Leaving from Montréal there was a delay check in machine out of order needed to wait hrs to see a air Canada rep to check us in left June 17th had to be in Cuba at 5 pm got there at 9:45pm arrived at hotel after buffet was closed.

Returning to Montreal June 27th instead of June 26th Left the hotel and checked luggage’s and waited 3 hrs before we were advised the flight Was cancelled flight ac1747 then we had to pick up our luggages and go back on a bus to get us to another hotel Next morning we left the hotel at 11am by bus to airport to get on the flight ac 1997 this flight let us bored on time but we had to wait in the plan 1hr and 30 mins before it left on the flight back a person got ill more stress wondering if we will ever get home Montreal airport luggage issue had to wait another…

4EZ9OX this was my confirmation number. As a sales rep Covering 7 states I have flown an extraordinary amount of time. This was definitely the worst flight I ever had.

First leg had a flight delayed and you had to re book my flight as the delay would have caused me to miss my connection. The new flight booked did not take into consideration that I paid $30 extra to get an isle seat and I was out in a middle seat Vancouver to Winnipeg.

Then the flight was delayed 4 times and right now I have been sitting on the tarmack for 1&1/2 hours on the plane cramped in a middle seat. If you bring up my confirmations You can follow along, I will never fly you again.

Cancelled flights one after another being treated poorly by staff. Promised hotel room and meal vouchers from staff for my self and 3 children 1 of which is 6 months old. Then staff being so arrogant and rude not providing this resulted in my 3 children sleeping on the floor in the airport. I have several complaints.

After the second day of my flights being canceled I had to get myself and children a hotel room at my expense. Which now is interrupting my trip that I have saved and planned for for months. Now it is all ruined because of these canceled flights and the trauma to my children is awful.

Good afternoon - This is regarding Booking #4VBOM4 for Jack M. Abajian & Marie Farrow. On June 12th we had a Flt. from LAX-YYZ-FCO. We had a 2hr delay in LAX which would have made us miss our connection in Toronto to Rome. We also had paid for Window Bulk head seats the amount of $125 each. There was no window on that seat, plus we had to run from domestic terminal to International terminal in order to catch our flight to Rome. Its not very easy when your walking with a cane. My wife & I was the last to board. We was late for our Bus pickup to the Cruise Ship Celebrity. They had to make some arrangements to be picked up and being late into check in.

Booked June 28-30 with Air Canada Vacations including hotel stay for two nights at The Manhattan at Times Square Hotel to attend my son's engagement party. The June 28 flight was cancelled and rescheduled for June 29. Unable to attend engagement party and also lost one night stay at Hotel due to cancellation.

I have tried to contact AC customer support for hours and all I get is messages on the phone informing me of high volumes of calls. I have tried to contact the Hotel and no one answers at the front desk.

I am 72 years & High Blood Pressure patient,was not getting, wheel chair though booked & had to run very fast to reach Air Canada gate in time for connecting flight. But they totally refused & asked me to rebook ticket through Lufthansa service counter at airport.

It was again from terminal B so I had to wait for very long queue again to get coach to reach terminal B to take my flight to vancouver. Hungry with no food,no water. I paid for a seat, and I was told when I was boarding, it had been changed. I was moved from the side away from the sun to a window, directly facing the sun, with the wing blocking my view.

I would never have paid for the seat I got. The least, the airline could do, is refund me cost of the reservation.

as a result, after jumping thru the hoops in canada, we missed our connection. it was changed from air canada without notification to luftansia connecting flight canceled, stood in line over 2hrs, for new flight the next day. slept in airport all night.

Hello! This is the absolutely worse experience we have had with an airline! My son has traveled to Italy to study abroad. On his connecting flight from Toronto to Frankfurt Germany, his flight was delayed and thus he missed his connecting flight to Bologna.

He was placed on another flight which was then cancelled. He again was placed on another flight and was waitlisted. At this point, he has been without his luggage for over 3 days. We are not able to get through to your baggage number and we are not getting any answers as to where the bag is.

We are extremely frustrated as he has no clothes with him other than what he wore. We need something done!!!

While I am traveling on flight number QR5509 on 27th of June 2022, from Doha to Toronto, I asked the hostess (her name is Fiona) to prioritize meal distribution for my 7 year old daughter, who has diabetes. I explained Fiona that my daughter needed to eat soon since her blood sugar goes down.

Fiona answered in a very rude manner that noone can have priority for any reason. Just after she answered in this manner she was prioritizing other passengers, offering meals to them. Thanks to other lady (hostess who was pregnant) that helped us.

I never saw this cruelty in anywhere. It is a very shame for Air Canada. You have to fix it.

The story:

Hello,

I was travelling from Toronto Canada to Lonfon Heathrow on Thursday 16th June 2022.

I changed planes in Halifax Canada to board flight AC 868 to London Heathrow.

It was announced that there was no space in the overhead lockers on board. Passengers were being requested to check in their cabin trolleys.

I checked in my cabin trolley and it was taken at the airplane doors by baggage handling staff.

When I arrived home in Leicester whilst I was unpacking I noticed that the side handle of the trolley had been ripped off.

Where do I begin.

We were on way home from Punta Cana flight Ac1713 on June 23.

The gentleman in seat 22 moved my husband's Cpap machine, must have put his luggage in its spot and then the cpap on top or on the side, not caring as it was not his luggage.

The Cpap is an expensive piece of machine and is something people need for their health.

The machine fell on my husband's head, and shoulder and he made a complaint to flight attendant lady in charge.

I also told the flight attendant lady in the aisle.

They did nothing!!!

My husband was injured on your flight and had to travel and the flight attendants on board did nothing to help or assist him. They did not check on him during flight to make sure he didn't have a concussion.

made it to Montreal airport with only a two hours to wait then boarding was delayed an hour due to plane not arriving from Toronto and desk person told me that I have to board with my family because we have different zoning on boarding passes so

finally we boarded and plane was on the runway for 2 hours because air Canada was waiting for Crew to load the baggages on plane so we were delayed getting to Halifax from 9 pm to almost midnight lost my cab driver we had to wait until 1:30 am to assign a driver to get home almost 3 am wit 2 kids .

Air Canada lost my daughters bag on a flight from the UK to New Orleans via Toronto between the 1st and the 8th June. As usual incompetence and lack of care or interest is what we have come to expect from the National carrier.

Between the airline and the airport staff they have proven incompetence beyond anything we have ever seen with her bag stuck in Toronto and being sent to New Orleans on the day she left and could have collected it as she transited back through Toronto on her return flight to be told by customer service the computers and phone didn’t work to trace it!!!

My Mother is stranded in Toronto Airport for the entire night with no suppprt from Air Canada .She is 80 years old and due to a colloidal screw up by Air Canada . A simple flight from Halifax to Sault Ste Marie that should have taken 4.5 hours has ended up being 30 hours and is still not over. What a disgrace for Air Canada

En route from Rome to SFO on June 25, 2020 and flying through YUL. Air Canada incorrectly recorded that I had three checked bags when I had only 1. Transit passengers were forced to wait in a small room—no water, no restroom, no social distancing.

I finally went directly to customs because I was going to miss my flight waiting for the baggage clearance. Customs informed me of the error—not Air Canada. What incredible incompetence! I paid 80 euros to check my bag! I demand a refund for the bag check fee at the very least.

We flew to Montreal from Vancouver on Thursday June 16 at 9:25 am and did not arrive in Montreal until 9:30 pm. (time change) I understand the weather was the reason that we had to land in Ottawa but to sit on the tarmac for over 3 hours with one granola bar and half glass of water is beyond comprehensible!

Running out of water while passengers were hungry and thirsty! At least let us get off the plane to stretch and get something to eat!! We then flew to Montreal after the weather cleared however, sitting on the tarmac again for over 2 hours! Seriously?

I have never had such issues using an airlines website as I have with Air Canada. Because of this I have had to call to get help. This has required over a 2 hour wait. I do not have the time to be doing this, through no fault of my own.

This has happened twice in the past week. I have called 5 times. One call was disconnected after I had been on hold for over an hour, 2 other calls I requested a call back, waiting over 3 hours each time, and did not receive either call back.

5 hours to get connected. This is really inexcusable. I should have been able to accomplish all of my needs online. I am not sure why you prefer customers to be calling you when your reps are obviously extremely busy.

My two undraage sons and I checked in at about 1630H at multiple Kiosks for our Air Canada Flight #309 for June 22, 2022 for Vancouver to arrive at 2052pm to take connecting international flight to the Philippines. I logged in my airline confirmation # 22CC4B, scanned our passports.

By then the electronic system had required me to scan a VISA in which I don't need for I am an American National with a US PASSPORT holder that allowed me to get into Canada without visa requirement in June 1, 2022 on Flight AC8607. I arrived in Toronto on flight AC1114 from Regina,SK booking reference 2WYF9D ticket number ETKT 0142150827364 on June 21,2022. I was to board at gate D33 on flight AC458 at 15:35 to complete my flight to Ottawa. This is when everything unravelled. 1.

Your representative That checked me into the AirCanada flight today from Chicago to Toronto departing at 335pm was very rude to me. I’m an 77 and disabled and she spoke very unprofessional to mw since I wasn’t moving fast enough for her and said it wasn’t nice of me to hold up the passengers behind me.

I purchased a round trip from Toronto to Columbus and on my return I got bumped off my flight because 2 of your flight crew members had to return. No other explanation given. I could not believe that simply because I was a lone passenger you kicked me off a flight I had purchased and planned for. You can imagine my stress and anxiety as I found myself stranded in an airport, in a foreign country. I had to wait over 10 hours for another flight which arrived 2.5 hours late.

Viking Cruise lines booked our airfare from Orlando FL to Amsterdam for a 6/20/2022 flight #1677 , departing Orlando at 5:15pm. We had an immediate delay until 5:55pm, no reason given. Incredibly slow boarding and we did not have wheels up on the plane until 7;00pm!!!

We finally landed at approximately 10:30pm, and had to wait on the tarmac for at least an hour. Shortage of gate they said. Of course our 9:15pm flight was long gone. And NOTHING until 9:15 pm, the ONLY flight Air Canada offers daily.

My daughter was waiting in the bording line at gate D55 for flight from Vancouver to Seoul on June 20 1:00 pm. When in her turn, gate crew kept let someones behind her get into first i to the plane without any explanation and excuse.

Business Class - absence of priority baggage service. I pay a premium for Business Class service and expect that my baggage will receive priority. Forget the fact that it never arrives at the airport first for collection. I expect that it will be loaded on the flight with due recognition of the fact that I have paid a premium for that very service.

Now I arrive home without my baggage, despite the "Priority" tag, and I can get no info on when it will get here. I am tracking it with an Apple AirTag and know exactly where it is - Terminal 1 of Toronto Airport.

But missing baggage can tell me not a thing about when I will receive it. In this case it is a very expensive bicycle. To say that this now will make me consider Westjet for my flight might be an understatement.

Hello, we bought tickets to go from colorado-usa to porto-portugal. Yesterday the first flight got delayed and we missed our connection and after 5 hours waiting in line, desks closed at the airport customer service and we had no help.

We flew with air Canada many times. Always delays happen and at least 2 hours. Now my daughter 16 years old flying alone , her flight is 3 hours late not taking off yet. She is very anxious because her connection via Geneve will be missed.

Exhausted standing up waiting for 3 hours now in the plane waiting again. Many times cushions and pillows not available. This is traumatizing for her age. What a bad experience. It’s a nightmare everytime we take your airline. 3 hours before the flight 3 hours delay 7 hours flight worries about missing connections no blankets no pillows.

This is a mess and unpleasant to fly with you.

I booked Business Class flights for my disabled sister and myself from Edinburgh to Sudbury via Toronto for 16th June. The flight from Edinburgh was 4 hours late ( understandable these days) and as a result, we missed our connection at Pearson,Toronto.

I’m 77 yrs old and have spinal stenosis. On arrival at Toronto, there were no wheelchairs waiting. One wheelchair arrived and as a result, I had to walk to the Gate for our next flight. 40pm. No information about this flight was given and the departure time was getting further away.

Had we known we were going to be delayed by 6 hours, we would have gone to the Maple Lounge, since we had paid around £6000 for these flights. My sister was sitting in a wheelchair for all this time.

Was travelling with my puppy. Called airline ahead of time to confirm what I needed for smooth travel. When I got to the airport I was told his bag was too small even though he could move around in there.

After talking to the customer service reps about the confusion, they flat out said this is because you’re making poor decisions for the safety of your dog and we’re protecting him. I have never been so upset before flying, the insult was unnecessary, uncalled for and incredibly unprofessional.

I will never fly air Canada with a pet again and I strongly encourage others to do the same.
