Terrible customer service!
I asked one of the staff member on the gate desk. She told me to ‘wait’ after an hour of the gate being open. I missed my flight because the gate was not called the same as the destination.
So then when I asked again where the gate I’m supped to be at is. She then tells me I’ve missed my flight! And isn’t talking to me.
Then I had to pay for a £300 replacement ticket.
Joke airline.
