My daughter flight was late last night by 2 hours and half. She had connecting flights and miss her flight due to the late departure. Arriving in Paris, she and her friends asked about their baggage and the agent told them that they would arrive in Rhodes Greece, not to worry. But guess what!! the baggage didn't arrive and they are without clothes. 4 people without cloth for two weeks.

Now, Air Canada will need to refund my daughter and her friends for the lost of baggage including everything inside and for moral damage they have to endured.

I try to reach them by phone for some answers and help and there is a waiting period of 3 hours!! Are you kidding me. Why all this wait??

Booking number 3OYGTH Our flight on June 17th from Cleveland to Toronto was cancelled and did not make it to Paris. We were on a European vacation and were flying from Paris to North Macedonia on June 20th. Called Air Canada to get a flight to North Macedonia on June 18th. The attendant let us know we had a flight from Cleveland to Chicago to Istanbul to Skopje Macedonia. When I woke up in June 18th I saw this booking was cancelled.

This is more than a vacation. I want to see my family. I have to ask for time of work, and I work as a Health Care Provider during a pandemic. Everything is completely ruined because of your horrible service.

I took a flight from Vancouver Airport to Sacramento California. June 17th this month (yesterday) I had one checked bag and paid 35 dollars for it to fly with me. The bag wasn't there to pick up when I arrived.

I went to the area for Air Canada to talk with an Agent, there was no agent available to talk to. It was at 12PM in the middle of a business day. Some agents from United said they are probably putting people on board another plane and not available. They said to call.

I left the airport and tried to call, but was on hold for 3 hours before I gave up. I tried to create a report on their website, but I could only go 60% of the way because I needed an incident identification number, but the only way to get one of those is by calling or talking to an agent.

We made Reservations in advance and shows our seats for a family vacation of four . Air Canada changed our seats so we were no longer sitting with each other or even by each other my son was in the back of the plane I was in that little and my daughter and husband were in the beginning of the plane . NO NOtIce No Explanation. So DiSAPPOINTED.

It is rare we can rally our adult son to interrupt his life for a trip with his parents . Not a good way to start our vacation . We all lead very busy lives and planned to use the plane time to discuss our itinerary and share our excitement .

If I could give no stars I would. My problem with this airline is not the canceled flights it is the total lack of any kind of customer service. There is no one to talk to about anything. Their Customer service line is so slammed with calls it won't even put you on hold, And the staff at the airport are useless.

All they say is go use the white phones for customer service. If this airline was anywhere else in the world it would have gone out of business long ago.

I booked ticket Toronto to Geneva directly from AirCanada site (confirmation number 2PFER6). The company is saying: if you do cancellation within 24 hours you get the FULL refund. I got refund minus 262 dollars for booking seats. This is not FULL refund!

And I did seat booking nothing popped up saying that fees fee is not refundable. I expect you to do the refund of this 262$ also to make it full. Otherwise I will complain further and will start to put reviews regarding this matter on Internet.

I can't believe what kind of company are you!? There s no option to call with an agent?!!? 3 hours waiting to talk to someone on phone, not having option to receive a call back!?! or that you would at least open option to do this online!??!!? I spent 20€ or more on calling abroad to not even come to a call !!!!

It is awful. I wanted to change my flight since yesterday. I can't change it online, so you have to change it through customer support, reservations, automatic phoneline. Worst airline. Even 3rd world countries have better service that this airline. Flight 733 from LaGuardia NY which was suppose to take off at 10. :30 am took off at 7 :20 Then waited at the furnace for 3 hours . When landed in Montreal. Ac is switched off.

At the gate and no one yo open the door of the flight . Again waiting. Disgusting behavior . Horrible . People please don’t fly this airline.

Theft of personal items buy airport security. I was working in Alberta for the past 7 weeks. One weekend I purchased a highly collectable vodka set in the liquor store at West Edmonton mall (I have a receipt for it).

It was a gift for our son as he was looking for this set for several years and it only 3 of them available for sale right now. It is made in US by US company and contains 1150ml of vodka in the entire set.

I packed this set in the shrink wrap and bubble wrap and placed it in my checked in baggage. It is meeting all of the Canadian transportation requirements. Baggage was checked in Edmonton International airport for the flight 166 from Edmonton to Toronto.

I also had an TSA approved lock installed on my suit case. Suit case was over waited and I paid $105 as requested for…

I waited 3 HOURS on the phone queue to be serviced and when I finally got through the rep was abrupt and impatient. He cut me off before I can get to the end of the explanation. I wanted to have my booking repriced, because the price had gone down since yesterday. My booking no.

Experienced a 3 hour delay when arriving back in Toronto on Friday June 10th.

First our plane was delayed 1 hour upon arrival as there was another plane at our gate. We had to wait 1 hour before we could debark the plane. Then there was a 2 hour delay for our baggage to arrive off the plane.

It was Flight AC1713 from Punta Cana to Toronto departing Punta Cana at 5:50pm local time. Our plane arrived at 10:48pm - that's after the 1 hour delay and our luggage arrived after 1:00am. My sister traveled to Canada via Air Canada from Australia. While here, she flew Air Canada from Calgary to Windsor to visit family. Her return flights have been nothing short of disasters- cancellations, rebooking, late notifications and delays. The airports are jammed with unhappy travellers and the restaurants are closed.

I want to know whether a class action lawsuit has been filed against Air Canada and to whom my sister can write in order to join it. It is what is needed.

Absolutely the worst experience I ever have received from any airline, or other service provider in my 60 years of existence. I booked several flights during the pandemic, which were unfortunately cancelled, and was issued flight vouchers. My baggage never left Barcelona on 6/4/22. It takes 1 hour on hold to talk to someone who tells me it was sent to Toronto on 6/7/22. He tells me he is not authorized to send it to Seattle where I am. Today is 6/13/22.

Also there are no superiors available to speak to me. One will call me back. This is the 4th time I have been told someone will call me. I have never received a call. I need my luggage!!!

I flew from Calgary to Toronto by Air Canada on May 20, 2022. The utensils provided by Air Canada during flight was fragile and unsafe for toddlers. While having food during flight, the fork teeth was broken and went inside my baby's throat.

He had a choking episode on flight. We had to call 911 and later take him to hospital, cancelling our flight to New Delhi from Toronto.

Also, we missed all our laggages.

I was in Edinburgh airport 3 hrs in advance as directed , only to be told the flight was delayed. I did not have reception so did not see a message from you. The flight AC807 was 2.5 hrs late in leaving and I missed my connection. Eventually I arrived in Toronto to find you had rebooked me on the 20.50 flight AC 159. Another 6 hours in Toronto airport. I am NOT a pawn to be placed on a checker board. I tried to get one of the earlier flights, even an upgrade but was told they were full. I am in my 80th year and was shocked to find I even had to ask for voucher 20CD didn’t even buy ab appetiser.

This dies not get me to my hotel until after midnight. Shame on you. An angry and disappointed travel after 2.5 years of Covid trying to reach my family. E Mason

I paid $1,050 for a flight to prince George from Vancouver. I returned today. The flight was not full. When I checked prices a few days prior price was much cheaper $400. I can fly to Ireland for cheaper. You have no food on board.

The Executive I support was flying on your airline. We could not get checked in online due to the fact the flight was a co chair with another Airline. I tried to contact Air canada to retrieve the correct confirmation number or help with checking in and was on hold for 3 hours!!!!!.

Once I got a representative, I explained my situation and she said the confirmation number I had should work on the other airline website, which was incorrect. I called the other airline and they were able to handle my issue within a few minutes...

This is/was the worst experience I have had with any airline, you all need to find a solution than having someone on the phone for 3+ hours to get assistance. I have been dealing with traveling and airlines for over 30 years and this by far is the worst experience.

Hi, I would like to complain about the treatment we received on our flight ref KKZ221 form Las Vegas to London via Montreal, having booked our flight in early January only to have them revised a couple of times meaning our lay over in Montreal going from just over 4 hours to nearly 6 on arrival at Montreal we found there was nowhere for a party of 7 to relax meaning we had to pay $50 each to enter the lounge area.

I am so tired of talking to people (when I can get a person to talk to) that I have an inquiry and they are more interested in selling me more services than addressing my problems. You can't phone back and hope you get someone who who you can understand because you could end up waiting for a person for a couple of hours.

After this flight I seriously will start to look to other carriers. I will leave with this saying (if you have nothing nice to say,say nothing at all).

Good mornings I would like to tell you how disappointed I am with Air Canada. B. My reference # is 26827J. I heard about how air Canada is protecting me, wearing the face mask 100% of the time. No one ever told me about pets allowed on board.

I am allergic to cats, while flying on flight AC1124 I was having a very hard time with the face mask, very itchy, heavy chest, watery eyes and so on. Extremely uncomfortable and I could not wait to get off of the plane.

When the plane landed and as soon as it was safe to do so I got out of my seat to stand. This is when I noticed there was a cat under my seat the entire flight. What the hell, very disappointed. Please advise.

Original flight from Windsor to Toronto canceled causing me to miss my connection directly to Victoria, BC. Was rebooked on a later flight but had to fly Windsor-Toronto-Montreal-Vancouver-Victoria. This is not acceptable quality service. A person should not have to fly all over the country for a 13 hour day just to get home.

You offered the original reservation you should honor it no matter the excuse given to have to cancel.

Booked the flight with two kids… Our flight from Toronto to Delhi got delayed from 8pm to 12am, then they delayed again to 2am … we’ve been waiting patiently and then the Flight got cancelled!!!

Our bags didnt show up for 2 days. We had to buy interim hiking gear because we were never told for sure our bags would show up, and we could not wait as we were going on a 6 day hiking trip and would be out of touch.

Now we are trying to file an interim expense report, and it is not working! And, we have been on hold w customer service for over an hour! And they say we only have 21 days to file a claim.

I spent hours leading up to our flight to try and purchase an upgrade and each and every time the upgrade was approved and then I was told each time it was declined blaming my bank with no upgrade obtained, although funds available .

I flew from YYZ to LHR on May 29 as a priority customer on business. My luggage did not arrive in LHR - after filing a missing luggage report the next 4 days were a complete mess after multiple calls to your Baggage call centre - I explained to them that I was returning back to YYZ on Jun 2 that if they were not able to deliver it before Jun 2, they should send it back to YYZ.

On the morning June 2 that I was leaving LHR to return to YYZ, I called the call centre and was very clear that I was leaving my temporary address and that I would not be able to accept my luggage if delivered - the rep assured me that they would send it back to YYZ.

While I am on my flight back, I get a message from the temporary address that the courier had brought my luggage ! They asked the courier to take it…

On May 13, my husband and I arrived at Pearson Airport and tagged our luggage and obtained a boarding pass for flight AC418 (16h00) from YYZ-YUL. We had a connection in YUL to BRU at 19h10 (AC832). We booked Business class with points, and noticed our boarding pass said we were seated in row 33.

So arriving at the gate, we asked the agent, and she told us it was because this was a smaller plane, and those who booked by points were put in economy. We were fine with that since it was a 1-hour flight, so we sat down, and waited boarding.

Flight AC860 Vancouver to London 29th May 2022 Appalling behaviour of one of your stewardesses 3 hour delayed flight and when i boarded the plane i was suffering with a tickly cough. I found that wearing a face mask over the nose made the cough worse so i seated with my mask under my nose.

The stewardess appraoched me and stated in a very loud voice so that every passenger around could here that i must wear my mask over my nose. When I advised about my cough she stated she didnt care and that masks must be worn over the nose.

This of course led to the passengers around me moaning every time i coughed. Now I wouldnt mind this in these times however for the remaining 8 hours of the flight. 1)Given i had said i was struggling with a cough, not once was I offered a cup of water, not once was…

I was given a ticket by Canadian airline via Munich and Frankfort without any information for changeon visa requirement.l was not allowed to board flight on o.55 dated19.5.2022 by luphthansa staff.Then I have to purchase a new ticket from Delhi to Calgary time 8am on 19.5 2022 by paying extra money without any fault of me. Good afternoon. I travelled from Toronto to London Heathrow on 21st May 2022. On arrival at LHR i found my luggage was not with me. I still do not have it and it is 2nd June. In all this time i have had only one communication from Air Canada which told me nothing. I have travelled from New Zealand to Corfu and I have nothing. Your airline us doing nothing to return my property to me and your on-line systems are designed to be as a barrier to prevent your customers receiving proper assistance.

Air Canada had/has clear duty of care of my property and had a responsibility to re-unite me with it as quickly as possible. Air Canada appears to be failing dismally. Will someone please take the trouble to make contact with me and explain what is being done to find my luggage.
