To say nothing of my other issues with my flights, I was notified of a cancellation of my Dec 26 flight, late on Dec 25. They shut down their phone lines so I couldn't even call to try to get a rescheduling. The issue reported to me was, "Equipment Availability", not a weather delay.
I called the next day to try to change from the Dec 29 flight they 'automatically assigned' me to to something sooner, as I was not in a safe environment and had to leave as soon as possible. Sure enough, after 4 hours of waiting, a rep told me they had, "seats available every day, didn't understand why they assigned me the 29th". So after spending 4 hours to do their job of booking me the soonest flight out, I thought it was over.
Said rebooked flight was then delayed by…
