacceptable, transferred 3 times, same recording each time, so I’m sure I’m still not in the right place
