On August 15 an Air Canada employee in Cancun arbitrarily decided not to let me and my family board back to Canada. We went to a nightmare to be able to find another flight and return. We file A complain on October 5 and again on Jan 25 and we haven't had any response.
I have a lawyer and I and I am preparing to fill a case, but it is incredible that after causing us all that problems and suffering Air Canada haven't even reply to us.
