I was to depart from London Ontario on June 16th at 6:20 am, it got changed 4 times. 05 to Toronto. Plane in London was being delayed and wouldn't make Toronto flight to Victoria. Went home caught flight on Saturday for 06:20 to Toronto, then had 4 hrs ďelay in Toronto before flying to Victoria BC.

I had a Flight on 7-10-2022 from Winnipeg to Toronto and then to Pittsburgh FLIGHT AC 264 went fine and from there it was a disaster. Arrived at Toronto and ran to gate for flight to Pittsburgh it was reporting on time For flight AC 8927— no plane.

Finally one towed inWas told they were cleaning and two hours later was told flight was cancelled. NO CREW. Ok I get it but at 11pm. You staff did not know what to do Was told to go here and there and no answers and then told to go to luggage and get your luggage. Got no results.

finally Connected with someone on 3rd flloor that confirmed I had been rebooked for flight the next morning to go to Charlotte and then back to PITTSBURGH AND LUGGAGE WOULD FOLLOW . Was told to come back in 30 minutes and she would have me a hotel.

We were flying from Toronto to Seattle with stopover in Vancouver on July 1, 2022. Flight AC103. Our flights was supposed to leave at 8:15. At approx. 7 am we received a sms that our flight was delayed until 10 am.

Since we had to enbark on Alaskan cruise on July 2nd I went to the Customer service and asked them if they could bump us to an earlier flights so we won't miss our connecting flight in Vancouver. She said no because we had checked luggage.

We checked our luggage in at the Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas on Wednesday, 22 June 2022 with a ticket agent. We have not seen our luggage since. Today is 11 July 2022. We flew Air Canada flight AC8888 from Houston to Toronto (YYZ) where we had about a 5 hour layover. We then flew AC 806 from Toronto (YYZ) to Edinburgh (EDI). When we arrived at EDI, our baggage was not on the flight. We waited for almost 2 hours before someone finally came and told us we'd have to file a claim (We were not the only passengers without our luggage.)

We went with all the others to the line indicated, completed our missing luggage form, and was told we'd get a reference number when the claim went through and that we should hear something about our luggage within three days.

I book flight to Toronto with my wife and 2 dogs. Cost me 2500 dollars. I pay for comfort packages for both ways. Edmonton Toronto everything was ok. We select same seet both ways. 19a and 19b. We enjoyed that flight

When I call to check this morning. My seat is not same. They separated me and my wife. We are now in isle. I pay for window seat and extra room because I am big person. I would like to inform you of a very unpleasant experience I had and am still having with air canada. I booked a flight for me and my 4 year old son from Saint Louis, Missouri (STL) to Kilimanjaro, Tanzania (JRO) through ASAP travel agency (booking # 2XOT3H).

My flight from STL to Toronto was to be operated by air canada. I was to leave on July 5th at 0600 on flight number AC8792 bound for Toronto. On July 4th, I received a text message and email that my flight was canceled.

Booking reference: 47YNFU On June 22nd, my flight AC 809 from Manchester, UK to Toronto was delayed in Manchester so arrived late in Toronto. The plane had to wait on the runway because there was another plane at the gate.

As a result I missed flight AC 8838 to Raleigh Durham. The chaos in Toronto airport with Customer Service queues of 2 hours resulted in having to pay for a new ticket. The cost being $495 USD. Customer Service ran out of vouchers for hotel and food expenses.

We decided to find a hotel and leave the airport. At the hotel we called Customer Service and got the message detailed below. I was unable to get a flight to RDU until Tuesday, 28th. 30 flight AC 8836. 49.

I was trying to help check in a passenger to Japan today Jul 9th with a connection to Montreal. The line for Japan flight was separate and short maybe less than 50 people, we were in the middle of the line about 20 people ahead of us.

I waited from 6:45 to 9 am to get checked in, there were 4 people behind the counter checking people, one for one staff it took ONE HOUR TO CHECK IN ONE PASSENGER, FOR ANOTHER STAFF IT TOOK MORE THAN AN HOUR TO CHECK ONE PASSNGER AND BY THE TIME I WAS DONE, THAT PASSENGER WAS STILL WAITING, THE STAFF LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE IN TRAINING AS NOBODY KNEW WHAT TO DO, SOMETIMES THREE PEOPLE WERE TALKING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHECK ONE PASSENGER, ABSOLUTELY INEFFICIENT.

First the flight was schedule is 9 and we didn't leave until 11.45pm and they border the plane after that the begin loading the flight with bavrage and I was sitting at the end seat 26D, the noise was crazy laud and the flight attended was very rude to all of us. This was one of the best airlines I use specially I go to Canada at least 6 or 7 times a year but from now I will choose any other airline.

Waited 30 hours in Toronto Pearson airport to connect to our flight my baggage was delayed for a week and returned damaged. Our flight was cancelled due to covid issues and waited five hours in line for service desk which caused my wife ankles to swell due to diabetes then our flight was changed to two days later but

I would miss work so they gave us the next night 30 hours later we asked for hotel and food voucher but they did not do anything to help there were no hotels in the area so we had to go to next city of Mississauga the next day we tried to go standby but the person forgot to put our names on the list so this was a disaster from the time we arrived so

Scheduled to fly from Washington Dulles to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on June 21. On June 22, was scheduled for a charter flight to far northern Saskatchewan for hunting/fishing trip. Needed to arrive in Saskatoon, with baggage, on the 21st. Received a notification the evening of the 20th that my Dulles flight to Montreal would be delayed an hour due to unavailability of flight crew. m.

We had a booking Ref no 32GIIY flight form Houston via Montreal to Quebec on 6/26/2022. We had left home and on our way to the airport at 10 am for our international flight. WE got a message that our flight was delayed then cancelled.

We were sent an email three times in the next 15 minutes and the last one said we had to go via United airlines to Newark or just cancel it. We tried to call Air Canada , several times but we got disconnected and never could get through.

We waited in Newark airport both on landing , inside the flight and on departure and lost our hotel in Quebec after arriving at 2 am next day and wasted one day of our holiday. This is our our trip with Air Canada and had a very bad experience.

We had paid $1106 for out tow tickets and on top of that we paid about $47 each…

Checking into Air Canada at Phoenix Sky Harbour Terminal 3. I was profiled by Diego at the counter. He profiled my name and kindness, he was extremely rude. He was derogatory, he insisted I speak French, which I do! He made my wife check in her small carry on piece to show his authority.

I have his picture profile and his name. His name is Diego. I will NEVER fly Air Canada out of Phoenix as long as this rude obnoxious individual work for this airline! How UNCANADIAN! He should be reprimanded as well because at the gate he was threatening two elderly women.

The way we have been treated by Air Canada is like nothing I have ever experienced, and I've travelled to at least 50 countries. I was injured and we were cussed at and flat out lied to in addition to many other issues and I hope someone will read this and address this.

On June 20th, 2022 I was travelling on Air Canada flight 297 Winnipeg YWG 10:30 (local time) - Vancouver YVR 11:34 (local time) Confirmation number: 4YHKXL

My partner and I arrived at the airport a couple hours before boarding, went through security, and went to the Maple Leaf Lounge in the Winnipeg Airport. A young 30s blonde woman was sitting alone behind the counter. She gestured to the machine for me to scan our boarding passes. Mine was accepted. My partner's was not ok. Lost luggage - cannot contact Air Canada. We are continually put on hold for at least an hour. Then are hung up on. I’ve tried at least five times this morning, and so far have NOTHING! Could not get into the air Canada office (queue of passengers) then someone came out of the baggage claim office, told us all to go home. Also told us to call the 1-888-247-2262 with the same negative results. I cannot go on-line either as I do not have a claim number as we didn’t get to the Air Canada claims office in Edmonton. What do you suggest we do? I don’t have clothing or toiletries for my vacation. Unfortunately they don't have negative stars. I am presently sitting in Toronto waiting to board flight ac131. If you are that short staffed and having to delay flights then you need to book less flights. For some reason passengers time doesn't seem to be that important to your staff. If this is how you want to treat canadian citizens, that are as far as I am concerned , owners of air canada then you should not qualify for anymore hand outs from us.

I booked a flight to Halifax on July 1 with my pet. I was denied my pet at check in. She met ALL the requirements. Not to mention that I stood in line for 2 hours only to be told no.

Things that aren't liquid like my toothpaste were counted as liquid. I traveled from Toronto to Vancouver with the EXACT SAME MAKEUP AND TOILETRIES! In Calgary a very rude woman informed me that "anything that spread was liquid" so suddenly all my powdered makeup, toothpaste became "liquids" and had to fit in a tiny little bag!

I REPEAT IT WAS THE EXACT SAME THING I TRAVELLED WITH FROM TORONTO TO VANCOUVER ! The woman saw that I had tattoos and saw weed in my purse and she INSTANTLY CHANGED it was OBVIOUS DISCRIMINATION. I have cptsd, fibro, DDD so yes I use medical Marijuana.

Not to mention having another flight delayed multiple hours because you guys aren’t competent enough to be ready for these kinds of things, honestly just such a disappointment especially from an airline I have always had a positive opinion of until now.

Unfortunately, I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with Air Canada. On Sunday, the 26th of June, 2022, after returning from a cruise, I boarded flight AC126 from Vancouver Int. (YVR) at 2225 to TorontoPearson Int. (YYZ) scheduled to arrive at 0548 Monday morning.

Although, the plane was delayed approximately an hour, I still had plenty of time to make my connecting flight at 0750 – AC1200 Toronto to Miami or so I thought. Upon arrival, I was directed to a room with approx. 4 large screens.

We were told by the four employees behind the counter to watch the screen for our initials before proceeding to the next step. As my flight boarding time began to get closer, I asked one of the employees if they could check my bag since only one had cleared and not the other.

Hands down the WORST airline I have ever travelled with. Not only did my transfer flight got cancelled on my way from Italy to Raleigh, NC, and left me stranded in Canada for a day and half. But they also lost both of my bags, with custom artwork which I commissioned to be made in Florence, worth $1,500.

In addition, one of lost bags included a hand crafted Roman Legionary helmet and short sword “Gladius” worth an additional $1,200. And this all not to mention thousands of dollars worth of clothes for both me and my wife. I put my 70yr old sick aunt on your flights under the impression that it would be the safest. We chose touch and go flights so she won't have long wait times. in exchange her flight Leaving Windsor was delayed, then her flight leaving Toronto was delayed which lead to her missing her flight in Switzerland to DOHA.

Worst experience ever. 30 PM when the departure was 8 PM. We did a 3 hours queue to talk with a service agent, they re-arranged the flight with another airline. They didn't give any food voucher or hotel and we had to stay sleeping at the airport.

When we finally arrived to our destination our 3 bags went missing. It's been 5 days and we still don't have 1 of the bags. Customer service is the worst, they don't answer any call and in site they are extremely rude.

I happen to be extremely upset with my recent trip to Germany. My trip was to go to Germany for the 100 Year anniversary of the Hovawart breed. (dog breed) My dog was not only representing Canada, but the only Hovawart to be representing all of North America.

My dog did not make it on the plane, Why you ask, well the crate and dog were 2kg overweight, I have travelled many times with this dog and the man would make no exception, granted she might have put on a bit of weight or the scale was a bit off, never the less we missed an opportunity for Canada to be present at this special occasion.

I have travelled many airlines when I was a bit overweight. They either let it go or made me pay more.

I travelled on 28 June by flight nos. AC8014 and AC050 from Ottawa to Montreal and from Montreal to Delhi. My first flight was delayed by an hour and after reaching Montreal we were seated on the aircraft for another hour waiting to get out of the aircraft.

The Montreal Delhi flight was delayed by 4 hours. At 3:30am we were served some rice and lentils which was horrible. No breakfast was served. Then an hour before reaching Delhi they served one meal which was passable. I was traveling with my son and an old lady.

Fraud at the departures counter of Stanfield/Halifax turned our reserved seats into standby. : "It's not really. ". Bag tags were mismatched with regard to traveller. At the gate we are told by operator "Victoria" we were true standbys and had lost our seats.

Baggage loss. Phone resource has been deliberately disabled by air canada management. Complaint line has no capability to handle complaint. 4 cases of fraud in the manifestation of the trip. Wait on tarmack caused a covid case. 2 more lies by electronic system lying about arrival of luggage.

Dear AC,

local time Toronto Tuesday, 28th of june 2022 about 2 AM upon my arrival YYZ domestic with AC 184 from Vancouver: Arrival time of the flight was finally 2:46 h instead of 0;58, almost 2 hrs delay. BUT then me and co-passenger of this flight number and 3 other AC domestic flights had to wait another 3 Hours (!!!!) on luggage delivery. It wasn´t possible to leave earier, as nobody from officials wanted to confirm or guarantee anything about our luggage and stated the only option is to STAY and WAIT in that building.

This sums up to 5 Hours delay and my night/hotelstay got usseless, but charged!! Even more i had to spend my full working days fully tired, which is unsatisfying, dangerous and caused by the above described circumstances you or subcontractors of AC have to take…

Air Canada lost our luggage. Checked in at Atlanta Airport last June 20, 2022 for a flight to Zurich connecting at Toronto Airport. No other airlines involved except Air Canada. After the 3rd day, checked with Air Canada and was informed that our luggage is not in Zurich.

We know that because we were checking everyday in between tours. A very stressful vacation without the necessities that we had packed for our trip, in the most expensive place in the world. It is very dissapointing, for a first time travelling with Air Canada.

We have been travelling all over the world since I retired in 2012 and this is the first time this happened to us. Delayed baggage for a day or 2 but lost?

Unable to contact anyone in Air Canada regarding lost baggage on flight AC186 from Vancouver to Toronto on Jun 26th. Report filed and was informed that baggage had been left in Vancouver. No communication from airline since report filed and no information on website.

I had a great respect and loyalty for this Airline having worked with them way back in the Caribbean. I am shocked to experience this disregard of my request for information.

June 27, 2022 , lost checked bags. Call to find info.... no longer accepting calls at customer service.... useless excuse for customer service. I walk to Toronto next time before I'd fly with them again.
