Terrible customer service!

I asked one of the staff member on the gate desk. She told me to ‘wait’ after an hour of the gate being open. I missed my flight because the gate was not called the same as the destination.

So then when I asked again where the gate I’m supped to be at is. She then tells me I’ve missed my flight! And isn’t talking to me.

Then I had to pay for a £300 replacement ticket.

I purchase and upgrade to premier for my wife fly from Mxdf to Lima Peru. ans ahe flew in economy class. I need my upgrated to be refunded. QMRUXP. Confirmation Violeta Human Mejia.

I have never flown with an airline so disorganized and with staff so rude and unwilling to assist you. You have to wait an hour until the flight takes off to get to information on your gate. Then you have 20 minutes to get to check in to board or else they won’t let you in to sit and wait for the flight to actually board.

No one tells you anything. Staff says that they say everything over the loud speaker that you can’t even hear. Staff members fuss at you for not having everything in order after you have already waited hours for them. And they then knit give you a minute to get your documents ready or don’t get assess to board the plane as me and my couple had happen to us.

I have been left with a sour note. Rude staff members who are unwilling to help and can care less about you and…

Hello, Our flight from Cancun to Mexico was delayed due to passenger disturbance according to the agent we spoke with for 2 hours causing us to miss our connecting flight Mexico to Tijuana. We ended up staying overnight in Mexico to catch the morning flight.

I have to beg and argue with the agent to give us hotel accommodation because it was not our fault and he replied is not the airline fault causing the delay. After going back and forth to the counter he finally said he got me an accommodation hotel.

I asked the agent how to get to the hotel once we are in Mexico and he said its walking distance from the airport. Once in Mexico airport I have to figure out myself how to get to the hotel It took a while, but we made it to the hotel around 12 midnight.

Flight scheduled for 3 months before departure 8/11/21. No e-mail notification was received until 8/6/21 coincidentally, stating the trip was canceled and replaced with a voucher. This trip was major, with many lives affected. An extreme disappointment for, supposedly, the best airlines representing Mexico.

My flight was supposed to arrive at 205 pm at 215 we still hadn't landed. After that they had to get everyone off which took another 15 minutes making me late for our connecting flight. We were stranded at the airport with 4 small children and no where to go!!

Aeromexico refused to take responsibility or do anything to help us. It took us 2 hours just to get our luggage. Then another 2 hours to find a hotel. We had to pay 630 us dollars to get a room for all of us for 1 night or sleep in the street with 4 children in Mexico city.

I am so disappointed with my service it makes me sick. I spent thousands on this trip and they refused to even try to help us. They were the rudest people i have ever met even though it was their fault.

My flight was randomly cancelled and they didn’t notify me. I arrived at the Aeromexico counter and told me that it was cancelled and to call Aeromexico. I called Aeromexico and spoke to an agent. The agent told me he didn’t know why it was cancelled. I asked if he could book me on the flight that I was supposed to be on and he stated that he could not.

I had an extremely important meeting in Mexico tomorrow and now I will not be able to make it. The agent offered me a flight at the same time tomorrow (6/3/21) so I had no choice because I also could not get a refund.

Extremely bad experience.

My honeymoon was cancelled due to Covid. The booking company refunded me the hotel but not the airline fare, they told me to deal directly with Aeromexico in order to get a voucher (not a refund). I accept that I cannot get a refund, its there policy, but give me an extension to utilize my paid fare.

This company has taken payment for services not rendered. This airline closed it's debarkation gate early, leaving my loved one stranded in a foreign country, namely Mexico. She has undergone a great deal of stress and anxiety due to AEROMEXICO's mistake. She was at the airport more than 2 hours pre-flight, and yet was unable to get her boarding pass after waiting in the documentation line at AEROMEXICO's counter for over an hour. AeroMexico changed our flights to which took two out days out of her family trip we’ve been planning for ever! When I tried to change them customer service was horrible even though I press one for English they put me on hold with a spanish recording for an hour and then hung up.

I called back and this happened three times! I finally got a hold of someone who is completely rude and not helpful. Had to change flight and get back to Canada because of Virus problems. Called numerous times and could not get through to agent to change flight. Waited for hours on hold only to have connection lost before getting through to agent.

I am trying to talk to someone at your customer service department since two days. I am kept on the line listening to music and a recording telling me that a representative will answer me shortly.... I was kept holding one time for 2 hours...

On 1/28 we flew out of Puerto Vallarta to Mexico city. We ended up at the wrong airport sitting on a tarmac for an entire afternoon. The flight attendants notified the Spanish speaking passengers, but never translate it in English upon arrive which was already late we got up to run to our connecting flight not knowing we were at the wrong airport.

The other passengers laughed at us all standing around not know what was taking place. As time went on and all of us where getting a little uncomfortable. We finally took off to MXC. Once we arrive in MXC we were sent to the customer service counter to be told there was no other flight leaving that day and we would have to leave the following day to catch a flight to SLC.

My complaint is: every flight I have taken with AeroMexico has been delayed. It is very disappointing to have tour whole day wasted because of all the delays. We was late leaving Zlo causing us to miss our connection. 5 hrs.

I recently contacted AeroMexico after flying with them on a return London to Cuba trip. On collecting my case at Havana it had been broken into and valuable items missing. I sent a lot of information to them including a reference number from the Havana luggage dept plus photos.

Yesterday I got an email dismissing my case as they said damage to my case was minor. The entire zip was broken and the zip tags and padlock missing. Items stolen and they call this minor. I am not happy with this result.

I will continue to pursue it. They were responsible for my luggage and it got seriously damaged. I have photos to prove it. I want them held accountable for what happened. I had to securely tape my case for return journey and get it professionally sealed for return journey.

I knew that the connection in Cd.Mx was very short but the flight from Cancun was delayed by at last 30 mins making the connection even shorter. I said to the AM guy at the Gate "__I may get the other flight but I doubt if my 2 big suitcases would make it". He was not optimistic either. And on arrival in V/c of course no luggage.

The ground staff there were most efficient and organised and promised my bags would be delivered early next morning. As I had to board a ship leaving for Australia on the Sunday morning I was keeping my fingers crossed. And they did arrive. However, one of the bags was damaged (the other was OK). 1. I booked flights to Mexico City for the following day. I am a club premier with Aeromexico and fly all the time with your company. I made an error with my booking and within 10 minutes called Aeromexico to see if they could cancel my flights.

To which I got the run around. Since I had booked my flights in pesos they transferred me to the national line to where I ended up speaking with Carlos Soto employee number 4D5. his reply was as short as “nothing I can do for you”. Very short.

No effort in trying to make a loyal client like they were being taken care of. I travel a lot for work, and in the United States I would have no problem having my flight cancelled if it was within minutes of booking.

This makes clients feel like as a company you are crooks. With zero regard of helping out…

COMPLAINT: Re Carry-On Luggage & CPAP Machine

Dear Madam / Sir,

On November 8th, 2019 my husband and I departed from Vancouver, Canada for Mexico City on AM 0695. Our assigned seats were 16B and 16C.

I, Beverley Ida Melnick – Contreras carried on board a purse, small suitcase which meets Aeromexico’s carry-on dimensions and a CPAP machine which I require due to sleep apnea. The Aeromexico Staff at the Vancouver Airport acknowledged the CPAP machine as a medical device, allowed us on the plane and did not require us to pay any additional baggage fees.

On November 22nd, 2019 my husband and I returned to Vancouver, Canada from Mexico City on AM696. Our assigned seats were 24D and 24E.

We paid for two 50 lb bags when we bought our ticket, with AeroMexico Flight-649 at 11:30 pm on 10-26-2019. When we got to the airport we were transferred to Delta Airlines. At the check in desk they charged us $30 for each baggage and told us to call Aeromexico to claim for a refund because it didn't show on their system that we had paid for them when we purchased our tickets. Returning flight from Morelia to Mexico City Nov 3 set for 16:30. My flight was delayed due to air traffic. I had a connecting flight to San Francisco Ca. I was told I would miss my flight and had to either stay in Mexico City until 19:00 the next day or come back on the 5th for another flight.

I was traveling with one bag which was 23 kgs and another which could weigh up to 10kg. I have traveled other airlines in the the past with the same rules with no problems. Today I was told I would have to pay another bag in order to take my carry on.

Today, I was scheduled to fly on Aeromexico #617 from Toronto to Panama. Airline Code MXGTAR E Ticket # 1393622933420 Cheapoair Conf. # 61384101 I have been diagnosed with cancer and so am unable to take this flight. I would have advised you sooner, but was awaiting letters from my doctors.

I helped book a flight for my boss, Neil through Aeromexico. Unfortunately, the flight was to be postponed due to weather and at the airport, the staff told me the ticket can be refunded. Although the delay was due to weather concerns,Neil was sitting in business class and the staff couldn’t book him onto the first flight in the morning – instead having booked other NON-BUSINESS CUSTOMERS first – I don’t think is just due to weather conditions.

I’d request that you re-examine refunding for this reason; if you can’t do so, we understand, but all our future business flights from/to Mexico will be on United instead unfortunately.

Hello, I really don't have a complaint, i was wondering if i could receive a refund for my cancelled return flight back from Cabo on July 11th, 2019, LTIHZG, apparently Edward Paul Ramirez got very sick on July 6th, with Diarrhea, dizziness and headaches and feeling very fatigue, he felt he needed to get home to see a doctor and I purchased a return flight with United Airlines, which cost me $886.88, i was just hoping i could get a refund since he did not use the ticket back home? Literally the worst airline I've ever used. They told me I could reactivate a round trip ticket. When I called to make the reactivation later on the next day I was THEN told I couldn't and had to buy ANOTHER one way ticket.
