How is it fair that economy carry on is allowed in business class seats above bin? We had a horrible flight with your air Canada. The head Stewart of our flight ( lady) was very aggressive and rude to my husband.

I didn’t take carry on or my sister to accommodate my husband guitar. The flight way down the Stewart couldn’t have been more accommodating . We paid top dollar to be in business class and this is how we are treated? 1237

I travel air canada from Toronto to Grand Cayman Island twice last year and in January of this year. I'm a wheelchair person. Getting on and off the air craft there's no one to help. On January 9th I was only assisted to security.

I had to struggle with my cane part of the way then got one of those golf like cart another part of the way. Wheelchairs are parked but no one to help. In November of last year my flight landed in Toronto 5:30 PM.

I didn't get out of the airport until 8:30 PM. This is frustrating. Someone needs to investigate this.

I booked a return flight for three in July 2022- Ottawa to Manila. Airline Res. Code33D7IN (AC)(NH) Departure- Sunday- Feb 5/23 @8am fr. Ottawa to Toronto. It was ok. Departure- Sunday Feb 5 Toronto to Tokyo Narita at 1:30 pm. My ordeal began.

I was refused to travel on Lufthansa Flight 6789 (AC840 flight) at Pearson's airport by Air Canada agents. They said I was 10-15 minutes late and they cannot put me to the next flight because it's a Lufthansa ticket. I was around 3:30pm, that's 1:20 minutes before departure and 35 minutes before Boarding time indicated on my ***Boarding Pass (4:05pm)***. I had already checked-in online. And the agents were still there... Instead of taking my luggage, they asked me to go see Lufthansa.

Very unpleasant experience indeed not only for me but also for my 90 old old mother who's waiting for me in Rwanda.

All I need is to travel. I can go today if allowed to.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your airline on 22nd Feb 2023. My flight AC271, from Toronto to Winnipeg, was canceled at the last minute after keeping us waiting at gate number 37 for more than 5hrs, which resulted in inconvenience and additional expenses for me.

At first we were told that the flight which was scheduled originally for 21.10hrs was delayed and rescheduled at 22:40hrs as the incoming flight was running after its schedule. When the flight arrived at about 22:30hrs we were told that it's again rescheduled to 23:10hrs as one of the pilots has exceeded his duty hour and we are trying to arrange for a pilot. We had fabulous service on Feb 17 and Feb 27, 2023. The flight attendant took great care with our very nervous first time flyer grandson. We flew from Toronto to NYC AC8986 . On our way home on Feb 27 an employee at the desk suggested we try and fly on standby to avoid the storm.

We left from gate 51 I believe. Originally we were booked on AC 8991. We ran through the airport and we’re given seats as standby. Miraculously, our luggage was in terminal 1 when we landed. Everyone made our trip wonderful and stress free!

Thank you and please give feedback if at all possible. I can’t remember the return standby flight number. Air Canada, you were outstanding!

Is Air Canada not embarrassed that they can't provide proper service being Canada's national airline? I have the following issues.

My son was leaving Korea and he had an immigration problem. He tried to cancel online but it said he only is eligible for $29.00 out of a $600 ticket (one way) then there was a "fee" associated with this of $150.00. What in the heck is that for? What could constitute such a charge? He then tried to contact Air Canada from Korea to ask about his options regarding his ticket. He then tried to call Air Canada. He was on hold for two unbelievable hours without getting through. This is unacceptable. If AC can't keep up with the calls HIRE MORE STAFF. My son had no choice but book a new ticket.

I have not been able to use my E-upgrade credits for the last three years or so on several and various travel. What is the point of electing for these credits every year if I cannot ever use them?

This time and specifically on Feb 24th, I wanted to return to Vancouver from Toronto using my E-upgrade credits for Business class. I was sent an email stating that I was upgraded for the Premium Economy instead (last minute prior to flight), even though that was not what I requested. Hi - I have had an ongoing complaint with you since arriving home on the 16/1/23! I am incredibly disappointed with your company. I purchased a seat for over £70. On the day I could not check into my seat I had paid for.

I needed the extra leg room due to a painful knee so I paid the extra money! My seat was also towards the front of the aircraft so I could depart quicker due to a train I needed to catch!

Despite asking several of your staff I was refused the seat I had paid for. To date I haven’t received the money back! I would to know how I can take this further

Yesterday my wife and I on the same computer, same credentials, within minutes booked identical flights 3QA9BY and 3QGRRG together. At the moment of selection the pricing was identical. At the moment of invocation minutes apart it was radically different.

As an expert and businessman in real-time systems and my wife as the former EVP of AF and a former board member of YUL we have never seen such real-time price gouging. We kindly request parity treatment with crediting my ticket to price at selection.

Air Canada canceled my ticket. We had tried to change our tickets or get a refund, my husband was upset and told them to cancel our tickets, but I immediately said no, because we could not afford to lose so much money.

My husband then told Air Canada not to cancel our tickets. This conversation is probably recorded. They cancelled my ticket not his. Refused to do anything to correct their error. My one way ticket home from Mexico City was $940.

The one star says it all. I am embarrassed as a Canadian that this company is the "flagship" carrier for Canada. Fly 5-10 per year and every flight is either delayed, luggage lost, or something else. One excuse after another.

I was been couple times travelling with them, my family has always been using it, always they are giving a hard time, today our flight was cancelled due to the weather they rescheduled it and we had to pay the tax or whatever What was that for it was not our mistakes why would we pay a cent, plus we received message that was cancelled but

Cruise booked Jan 29. There was a snowstorm and flight delayed 3 hrs! nerves on edge. But for FOUR minutes, cruise terminal would have been closed and we would have missed the cruise. Luckily we had a taxi driver who sped all the way, and was blaring his horn to alert cruise employees to allow us to enter terminal.

I don’t like how kids over two can’t go in the lounge without a pass. I say kids under twelve should be able to go alongside of their parent(s) with only one pass into the lounge. Me and my daughter were going into the lounge and we had a guest pass but a lady at the desk wouldn’t let us come in because we only had one pass.

She said “ you need to have another pass because this kid is above 2 years old. “ She was, but you should also do it because that’s a waste of a pass if you have kid(s). I want all children to have permission to go in with their parent(s) (who have a guest pass) and eat at the lounge. LAX does it. Why don’t you?

31,flight# AC900. At first we were notified that our flight will be delayed, which was OK because we got a notice.

Finally, we were able to board the plane, but then, when we were already sitting, we were told that we will be delayed for another 20 minutes because we had to wait for a part to arrive. we had to sit on a claustrophobic plane,with closed doors, and no air circulating.

I was on my way home to Vancouver from Hong Kong. My flight was AC 008, departure date and time was February 18, 10:15am. I have my official boarding pass with my seat number that i selected a aisle seat.

#1 While on an International Flight to Costa Rica our AC flight ran out of food two rows in front of me. I travel abroad rather frequently (often not on AC) and this is the first flight where we were required to pay for a meal and the first to run out of food. I am a diabetic and need to eat regularly. When I questioned staff they indicated the caterer frequently shorts this flight on food. This is unacceptable. We booked a cruise and our flight was Ottawa to Toronto,Toronto to Panama. When we arrived in Panama my bag was missing. I went to the air Canada rep filled out a form . I ask him to fedex the bag as I was in Panama for the next 36 hours.

He told me Air Canada does not do that. He stated the next flight from Toronto was Feb 8th 2 days after our cruise ship left . I never received my luggage even when I told him the 5 ports the ship stopped at.

I was traveling on Ac103 on Feb. 15, 2023 Toronto to Vancouver. I was sitting in seat 34B. The television at my seat did not work for the entire trip. I notified a flight attendant of the problem. I have been a loyal customer of Air Canada for 30 years. I have Aeroplan Super Elite Status and take every opportunity to extol the virtues of the airline. In 2019, prior to the onset of the pandemic, I spent 150 hours on the plane, mostly with Air Canada and its affiliated airlines. I travelled with Air Canada on Septemeber 2022 to Europe for my 3 weeks vacation. My baggage got lost for 8 days. I filed a complaint at September 5 2022. Per recommendation of Air Canada in Charles De Gaul Air port, I filed a baggage claim delays and bought all things that I needed.

I have been flying with Air Canada for over a decade. Super Elite status for most of those years. As we had a travel freeze with my corporation last year, my status has been dropped to zero. We're now back in full swing and I will travel more than ever this year.

On January 10 my family and I flew out to the Dominican Republic for a 1 week vacation. The service was absolutely terrible. I paid for a delux two storey room with a private pool and upon checkin was told it was unavailable for 2 days.

Who wants to live out of a suitcase for 2 days, repack and change rooms in the middle of your vacation????? I don't know anyone that would want that. That certainly was not a good starting point for the resort. that was rediculous!!!

I flew from Toronto to Thunder Bay on Feb. 1/23 flight AC1511. There was a male attendant on this flight who VERY rudely raised his voice at us so that the whole plane could clearly hear. That is fine if you would like to say something to us but his manner of speech was like he was talking to his buddy.

The lack of professionalism from this attendant was like nothing I have ever experienced flying with your airline. I have never felt so disrespected, belittled and embarrassed. I had a question as I was trying to get one of the 4 attendants attention to which were failed attempts.

Hello, I arrived this morning from Toronto to Calgary with Air Canada flight AC131 (booking reference #2A7O9C) and instead of continuing with my travel, I am checking in to ER of the Rockyview General Hospital to receive medical attention due to my health condition which was provoked and triggered by the interaction with the AC representative at the Toronto Pearson Airport prior to boarding on the flight.

I suffer from anxiety and hypertension; both conditions got out of control in result of an extremely stressful confrontation with the AC employee who checks carry-on luggage at the gate. The employee disapproved my carry on luggage because I had to 'put effort' while fitting it into the 'size check cage' despite the fact that its weight is less than 4 kg.
